국화 '백마'의 시설재배에서 야간 환기와 난방에 의한 상대습도 조절에 따른 흰녹병 발생과 생육 (Occurrence of White Rust and Growth of Chrysanthemum 'Baekma' by Control of Relative Humidity with Night Ventilation and Heating in the Greenhouse)

  • 본 연구는 스탠다드 국화 '백마'의 시설재배에 있어서 야간 환기 방법과 난방처리 조건에 따른 온습도의 변화, 흰녹병 발생 및 절화의 생육에 미치는지 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 환기 방법에 관한 실험에서 측창을 밀폐시킨 대조구의 평균 상대습도 94.5%에 비해 자연환기는 74.3%, 자연+Fan환기 처리구에서는 72.8%로 낮았다. 흰녹병 발생률은 대조구 100%, Fan환기 98.3%, 자연환기 75.6%, 자연+Fan환기 처리구에서 43.4%로 나타났다. 또한 발병엽수와 동포자퇴수도 다른 처리들보다 자연+Fan환기 처리는 가장 적었다. 대조구에서는 과습과 흰녹병 발생으로 절화의 생육이 크게 억제되었는데, 자연+Fan환기 처리구는 초장, 엽수, 줄기직경, 절화의 생체중 등 절화의 생육이 양호하였다. 난방 조건에 따른 시설 내의 야간 평균 온도는 대조구인 RH 95% 난방처리에서 $18.4^{\circ}C$ 인데 반하여 RH 70% 난방처리에서 $25.8^{\circ}C$ 로 나타나 $7.4^{\circ}C$ 상승하였다. RH 70% 난방처리에서도 흰녹병 발생률 34.4%, 주당 발병엽수 0.9개, 발병엽당 동포자퇴수 1.0개로 대조구보다 흰녹병 발생이 크게 억제되었다. 또한 RH 70% 난방 처리구에서 습도가 높은 대조구보다 초장, 엽수, 줄기직경, 생체중 등 절화의 생육이 양호하였다. 따라서 시설 내에서 국화 '백마'를 재배시 자연+Fan환기와 난방처리는 흰녹병을 크게 억제할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 절화의 생육에도 효과적이었다.

  • Most technologies of reduction process used in the heat treatment of existent metal products are related to metals applied to bolts and parts of automobiles, and nonmetal such as copper. Heating conditions and reduction gases produced in above processes depend on types of products to be treated thermally but heating systems employ electricity commonly and the reduction gases are separated into additional production equipment and a gas dryer and inefficiently provided into the system. Electrical heating system has the advantage of convenient temperature-control but is not economical because of disadvantages of high electricity-running cost and extra installation cost of a transformer. Accordingly, development of the system which has economical heating mode in which provision of reduction gas and heating conditions are unified is necessary for improvement of economy and efficiency in current reduction processes. This study aimed to develop a new advanced heat treatment furnace using catalytic combustion. thereby minimizing the cost during heating, supplying heat and reductive gas at the same time and controlling operating condition freely by changing electrical heating system to heating system by the gas combustion and regeneration of wasted heat.

지역난방용 태양열시스템 (Solar District Heating System)

  • This study was carried out solar heating system design for district heating and it's the performance analysis by experiment. This experimental system was installed in Bundang district heating area in the end of 2006. The flat plate and vacuum tube solar collector are combined in one system. So district heating water is heated first by flat plate solar collector and than by vacuum tube solar collector. This solar heating system has not a solar buffer tank and is operating with variable flow rate to obtain a setting temperature of $90{\sim}95^{\circ}C$. As a result, the daily solar thermal collection efficiency is about 30 to 40% for the plate type and 50 to 55% for the vacuum tube solar collector. It varied especially depend on the weather condition like as solar radiation and ambient temperature. This variable flow rate system can be also reduced much pumping power more than 50%.

  • During fabrication of deck house block in passenger ships, the problem of unexpected large deformation and distortion frequently occurs. In this case, line and spot heating method were widely used to correct the distortion of thin plate structure. Spot heating was especially used for the case under 5mm thickness. Few papers are available on the working conditions of spot heating method but only little information on deformation control. In this study, evaluation was carried out on the temperature distribution of spot heating methods using FEA and practical experiments for various heating time. IIn FEA, heat input model was established using Tsuji's double Gaussian heat input mode (Tsuji, I., 1988). This model was verified by comparing with experimental data. Also radial shrinkage and angular distortion due to spot heating were determined and compared with experimental results. Thermo elasto-plastic analysis was performed using commercial FE code, MSC/MARC. Radial shrinkage and angular distortion were measured using 3D measuring apparatus. Based on these results, simplified analysis model for deformation by spot heating was established.

  • 천연셀룰로오스의 탄화과정에서 탄화수율에 영향을 미치는 인자는 탄화온도, 승온속도 및 탄화로 내의 분위기를 들 수 있다. 일반적으로 탄화수율을 높이기 위해서는 탄화목표온도를 낮추고, 승온속도를 느리게 하면 탄화로의 분위기를 불활성가스의 조건에서 탄화수율이 높아진다고 보고되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 탄화조건 중에서 가장 유동성을 가지고 있는 승온속도를 조절하고, 탈수촉매제로서 황산을 첨가함으로서 탄화수율의 향상과 탄화과정에서 천연셀룰로오스를 재료로 하여 탄화특성에 대하여 조사하였다. 그 결과 황산무처리시료에 대하여는 승온속도가 증가함에 따라 수율이 상당히 감소하였지만 황산처리 시료는 승온속도가 증가하여도 수율 감소 폭이 크지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과에서 탄화과정에 있어서 승온속도의 조절과 적당한 탈수제의 첨가는 탄화재료의 수율 향상과 탄화시간 단축에 유용한 기초자료가 될 것으로 생각된다.

