FDTD 계산과 측정에 의한 휴대폰 SAR 비교 (Comparison of FDTD Computed and Measured SAR of Hand-Held Mobile phone)

  • SAR 추정시스템에 사용되는 phantom의 FDTD 모델에 휴대폰을 병합시켜 측정시켜 추정시스템과 동일한 상황으로 구현하영 계산한 결과, 측정값과 오차 범위 ±10%내로 확인하였으며 또한, Om P. Gandhi의 결과 오차±20%를 개선하였다. 이로써 단지 경험에 의존하거나, 제품의 완성된계에서의 별개의 작업으로 SAR을 고려하는 것이 아니라, 설계 단계에서 정량적으로 SAR이 고려된 휴대폰을 개발할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 즉, 제안된 방법을 이용하여 휴대폰의 통화품질 개선과 SAR 저감을 동시에 만족시키는 양질의 휴대폰 개발이 가능할 석으로 개대한다. 특히, 이방법은 새로운 휴대폰 개발에 소용되는 비용과 시간을 대폭 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.

  • 본 논문은 휴대폰 상에서 손(손가락) 동작을 이용한 가상 정보(객체)와의 자연스러운 상호작용을 제공하는 비전 기반 인터페이스를 제안한다. 이 인터페이스는 사용자가 한 손에 휴대폰을 들고 휴대폰의 카메라를 통해서 다른 손의 손바닥을 바라보는 상황을 가정한다. 사용자의 손바닥 위에 가상 객체가 증강되고, 사용자는 자신의 손과 손가락의 움직임을 통해서 가상 객체와 상호작용 할 수 있다. 제안하는 인터페이스는 사용자에게 친숙한 손동작 기반으로 동작하며 추가적인 센서나 마커를 요구하지 않기 때문에, 사용자는 별도의 훈련 과정 없이 원하는 시간과 장소에서 자유롭게 가상 객체와 상호작용 할 수 있다. 일부 시간이 많이 걸리는 처리 과정을 모바일 환경에 맞도록 최적화, 고속화함으로써, 제안하는 인터페이스는 상용화된 휴대폰(Galaxy S2)에서 5fps 로 동작한다.

  • We have developed a refractory WNx self-aligned gate GaAs metal-semiconductor field-effect transistor(MESFET) using $SiO_2$ side-wall process. The MESFET hasa fully ion-implanted, planar, symmetric self-alignment structure, and it is quite suitable for integration. The uniform trans-conductance of 354nS/mm up to Vgs=+0.6V and the saturation current of 171mA/mm were obtained. As high as 43GHz of cut-off frequency hs been realized without any de-embedding of parasitic effects. The refractory WNx self-aligned gate GaAs MESFET technology is one of the most promising candidates for realizing linear power amplifier ICs and multifunction monolithic ICs for use in the digital mobile communication systems such as hand-held phone(HHP), personal communication system (PCS) and wireless local loop(WLL).

  • Recently, our lives have become more convenient and our work more efficient as a result of these cell phones. On the other hand, they have also caused diverse side-effects, including threats of blackmail with invasion of privacy, disclosure of personal information, as well as security breaches, and an overall increase in distrust between people. Recognizing the need to quickly collect digital evidence with an increase in cell phone crimes, this paper proposes to develop such standard module.

Brand Credibility and Brand Involvement as an antecedent of Brand Equity: An Empirical Study

  • Very few studies have been done on Studying Brand credibility and Involvement as a determinant of Brand Equity. Literature on Brand Equity signifies lots of constructs like, Country of Origin, Brand Signaling, and Brand Power act as determinant to Brand Equity. This study tries to formulate relationship between the construct Brand Credibility and Brand Involvement as Antecedents to Brand Equity of Product. Using a Two Step Structural Equation Modelling approach analysis on the data collected on Mobile Phone brands were done. Result signified that Brand Credibility and Brand Involvement had significant influence on Brand Equity of the Product. On the Other hand there was no significant relationship between Brand Credibility and Brand Involvement of the Product.

  • This paper shows the dosimetric uncertainties of electromagnetic field at in-vivo and in-vitro experiments. For more accurate consequences of these researches, we have tried to find out any correlations among output power, power density and specific absorption rate(SAR) with the results of in-vivo, in-vitro tests and SAR reports of cellular phone and PDA. In the case of in-vivo tests, the power density has close statistical correlations with SAR value and in the event of in-vitro tests, the output power has considerable statistical correlations with SAR containing duty factor. On the other hand, we found that both power density and output power don't have any close correlations with SAR. And, we obtained fitted regression form among frequency, power density and SAR containing duty factor through multiple linear regression analysis.

  • For the past several years, many countries have passed or have recommended legislation making it illegal to use in-hand mobile phones while driving and several manufacturers have released car kit solutions enabling hands-free operation of the mobile phone. But an automobile environment can pose extremely harsh physical conditions impacting audio quality, safety, and reliability. This article introduced a Car Kits that provided a total entertainment and telematics solution, which support all current features within the constraints of low power consumption, form factor, price, ease-of-use, manufacture ability, testability and high total quality.

  • In this study, to compensate trembling of camera caused by vibration of user's hand, 2-axis voice coil actuator of optical image stabilizer (OIS) is suggested. In consideration of actuating performance, volume of OIS and application of hall sensor, one of concept models is selected and it is optimized to maximize the actuating performance. Two types of mechanisms that have the feasibility of moving in 2-axis and the capability of including the optimized EM circuit are proposed. Finally both types are fabricated and then actuating performance of OIS actuator and behavior of hall sensor are verified through the experiment.

  • Recently Micro-blog service is used quickly in our life with dissemination of Smart-phone. This study performed based on a view that there is a difference of user's intention to reuse Web-blogs & Micro-blogs. This study also based on the existing motive theory for using which considers five factors-information, entertainment, interaction, personalization, and convenience. The AMOS structure equation used for the analysis of users' revisit intention. The results of the study shows that Micro-blogs are influenced by entertainment, personalization, and convenience. On the other hand, Web-blogs are influenced by entertainment, and personalization.

전화상담원 도움이 심폐소생술 수행에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Dispatcher-assistance on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Performance)

  • Purpose : The comparative effectiveness of without dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction CPR but received lectured and training(NDCPR) and without received lectured and training CPR but dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction(DCPR) in CPR. Methods : The CPR instruction to 774 students and faculties in universities and colleges. There selected without dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction CPR but received lectured and training(NDCRP) and without received lectured and training CPR but dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction(DCPR). Compare the effectiveness to sills performance of DCPR and NDCPR students and faculties of according to the CPR. Results : 397(51%) students and faculties was DCPR and 377(49%) students and faculties was NDCPR. There was no difference in the compression depth, hand position, adequacy of recoil, volume of ventilation, self-confidence, and willingness to do CPR between the two instructional methods. Conclusion : Under the guide of dispatcher-assisted CPR instruction integrated into mobil phone, novice could perform more effective CPR. This method could be used as a supplement to CPR practice and skill retention.
