모바일 SNS 이용만족과 습관이 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Users' Satisfaction and Habits in Customer Loyalty to Continue the Mobile Social Network Service)

  • 정보기술 수용 후 행동 즉 정보기술에 대한 지속적 사용여부는 해당 정보기술에 대한 자신의 경험이 의사결정 과정에서 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 정보기술의 수용과 관련하여 수행된 대부분의 선행연구들은 자신들의 경험에 기초하여 형성된 신념에 기초를 두어 해당 정보기술의 수용여부를 결정하게 되며, 기존의 정보기술 이용 경험으로부터 형성된 친숙성, 사용성, 만족 등이 주로 사용되어 왔다. 최근에 일부 연구들에서는 정보기술의 지속적 사용과정에 잠재의식적 행위에 관심을 보이고 있어 본 연구에서는 정보기술에 대한 이용습관을 지속적 사용과정에 중요한 역할을 수행할 것으로 가정하였다. 이에 본 연구는 최근 많은 사람들이 이용하고 있는 모바일 SNS를 대상으로 하여 기존의 이용경험으로부터 형성된 친숙성, 사용성, 만족 그리고 잠재의식적 행위를 측정하기 위해 이용습관을 각각 설정하였으며, 이들 변수들이 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하기 위한 연구가설과 연구모형을 설정하였다. 실증분석 결과 모바일 SNS 이용자들의 경우 기존의 이용경험으로부터 형성된 정보기술에 대한 친숙성, 사용성, 만족 그리고 이용습관이 충성도에 유의적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였으며, 특히 이용습관이 매개변수로서의 역할을 수행하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 기존의 정보기술 이용경험으로부터 형성된 여러 특성들과 함께 잠재의식적 행위를 나타내는 이용습관이 매우 중요하게 작용한다는 점을 실증적으로 확인하였다는 의미를 지니고 있다.

안과 의료기관 선택요인 및 정보탐색 행태에 관한 연구 (The Study on Selection Factors of Ophthalmic Medical Institute and Habits of Information Searching)

  • This study is to grasp selection factors and habits of information searching of customers of ophthalmic service and to verify the differences in them and to investigate how they affect in selecting medical institute by demographic sociological characters, selection factors by classification and habits of information searching, how many times they used and the type of medical treatment. The result of analysis of importance of selection factors of medical institute, it showed that doctors' career were evaluated high by classification and it showed in order of university hospital, hospital, clinic in facilities and equipment and in order of university hospital, clinic, hospital in distance transportation Analysis of importance of selection factors by sex distinction, it showed that doctors' career were high for both male and female and according to the result of analysis of selection factors by an age, doctors' career variable was measured high and it showed in order of facilities, equipment, distance and convenient transportation. The result of analysis by the form of medical treatment, doctors' career were measured high in all diseases. Facilities and equipment were measured high in case of a corrective operation of eyesight and distance transportation variable showed high in simple eye diseases. According to the result of analysis of habits of searching information by utility frequency, one's own experience in the past(direct visits) was the highest over all and it showed in order of introduction of other ophthalmic department in case of people who go to the institutes many times.

남자 중학생의 비만도에 따른 체중조절, 식습관 연구 (A Study of the Body Weight Control and Dietary Habits According to the Obese Index in Male Middle School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the body weight control, food habits and nutrient intakes according to the obese index in male middle school students. This study was carried out through questionnaires and measurement by body fat analyzer (Inbody 4.0). The subjects were 275 male middle school students in Iksan. Chonbuk province. The average age, height, weight, and BMI of the subjects were 14.4 years old, 167.8 cm, 60.2 kg and $21.3kg/m^2$, respectively. Seventeen point one percent of the subjects were the underweight group, 47.6% were the normalweight group, and 35.3% were the overweight group by the classification of the Korean Pediatrics Society standard. Body fat of underweight, normalweight, and overweight were 16.1%, 19.0%, and 26.6%, respectively. Thirty one point nine percent of underweight, 39.7% of normalweight. and 31.9% of overweight had misperceptions of their weight (p<0.001). Sixty two point two percent of the males were dissatisfied with their body weight, and 55.3% of the whole tried to reduce their body weights. Even though they were normalweight, half of them dissatisfied with their weight. The source of weight control method was friends and family, TV radio, Internet, and school nutrition education, in order. The subjects exercised 3.4 days per week, 70.2 minutes per day, but it was not different significantly by the obese index. Forty percent of the subjects had meals fast, 58.5% of them have biased food habits even if they didn't differ by the obese index. Activity rate was different by the obese index significantly (p < 0.05), the number of severe activity was most in underweight. In conclusion, nutrition education programs should contain the necessity of normalweight, and regularity of lift habits and activities for energy expenditure in overweight students. It made them to recognize their weight correctly, establish healthy body images, and raise the ability to promote health and improve nutritional status.

