어린이집 주임교사의 갈등관리 유형과 조직효과성과의 관계 (The Relationship of Head Teachers' Styles for Handling Conflict and Organizational Effectiveness in Child-care Centers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 주임교사가 지각한 갈등관리 유형과 조직효과성을 알아보고, 어린이집 주임교사의 갈등관리 유형과 조직효과성과의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 부산 및 경남지역에 소재한 어린이집 164곳에 근무하는 주임교사 194명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 주임교사들은 원장에 대해서는 배려적 유형을, 동료교사에 대해서는 통합적 유형을 가장 많이 사용했으며, 지배적 유형과 회피적 유형을 가장 적게 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 주임교사가 지각하는 어린이집 조직효과성의 수준은 보통 이상이었으며, 주임교사의 연령, 학력, 경력, 시설유형 등 배경변인에 따라 갈등관리 유형 및 조직 효과성에 부분적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 어린이집의 조직효과성은 주임교사의 갈등관리 유형 중 통합형과 지배형, 타협형과 정적인 상관관계가 있었으며 회피형과는 부적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 어린이집의 조직효과성에 가장 영향을 미치는 주임교사의 갈등관리 유형은 원장에 대해서는 회피형이었으며, 동료교사에 대해서는 통합형인 것으로 나타났다.

충돌 증후군에서 견봉 형태 및 상완골 두 상방 전위의 자기공명영상 분석 (Magnetic Resonance Imaging Assessment of Acromion Morphology and Superior Displacement of the Humeral Head in the Impingement Syndrome)

  • Purpose: We studied magnetic resonance imaging of acromion morphology and superior displacement of the humeral head in the patients with diagnosis of rotator cuff impingement syndrome, and also documented the relationship of type Ⅲ acromion to the rotator cuff tear. Materials and Methods: We reviewed retrospectively 40 patients(40 shoulders) who had arthroscopic treatment for the diagnosis of stage II impingement or rotator cuff partial tear and did not have other risk lesions except acromion factor. The mean age was 48.7 years at operation. 21 men(2l shoulders), mean age of 26 years, were used as controls. Acromial type, tilt, and superior displacement of humeral head in sagittal plane, and acromial lateral angulation in coronal plane were measured. Four parameters of the patients were compared with those of control group. And then, the data were subdivided and analyzed with respect to acromial type and patient age in the impingement group. Student t test and multi-way ANOVA were used. Results: In impingement group, Farley's type I acromion, 33%, type Ⅱ, 38%, type Ⅲ, 27% and type Ⅳ, 2%. Superior displacement of humeral head( 4.8mm) were characteristic in the impingement group compared with the control group(1.3mm)(p<0.05). But acromial tilt and lateral angulation were not statistically different. In the analysis of the impingement group, the change of 4 parameters was not significant with respect to age(p>0.05), but lateral angulation in type I acromion(18 degree) and superior displacement of humeral head in type Ⅲ acromion(6.3mm) were significantly increased(p<0.05). All 4 parameters were not different between two subdivided types of type Ⅲ acromion. Conclusion: All types of acromian and large lateral angulatian cauld develop impingement syndrame, but acromial tilt was nat risk factar. Appearance of type Ⅲ acromian and increased superiar displacement of humeral head were characteristic findings in the impingement syndrame. Superiar displacement of humeral head as a result of degenerative change of rotatar cuff was probably primary cause far impingement. The type Ⅲ acromian might be an acquired farm, which cauld be expected to accelerate the tear of rotatar cuff as a cansequence.

Improvement of cluster head selection method in L-SEP

  • This paper deals with the improvement of cluster head selection method in L-SEP for heterogeneous nodes among hierarchical routing protocols of wireless sensor network. Wireless sensor networks are classified into homogeneous and heterogeneous network. In heterogeneous network, SEP, L-SEP are mainly used because cluster head selection probability is different depending on node type. But, since protocol based on SEP has different cluster head selection probabilities depending on the node type, clusters that transmit data inefficiently can be formed. to improve this, it is necessary to select the cluster head that minimizes the transmission distance of member node and the cluster head. Therefore, we propose a protocol that improve the cluster head selection method.

모자업체의 유형별 치수체계에 관한 연구 (Study on the Sizing System of Head Gears)

  • The purpose of this research was to provide basic information for enhancing sizing suitability in terms of the need for appropriate fit in head gear. The method for this research was to survey about sizing system of head gear, basic measure part, repair service. The subject of this study were 15 head gear companies. The results of this research were as follows : 1. In the sex target analysis according to company type, most of fashion brand companies were producing woman's head gear. In case of the company to produce man's head gear, sizes appeared variously. On the other hand, the sports brand companies were producing unisex head gear and safety helmet companies were producing man's one. 2. The number of size of head gear manufacturing companies were under 3 sizing system. This means that the sizing system of current head gear manufacturing company isn't various. 3. While the measuring part using currently in the company was head girth, one to be considered necessary for manufacturing of head gear except the head girth was head height.

