  • Hai Phong is the important transportation hub of the northern Vietnam with many advantages. Hai Phong can connect with orthers provinces by road, railway, airport, seaport system and inland waterway. So far, Hai Phong is develop so fast However, Hai Phong's logistics services are still low level and less competitive. The human resources are lacking of experiences and also low quality, the logistics enterprises are small, low capital and they can not compete with foreign companies. Further more, the infrastructure are invested but there are still have some problems inside. This paper has assessed and systemized the situation of development of Hai phong.

  • Vietnam is entering an important phase of urbanization that corresponds to the current economic development. Developing logistics of Vietnam in general, and Haiphong particularly, is urgent in order to meet the need for the economic development of Viet Nam in this period of international integration. Hai Phong's development record over the past 20 years is remarkable. In conjunction with the local government's efforts, external factors, such as increasing direct foreign investment, is turning Hai Phong into Vietnam's logistics hub. However, even though Hai Phong accounted for 98% of North Vietnam's throughput, its logistics services are low level, the ports are fragmented, and the port management scale is backward, with the legal system overlapping. This paper has systematically evaluated the development of Haiphong city during recent years, then offers some solutions to develop logistics for Hai Phong ports.

  • In the 21st century, maritime industry is the field, which play an important role in the improvement of human. Due to geographical conditions and the development of technology, the demanding of human can be solved easier by shipping. With the advantage of the location and the help of modern technology, maritime in dustry bring various advantage for HaiPhong. In this field in general or the job such as assistant, marketing and the contribution of women is undeniable. Meanwhile, with the field of shipping, there are some problems, which are preventing women from the work of seafaring. However, in the current, female employees are necessary in all the work, the thinking of the job for only male still exit in the brain of citizen. Therefore, the solutions for this problem need to set not only in maritime industry but also for the others heavy industry.

  • With special condition in the geography, maritime industry is improvement rapidly in the planet, which is covered by approximately $360,000,000km^2$ of Saline water. Together with the development of this field, freight transportation industry becomes one of the most important service in the world as well as in Hai Phong. Meanwhile the number of company and quality of service increased due to the demanding of citizen, the price for this activities also raised.

  • In this paper, we introduce new hybrid inertial contraction projection algorithms for solving variational inequality problems over the intersection of the fixed point sets of demicontractive mappings in a real Hilbert space. The proposed algorithms are based on the hybrid steepest-descent method for variational inequality problems and the inertial techniques for finding fixed points of nonexpansive mappings. Strong convergence of the iterative algorithms is proved. Several fundamental experiments are provided to illustrate computational efficiency of the given algorithm and comparison with other known algorithms

베트남지역에서의 연약지반 개량 설계.시공 사례 (A Case Study on Soft Soil Treatment Design and Construction in Vietnam)

  • GS E&C was awarded the contract for the construction of Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Package EX-7 from Station Km 72+000 to Station Km 81+300 in December 2008. This project is the $7^{th}$ contract package of the 105.5 km long expressway near Hai Phong city, which includes a FCM-styled bridge along with high embankments over soft ground. For these high embankments, there is a need to treat the soft soil for improving the overall stability during construction and for reducing the post-construction settlement of the expressway. The Designer of this project had adopted four (4) different types of ground improvement techniques to treat the soft ground, including the prefabricated vertical drains (PVD), sand drains (SD), pack drains (PD, or sometimes called packed sand drains), and sand compaction piles (SCP). The main focus of soft soil treatment should be paid attention to the residual settlement after construction. In current design, however, it appeared that the secondary compression (or creep) of the improved soil layer and the consolidation settlement of the lower untreated compressible soil layer have been neglected in the estimation of the post-construction settlement. These uncalculated residual settlements may not only unsatisfy the design criteria but also raise serious problems during service period of this expressway. In this paper, the subsoil condition and current design were reviewed focusing on the employed soft soil treatment method and expected residual settlement.

국내 물류기업의 베트남 진출 비즈니스 모델과 시사점 - 베트남 북부 지역을 중심으로- (A Study on the Business Model and Implications of Korean Logistics Companies into Vietnam -The Case of Northern Vietnam-)

  • 본 연구는 베트남 북부지역 하노이, 하이퐁 지역을 중심으로 최근 이루어지고 있는 국내물류기업들의 비즈니스 모델을 검토해보고 시사점을 제시하였다. 기 진출한 물류업체(선사, 물류업체, 현지업체 등)와의 협력을 통한 물류서비스를 제공하는 비즈니스 모델들을(연안운송, 물류센터 및 ICD 운송, 콜드체인, 국경통과, 항만개발 등) 소개하였다. 이 모델별 단기/중기로 나누어 파트너 쉽 방안을 제시하면 단기적 사업으로는 Warehouse, ICD, Trucking 사업 등을 들 수 있으며 기 진출한 우리나라업체들과의 협업이 가능하며 창고부문 투자 이외에 ICD와 트럭킹 사업은 로컬업체와 조인트 벤처 투자(로컬업체 51% 이상 투자)가 필요하다. 또한, 장기적으로는 연안운송, 국경간 운송, 트럭킹, Deep Sea 신항만 투자 등을 고려할 수 있으며 전부 현지파트너 쉽이 필요한 사업이어서 로컬 업체는 51% 이상의 투자지분이 요구된다.

