컨설팅 실행기업의 조직특성이 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향 -제조기업 M사 생산직 종사자를 중심으로- (Effects of Consulting-recipient Company's Organizational Characteristic on Consulting Performance)

  • 본 연구는 HR 컨설팅을 받은 제조기업 M사의 생산직 종사자를 대상으로 컨설팅을 받은 기업의 조직특성이 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 컨설팅 성과는 해당 기업이 HR 컨설팅을 수행하였다는 점을 착안하여 인사제도 개선여부와 조직구성원 인식변화를 중점적으로 확인하기 위해서 HR효과성과 조직몰입의 두 가지 차원의 변수로써 확인 하였다. 분석결과, 조직특성을 나타내는 친밀성, 권한위임, 윤리경영, 의사소통, 공유가치의 모든 하위 변수들이 유의수준 P<.05에서 HR 효과성에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이러한 HR 효과성이 높아지면 높아질수록 조직몰입도 긍정적으로 개선된다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 조직특성의 모든 하위 변수들이 전체 컨설팅 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 생산직 종사자들에 대한 컨설팅 성과 즉, HR 효과성과 조직몰입을 제고하기 위해서는 기업이 가족과 같은 분위기의 친밀한 조직을 만들어주고, 적절한 권한위임이 되도록 규정과 제도의 정비가 필요하며, 기업이 윤리경영활동을 적극적으로 실천하고, 마지막으로 원활한 의사소통이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 전략적 활동이 필요함을 제언하였다.

  • A Shared Services center (SSC) is created by removing common administrative functions from operational divisions within an organization, and centralizing the functions in a separate centre. SSC helps supporting organizations to focus on core activities and to achieve cost reduction as well as service quality enhancement. In contrast to many leading global companies which has been adopted SSCs from early 90's. A Company's HR SSC which has opened this year is the first genuine SSC practice in Korea. Centering on the case of A Company' s HR SSC implementation, we discussed on some practical implications for companies which has future plan to introduce a shared service center.

한국 기업 속성에 따른 기업연금보험 상품 및 제도유형 선호도 분석 (The Impact of Corporate's Attributes on Corporate Pension Insurance Products & Type Preference)

  • Purpose - The total amount of advanced Corporate Pension Insurance products exceed 148 trillion Korean Won at the end of 2016. For a firm with over 300 employees, when a bill on compulsion of introduction of Corporate Pension Insurance products, currently pending in court, is passed, Corporate Pension shall be an essential. The findings of the paper will provide a guideline for understanding on firm's attributes and its effects towards introduction of Corporate Pension Insurance products. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected using statistics of employer panel survey from Korea Labour Institute in 2013. The study analyses a sample survey on 1,775 outstanding enterprises and their HR department among whole corporations in Korea. For analysis of data, empirical testing by Logistic Regression was utilized. Results - As an outcome of empirical testing, variables on share of regular employees and the aged employees in over 50's generates a significant statistical meaning. It eventually gives a great impact on purchase of Corporate Pension scheme. Moreover, variables on corporate financial statement, current sales, current net income, total amount of the debts, labor cost per person also has a vital influence on introduction of Corporate Pension Insurance products. Lastly, variables on firm's labor relationship have no effect except for the execution or non-execution of HR consulting. Meanwhile, Variables affecting a choice on pension schemes types among firm's attributes are a share of regular employees, current net income, execution or non-execution of HR consulting etc. These variables represents a statistical implication. According to their each features, they prefer DB or DC plan. Conclusions - Introduction of corporate pension scheme is apposite to contemporary Korea's situation entering a hyper-aging society and firms with a high share of regular employees, the weight of aging, current sales, current net income and labor cost per person are exceedingly active in purchasing Corporate Pension Insurance products. However, after the introduction of corporate pension scheme, firms which has an implementation of consultation on human resource management, flexible benefits plan, job security and welfare system prefer DC plan whereas from financial perspective firms with high net income prefer DB plan.