Influence of heating rate on the flexural strength of monolithic zirconia

  • PURPOSE. Fabrication of zirconia restorations with ideal mechanical properties in a short period is a great challenge for clinicians. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of heating rate on the mechanical and microstructural properties of monolithic zirconia. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Forty monolithic zirconia specimens were prepared from presintered monolithic zirconia blanks. All specimens were then assigned to 4 groups according to heating rate as Control, Group $15^{\circ}C$, Group $20^{\circ}C$, and Group $40^{\circ}C$. All groups were sintered according to heating rates with the sintering temperature of $1500^{\circ}C$, a holding time of 90 minutes and natural cooling. The phase composition was examined by XRD analysis, three-point bending test was conducted to examine the flexural strength, and Weibull analysis was conducted to determine weibull modulus and characteristic strength. Average grain sizes were determined by SEM analysis. One-way ANOVA test was performed at a significance level of 0.05. RESULTS. Only tetragonal phase characteristic peaks were determined on the surface of analyzed specimens. Differences among the average grain sizes of the groups were not statistically significant. The results of the three-point bending test revealed no significant differences among the flexural strength of the groups (P>.05). Weibull modulus of groups was ranging from 3.50 to 4.74. The highest and the lowest characteristic strength values were obtained in Group $20^{\circ}C$ and Control Group, respectively. CONCLUSION. Heating rate has no significant effect on the flexural strength of monolithic zirconia. Monolithic zirconia restorations can be produced in shorter sintering periods without affecting the flexural strength by modifying the heating rate.

묘상 난방 시스템을 위한 온도제어기 개발 (Development of Temperature Controller for Seedbed Heating System)

  • This paper describes the development of temperature controller for seedbed heating system. This system consisted of three parts; sensing part, control part that includes the PID control algorithm, and actuating part. The control part introduced a phase angle control method of TRIAC and firmware technique using one-chip microcontroller(PIC16C73). For evaluating the performance of a PID control system, the experiment results by a developed controller are compared with these obtained from a conventional controller which utilize ON-OFF control method. The experiment results show that the proposed controller has good control performance.

  • A Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system is a nonlinear multi-input multi-output (MIMO) system. This system is very difficult to control the temperature and the humidity ratio of a thermal space because of complex nonlinear characteristics. This paper proposes an adaptive fuzzy output feedback control based on observer for the nonlinear HVAC system. The nonlinear HVAC system is linearized through dynamic extension. State observers are designed for estimating state variables of the HVAC system. Fuzzy systems are employed to approximate uncertain nonlinear functions of the HVAC system with unavailable state variables. The obtained controller compares with an adaptive feedback controller. Simulation is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed adaptive fuzzy method.

실리콘러버 기반의 히터제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fabrication of Heater based on Silicone Rubber)

  • 실리콘러버히터는 플렉시블하기 때문에 평면, 곡면, 입체적인 형태에서도 직접 접착이나 피가열물에 넣어 설치할 수 있다. 현재의 가열방식은 열이 필요하지 않은 영역 또는 위치를 무시하고 피가열물체 전체를 가열하여 필요한 온도로 상승시키기 때문에 일부분만을 부분집중 가열할 수 없었다. 멀티히팅존을 이용하면 피가열물체 전체를 가열하는 것보다는 공정에 따라 열이 필요한 부분만 집중가열하기 때문에 열이 필요한 장소마다 적은 전기용량으로 발열량을 다르게 적용하여 국소 위치별로 빠르게 가열할 수 있고, 열에너지를 줄일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 열융착이 필요한 영역에서 균일한 온도 또는 온도 차이가 발생하도록 다중 가열영역 구조내의 부분집중 영역에 대한 온도 및 가열 시간을 측정한다. 최적의 전력밀도 범위 결정 및 전기용량을 감소하기 위해 멀티히팅존 구조로 제작된 실리콘러버히터의 안전성을 알아본다. 이와 같이 다중가열방식으로 실리콘러버히터를 제작하면 다중집중 가열기술을 모든 가열공정에 이상적으로 적용할 수 있다.

  • Piled snow upon PV module interferes with Photoelectric Effect process through photovoltaic directly. As a result of this phenomenon, its generation efficiencies keep decreasing or are stuck at zero power generating status. In addition, PV facilities have been installed on those places such as water surface, roof-top, and other isolated places, dealing with conditions of "Securing high REC weighted value", "Difficulty of securing land" and so forth. Through this study, we are able to actualize the function of heating over PV modules when it snows. We adopted laminating method through heating film and modules, guaranteeing warranty more than for 25 years. Also we are trying remote control systemically, not by hardware control, to run parallel with automatic driving and monitoring system which enable to control operation time, insolation, amount of snowfall automatically. We applied analysis of actual proof to both snow removal PV system and general PV power system, and these led to bear power consumption analysis while snow-removing, and its comparison after finishing the task as "One stone, two birds." In the long run, we could carry out economic analysis against snow removal system, and this helps to verify the most maximized control method for snow removal conditons on a basis of weather information. this study shall let prevent people from negligent accidents, and improve power generation problems as mentioned from the top. Ultimately, we expect to apply this system to heavy snowfall regions in winter season in spite of its limited system installaion in Korean territory, initially.