울산지역 남자 중학생의 체질량 분류군별 식습관 차이 분석 (Analysis of Different Dietary Habits by Classification of Body Mass Index of Middle School Male Students in Ulsan City)

  • This study investigates differences in middle school male students' anthropometric variables and dietary habits using BMI (Body Mass Index) classifications. $\chi^2$ -test for frequency and ANOVA test for mean value and duncan value were used to analyze results. Averaged results of three groups of middle school male students' anthropometry including height (normal group 164.4 cm, overweight group 165.0 cm, obese group 167.0 cm), weight (normal group 56.0 kg, overweight group 70.0 kg, obese group 83.2 kg) and waist circumference (normal group 20.7 cm, overweight group 79.8 cm, overweight group 89.6 cm) were resulted. Classification of obese group was based upon 2007 growth charts using BMI criteria. This study indicates the normal weight group boys have over-eating related dietary habits and the obese groups have less calorie dietary habits. They answered oppositely to normal recognition. The obese group reflected dietary problems, such as preferences for sweet fruit rather than normal group males. Dinnertime of the groups were significantly different and obese group's earlier dinnertime can influence on their late night snack eating. Forty precent of obese male group like fruits as late night eating food. Three meal amount of three groups were significantly different, as obese group answered they ate same amount at every meal. It can mean obese group ate more amount of food in every meal. Overweight and obese male students have dietary problem of fast eating and answers of unbalanced eating were higher in normal group. These could mean obese group eats well in every food and fast eating habit could lead a lot of food eating habit. Obese group chooses out-going food of less calorie and frequency of fast food eating was lower than normal group. In result, obese group answered that they have less calorie related dietary habits, it could mean their answers were false or fixed dietary habit. Therefore, more researches should be followed.

충남 지역 일부 남녀 고등학생의 식습관과 학교급식에 대한 만족도 조사 (The Study of Dietary Habits and Satisfaction with School Lunch Program for High School Boys and Girls in Chungnam Province)

  • This study was investigated to examine the dietary habits and satisfaction with a school lunch program for high school boys and girls. The survey was conducted on 416 students(208 boys and 208 girls) using questionnaire. Overall, 40.1% of the respondents reported that they skip breakfast, and more girls skipped breakfast than boys(p<0.05). The major reason for skipping meal was 'no enough time'(48.3%) and duration of meal appeared the highest ratio in '10~15 minutes'(51.7%) and boys having meal with 10 minutes were significantly higher than girls(p<0.001). When asked if they have an unbalanced diet, 58.8% responded "little bit do it but it depends on food". Vegetables were the foods most absent from an unbalanced diet. Additionally, 90% of all respondents takes a snack a day, and 21.5% of the respondents reported that snacks were the most preferable meals. In terms of a satisfaction with school meals, 70.6% of the respondents reported that they were "unsatisfied". Additionally, 43.5% of the students reported that they did not finish their soup. Moreover, 57.5% of the students reported that they were dissatisfied because that food was "not tasty". Based on the results of this study, the meal habits of the students were determined by various factors including gender. To ensure that boys and girls receive the proper nutrition, development of proper eating habits through school meals, nutrition education and a guidance during meal service should be achieved.

급식학교에서의 영양교육이 아동의 영양지식, 식생활태도, 식습관, 식품 기호도 및 잔식량에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nutrition Education on Nutrition Knowledge , Food Attitude , Food Habits, Food Preference and Plate Waste of Elementary School Children Served by the National School Lunch Program)

  • This stusy was designed to develop nutrition education program for the primary school children served by the national school lunch program and to evaluate ist educational effects. Subjects consisted of 61 elementary school children(30 in the control group and 31 in the treatment group) in the 5th grade. Only the treatment group participated in a twelve-week nutrition education program. To evaluate the effects of the nutrition education program, the control and treatment groups were given a pretest and posttest for nutrition knowledge, food attitude, food habits, food preference and plate wastes before and after nutrition education. The results obtained are summerized as follows ; the nutrition knowledge test score (30.4) of the treatment group was significantly higher than that (17.4) of the control group after nutrition education . However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in food attitude test scores after nutrition education. We also did not find any difference induced by nutrition education or the food preferences of the treatment group. After nutrition education , the amount of plate waste of some menus were significantly decreased in the treatment group, but the amount of plate waste of the control group was not significantly changed. However, there was no significant difference in the post test scores above food habits between two groups. It was concluded that a twelve-week nutrition education program can improve nutrition knowledge and decrease plate waste but is not enough to change food attitude , food preference and food habits. It can besard that the two components of foodservice are nutritional foodservice and nutrition education. Foodservice management alone without nutrition education is hardly enough to improve the nutritional status of school children. The result of this study indicate that applying the nutrition education program to elementary school children who are served by the national lunch program can maximize the effects of the national school lunch program.