고해상도 수치예측자료 생산을 위한 경도-역거리 제곱법(GIDS) 기반의 공간 규모 상세화 기법 활용 (Implementation of Spatial Downscaling Method Based on Gradient and Inverse Distance Squared (GIDS) for High-Resolution Numerical Weather Prediction Data)

  • In this study, we examined a spatial downscaling method based on Gradient and Inverse Distance Squared (GIDS) weighting to produce high-resolution grid data from a numerical weather prediction model over Korean Peninsula with complex terrain. The GIDS is a simple and effective geostatistical downscaling method using horizontal distance gradients and an elevation. The predicted meteorological variables (e.g., temperature and 3-hr accumulated rainfall amount) from the Limited-area ENsemble prediction System (LENS; horizontal grid spacing of 3 km) are used for the GIDS to produce a higher horizontal resolution (1.5 km) data set. The obtained results were compared to those from the bilinear interpolation. The GIDS effectively produced high-resolution gridded data for temperature with the continuous spatial distribution and high dependence on topography. The results showed a better agreement with the observation by increasing a searching radius from 10 to 30 km. However, the GIDS showed relatively lower performance for the precipitation variable. Although the GIDS has a significant efficiency in producing a higher resolution gridded temperature data, it requires further study to be applied for rainfall events.

Incidence and Risk Factors of Recurrent Venous Thromboembolism after Pulmonary Embolism

  • Background: Information about the epidemiology of venous thromboembolism (VTE) recurrence in Korea is lacking. The purpose of this study was to investigate VTE cumulative recurrence rates and identify risk factors for VTE recurrence among Korean adults. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted on adult patients (${\geq}18years$) admitted to a university teaching hospital for pulmonary embolism (PE) from 2005 to 2013. The main outcome of interest was a recurrence of VTE. We used Cox proportional hazard regression analyses to calculate the relative risk of VTE recurrence. Results: Five-year cumulative incidence of recurrent VTE events was 21.5% (95% confidence interval [CI], 17.7-25.4) in all cases of PE; 17% after provoked and 27% after unprovoked PE. Multivariate analysis showed that body mass index (BMI) of ${\geq}25$ (hazard ratio [HR], 2.02; 95% CI, 1.17-3.46; p=0.01) and longer anticoagulation therapy duration (HR, 0.90; 95% CI, 0.84-0.96; p<0.01) were independently associated with risk of VTE recurrence. Risk factors not found to be statistically significant at the <0.05 level included history of VTE (HR, 1.81; 95% CI, 0.84-3.88; p=0.12), unprovoked PE (HR, 1.70; 95% CI, 0.89-3.25; p=0.10), symptomatic deep vein thrombosis (HR, 1.62; 95% CI, 0.89-2.94; p=0.10), and female sex (HR, 1.42; 95% CI, 0.78-2.55; p=0.24). We found that age, history of cancer, and other co-morbidities did not significantly affect the risk of VTE recurrence. Conclusion: Recurrence of VTE after PE is high. Patients with BMI ${\geq}25$ or reduced anticoagulation therapy duration have a higher risk of recurrent VTE.

HR부서의 전략적 역할이 교육훈련만족도를 매개로 조직유효성에 미치는 영향: 제조업을 중심으로 (The Influence of HR Department's Strategic Role on Organizational Effectiveness through Education and Training Satisfaction: Focusing on the Manufacturing Industry)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 제조업이 당면한 위기를 극복하기 위한 혁신의 주체인 인적자원 관련 업무를 담당하는 인사 부서의 전략적 역할이 교육훈련만족을 통해 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 제 7 차 인적자본회사패널 설문조사 데이터 중 제조업 데이터를 활용하였으며, 구조 방정식 모델을 통해 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, HR 부서의 전략적 역할이 교육훈련 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육훈련 만족도 및 HR부서의 전략적 역할은 조직유효성 중 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 교육훈련 만족도는 HR 부서의 전략적 역할과 직무만족의 관계에 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 혁신뿐만 아니라 중소기업이 직면한 위기를 극복하는데 중요한 요소인 인사 전담부서의 권한과 책임을 확대하고 그들의 역할을 재정립하는 기반이 될 것으로 기대한다. 이 연구의 초점은 제조에만 있으므로 더 다양한 산업 분야로 연구를 확대되어야 할 것이다.

