IoB 환경을 위한 헬스케어 서비스 모델 설계 (Designing a Healthcare Service Model for IoB Environments)

  • 최근 헬스케어 분야는 다양한 산업 분야의 요구사항을 반영하여 서비스 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 모델을 개발하려고 노력하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헬스케어 서비스 향상을 위해서 5G 환경에서 사용자의 헬스케어 정보를 실시간으로 처리할 수 있는 행동인터넷(IoB, Internet of Behavior) 환경 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 사용자의 헬스케어 정보를 딥러닝을 통해 분석한 후 건강 상태를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 하는 것이 목적이다. 이때, 사용자의 생체 정보는 휴대용 의료 장비에 부착된 통신 장비를 통해 전달되며, 사용자 인증은 부착된 IoB 장치에 사전 입력된 정보를 통해 수행된다. 기존 IoT 헬스케어 서비스와의 차별점은 사용자의 습관 및 행동 패턴을 분석해서 디지털 데이터화 하는 점과 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 사용자의 헬스케어 서비스 향상을 위한 사용자 특정 행동을 유도할 수 있다는 점이다.

한양방 의료서비스 만족도 비교연구 (Comparative study on the Satisfaction difference of Korean and Western Medical Services)

  • Objective : In South Korea, there are two kinds of medical systems that have Western medical institution and Korean medical institution. Patients who use medical services have different satisfaction in this environment. This study explores the satisfaction difference of korean/western medical services. Method : The data for this study were collected through a self-administered survey to 680 subject from patients who use medical services. frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA were used for the statistical analysis. Results : The result of factor analysis, three factors were extracted. That was Information, Environment, Human services. Overall, the satisfaction scores of Korean medical service was higher than western medical service. Especially the human service satisfaction of the korean clinic was higher than western clinic. Conclusion : The satisfaction score of korean/western medical services is different. It is necessary to develop the medical management strategy and medical policy including korean medical system.

요양병원을 이용하는 노인에게 의료서비스품질이 환자만족, 관계품질 및 웹사이트 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Medical Service Qualities on Satisfaction, Relationship Quality, and Revisit Intent in Long Term Care Hospital an Elderly Out-patients)

  • Changing social conditions have resulted in a situation where elderly patients are no longer cared for by family and where medical care hospitals play a more prominent role. In this study, the unique elements of the medical service required from a long term care hospital were identified using conventional and exploratory analysis, and the causal relationship between medical service quality, relationship quality, and Revist intent was confirmed. The intermediary role and the quantitative importance of relationship quality (including trust and commitment) were also characterized. This study identifies the key points and indicators that the administrators of a long term care hospital can use to effectively plan their medical service offering in order to secure the commitment of customers through relationship quality. The theoretical indications of this study are set out below. First, four factors are selected as being the key elements determining service quality: medics, administrative service, healthcare environment, and subsidiary facilities. Second, it seems that medics, administration service, and the healthcare environment have some effect on the evaluations made in relation to trust and satisfaction (subsidiary facilities are not considered to be a key element). Third, patient satisfaction has a positive impact on trust and commitment and can be regarded as a key element for establishing connections. Fourth, commitment is likely to be strengthened when trust is significant. Fifth, as trust and commitment increase, revist intent strengthens. Lastly, this study illustrates how the levels of trust and commitment play a modulating role between patient satisfaction and revist intention. There are many practical indications from the findings of this study. First, the influences of medics, the administrative service, and the healthcare environment on trust and satisfaction vary. Especially, the healthcare environment is likely to be more important than medics. Accordingly, it is essential to establish an elderly-friendly environment, to improve a hospital's structure, and to maintain a clean environment. Second, medics must show compassion to their patients and be patient when providing explanations to elderly patients who often lack powers of concentration. Third, in order to establish patient trust, it is essential that medics provide an excellent medical service. Ultimately, these elements of relationship quality may strengthen the revist intention of elderly patients.

  • Service industries are rapidly increased and the environment of service is also changing in healthcare settings. Those make them change their management strategies and carry out many researches. Till now, single-item behavioral intention scale or direct measuring has some limitations that we have to consider its efficiency and it is difficult to explain phenomena of broad part in the process of determining behavioral intentions. In this paper, we examine the dimensionality of healthcare service in Korea through the multi-item behavioral intention scale. In addition, we are going to investigate the nature of the relationship between service quality perceptions which have unique construct, and consumer satisfaction judgements in the formation of consumers' behavioral intentions. we are going to conclude that the linear combination model of service quality and customer satisfaction can describe the process of formation of customers' behavioral intentions best and provide some managerial implications to decision makers for redistribution of materials and human resources.

Healthcare 기반 IPTV 품질이 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Healthcare-based IPTV Quality on Intention to Use)

  • 최근 보건의료 분야와 정보통신 기술이 접목된 u-Healthcare에 대해 원격진료 제한을 완화하는 의료법 개정안이 입법 예고되면서 u-Healthcare 수요 창출을 위한 비즈니스 모델로 IPTV를 이용한 서비스가 등장하였다. 하지만, 의료서비스에 IPTV 기술을 도입함으로써 환자의 치료방법의 개선, 서비스 질의 향상, 치료의 효용성 증가 등의 많은 이점들이 예상처럼 도입되고 있지 못하고 있는데, 이는 아직 정비되지 않은 법, 제도적 환경뿐만 아니라 사용자 수용 연구를 통한 전략 마련이 부족했음을 인정하지 않을 수 없다. 본 연구는 IPTV를 통해 제공되는 의료서비스를 수용하는데 있어서 연결되는 순차적인 관계를 검증하고, 분석된 결과를 토대로 IPTV 기반 의료서비스의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 IPTV 기술 품질의 편의성, 콘텐츠 품질의 완결성, 그리고 Healthcare 서비스 품질이 만족도를 이끌어 내는 주요 요소들로 추출되었고, 전반적으로 IPTV 기술 품질, 콘텐츠 품질, Healthcare 서비스 품질 모두 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 본서비스의 만족도는 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Addressing Concurrency Design for HealthCare Web Service Gateway in Remote Healthcare Monitoring System

