폐광지역을 통과하는 고속철도터널의 안정성 평가 (Stability Analysis of High Speed Railway Tunnel Passing Through the Abandoned Mine Area)

  • 고속철도터널 시공전에 폐광된 광산의 채굴공동의 변형거동이 철도터널의 안정성에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 이지역에서 지질조사, 암반의 공학적 평가 및 평가요소에 대한 다중회귀분석, 수치해석 입력자료의 취득을 위한 많은 조사를 수행하였다. 암반의 공학적 분류결과 절리면에 대한 상태가 RMR 값을 결정하는데 가장 중요한 변수로 나타났고, Q값을 결정하는데는 절리군의 수가 가장 중요한 변수인 것으로 분석되었다. FLAC에 의한 해석 결과 고속철도구간 서측 하부 50 m지점에 위치한 채굴적의 변형거동은 암반의 역학적 특성에 따라 변형양상은 다를 수 있으나 고속철도터널에 침하성 변위를 유발시킬 가능성이 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 그러나 채굴적을 광체와 같은 역학적 특성을 갖는 재료로 충전 시켰을 때 침하성 변위는 나타나지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • In this study, interior noise of the high speed EMU was estimated by statistical energy analysis (SEA) method. Based on the data measured at a distance of 25m from a running train, exterior noise of the running train was calculated. And then it was designed as noise sources in VA ONE, a commercial software of SEA. coupling and damping loss factor of high speed EMU studied in previous studies is used. The interior noise of the train was estimated for a open-land section. The analysis of interior noise of HST in the tunnel section will be estimated through same method.

  • 갱웨이 벨로우즈는 관절형 고속철도차량 객차 끝단부 사이에 다양한 변위차를 고려하여 갱웨이 프레임에 장착된 이중 주름구조 네오프렌 고무부품이다. 실제 운행중의 벨로우즈의 파손은 터널 통과시 기밀 파손으로 인한 이명현상 발생과 함께 소음 증가로 승객의 승차감에 심각한 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 고속철도차량 갱웨이 벨로우즈의 안전성 연구일환으로서, 차량주행시 차량 끝단부의 3축 회전변위(롤링, 요잉, 피칭변위차)를 고려한 갱웨이 벨로우즈의 비선형 해석을 수행하였다. 본 고무의 비선형 재료 특성은 단축인장 및 등2축 인장시험을 수행하여 구하였다. 또한, 비선형 해석결과로부터 회전변위 및 마찰계수의 영향을 평가하였다.

  • 측풍 시 AREX 열차에 가해지는 공기역학적 하중을 측정하기 위하여 풍동시험이 수행되었다. 5% 축소 시험 모델은 연결부, 하부 및 대차부 등을 포함하여 가능한한 자세하게 모델링되었다. 시험에 사용된 풍동은 폭 4m $\times$ 높이 3m 의 시험부를 가진 한국항공우주연구원(KARI)의 중형 아음속 풍동이다. 두 종류의 선로 모형에 놓여진 열차 모델에 가해지는 공기역학적 하중과 모멘트는 요각에 따라 도시되었으며, 실험 조건에 따른 공력 계수의 특성이 분석되었다.

  • This paper describes on aerodynamic characteristics of pantograph system for Next generation high speed train(HEMU-400). The pantograph which supports electric power is located on the roof. Because of this, it generate high drag, severe acoustic noise and vibration which induced unstable flow due to complex configuration. Therefore, the design of high efficient pantograph needs to increase operational speed. In this research, wind tunnel tests were performed to design a high efficient pantograph system using 1/4 scaled model which were KTX-II pantograph, single arm pantograph and periscope type pantograph with square cylinder shape panhead and optimized shape panhead. For real operational condition, flow directions were adapted by rotation of pantograph. From this results of wind tunnel, it is checked that the pantograph with optimized panhead and single arm type or periscope type has better aerodynamic performance. In addition, lift control device and spoiler in pantograph were tested to investigate the validity of application.

