Supply Network Analysis of Second and Third Outsourcing Firms with E-Invoice at Automobile Parts Industry: Focused to Brake Manufacturing Firms (자동차 부품산업의 전자세금계산서 기반 2차·3차 공급망 분석: 브레이크 업계를 중심으로)

  • Supply network of automobile part is addressed with the e-invoices generated at real time. Automobile is composed of 8 modules. Firms which produce these modules are defined as the first outsourcing firm. Brake is the part of power control module and so, brake manufacturing firm is called the second outsourcing firm. In this paper, the third supply networks of brake manufacturing firms is analyzed with e-invoices and social network method. At the node-level, the third outsourcing firms are classified into 3 categories, interator, allocator and hub with respect to their role at the ego-network of each brake manufacturing firm. At the network level, A2, one of 3 brake manufacturing firms have more outsourcing firms and bigger centrality than the other brake manufacturing firms. Intre-firms trade patterns are, also, analyzed by using the degree of trade dedication with respect to the modes of business. It is shown that trade pattern of retail, commodity brokerage firm, rubber and plastic manufacturing firm are hierarchical trade because their degree of trade dedication is almost near to 1.

Analysis on Predictive Factors of Digital Accessibility Level of Middle-old Age Group: Focused on Gender Difference (중고령자의 디지털정보접근수준 예측요인 분석 : 성별차이를 중심으로)

  • Digital accessibility of the middle-aged and elderly has been increasing at a faster pace than other groups such as the handicapped and adolescents. However, studies related to the digital accessibility of middle and older adults are scarce. In order to examine variables affecting accessibility to digital information of the middle-aged and elderly people, this study researches the impacts of sociodemographic, physical and mental health and social activity variables on the accessibility of digital information. We analyzed data of 1,661 people between the ages of 55 and 84 from the 2018 Status Survey on Digital Divide conducted by the National Information Society Agency. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows the higher education, economic, and life satisfaction levels are, the higher digital accessibility levels of both male and female are. The result of the analysis also shows that the aged male has a higher accessibility level when he does not live alone; meanwhile, the aged female has higher digital capability as her age is lower, which describes that there are differences between gender. We expect the result of this study to be used as an important reference to understand factors related to digital accessibility level and active intervention for improving digital accessibility of the middle-aged and elderly male and female.

The process of modernization of Geomundo during Japanese colonial period : focused on social structure (일제강점기 거문도 근대화 과정 -사회구조를 중심으로 -)

  • This paper analyzed the process of modernization in terms of the social structure in Geomundo. Before modernization, social structure in Geomundo was traditional society by a village unit. A village had community rituals and organization. There were independent parallel spatial structure among villages. In the early Japanese colonial period, 'forced modernization' had been occurred by Japanese immigrants settling in a separate living space. The modernization was transplanted in a new established village and diffused into other villages. In the process of forced modernization, the connection among villages was reinforced, as the result of that modern social organization was emerged, and the characteristics of community rituals had been changed. During modernization indigenization period, advanced fishery technology and distribution system occurred capitalist production system helping to place modern norms in the general daily life. In the late Japanese colonial period, aided organizations from local government and informal organizations reversed the trend of modernization through helping colonial exploitation policy. The spatial structure in Geomundo had become to hierarchical structure with intensified connectivity as the result of extensive spread of community territory. Modernization in Japanese colonial period was 'forced modernization' and could not re-established the community spirits. The community spirit has been broken up by dissolving the existing self regulating and self motivated organization.

Gender Difference of Community-Residing Elderly's Satisfaction with Life and Influential Factors (지역사회 노인의 삶의 만족도와 영향 요인의 성별 차이)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate gender difference of community-residing elderly's life satisfaction and influential factors. Data were collected from 461 elders aged 60+ with the cooperation of several social service center for the aged, senior centers, and senior citizen associations in Daejeon Metropolitan City and Chungcheongnam-do(Cheonan-si and Okcheon-gun). SPSS 22.0 software was used for t-test and cross tabulation analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed there was statistically significant difference of elderly's life satisfaction by gender in multivariate analysis including sociodemographic factors, social network and relationship with children variables, but no difference in bivariate analysis. There was also significant difference in the factors affecting community-residing elderly's life satisfaction by gender. A few factors like friend support, number of regular social gatherings, and subjective health status were statistically significant in predicting male elderly's life satisfaction. Predictors of female elderly's life satisfaction which were perceived elderly parent-children conflict, friend support, monthly income, subjective health status, support to children, support from children were more diverse, compared to the predictors for male elderly's life satisfaction. Based on the findings, suggestions for social welfare policy and practice to improve community-residing elderly's life satisfaction considering the gender difference were discussed.

Effects of Job Characteristics and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction in ICT Convergence Venture Companies - Considering the Moderating effect of Social Support - (ICT융합벤처기업 임직원들의 직무특성과 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -사회적지원의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of study was to test the effects of job characteristics and job stress on job satisfaction in the ICT Convergence Venture Companies and the moderating role of social support between job characteristics and job satisfaction. For this study, the data were collected from 15 ICT Convergence Ventures in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. The sample of 301 employees was selected and analyzed by hierarchical regression technique. The results showed that job characteristics had a positive effect on job satisfaction and job stress had a negative effect. And also found out social support had the moderate roles between job stress and job satisfaction except coworker support with regard to role ambiguity, whereas it did not serve as a moderate role between job characteristics and job satisfaction. The research results are summarized, the implications for ICT convergence Ventures were discussed, and the directions for future research were suggested.