A Strategic Positioning Analysis for Container Terminals in Northern Vietnam

  • Vietnam is one of Asia's fastest developing economies. A long coastline of nearly 3,500 km provides a comparative advantage for Vietnam in developing a seaport system. Despite accounting for only about 30% of Vietnam's traffic volume, the Northern seaports have rapidly developed over the years. However, the location of the container terminals close to the common hinterland are a cause of fierce competition among container terminals. To outperform rivals and improve competitiveness, it is essential to identify the competitive positions of container terminals. This study analyzes the competitive positioning of container terminals in the northern region of Vietnam between 2005 and 2014 by applying the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) matrix in order to assist terminal operators and policy makers to generate strategic planning as well as to improve priorities for development. Otherwise, the period from 2005-2014 aims to clarify the static and dynamic positioning of container terminals. The results demonstrate that the Hai Phong terminal dominates the market, but the Nam Hai Dinh Vu and Dinh Vu terminals are considered as "star" performers. Quang Ninh, Doan Xa, and Transvina are losing their competitive positions in Northern Vietnam.

베트남 소비자의 한국화장품 구매 만족과 재구매 의도에 관한 실증분석 (An Empirical on the Korean Cosmetics Satisfaction of the Vietnamese Consumer and Repurchase Intention)

  • 베트남은 현재 매년 1% 가량의 인구 성장률을 보이고 젊은 인구가 총인구의 절반을 넘는 잠재적인 구매층을 지니고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 베트남은 화장품 시장에 있어서 매우 가능성이 높은 시장이라고 할 수 있으며 연 평균 화장품시장이 15% 이상 성장률을 보이고 있다. 한국 화장품은 랑콤, 샤넬 등 세계 유명 브랜드와의 경쟁하는 가운데서도 한국 화장품이 베트남 시장 점유율이 높아 가고 있다. 한국산 화장품이 일본, 미국 화장품보다 베트남 소비자들에게 보다 더 많은 인기를 얻는 이유는 합리적인 가격과 좋은 품질 그리고 한류의 영향을 받았기 때문이다. 본 연구는 한국화장품에 대한 베트남 소비자의 충동적 구매성향, 과시적 구매성향, 합리적 구매성향, 독자적 구매성향의 요인으로 구분하여 구매 만족과 재구매 의도 또는 타인 추천에 관한 실증분석을 하였다. 한국화장품의 품질에 대한 인식이나 브랜드 이미지 제고에 긍정적인 역할을 하고 있으며, 화장품의 긍정적인 효과는 사용후 만족도와 구매 추천 의향으로까지 연결되는 것으로 추정된다.

생태적 도시 계획과 설계: 베트남 하이퐁시에의 적용 (Ecological Urban Planning and Design: An Application to Hai Phong City, Vietnam)

  • 사회적 경제적 환경적 영향에 대한 장기적인 고려 없이 진행된 개발도상국가의 도시화와 인구증가는 도시의 슬럼화 등 다양한 문제를 초래하고 있다. 본 연구는 베트남 하이퐁시를 대상으로 생태적 도시계획모델을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구에서 적용한 생태적 계획과정은 크게 네 단계로 구분할 수 있다. 첫째, 기존에 연구된 생태적 도시계획 과정 및 절차를 검토, 정리하였다. 둘째, 한국을 포함한 성공적 사례를 검토함으로써 베트남에 적용 가능한 전략과 친환경적 개발 요소 등을 도출하였다. 베트남과 비슷한 경제발전 과정을 거친 한국의 일산, 분당 등 생태도시 사례로 부터 네 가지 전략을 도출하였다. 셋째, 대상지 분석 및 토지적합성평가를 실시하였으며 절대보전, 상대보전, 개발가능 지역 등을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 앞의 세 단계를 토대로 생태적 신도시건설을 위한 토지이용계획을 수립하였고, 블루네트워크(수체계), 그린네트워크(녹지체계), 화이트네트워크(바람길체계), 휴먼네트워크(자전거 및 보행도로체계), 문화네트워크(역사자원체계)의 다섯 가지 네트워크개념을 적용하였다. 각 네트워크별, 각 네트워크간의 연결 및 순환을 강조함으로써 현존하는 자연적 문화적 자원을 보전, 신도시의 가치로 창출되게 하고자 하였다.
