고속철도용 모터블록 격자저항기 설계 (Design of Motor Block Resistor for KTX)

  • Domestic rail industry for the development of Korea High Speed Rail paid for high technology, imported to Korea. However, If technology based on conditions that are not equipped with relevant skills is received, there are limits to what it used to. so team of high speed railway began technical development. In this study, through the motor block resistant plan, the current block resistant identifies problems related to it, in order to improve the quality of the parts, secure the standards and guarantee their life span. The localization of the resistant is really possible thanks to the technical skills.

  • Today, many kind of buildings are higher than those of previous generations, and Curtain Wall is adapted broadly as an outer wall material. But weather and environmental condition could cause problems in curtain wall construction in most construction projects. High wind speed and unplanned lifting equipment's allocation could cause construction delay and cost increase. To solve these problems, we suggest using a curtain wall mullion as a rail to lift curtain wall which is less affected wind speed. And we would like to show a preliminary data of its economic advantage evaluation.

  • 한국형 고속철도인 KTX가 2004년 개통된 이후, 우리나라에서도 철도의 이용도가 급증했다. 개선되는 철도 기술과 함께, 예전에 비해 열차의 속도 또한 빠르게 발전하였다. 그러나 이러한 열차속도의 발전은 철도 통신에 있어서 열차 속도 증가로 인한 도플러 효과와 이에 대한 보상이라는 새로운 이슈를 제기하였다. 이러한 도플러 효과는 통신하는 대상의 속도에 따라 주파수 변이를 일으키며, 이는 신호의 왜곡으로 이어져, 통신성능에 좋지 않은 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 도플러 효과에 대한 문제는 철도 무선 통신에 있어서, 반드시 해결해야 할 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 앞으로 발생할 고속의 철도 통신에서 발생하는 도플러 효과와 발생하는 도플러 효과에 대한 보상기법 및 이에 대한 모의실험 결과를 소개하고자 한다.

Effects of Needle Response on Spray Characteristics In High Pressure Injector Driven by Piezo Actuator for Common-Rail Injection System

  • The common-rail injection systems, as a new diesel injection system for passenger car, have more degrees of freedom in controlling both the injection timing and injection rate with the high pressure. In this study, a piezo-driven injector was applied to a high pressure common-rail type fuel injection system for the control capability of the high pressure injector's needle and firstly examined the piezo-electric characteristics of a piezo-driven injector. Also in order to analyze the effect of injector's needle response driven by different driving method on the injection, we investigated the diesel spray characteristics in a constant volume chamber pressurized by nitrogen gas for two injectors, a solenoid-driven injector and a piezo-driven injector, both equipped with the same injection nozzle with sac type and 5-injection hole. The experimental method for spray visualization was based on back-light photography technique by utilizing a high speed framing camera. The macroscopic spray propagation was geometrically measured and characterized in term of the spray tip penetration, spray cone angle and spray tip speed. For the evaluation of the needle response of the above two injectors, we indirectly estimated the needle's behavior with an accelerometer and injection rate measurement employing Bosch's method was conducted. The experimental results show that the spray tip penetrations of piezo­driven injector were longer, on the whole, than that of the solenoid-driven injector. Besides we found that the piezo-driven injector have a higher injection flow rate by a fast needle response and it was possible to control the injection rate slope in piezo-driven injector by altering the induced current.

주행 안전을 고려한 고속철도 자갈궤도 및 콘크리트궤도 레일패드의 강성 상한 결정 (Determination of Upper Limit of Rail Pad Stiffness for Ballasted and Concrete Track of High-Speed Railway Considering Running Safety)

  • 본 연구에서는 고속철도의 자갈궤도와 콘크리트궤도에서 열차 주행 안전 측면에서 관리해야 할 레일패드 강성의 상한값을 차량 및 궤도의 동특성과 운영환경을 고려하여 결정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 차량-궤도의 상호작용해석의 중요 입력 파라메타인 궤도틀림과 관련하여 프랑스 및 독일에서 제시한 고저틀림 PSD(파워 스펙트럼 밀도)와 경부고속철도 1단계 구간 자갈궤도 및 콘크리트궤도에서 계측한 고저틀림 자료를 통하여 얻은 PSD를 기초로 하여 넓은 범위의 주파수 영역에서 적용할 수 있는 자갈궤도와 콘크리트궤도의 고저틀림 PSD를 제시하였다. 제시된 PSD 기준 모델을 사용하여 시간 영역에서의 고저틀림 입력을 난수 생성(random number generation)을 통하여 구한 후 차량-궤도 상호작용 해석기법을 사용하여 레일패드 강성에 따른 윤중 감소율을 산정하였다. 산정된 윤중 감소율에 대하여 국내 철도차량 안전기준에 관한 규칙의 탈선계수 규정을 적용하여 주행 안전 측면에서 허용할 수 있는 레일패드 강성의 상한값을 제시하였다.

