BPO(Business Process Outsourcing) is defined as outsourcing the management and operation of the IT intensive business process to another company that has specialty in managing the process. In the outsourcing arrangement, the design of the effective control mechanisms is essential to the success of the outsourcing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effective control mechanisms between two organizations in a BPO arrangement. The specific research questions put forth are as follows: (1)What are the control issues in relation to BPO? (2)How the control mechanisms in the successful BPO arrangement are designed? and (3)What kind of effect or change do the designed control mechanisms have on the buyer's job process in terms of BPO? The results of this study found that the following mechanisms are effected in BPO setting: (1)Automation (2)Standardization & Modularity (3)Embedding (4)Balanced control (5)control segmentation (6)hierarchy (7)output/behavior control 8)back-end control 9)informal control.

This article takes Disney animation as the research object to analyze the Chinese and American culture in the animation. The first part introduces the background of the animation. The theme of the animation comes from the long-standing narrative folk song Mulan Ci during the Southern and Northern Dynasties of China, and it introduces the parallel montage of animation narrative. The second part narrates the Chinese cultural elements in Mulan, and expounds on Disney's use and blending of Chinese cultural elements from three aspects of ink painting effect, national costumes and Confucianism. From the perspective of Western culture, the third part analyzes how to integrate Western thought and characteristics, and contrast with Chinese culture in Mulan from three aspects: Mushu, character and hierarchy.

The lorry based transportation system in korea has many problems such as high domestic logistic cost, environment pollution and road damage etc. Hereupon, the necessity of improvement for national logistics system has been proposed continuously. Therefore we carried out this research through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to measure relative importance between effect factors and constraint factors and examined the possibility of Modal Shift from lorry transportation to coastal transportation. As the results of this research, the relative priority on modal shift policy enforcement (0.556) is higher than that of maintenance of the present transportation system(0.444).

This paper presents to accomplish successfully a multi-input real time control by applying control hierarchy for sliding mode of multi-joint manipulators whose nonlinear terms are regarded as disturbances. We- could simplify the dynamic equations of a manipulator and servo system, which are composed of linear elements and nonlinear elements, by assuming that nonlinear terms, which are Inertia term, gravity force term, Coriolis force term and centrifugal force term, are external disturbance. By simplifying that equation, we could easily obtain a control input which satisfy sliding mode of multi-input system. We proposed a new control input algorithm in order to decrease chattering by changing control input according as effect of disturbance if a control response become within allowance error range. In this experiments, we used DSP(Digital Signal Processor) controller to suppress chattering by time delay of calculation and to carry out real time control.

매년 게임업체의 수는 증가하고 있으나 이들 업체에 의하여 개발 및 유통되는 모든 게임들이 경쟁력을 갖고 있는 것은 아니다. 하나의 게임 나아가서는 게임산업의 경쟁력과 부가가치를 높이기 위하여 수요자들의 만족도가 높은 게임을 개발해야 하며 이를 위하여 만족도가 어느 정도 되는지를 평가할 수 있는 과학적 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 AHP와 통계적 방법을 이용하여 게임 만족도를 정량적으로 추정하고 만족도 점수의 분포를 구하는 방법을 연구하였다. 이 방법을 활용하여 기존 또는 향후 개발되는 게임들의 만족도 수준과 기준을 예측할 수 있는 기대효과를 얻을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is proving the effects of the internal customer satisfaction management on worker's job satisfaction at general hospital. In the relationship between the management and the satisfaction, the study also finds the moderating effect of the organizational support awareness and the organizational justice. For this study, it was surveyed targeting 270 employees who work in seven general hospitals in Busan. As the result, 246 questionnaires returned. All of these questionnaires were used in the final analysis. The method of analysis is descriptive statistics using SPSS VER. 18.0, correlation analysis, regression analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. The main results of empirical analysis were as follows: First, in the effect of the internal customer satisfaction management to worker's job satisfaction, it has positive effect to internal communication and the commission of authority and it has positive effect to worker's job satisfaction. Second, the organizational support awareness & the organizational justice have moderating effect on the relationship between the internal customer satisfaction management and worker's job satisfaction. Third, the study proves that supporting management hierarchy shows positive effects for all socio-demographic characteristics in the organizational support awareness and the organizational justice.