Analysis of the Relationship between the Convergence Factors Related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Some Hospital Administrative Staffs (일부 병원행정직의 조직시민행동과 관련된 융복합 요인의 관련성 분석)

  • This paper attempted to find the convergence factors related to the organizational citizenship behavior of hospital administration staff(HAS). The survey was conducted on 274 administrative staff at 22 hospitals in J regions randomly selected using self-administered questionnaires. The survey period took about a month from July 1 to July 31, 2019. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows the following results. The organizational citizenship behavior of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: The higher the procedure justice, sub-areas of organization justice, the higher the intragroup trust, and the higher the organizational commitment. Their explanatory power was 41.9%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to increase organization justice, intragroup trust and organizational commitment, are required to improve organizational citizenship behavior among HAS. The above results are expected to be utilized in human resource management and industrial health education of medical institutions that enhance organizational citizenship behavior of HAS. Later research requires the establishment of a structural equation model that affects organizational citizenship behavior of HAS.

A Study on the Relationship of Infection Control Performance in a Long Term Care Hospital Caregivers (일개 지역 요양병원 간병인의 감염관리수행도 관련성 연구)

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate infection management status of long term care hospitals and infection prevention knowledge of caregivers. This is descriptive study to investigate the factors affecting caregivers' infection control performance in long term care hospitals. The data collection period was from August, 2018, and a total of 197 caregivers from 8 long term care hospitals. The data analysis were done Win SPSS 20.0 with t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Infection prevention knowledge was positively correlated with infection control performance (p=<.001). The factors influencing performance in a long term care hospital caregivers were over seventy years old (t=2.50, p=.013), eight-hour working time (t=-2.62, p=.010), nursing staffing First grades (t=2.48, p=.014), and infection prevention knowledge (t=2.96 p=.003), which explained 12.9% (F=6.70 p<.001). In summary, we recommend to develop infection education interventions to improve caregivers' infection control performance in long term care hospitals and to improve of the function in long term care hospitals.

A Study on the Influences of the Elderly Contact Experience and Aging Knowledge on the Elderly Discrimination Recognition Using the Empathy Ability (대학생의 노인접촉경험과 노화지식이 공감능력을 매개변수로 노인차별인식에 미치는 영향관계에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of empathy in relation to contact experience of the elderly and their knowledge level of ageing. For this study data was collected from 20th Dec. to 30th of Dec. 2018 355 university students from D university in J. province were surveyed. Data was analysis by using reliability test, correlation analysis, hierarchical multiful regression analysis. The statistical significance of the mediating effects was confirmed by Sobel's verification. The results of the analysis showed that the partial mediation effect of empathy was verified with regard to the relationship between elderly contact experience and discrimination of elderly people. In addition, the partial mediation effect of empathy was verified between level of aging knowledge and the perception of elderly discrimination. The results of this study confirmed the necessity of developing practical education and training programs to improve the level of aging knowledge and to increase contact experience with elderly people. There is also a need to enhance empathy in order to improve the awareness of discrimination against elderly people in health and welfare departments among university students.

A Study on the Relationship between the Name Awareness of Public Medical Institutions and Patients' Intent to Revisit (공공의료기관 인지도와 재방문여부와의 관계 연구)

  • This study has significance in terms of its intent to contribute to the increase in hospital revisits by proposing measures to enhance name awareness through an examination of the relationship between the name awareness of public medical institutions and patients' revisit, and its corresponding influences. The study findings were drawn by employing analysis methods such as frequency analysis, reliability and exploratory factor analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results of the correlation analysis showed statistically significant correlations between all independent variables and the patients' revisit or not. The perception of service quality and the environmental factor of medical treatment increased the explanatory power of independent variables, thereby exhibiting a high correlation with the revisit to medical institutions. The usual image, medical service, and medical treatment environment were revealed to have a positive influence on the patient's intent to revisit. This study could confirm a correlation between the name awareness of medical public institutions and the patients' revisit or not. Consequently, to improve the quality and infrastructure of their medical services, public medical institutions are required to perform studies on measures to increase the revisits of patients by identifying their image, medical services, and treatment environment on a consistent basis.

A Study on the Effects of Family Restaurants' Service Guarantees on Customer Loyalty -Focusing on the Moderating Role of Involvement- (패밀리레스토랑의 서비스보증이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 - 관여도의 조절효과를 중심으로 -)

  • This study examines the relationship among family restaurants' service guarantee, service quality, service value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, involvement to verify the marketing effectiveness of service guarantee in family restaurants. For the empirical analysis, a survey was conducted with 250 adults in Seoul and Gyeonggi. For the collected data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis were carried out, using SPSS 21.0, in order to verify reliability and validity. And multi regression analysis, hierarchical analysis were used for hypothesis test. According to this study result, first, service guarantees were shown to have a positive effect on service quality, service value and customer loyalty. Second, service quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, service value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on customer loyalty. Fifth, in the relationship between service guarantees and customer loyalty, involvement played a moderating role. Therefore this study has verified the marketing effectiveness of service guarantee in family restaurants, so it can be said that the study has drawn strategic operation methods in family restaurants.
