The methylated compound of ellagic acid was isolated from Potentilla chinensis (Rosaceae). The isolated compound was 3, 3', 4-tri-O-methylellagic acid, [2, 3, 7-trimethoxy-8-hydroxy[1] benzopyrano-[5, 4, 3, cde][1] benzopyran-5, 10-dione], $C_{17}H_{12}O_8$, m.p. $293-295^{\circ}C$. The isolation of trimethylellagic acid was conducted by the column chromatography and the identification of the compound was carried out by the methods of IR, NMR and MS spectroscopy.

Characteristics of supercooled liquid and glass, which are the states involved in glass transition, are reviewed. These states are non-equilibrium states, therefore, the glass transition is different from the usual phase transitions. Theories of glass transition and related experimental methods are briefly summarized.

Liriodendrin, m. p. $269-270^{\circ}$, $C_{22}$ $H_{46}$ $O_8$ as one of the antihypertensive components was obtained from the cortex of Kalopanax pictum. Acid hydrolysis of liriodendrin yielided liriresinol-A, -B and glucose. The stereochemistry of liriodendrin was established by the NMR spectrum of liriodrin octaacelate. The NMR spectrum of liriodendrin octaacetate showed that $di-{\beta}-glucoside$ of lirioresinol-B type occurs in nature.

온라인 게임에서 핵 프로그램을 탐지하는 방식 중 하나인 시그니처 탐지 방식의 문제점을 제시와 제시된 문제점을 보완하기 위한 발전된 시그니처 탐지 방식을 적용하므로 인하여 기존의 가지고 있던 문제를 개선할 수 있는 방법이다. 이 방식을 기존에 탐지하고 있는 방식과 병행할 경우 핵 프로그램을 수집해야하는 번거로움과 미 탐지로 인한 게임내의 핵 프로그램을 탐지하는데 일조할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구에서는 아이돌 음악 중 타 장르를 연상하게 하는 일부 기법이 혼용된 사례를 분석하였다. 해당 사례에 해당되는 곡 중 여러 차트의 10위권 이내에 기록된 트와이스의 'OOH-AHH하게'와 'Cheer up'으로 한정하였으며, 이 결과를 통해 아이돌 음악의 한 편곡의 특정 유형과 음악적 유행의 일정 부분을 파악할 수 있었다.

In this study the concepts on the elongation, compactness and equivalent ellipse of catchment plan-forms are applied to the real basins considering their theoretical frameworks. The catchment plan-forms and corresponding equivalent ellipses, obtained from GIS, are inspected on downstream directions. As a result the catchment plan-forms seem to be the population of the basin shapes which come from the random interaction between two conjectures on Hack's law being controversial recently. The ratio of the maximum and minimum inertia moments of the catchment plan-form Ri is more sensitive to evaluate the elongation of the basin shapes than the ratio of the main channel length and diameter of circle which has the same area as the catchment plan-form E. The catchment plan-forms compactness measures show distinct aspects according to their different definitions. These results are caused by the difficulties to quantification of the shapes and the composite consideration with more than two compactness measures and the fractal analysis are therefore required to recover them.

In vitro shoot regeneration and multiple shoot induction has been obtained from the stolen node explants in Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack. The highest number of shoots ($10.66{\pm}0.21$) was observed from initial explants after one month culture duration on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium containing 6-benzyladenine (BA: 0.5 mg/l). First generation shoot was excised and sub-cultured on the same fresh media for further multiplication of shoots. An enhanced number of second round shoots ($15.33{\pm}0.21$) was obtained compared to the initial culture media containing BA (0.5 mg/l). The number of shoots/stolon node was higher among all the concentrations of BA than kinetin (KN). In vitro regenerated shoots were successfully rooted in the phytohormone free MS medium. Plantlets generated with roots were transferred to pots containing compound mixture of soil and kept in green house conditions. Acclimatized plants showed 100% survival rate with normal morphology in green house conditions. The present study demonstrates the effect of explant and different plant growth regulators towards in vitro response in E. ophiuroides. Moreover, the study reveals the effect of cytokinin on induction of shoot number per stolen node explant in E. ophiuroides.
