신경회로망을 이용한 틸트로터 항공기의 적응 비행제어기 설계 및 비행성 평가 (Neural Networks Based Adaptive Flight Controller Design and Handling Quality Evaluation for Tiltrotor Aircraft)

  • An application of adaptive flight controller is required for the non-linear and high uncertain system that configuration of tiltrotor aircraft is dramatically changed from rotary wing mode to fixed wing mode. In this paper, the applicable adaptive controller for the tiltrotor aircraft was designed using Neural Networks and DMI (Dynamic Model Inversion). The performance of the SCAS (Stability and Control Augmentation System) was simulated against manned military specification, using the fullscale model of 'Smart UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)' developed by Korea Aerospace Research Institute. And Neural Networks based adaptive controller was verified through its whole operating envelope using the established HQ (Handling Quality) criteria.

  • 본 논문에서는 회전익 유인항공기의 비행성 기준인 ADS-33E-PRF 규정을 회전익 무인항공기에 적용하기 위한 시험방법 및 절차, 그리고 데이터 분석방법에 대해서 기술하였다. 비행특성을 평가하기 위한 대상 모델은 충남대학교에서 보유한 실험용 회전익 무인항공기 CNUHELI-020이며 종/횡/방향축 선형모델을 사용하였다. 비행특성을 평가하기 위한 요구 조건은 공중 제자리비행 및 저속비행 요구조건 중 미소진폭크기 자세변화와 중간진폭크기 자세변화이며, 종/횡방향축에 대해서 공중 정지비행시 비행특성을 평가하였다. 규정에 근거한 비행성 평가결과, 대상 무인항공기는 해당 비행영역에서 대부분 Level 1의 비행성을 갖는 것으로 파악되었다.

  • Baggage Handling System(BHS) is an important element of ground operation services and the importance is further emphasized as air demand increases and passengers change. If there is a problem with departure baggage handling, the aircraft's gate occupancy time will be longer than the initial plan, resulting in congestion of the anchorage leading to final passenger terminal and mooring and road congestion and arrival or It is delayed until the processing of the baggage of the connecting flight and it can cause an economic loss such as confusion in the operation of the airport. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the perception of service quality of BHS users on public Institutions performance through user satisfaction, user performance, and user loyalty. Analysis results using Structural Equation Model was suggested and its implication was discussed in the conclusion.

비행조종성능을 위한 헬리콥터 FBW 비행제어법칙 설계 (Helicopter FBW Flight Control Law Design for the Handling Quality Performance)

  • 본 논문은 헬리콥터 비행조종성능을 위한 비행제어법칙 설계에 대한 연구이다. 헬리콥터 비행조종성능관련 규격은 MIL-F-83300, ADS-33E이 사용되고 있으며, 이러한 요구조건을 만족하기 위한 자세 명령 타입의 제어기가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ACAH 형태의 제어기설계와 성능 평가에 대해 기술하였다. 헬리콥터 동력학 방정식은 로터 동력학을 포함한 비선형 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하고 정지 비행에서 전진속도까지 속도별로 트림조건을 이용한 선형모델을 구하여 사용하였다. 제어기 설계는 비행조종성을 만족하기 위해 명령모델추종방식을 사용하였고, 피드포워드 게인을 위한 단순한 역모델을 사용하였으며, 축간의 커플링을 줄이기 위한 디커플링 로직과 페이즈 모델이 적용되었으며 선형모델을 이용하였다. 비행성능 평가는 매트랩 기반의 Conduit을 이용하여 수행하였으며, 레벨 1의 기준을 만족함을 확인하였다.

  • 현대의 고성능 전투기에 탑재되어 있는 전기식 비행제어계통(Digital Fly-By-Wire Flight Control System)은 항공기 조종면의 고장으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 항공기의 안정성을 보장하기 위해 조종면 형상 재구성 모드(Control Surface Reconfiguration Mode)가 설계되어 있다. T-50 제어법칙에는 단일 조종면이 고장 났을 경우, 정상작동중인 나머지 조종면을 이용하여 항공기를 원활히 조종할 수 있도록 형상 재구성 모드가 적용되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 항공기 운용 시 발생할 수 있는 조종면 결함으로 인해 형상 재구성 모드 제어법칙이 적용되었을 경우, 착륙외장형상에서 항공기 안정성을 해석하기 위하여 선형해석(Linear Analysis)을 수행하였다 그리고 착륙에 대한 비행성(Flying Quality) 저하여부를 판단하기 위해, HQS(Handling Quality Simulator)를 이용하여 조종사 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 해석결과, 조종면 고장으로 인해 제어법칙이 형상 재구성 모드로 전환될 경우, 항공기의 조종성 및 비행성의 저하가 다소 발생하였지만, HQS 조종사 시뮬레이션 결과 착륙과정에서는 비행성 요구도인 Level 1을 만족할 수 있었다.