모형 실험에 의한 터널 복공의 역학적 거동 및 균열 특성에 관한 연구 (Mechanical Behavior and Cracking Characteristics of Tunnel Lining by Model Experiment)

  • Considering the mechanical cracking in the concrete lining of tunnels occurring in relatively short period of time after the construction, there is a need for the study on the mechanical behavior and the cracking characteristics of double lining support system(shotcrete and concrete lining). For the proposed study, downscaled lining models of Kyung-Bu High Speed Railway tunnels were tested. Most longitudinal cracks at about 93 percentage developed within 30 arch degree from the vault. Cracking load was about 30 percentage of the failure load and the deflection under the cracking load was 10 percentage of the deflection under the failure load. The overbreak around the vault contributed to the reduction of the capacity for cracking and failure by the percentage greater than the reduced effective depth. Of several rock block types considered in this research, the triangular block was the most critical, and the right triangular block under eccentric load was secondly critical for the stability of the tunnel lining system. The dimensionless support reaction curves were derived from the experimental results for single and double lining. The general equation to compute the designed flexural moment was modified.

  • 판토그래프와 전차선간의 접촉력 특성은 차량에 대한 안정적 전원공급 특성인 집전성능을 평가하는 중요한 지표이다.본 연구에서는 HEMU-430x판토그래프의 동적 접촉력 특성을 속도에 따라 분석하였다. 그 결과 판토그래프의 접촉력 표준편차가 속도에 따라 증가함을 확인하였고, 주파수 분석을 통하여 전차선의 경간이 접촉력에 매우 큰 영향을 미치는 인자임을 확인하였다. 또한 400km/h 이상의 속도에서 안정적인 집전특성을 확보하려면 판토그래프와 가선간의 접촉력 표준편차가 작아져야 한다. 이를 위하여 전차선 장력증가, 판토그래프 집전판 경량화 등의 방안을 적용하였으며, 이에 대한 접촉력 측면에서의 효과를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 또한 개활지와 터널에서의 접촉력 특성의 차이에 대하여서도 주파수 분석을 통해서 분석하였다.

  • We test the running performance of KHST(Korean High Speed Train) that is developed in Korea. The interior noise of high speed train is dependent on the train speed generally and is one of the most important problem recently. In this paper, we present the test results of interior noise for KTX and KHST and examine into the cause of interior noise for KTX. From the analysis results, we know that the interior noise of KHST is lower about $2{\sim}5dB(A)$ than KTX and also the noise levels of KTX at 80Hz and 250Hz in tunnel increase very highly.

  • ATC facility manipulates ground-on-board information, which transmits speed limit, varying as wayside environments - safety facility, track gradient, inclination, bridge and tunnel and other factors, installed for safe operation of trains on wayside. Efficientiation and automatification of operation and maintenance is being realized, by measuring if there are any erroneous information, using a measuring car. In this paper, we study in priority the methods for measuring accurately distinctive properties of internal malfunctions of track circuits, the performance decrease of condensers, and the unbalance of return cables, which are actually required for functionality improvement of high-speed line signal measure facilities, by measuring the unbalance of return current given because of damaged factors of external track circuits.

An analytical model for assessing soft rock tunnel collapse risk and its engineering application

  • The tunnel collapse, large deformation of surrounding rock, water and mud inrush are the major geological disasters in soft rock tunnel construction. Among them, tunnel collapse has the most serious impact on tunnel construction. Current research backed theories have certain limitations in identifying the collapse risk of soft rock tunnels. Examining the Zhengwan high-speed railway tunnel, eight soft rock tunnel collapse influencing factors were selected, and the combination of indicator weights based on the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weighting methods was obtained. The results show that the groundwater condition and the integrity of the rock mass are the main influencing factors leading to a soft rock tunnel collapse. A comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model for the collapse risk of soft rock tunnels is being proposed, and the real-time collapse risk assessment of the Zhengwan tunnel is being carried out. The results obtained via the fuzzy evaluation model agree well with the actual situation. A tunnel section evaluated to have an extremely high collapse risk and experienced a local collapse during excavation, verifying the feasibility of the collapse risk evaluation model. The collapse risk evaluation model proposed in this paper has been demonstrated to be a promising and innovative method for the evaluation of the collapse risk of soft rock tunnels, leading to safer construction.
