This study covers the literature of theoretical backgrounds of royal ceremonial hair styles during Chosun Dynasty and demonstrates reproduction works of those hair styles reinterpreted in modern methods. As for the Chosun royal hair styles for ceremonies, there are Daesoo, Gudoomi, and Euyoumi for a royal queen, royal concubines, and royal lady attendants of Nae Myung Boo, department of general affairs of the royal court. These hair styles represents well that Chosun Dynasty kept its own class symbols through hair styles, which is valuable cultural resources of Korean traditional beauties. This study compares the new reproduction works of Daesoo, Gudoomi, and Euyoumi with existing literature pieces and related photos for clear understanding of these traditional hair styles. This study aims to activate the relevant researches into Korean traditonal hair styles, their reproduction methods and applicable usages in Modern Korea as well as useful data for them.

The purpose of this study was to develop service quality dimension of beauty parolrs in seoul area. The subject consisted of 545 adults with ages ranged between 20 and 30 who had evaluated service qualify dimension on one of the three different types of beauty parlors in seoul. The beauty parlors were classify into three types. Type I is franchised one, type II is located in center of city and type III is close to consumer's residence area. The result was as follows : 1. Four dimensions of the service quality of the beauty parlor were physical aspects(tangibles·accessibility·cleanness), employee aspects(empathy·capability), policy aspects of beauty parlor (management·reputation·credit card), the skill of the hair stylist. 2. To predict comsumer satisfaction. service quality dimensions were as follows : In franchised beauty parlor, the employee aspects(empathy), the policy aspect (reputation), the skill of the hair stylist were should be considered. In beauty parlor in downtown area, Physical aspects(accessibility), the employee aspects(capability), the policy aspects(reputation), the skill of the hair stylist were should be considered. And the beauty parlor in residence area, the employee aspects(empathy), the policy aspects(reputation) were should be considered.

This study analyzes the women's hair style and costume in late Chosun Dynasty appeared in Shin Yoon Bok' genre painting. Conclusions are as follows; First, in case of woman costume, the Jergori was short and the Chima was too long. The trend of simplified clothes on upper body and abundant clothes on lower body appeared. In addition, as 'geodulchima' became popular, women came to of en show an erotic beauty by exposing their underwear below chima. Second, in the women's hair style appeared in Shin Yoon Bok' genre painting, a unmarried woman did the braids and a feme covert did 'Ungeon Meori' and 'Tremeori'(a swept-back hair with the chignon) regardless of status. We can imagine the women's hair styles of a higher class who imitated those of 'Kie-sangs' through the features of Kie-sangs who were illustrated by Shin yoon bok.

This paper suggests the system for searching and application is to be in combination between existing hair art area and Image/Video processing area. This proposed system usually saves various hair types into a database, then, users send images of their face over the internet by using WebCam. Finally, they can find the hair types for users. Hair cutting is technology that form draft to make hair style. Man cut must decide how in image of sinciput, image of side bean curd, after lower image must operate. Silhouette is produced as is different by change of this three places. Customer increases in the beauty salon and beauty salon chain being changed, research about beauty art is necessary point of time. In this treatise, our country of when swim and operate haircut about problem that happen sample survey and analysis.

