고전압회전기 고정자권선 운전중 부분방전진단시스템의 현장적용사례 연구 (A Case Study of On-line PD Measuring System on the Stator Winding for High Voltage Rotating Machine)

  • On-line partial discharge(PD) diagnostic system is the most prominent systems to diagnose insulation condition for the high voltage rotating machines. Partial discharge measuring system(PDMS) series with ceramic coupler(PD detecting sensor) installed hydro generator and high voltage motor have been measured the PD data for many years. The trend of PD magnitude in the on-line PD system increased for some machines. These machines showed a same result in the conventional off-line PD test and PD magnitude decreased after stator winding insulation cleaning. This case study show that PDMS has been proved to be good results by comparing PD magnitude with on-line and off-line PD test and it is important to plan the maintenance project for the hydro generator stator winding because PD value was decreased after insulation cleaning.

온라인 선로상정사고 분산처리를 위한 SIMD 구조의 PC 클러스터링 (The PC Clustering of the SIMD Structure for a Distributed Process of On-line Contingency)

  • This paper introduces the PC clustering of the SIMD structure for a distributed processing of on-line contingency to assess a static security of a power system. To execute on-line contingency analysis of a large-scale power system, we need to use high-speed execution device. Therefore, we constructed PC-cluster system using PC clustering method of the SIMD structure and applied to a power system, which relatively shows high quality on the high-speed execution and has a low price. SIMD(single instruction stream, multiple data stream) is a structure that processes are controlled by one signal. The PC cluster system is consisting of 8 PCs. Each PC employs the 2 GHz Pentium 4 CPU and is connected with the others through ethernet switch based fast ethernet. Also, we consider N-1 line contingency that have high potentiality of occurrence realistically. We propose the distributed process algorithm of the SIMD structure for reducing too much execution time on the on-line N-1 line contingency analysis in the large-scale power system. And we have verified a usefulness of the proposed algorithm and the constructed PC cluster system through IEEE 39 and 118 bus system.

초고층아파트 주거공간에 나타난 동선의 의미적 네트워크 체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the semantic network system of the line of flow appearing on the residential space of super high-rise apartments)

  • The residential space of super high-rise buildings, having a form of a huge three-dimensional vertical city, affect the residents psychologically and qualitatively according to the line of flow. Because of these affects, the system of the line of flows is a very important factor. In this study, we recognize the super high-rise apartment's line of flow as a semantic network system based on case studies. And we also understand the mutual relationship by analyzing each space to recognize what effect it does on the residential environment. Furthermore, to bring up a better semantic network system for super high-rise apartment's line of flows is our goal. According to the case studies, the semantic network of the line of flow consists of 3 parts: the functional network, economical network and unit network. The functional network is composed of the 'need' and 'has', while the economical network includes variable walls that can be changed following the user's taste and eccentric positioned living rooms that protect personal privacy. Therefore the economical network started to appear while the personal value changed according to the improvement of the social condition. Finally, the unit network is a network that effects each unit that has ambiguous boundaries due to the appropriate arrangement between transitional spaces. And the unit network is based on the functional network.

  • By the result of efforts for the technology development of G7 trainset, the technology of domestic high-speed train KTX-II has lately been put to practical use while a forward countries of railway, which have their own developing ability of high-speed train, are competing against each other for the development of faster high-speed train system. Japan has been commissioning of FASTECH 360 which was developed in June 2005. Also France and Germany have been commissioning of next generation high-speed train such as AGV and ICE-3, developed basing on technology of their existing high-speed train system(TGV and ICE), its maximum commercial running speed is 360kph, and adopted multiple unit system. For the development of technology of domestic high-speed train and enhancement of national technology competitive power, HEMU (High-speed Electrical Multiple Unit) development project has been carried out as a national R&D project from last August. For the executing of HEMU's maximum speed test, we have investigated the high speed line characteristics (i.e. radius of curvature, gradient, cant etc.) of Seoul-Pusan line and Honam line which is under construction. We'd like to examine a study of condition for the best HEMU T&C line considering HEMU's characteristics (i.e. acceleration, deceleration etc.) and its interface with infrastructure in this paper.

  • The KTX train which brings April 2004 high-speed railroad commerce operation time is operated currently Kyungbu line Seoul-Gwangmyeong-Daejeon-Dongdaegu-Pusan and Honam line Youngsan-Gwangmyeong-Seodaejeon-Kwangju/Mokpo. The high-speed railroad opening to traffic after KTX train interior noise follows in railway line quality change and it is changing together. From the research which it sees until opening to traffic after present time of the KTX vehicle it executed an interior noise quality change from Kyungbu line.

고속 Line Center의 ATC 신뢰성 평가 (Reliability Evaluation of ATC for High-Speed Line Center)

  • Recently, the reliability evaluation and analysis are applied far many industrial products which are required to guarantee in quality and efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to present some of reliability evaluation methodologies that are applicable to machine tools. Especially ATC (Automatic Tool Changer), which is a core component of line center, was chosen as the target of the reliability evaluation and analysis. The scope of research is reliability prediction, reliability test and evaluates their results. The results of reliability evaluation have shown the failure rates, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), reliability for those components of ATC and real tests reliability through the constructed reliability test-bed. It is expected that proposed methodologies would increase reliability for a high-speed line center.

  • We propose portable equipment that monitors a current and potential on high-potential power transmission lines. In the equipment, a current and voltage sensor are attached to a hollow insulator that supports a power transmission line: A current on a power line is detected by an air-core solenoidal coil clamped to the line and the detected current signal is transmitted to the ground station by using optical data link, A potential on a power transmission line is detected by a high resistance element, zinc oxide (ZnO) that acts as a potential divider between the power line and the ground.   • This paper describes an analytical method for wheel wear prediction. The outputs from vehicle dynamic software are used to calculation the wheel wear. Two calculation examples are shown for a high-speed line and a conventional line. Through the comparison of two cases, we can see the wheel wear characteristics on the conventional line and the high-speed line. The conventional line has many curved tracks that cause severe wheel flange wear. The influences of curve radius on wheel wear are also described considering the operational performance of the high speed trainset. A method of calculation using contact patch work model is presented for determination of the evolution by wear railway wheels.

  • This paper analyzes arc phenomena including the secondary arc's elongation in the Korean 765kV single transmission line (79km) between Sin-Ansung S/S and Sin-Gapyeong S/S, which will be installed in Korea in June 2006. In particular, both frequency independent and frequency dependent line models are compared to make our final decisions. As well, the significant simulation results are investigated by the EMTP program. As a result, there is no need of HSGS in the Korean 765kV single transmission line from both a practical and an economical point of view.

  • 본 논문에서는 전송선의 정확한 고주파 특성화를 위해 실험적 접근을 기반으로 한 회로모델을 제안한다. 측정 시 불가피하게 발생하는 공진현상으로 인하여 배선의 길이에 상응하는 공진주파수에서 특성 임피던스 및 전파상수를 정확히 결정하기 어렵다. 따라서 물리적 통찰 및 이론을 바탕으로 이러한 공진효과가 배제된 전송선 파라미터 결정 방법이 제시되었다. 또한 고속신호의 전파 특성화를 위해 실험적으로 결정된 파라미터를 사용한 고주파 회로모델이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서 제안한 주파수 종속 전송선 파라미터 모델은 측정을 통해 검증되었으며, 고속 신호의 전파 특성화에 유용하게 적용될 수 있다.