  • The physical condition of rapeseed delivered to fat industry plants plays a significant role in the formation of the qualitative features of the raw material for oil production and, consequently , of the oil itself. Rapeseed is stored in silos , frequently for months, before it is subjected to processing. During the long storage, the conditions of the seed cover is very important, as the seed cover provides natural protection of the seed against the effect of the environment. Seeds with damaged seed cover are more easily affected by mildew, and the rate of chemical processes. Deteriorating the quality of oil contained in the cotyledons is faster in such seeds. Cracked seed covers facilitates also the growth and development of microorgaism. So as rapeseed damage occurring inthe course of harvest and the post-harvest processing have a negative effect of the quality and quantity of oil the sees contain. The study presented here was aimed at examining the typical process of purcha ing and handling of rapeseed in fat industry plants, in the aspect of the occurrence of mechanical damage to the seeds. Special attention was paid to the condition of rapeseed immediately after combine harvesting : next , the successive stages of technological handling of the seed were examined. observing the operation parameters of the particular machinery and equipment in order to identify those operations which caused deterioration in the quality of the material (sees). Seed samples were taken successively from the following the hopper, prior to cleaning , after cleaning , prior to drying , after drying, from dry rape silo. The total level of damage increased through the handling. The content of unusable contaminants had the tendency to decrease in the successive operations. though the actual values still exceeded levels permitted by standards. The study allow to indicate the operation fo postharvest technological process, which cause the most seed damage as well as gave quantita ive description of the losses occurred.

  • When it is considered that many vehicle rides on the road and ride quality is an important method to evaluate vehicle performance with handling, running-over-bump manoeuvre may be suitable for testing ride quality. In this paper, a computed model has roughly steering system and lumped mass, connected by joint each rigid body, and suspension that has beam elements and has shock absorber as force element to represent nonlinear characteristics. A computer simulations for passing over a bump were made with two velocities. One side of vehicle passed over bump in due consideration of driver's habit that driver is subject to avoid a bad ride quality. On simulation, vertical acceleration, pitch angle and roll angle were measured at the mass center of chassis each case.

  • This study was aimed at reviewing the conceptual framework characterized in the Total Quality Control and the Total Quality Management. It has been observed in recent years that the term TQC and TQM tend tn be used interchangeably without paying much attention to whether the two concepts have identical meaning, or they are as similar as can be applied indiscriminately to the same objectives in handling quality issues. To distinguish between the two, this study relied on reviewing qualify definitions, techniques frequently resorted to, and the main themes implied by each of them. It was concluded that they differ in terms of both techniques and themes, and are not to be applied interchangeably to the handling of the same qualify objectives and problems.

  • This paper studies the handling of significant digits and rounding off methods in domestic industries. ANOVA tables made by six well-known big companies are selected and analyzed. There exist various mistakes in handling of significant digits and rounding off methods such as: * too many significant digits in the Sum of Squares values in comparison to the original data * too many significant digits in the variance ratio in comparison to the F table values. * no consistancy in the number of significant digits * no consideration for the number of significant digits in computations * ignoring the KS A 0021 in rounding off methods etc. Such mistakes are caused from the characteristics of the personal computers rather than the misunderstandings about the significant digits conception. A subroutine is developed for PC in BASIC language to help the handling of significant digits and rounding off.

  • The port, differently from general working place, is a closed area to execute security, customs, and quarantine procedures. The loading and unloading is being done differently by cargoes, ships, berths, and equipments. To load and unload a lot of equipments and different types of labor are required, in which work flow is very complicated. As above mentioned the port is very unique and deteriorated working place including danger. Now frequency of cargo handling accidents in port is highest for the second time among all industries. The purpose of this study is to propose ways to analyze and establish the preventive measure for cargo handling accidents in port. We have collected 45 accidents happened at Incheon Port during the period from 2007 to 2009. And the result of analysis, we proposed the new safety management system and safety education to reduce cargo handling accidents and to promote the quality of cargo handling in Incheon Port. Within the framework of effective safety management of cargo handling in port, this study will help to revise and establish system, education, and standard working manual with respect to the port loading and unloading system.