The purpose of this study was to review the changes of hair colors by means of powder decolorant and oxidizers. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey on uses of powder decolorant and oxidizers was conducted, and the collected data thereby were analyzed. This study was concluded as follows; First, it was confirmed that when the hydrogen peroxide was used alone, the hair color was not changed however its concentration was high. Second, when powder decolorant and hydrogen peroxide were mixed at the ratio of 1:2, it was found that the higher the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was, hair color was changed more. Third, it was confirmed that the hair color became brighter when hairs were decolored three times serially. Fourth, it was found that hairs became tougher when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was higher and when hairs were decolored many times serially.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze about the Telecasters's appearance management, external image & awareness on Self-Efficacy. The method of this study is carried out form 2 January 2013 until 20 January. with the 164 telecasters who announcers, voice actors, gag men, singers. The results of the research is summarized below: First, Among the telecasters, singer is the highest awareness of the beauty services importance about the fashion, makeup, hair, skin care, cosmetic surgery. Especially, about the awareness of the beauty services importance about the fashion, makeup, hair, singers> announcers> voice actors> gagmen appear one after another. Second, about the importance awareness of the beauty services importance & the relation of self-efficacy, for announcers, the more higher awareness the fashion, makeup, hair, the higher self-efficacy of the confidence, effective expression, etc.. For voice actors, the more higher awareness the hair, skin care, the fashion, make up, cosmetic surgery, the higher self-efficacy of the new image making, the confidence, task efficiency improvement, etc... For gagmen, the more higher awareness the fashion, hair, skin care, makeup, cosmetic surgery, the higher self-efficacy of the self-expression, the confidence, the new image making, task efficiency improvement, etc.. For singer, the more higher awareness the makeup, hair, cosmetic surgery, skin care, fashion, the higher self-efficacy of the task efficiency improvement, the self-expression, the confidence, the new image making, etc.. Third, about the importance awareness of the appearance management behavior, external image, about the importance awareness of the appearance management behavior, singer is the most higher awareness, announcers> voice actors> gagmen appear one after another. about the importance awareness of the external image, singer is the most higher awareness, voice actor> announcers> gagmen appear after another. The meanings of this study provide the telecasters's image's fields with the effective basic data.

In this paper, hair beauty fashion design feature points detection system is proposed. A hair models and hair face is represented as a graph where the nodes are placed at facial feature points labeled by their Gabor features and the edges are describes their spatial relations. An innovative flexible feature matching is proposed to perform features correspondence between hair models and the input image. This matching hair model works like random diffusion process in the image space by employing the locally competitive and globally corporative mechanism. The system works nicely on the face images under complicated background. pose variations and distorted by accessories. We demonstrate the benefits of our approach by its implementation on the face identification system.

The purpose of this study is to study the mediating verification of self-efficacy in the effect of self-management of hair beauty experts on job performance and beauty continuity intention. The subjects of the study were surveyed and used for analysis of 256 beauty experts working as hair beauty experts in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0 statistical package programs were used for the analysis method, and descriptive statistics of mean, standard deviation, kurtosis, skewness, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis, correlation, and mediating effect analysis were analyzed using bootstrapping techniques. The results of the study showed that the self-management of hair beauty experts had a significant positive (+) effect on self-efficacy, job performance, and intention to continue beauty. The self-efficacy of hair beauty experts had a significant (+) effect on job performance and beauty continuity intention. It was confirmed that there was a mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between self-management and job performance of hair beauty experts. The statistical significance level is p<.It was analyzed by setting it at the level of 05.

Hair cut is one of the best useful technical tool for hair styling. In this study using the rule of the layers of hair design, balanced for visual art, perceptual ability and form created by the principles of analysis and offer hair cuts and hair design of the representation of regions and even hair design as the basis of a student of Hair Beauty and all the people working in the field can create a variety of hair design puts the purpose to establish a basis. The result of this study can be outline as follows: First, the step line and the movement of the relationship between the law of the layers above and below the length of the same layer techniques, the same consists of a vertical cross-section of the overall round shape of the cut same layer is created and the appropriate volume and movement, the movement of low-layer round a little bit more feeling and expression is used when you want. This study is to understand how fluidity and natural features of Art Nouveau style are reflected in hair style of Art Nouveau age and Modem age and be a help to the trend analysis of hair style in the future. The study is conducted with the research on Art Nouveau expression in hair style and analysis of hair-show, trend presentation, documents related with hair style, TV drama, theses, journals and internet etc through advance research for Art Nouveau and Hair. The result of the analysis on Art Nouveau pattern in hair design is presented as below. First, it shows rounded, winding, flowing and thick-waved style of Art Nouveau pattern in modem long and short hair style. It also shows the beauty of long, bending and flexible lines, waving liveness and thin and slim lines and this is the Art Nouveau pattern that is also applied to other fields. In terms of decoration, it does not use tree vines, leaves and petals that are expressed in paintings of Art Nouveau age. Second, it shows natural up-style by lifting hair up with waved long hair that is one pattern of Art Nouveau and expresses hair style with feathers of birds, tree vines, leaves and petals etc for more decoration in animal pattern to make cute, romantic and elegant style in hair style.