차체의 유연성을 고려한 고속철도 차량 승차감 해석 (Ride Comfort Analysis of High-Speed Train with Flexible Car Bodies)

  • 고속철도 개발에 있어 승차감은 차량의 품질을 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 고속철도 차량의 강체 및 유연체 모델 각각에 대해 속도증가에 따른 고속철도 차량의 승차감을 평가하였다. 가진원은 휠/레일 불균일에 의한 상하 진동만을 고려하였다. 속도 증가에 따른 차체의 진동을 계산하기 위해 강체 및 유연체 모델의 고유진동수와 모드형상을 계산하였다. 복잡한 형상의 압출재로 구성된 차체를 유연체로 모델링하기 위해 등가 물성치를 산출하여 등가 쉘로 모델링하였다. 계산된 차량의 진동으로 승차감을 평가한 결과, 강체 모델로 예측된 고속철도의 승차감은 고속에서 오히려 좋아지는 불합리한 결과가 도출 되었다. 반면 차량의 유연체 모드까지 고려하여 평가한 고속철도의 승차감은 속도 증가에 따라 승차감이 나빠지는 당연한 결과를 보여 주었다. 따라서 고속에서의 철도차량 개발은 차체의 유연체 특성을 고려해야함을 확인하였다.

  • This paper proposes the Systematic Design Methodology of the Korean High Speed Train. High Speed Train does not operate in isolation and is a part of a rail system which is influenced through input and output effects from the environment and from the neighbouring system. To fullfil its overall desired function, such input and output relationships between the systems must be considered in the system boundary conditions. Therefore, the overall interrelationship of all these effects has to be carefully considered during the design process. Here proposed methodology may provide a guide line and criteria for the systematic problem solving method of that highly complex High Speed Train System.

Safety Margin Evaluation of Railway wheel Based on Fracture Scenarios

  • Derailment due to wheel failure would cause a tremendous social and economical cost in service operation. It is necessary to evaluate quantitatively the safety with respect to high-speed train. Although the safety of railway wheel has been ensured by an regular inspection, all critical defects cannot be detected in inspection cycles and the wheel has been replaced because a defect quickly become critical for safety. Therefore, it is important to calculate quantitatively the fracture limit and remnant life of damaged railway wheel in wheel-rail system. In present paper, the critical crack size of wheel for high-speed train is simulated based on fracture scenario and the safety of wheel is evaluated.

고속철도 열차지연 유형의 구분지표 및 기준 (Types of Train Delay of High-Speed Rail : Indicators and Criteria for Classification)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the indicators and the criteria to classify types of train delays of high-speed rail in South Korea. Types of train delays have divided into the chronic delays and the knock-on delays. The Indicators based on relevance, reliability, and comparability were selected with arrival delay rate of over five minutes, median of arrival delays of preceding train and following train, knock-on delay rate of over five minutes, correlation of delay between preceding train and following train on intermediate and last stations, average train headway, average number of passengers per train, and average seat usages. Types of train delays were separated using the Ward's hierarchical cluster analysis. The criteria for classification of train delay were presented by the Fisher's linear discriminant. The analysis on the situational characteristics of train delays is as follows. If the train headway in last station is short, the probability of chronic delay is high. If the planned running times of train is short, the seriousness of chronic delay is high. The important causes of train delays are short headway of train, shortly planned running times, delays of preceding train, and the excessive number of passengers per train.

앞먹임 신경회로망을 이용한 HSDI Common-Rail 인젝터의 파라미터 추정 및 모델링 (Parameter Estimation and Modeling of HSDI Common-Rail Injector Using Feedforward Neural Network)

  • This study presents the process of the solenoid parameter estimation of an common-rail injector fer HSDI(High Speed Direct Injection) diesel engines. The EMF(Electromotive Force) and solenoid inductance are the major parameters for presenting the injector dynamics, and also these parameters are estimated by using a multi-layer feedforward artificial neural networks(ANN). The performances of parameter estimators are verified by the simulation with injector model. The feasibility of this methodology is closely examined through the simulation in the various operating points of injector. The simulation results have revealed that estimated parameters show favorable agreements with the common-rail injector model.