두경부에 발생한 점막형 악성흑색종에서 nm23의 발현양상 (Expression of nm23 in Mucosal Melanoma of the Head and Neck)

  • Malignant melanoma has a very poor prognosis compared to other cancers. There are no specific tumor markers other than clinical staging and depth of invasion to predict the prognosis of the malignant melanoma. The nm23 has been known to inhibit the metastasis of the malignant melanoma, some studies showed that it is highly expressed in the malignant melanoma cell line which has a relatively weak metastatic potential. In this study, we compared the expression of nm23 in mucosal type with that in cutaneous type of the malignant melanoma in the head and neck according to the stage and survival rate to identify the role of nm23 expression as a prognostic factor in mucosal melanoma of the head and neck. Six out of eight cases in mucosal type and seven out of 11 cases in cutaneous type expressed nm23, which showed no significant differences. Between the two groups there were no significant differences in expression of nm23 according to clinicopathologic staging or two year survival rate. However, in cases with low cliniopathological staging and those surviving more than two years the expression was significantly increased which suggests that expression of nm23 can be used as an aid in determining the prognosis of mucosal melanoma.

  • This paper presents a general description of single and dual contact tooling systems, finite element analysis, and discussions on the application of the system to the 5-head router machine which is in particular for aerospace components. This study has been performed as part of the development of the new generation 5-head router machine which is designed for high productivity. Such high productivity in essence requires high speed rotation and multiple spindles in one machine. The high speed rotation may exceed a range in a conventional single contact tooling system. The conventional tooling system is reevaluated in comparison with the dual-contact system. Finite element analysis using simplified spindle models compares major differences in the two systems. Some problems in the application to the 5-head router machine are discussed.

압전세라믹을 이용한 사각보형 진동자이로의 설계 및 성능분석 (Design and Analysis of Square Beam Type Piezoelectric Vibrating Gyroscope)

  • Square beam type piezoelectric vibrating gyro is developed for the measurement of angular velocity, which is compact, small in size and mass- producible. It features that three pieces of piezoelectric ceramics and bonded onto one face of equilateral square bar type gyro head. Two of them are used as sentuators which drive the gyro head and measure Coriolis force. The third piece is used for the feedback signal in order to resonate the gyro head and measure Coriolis force. The third piece is used for the feedback signal in order to resonate the gyro head with its fundamental natural frequency. Matching two fundamental natural frequencies in the gyro head with its driving frequency is found critical in the design of vibration gyro. Calibration results show that the vibrating gyro developed has the dynamic characteristics of first-order system within the frequency range of interest, which can be easily compensated by a lead compensator.

  • There are many treatment options for the malignant melanoma. Wide excisional surgery is one of the most acceptable treatments for locoregional treatment. Depending on the pathologic classification, however, some other treatment option can be included such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy as adjuvant treatment. Small cell type malignant melanoma is a rare variant of malignant melanoma. It is known that melanomas manifesting this morphology are invariably in vertical growth phase and have an aggressive course. The authors encountered small cell type malignant melanoma and would like to share the experience of successful treatment with surgery plus immunotherapy as one of adjuvant treatment options.

자동차 LED Head Lamp의 방열을 위한 Heat Sink의 수치해석적 연구 (A Study on the Numerical Analysis of Heat Sink for Radiant Heat of Automotive LED Head Lamp)

  • 본 논문은 자동차 LED head lamp의 방열을 위한 히트싱크(heat sink)의 설계요소를 변화시켜 방열특성을 알아보고자 수치해석을 수행하였다. 수치해석에 적용한 히트싱크는 LED를 광원으로 사용하는 기존제품(Type 1)을 바탕으로 한정된 내부공간에 적합하도록 설계하여 5가지 Type으로 설계하였다. 설계된 히트싱크의 수치해석은 ANSYS CFD V12.1을 사용하여 히트싱크의 변화에 따른 온도분포와 평균온도, 공기유동특성, 열유속 등을 분석하였다. 수치해석을 통하여 방열판의 구조와 휜 형상에 따른 방열특성의 상관관계를 도출할 수 있었으며, 설계된 히트싱크의 온도분포, 공기의 유동특성, 열유속 등을 분석한 결과, 히트싱크 Type 2가 다른 Type들에 비해 LED head lamp의 방열을 위해 적합한 특성을 나타내었다.

CO2 Laser Microsurgery for Type 1 Posterior Glottic Stenosis Misdiagnosed as Bronchial Asthma: A Case Report

  • This paper reports a case of type 1 posterior glottic stenosis in a 60-year-old woman that was misdiagnosed as bronchial asthma. The patient was intubated at another hospital after ingesting herbicide and extubated seven days later. Although her voice changed, she had not received treatment at that time. She visited a local internal medicine clinic when her condition deteriorated to the point of dyspnea, but several months of treatment for bronchial asthma failed to improve her symptoms. Upon admission to the author's hospital, a laryngoscopic examination revealed a type 1 posterior glottic stenosis, which was removed surgically using a CO2 laser.