대학생들의 스트레스와 구강악습관과의 연관성에 관한 융합 연구 (Convergence Study on the Relationship between Stress and Oral Habits in College Students)

  • 일부 대학생들의 스트레스 주요인을 파악하고 구강악습관의 관계를 알아보기 위해 충청남도 아산시에 위치한 S대학교에 재학 중인 남 녀 대학생 299명을 대상으로 스트레스 관련문항과 악습관 관련문항으로 나누어 설문지 조사를 진행하였다. 대학생들이 가지고 있는 스트레스 요인 별 항목을 융합 연구한 결과 스트레스 원인 중 건강 대인관계는 구강악습관 점수와 통계적으로 유의한 관련성이 나타났다. 이상의 연구를 통해 대학생의 스트레스로 인한 구강악습관 발생률이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었으며 대학생활 동안 발생되는 스트레스의 요인들을 완전히 배제할 수 없다는 점을 고려해볼 때 스트레스 자가 인식법, 조절법 및 악습관 개선에 관한 교육틀이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

한국 청소년의 식습관이 수면시간에 미치는 영향: 2016년 청소년 건강행태온라인조사 기반 (Effects of Dietary Habits on Sleep Duration in Korean Adolescents: Based on Results from the 2016 Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the dietary habits of Korean adolescents and to investigate their effects on sleep duration. Methods: This study is a secondary analysis drawn from the 2016 Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web-Based Survey (N=65,528). ANCOVA was used to determine the relationship between dietary habits and sleep duration. Ordinal logistic regression was used to find out the effects of dietary habits on sleep duration adjusted for general characteristics and behavioral characteristics. Results: The group that consumed no breakfast (AOR=0.89, p<.001) had less sufficient sleep duration than those who had breakfast 7 times per week. The group that had drunk no milk (AOR=0.88, p<.001) had less sufficient sleep duration than those who enjoyed it 5 times per week. On the contrary, the groups that had no soda drinks (AOR=1.18, p=.015), caffeine drinks (AOR=1.77, p<.001), and sweet drinks (AOR=1.25, p<.001) were more likely to have sufficient sleep duration than the groups that consumed those beverages 5 times per week. Conclusion: It is important to educate adolescents about healthy eating habits including drinks and optimal sufficient sleep duration through a multidisciplinary approach.

전주지역 중년의 생활습관과 건강상태 추적연구 (Follow-up Study of Health-Related Habits and Health Status of Middle-Aged Men and Women in Chonju)

  • As the percentage of the elderly in the population increases, research to identify the nutritional and health status of the elderly, to understand the factors influencing on them, and to delay aging have been done actively. It is necessary for these studies to be longitudinal. This study was carried out to assess the change of health-related habits such as dietary behaviors and smoking, alcohol drinking and exercising habit, and health status between previous study(1991/1994) and post study(1998) for middle-aged men and women living in Chonju. For the present study, the data of 63 pairs(23 men and 40 women) were analyzed. They were 11 men and 12 women followed up from 82 men and 100 women surveyed in 1994. Mean ages in the 1991/4 and 1998 studies were 53.6y(range 42-63y) and 59.0y(range 46-72y) respectively. The survey was conducted with interview using a questionnaire including dietary behaviors and health-related habits, and anthropometric measurement and blood test for analyzing biochemical indices in 1991/4 and 1998. To understand these changes over time, $\chi$$^2$-statistics, t-test and paired t-test were analyzed with an SAS package program. As people age, there were significantly decreases in the proportions to eat lightly salted foods and drink alcohol. Significant longitudinal increases in triceps skin fold thickness, ${\gamma}$-GPT and HDL-cholesterol and significant decrease in hemoglobin value were noted over time in both men and women. In addition a significant decrease in blood glucose level was noted over time in women. Weight, blood glucose and total cholesterol increased significantly with age in those had had breakfast regularly or those had not used more slat at the table in the past. From this study, were found out the subjects of this study had relatively desirable health-related habits. But as improper health-related habits are likely to result in inappropriate health status(eg, increase in WHR, triglyceride, total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol), it is recommended that nutrition education in necessary as soon as possible to meet the health elderly.

초등학교 장애학생의 식생활 지도를 위한 소프트웨어 개발 및 효과 연구 (A Study of Development and Effectiveness of Eating Habit Teaching Software for Disabilities in Elementary School)

  • This study put emphasis on improving the quality of lives of the elementary students with disabilities by planning and realizing software for the purpose of teaching eating habits. It tried to develop software which constantly applies and practices contents learned from content systems subordinate to practical subjects. It is mainly consisted of 'cooking and eating' among the content systems of the practical subjects in the basic curriculum. To this end, it chose four modules as their final choices, 'eating various foods, cooking happily, setting the table, and washing the dishes.' Media is in CD-ROM Title form. Macromedia Flash and Macromedia Director were used as authoring tools. Program is basically going along centering on small units. And activities in each topic are composed of thinking, investigating, and organizing order. When we applied the software, developed in this research, to 3 elementary students with disabilities using multiple probe design across subjects, it had positive effects on eating habits related functions of all participants.