본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사를 대상으로 Maslow의 욕구위계이론에 근거한 5가지 욕구만족이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 욕구만족과 이직의도의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 확인한 융합연구이다. 연구참여자는 서울에 소재한 종합병원의 임상간호사 239명이었다. 수집한 자료는 위계적 회귀분석과 PROCESS Macro (Model 4)를 이용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 생리적 욕구와 안전 욕구는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 소속감 욕구, 존중 욕구 및 자아실현 욕구가 직무만족에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 생리적 욕구와 존중 욕구가 이직의도에 유의한 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 임상간호사의 욕구만족(생리적 욕구, 안전 욕구, 소속감 욕구 및 자아실현 욕구)과 이직의도 간의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개변수가 유의하게 나타났다. 임상간호사의 5가지 욕구만족이 증가하면 직무만족을 매개로 하여 의직의도를 감소시킬 수 있으므로, 간호사의 욕구만족과 직무만족을 효과적으로 관리할 필요가 있음을 논의하였다.

In the Past, The selection of individual method of construction was done by head of construction site or an experienced person very frequently. By doing this, The wrong selection of construction method without exact adjudication of construction site situation lead to increasing of cost and extension of construction term. Finally it will effect all over the construction process. Especially, In case of underground construction in the beginning, there are a lot of a variable factor and it also effect on the entire construction process and it need very careful process. The purpose of this study is to present the best suitable methodology for selection of construction method by considering potential risk of construction method and variables together with external condition for underground construction. The purpose of this study Is to select the most suitable construction method by analysing potential conditions(construction site situation and client request in designing ) To do this, We prepared arrangement rule to arrange the conditions for construction method. And thin make checklist of the analyzing construction method. Though above process, To expect the risk of individual construction method using above risk checklist and using Analytic Hierarchy process among Multiple-Criteria Decision making, the professional opinions is to be adapted. By doing this, it can lead and select the most suitable construction method considering the data which get from risk density test.

본 연구는 농업R&D 평가의 중요한 요소인 생산성, 시장성, 지역파급성을 기초로 우수한 농업 R&D의 특성을 분석하여 향후 농업R&D 개발방향의 시사점을 마련하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 분석대상은 2006년부터 2018년까지 국가연구개발우수성과에 선정된 농촌진흥청의 R&D이며, 우선순위는 계층분석방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 상위 평가기준의 중요도는 시장성(0.423) > 지역파급성(0.360) > 생산성(0.216)의 순서로 나타났다. 둘째, 하위 평가기준의 중요도를 분석한 결과, 시장성의 경우 사업화 가능성(0.515)이, 지역파급성의 경우 보급확대 가능성(0.538)이, 생산성의 경우 품질향상(0.464)이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중요도가 상대적으로 높게 나타난 우수성과는 원예작물의 농업경쟁력 향상과 관련된 기술이 다수 포함되었다. 특히, 원예작물의 품종개발 및 수출, 환경변화에 취약한 원예작물의 병해충 진단 및 친환경 농약 개발, 벌의 대량 생산 및 실용화를 통한 원예작물과의 시너지 효과 창출 등과 관련된 R&D의 순위가 높게나타났다. 농업R&D는 농업기술혁신을 통해 국민의 삶의 질 향상을 견인해 왔다. 다만, 농업환경이 빠르게 변화되고, 다양한 스마트기술이 농업현장에 접목되고 있는 상황에서 생산성의 향상 보다는 시장성이 요구되고 있다. 또한, '지역특화작목 연구개발 및 육성에 관한 법률'의 제정과 함께 지역의 특성에 적합하고, 비교우위 가진 기술의 지역적 보급확대가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구가 농촌진흥기관이 지역특화작목을 육성하고, 경쟁력을 향상하는 과정에서 요구되는 농업R&D의 개발방향을 결정하는 데 도움이 되길 기대한다.
