We analyzed 166 survey data responses collected by distributing questionnaires from June 1 to July 2, 2020. Statistical product and service solutions version 23.0 was used for statistical analyses. The data were presented as frequencies and percentages or means and standard deviations, and pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results: There was a significant difference in the average score of major satisfaction according to the type of college (university) and grades. For college adjustment, there was a significant difference in the average score according to major grades. Academic engagement showed a significant difference in the average score according to the college type and grade. Major satisfaction, college adjustment, and academic motivation showed significant positive correlations among the variables, whereas ADHD, major satisfaction, and college adjustment showed a significant negative correlation. Multiple regression analysis revealed that major satisfaction (p<0.001) and academic motivation (p<0.001) were factors affecting college adjustment (p<0.05). Conclusions: It is necessary to develop and apply specific and systematic adaptation programs to improve the understanding, control, and guidance methods for college students and to promote human relations, such as school life and social life.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is a technical study to understand the relationship between the recognition and performance of core basic nursing skills of nursing college students who are ahead of clinical practice, and satisfaction with their major. Method: The subjects were 208 second-year students enrolled in the four-year nursing department located in J City and C City. General characteristics, characteristics of clinical practice, and recognition of the importance of core basic nursing skills, performance, and satisfaction with majors were investigated. Descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis and IPA are performed for data analysis Results: The results are follows. The results are follows. First, the performance was lower than that of the core basic nursing skills (p<.001). As a result of comparing the importance recognition and performance of the core basic nursing items, the importance recognition was significantly compared to the performance level in all 20 items. It showed high results. Second, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation (r=.40, p<.01) with major satisfaction in core basic nursing performance. Conclusion: These results highlight the need to develop education. It is necessary to establish a learning strategy through various learning guidance methods and self-directed learning that can improve the performance of items with low performance, although recognized as important through the Core Basic Nursing IPA for nursing students who are about to practice clinical practice. It is suggested to do repeated research applied.

  • This research is designed for a consumer, not a supplier when it was designed. And the purpose is to present the reference data which is in order to improve the curriculum by analyzing the present subject of the curriculum. The research collected the curriculum for Dental Technology from a total of 20 schools --3-year colleges and 4-year colleges-- all in Korea. And we analyzed the average credits of subjects from students. As a result of this analysis, we get the conclusion below: 1. In a distribution which students answered about each subjects; Dental esthetic, Dental morphology I II, Dental morphology practice I II, and Seminar don't have many credits and mostly have a converged tendency in high points, according to the arithmetic mean of the major basis subjects. 2. In an analysis of the correlation which is based on the distinction of sex; Dental ceramics practice III, Medical terminology, Seminar, and The major basis subjects have a meaningful difference. (${\rho}$ < 0.05) 3. In an analysis of the correlation which is based on an age; The major basis subjects, and the application subjects have meaningful difference. (${\rho}$ < 0.05) 4. In a correlation coefficient between subjects; The correlation coefficient of the major application subjects is higher than the major basis subjects. According to the student ? t, we found that the level of significance is ${\rho}$ < 0.001, which is meaningful. We feel that Department of Dental Technology also highly need to design, and conduct focusing on a consumer who is working at the society, not a supplier. And we need to increase or decrease credits which have a meaningful difference.

The data was analyzed by examining frequency, percentage, average, Chi-square, one-way ANOVA and t-test through an SPSS $PC^+$ program. The results of the study can be summarized as follows : 1) There are positive relationship between a student's academic major and employment(So responded 84.3% of the subjects with only 2.5% claiming that his major didn't matter). 2) Students believe that 'good jobs' are secured through aptitude. The reason why they wanted to tranfer to another course after the admission was the same as above. The level of satisfaction of their major was the highest in Freshman, but in other grades the higher the;, grades were, the more they satisfied with their major and they had a better prospects about their speciality. 2. Self-concept in profermance for their major Self-concept in horne aspects was more positive perception than in social aspects & self control aspects. As their grades were higher, the self-concept in social aspects bacame higher. The students who were satisfied with their major and took counsel their personal problems with their parents had more positive self - concept in social aspects. Self-concept in self control aspects was lower than other aspects. The students who didn't take counsel their problems with their parents, were burdened with their educational expenses and their curriculum had more negative self-concept in self control aspects. Therefore the university should be concerned about student's welfare and provide detailed orientation about their curriculum. 3.