  • With the help of a small wearable device, patients reside in an isolated village need constant monitoring which may increase access to care and decrease healthcare delivery cost. As the number of patients' requests increases in simultaneously manner, the web service gateway located in the village hall encounters limitations for performing them successfully and concurrently. The gateway based RESTful technology responsible for handling patients' requests attests an internet latency in case a large number of them submit toward the gateway increases. In this paper, we propose the design tasks of the web service gateway for handling concurrency events. In the procedure of designing tasks, concurrency is best understood by employing multiple levels of abstraction. The way that is eminently to accomplish concurrency is to build an object-oriented environment with support for messages passing between concurrent objects. We also investigate the performance of event-driven architecture for building web service gateway using node.js. The experiments results show that server-side JavaScript with Node.js and MongoDB as database is 40% faster than Apache Sling. With Node.js developers can build a high-performance, asynchronous, event-driven healthcare hub server to handle an increasing number of concurrent connections for Remote Healthcare Monitoring System in an isolated village with no access to local medical care.

  • 현재 u-healthcare서비스가 활발하게 이루어지기 위해서는 통합의료정보시스템이 갖추어져야한다. 또한 통합의료정보시스템이 안전한 환경에서 구현되기 위해서는 인증시스템이 기반이 되어야 한다. 하지만 아직 여러가지 요구사항을 개발하는 단계에 있다. 본 논문에서는 통합의료정보시스템에 한발 나아갈 수 있도록 u-healthcare 서비스를 위한 생체인식 이용 인증시스템을 설계하여 제안하고자 한다.

Implementation of sensor network based health care system for diabetes patient

  • It can improve human being's life quality that all people can have more convenient medical service under pervasive computing environment. For a pervasive health care application for diabetes patient, we've implemented a health care system, which is composed of three parts. Various sensors monitor both outer and inner environment of human such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and glycemic index, etc. These sensors form zigbee based sensor network. And medical information server accumulates sensing values and performs back-end processing. To simply transfer these sensing values to a medical team is a low level's medical service. So, we've designed a new service model based on back propagation neural network for more improved medical service. Our experiments show that a proposed healthcare system can give high level's medical service because it can recognize human's context more concretely.

SOA 기반의 가정간호서비스 시스템 개발 (A Development of Home Nursing Service System based Service Oriented Architecture (SOA))

  • 건강의 질을 높이고 효율적인 건강전달체계를 마련하기 위해서, 전자건강기록시스템은 건강서비스를 제공하는 의료기관에서 중요하다. 그러나 국내 의료기관에서 현재 운용되는 시스템은 데이터 검색 및 처리를 위해서 분산 환경의 독립적인 소프트웨어 인터페이스를 사용하고 있다. 이로 인해, 새로운 시스템과의 연계시 각각의 인터페이스 모듈을 구입하거나 개발하는데 추가적인 비용 및 복잡성이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 가정간호서비스를 서비스지향아키텍처기반으로 구현 한 후 평가를 수행하였다. 서비스 시나리오를 근간으로 프로세스 모델링과 비즈니스 요구사항을 정의하였으며, 서비스 설계를 위해서 다섯 가지의 검증 항목을 기준으로 17개의 후보 서비스를 도출하였다. 최종 서비스 도출을 위해 서비스리트머스테스트(service litmus test) 기법을 사용하여 7개의 서비스를 선정하였다. SOA 기반의 정보시스템은 비즈니스 프로세스 개선으로 환자 대기시간을 단축하는 효과가 있었다. 결론적으로, 병원정보 시스템이 소비자의 다양한 요구사항에 유연하게 대응하기 위해서는 상호운용성, 재사용성, 유지보수 등이 탁월한 SOA 기술적용을 고려하여야 한다.

Packet-Level Scheduling for Implant Communications Using Forward Error Correction in an Erasure Correction Mode for Reliable U-Healthcare Service

  • In u-healthcare services based on wireless body sensor networks, reliable connection is very important as many types of information, including vital signals, are transmitted through the networks. The transmit power requirements are very stringent in the case of in-body networks for implant communication. Furthermore, the wireless link in an in-body environment has a high degree of path loss (e.g., the path loss exponent is around 6.2 for deep tissue). Because of such inherently bad settings of the communication nodes, a multi-hop network topology is preferred in order to meet the transmit power requirements and to increase the battery lifetime of sensor nodes. This will ensure that the live body of a patient receiving the healthcare service has a reduced level of specific absorption ratio (SAR) when exposed to long-lasting radiation. We propose an efficientmethod for delivering delay-intolerant data packets over multiple hops. We consider forward error correction (FEC) in an erasure correction mode and develop a mathematical formulation for packet-level scheduling of delay-intolerant FEC packets over multiple hops. The proposed method can be used as a simple guideline for applications to setting up a topology for a medical body sensor network of each individual patient, which is connected to a remote server for u-healthcare service applications.