SBR공정을 이용한 수산물 위판장 폐수에서 유기물 및 질소 제거 (Removal of Organic and Nutrients in Fish Market Wastewater using Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR))

  • This research work aims at treating saline wastewater generated from a fish market using four Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR) operated under different conditions. The effect of C/N ratio (3, 6) and salt concentration (0.5~2%) on organic and nitrogen removal was studied. The synthetic wastewater prepared with glucose ($C_6H_{12}O_6$) as the primary carbon source along with ammonium chloride ($NH_4Cl$) was used in the three reactors. The fill, anoxic, aeration, settle and draw conditions were 2 hr, 4 hr, 4 hr and 2 hr respectively. The fourth reactor was operated at different conditions to investigate the practical feasibility of SBR application to handle fish market wastewater generated in Ulsan city that had fluctuating loading characteristics. Though the unacclimated sludge was initially affected by the salt concentration, the acclimated sludge removed 95% of the organics irrespective of the NaCl concentration and C/N ratio. However, the removal of nitrogen was affected more by C/N ratio than the salt concentration. While handling fish market wastewater, though the organic and nitrogen loading rate were varying between $0.009{\sim}0.259gCOD_{OH}/gVSS/day$ and 0.005~0.034 gN/gVSS/day, the effluent concentrations were far less than the effluent standard of $120mgCOD_{OH}/L$ and 60 mgN/L respectively, except when loading rates were fluctuating and 4 times higher than the average.

중규모수치예보자료의 정량적 강수추정량 개선을 위한 인공신경망기법 (Application of Artificial Neural Network to Improve Quantitative Precipitation Forecasts of Meso-scale Numerical Weather Prediction)

  • 수문학적 예측에 있어서 강우수치예보의 활용성을 제고하기 위하여 인공신경망을 이용한 정량강수예측기법을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 2001년 6월과 7월, 2002년 8월의 중규모수치예보자료와 AWS의 3시간 누적강수, 상층기상관측소에서의 가강수량과 상대습도, 각 선행시간별 강수발생확률을 이용하여 각 선행시간에 따른 강수량을 예측하였다. 강수는 대기변수의 물리적 비선형조합으로 발생하기 때문에 강수에 영향을 미치는 대기변수와 관측강수사이의 비선형관계를 고려하는데 유용한 인공신경망기법을 이용하였다. 인공신경망의 구조는 전방향 다층퍼셉트론(feedforward multi-layer perceptron)을선택하였으며, 신경망의 학습 시 음의 강수모의값을 고려하여 무강수로전환하기 위하여 비선형 양극활성화함수를 사용하였다. 중규모수치예보모형과 인공신경망에서 예측된 강수량은 Nash-Sutcliffe Coefficient of Efficiency (NS-COE)와 Coefficient of Correlation (CORR)로 선행시간별로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 3시간 누적강수를 기준으로 NS는 한반도영역에서 평균적으로 선행시간이 12 hr인 경우 -0.04에서 0.31로, 선행시간이 24 hr인 경우 -0.04에서 0.38로, 선행시간이 36 hr인 경우 -0.03에서 0.33으로, 선행시간이 48 hr인 경우 -0.05에서 0.27로 증가하여, 강수예측의 정확도가 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

한우에서 Direct Embryo Collection(DEC)을 이용한 체내 수정란의 회수율 분석 (Analysis of Embryo Recovery Rate by Direct Embryo Collection (DEC) in Korean Native Cattle (Hanwoo))

  • This study was performed in order to determine optimum flushing solution using the direct embryo collection (DEC). Donors, at random stages of the estrous cycle, received a CIDR. 7 days later, 200 mg FSH was treated with 40, 30, 20, 10 mg FSH levels in declining doses twice daily by intramuscular injection for 4 days. On the 3$^{rd}$ day administration of FSH, 25 mg $PGF_2{\alpha}$ was administered and CIDR was withdrawn. After FSH injections were complete, donors were artificially inseminated twice at 12 hr intervals. The donor cattle received 250 ${\mu}g$ GnRH at time of 1$^{st}$ insemination and embryos were recovered 8 days after the 1$^{st}$ insemination. Embryo collection from superovulated donors were performed to flushing by DEC and conventional method. As a results, the average number of recovered embryos were significantly higher as 19.1${\pm}$1.40 with DEC method than 12.0${\pm}$0.44 with conventional embryo collection method, respectively (p<0.05). Also, The average number of transferable embryos were significantly higher (p<0.05) as 15.8${\pm}$1.72 with DEC method than 6.9${\pm}$0.35 from conventional embryo recovery procedures. Meanwhile, number of recovered embryos and number of recovered transferable embryos following the number of flushing times until 6${dr}$ flushing were significantly higher as 8.6${\pm}$0.53 and 8.6${\pm}$0.53 from 2$^{nd}$ flushing time than other groups (p<0.05). No. of Ear. B stage embryos were significantly higher as 3.9${\pm}$0.90 and 3.9${\pm}$0.90 with 2$^{nd}$ flushing time in total collected embryos and transferable embryos (p<0.05). Com M stage embryos were significantly higher as 3.7${\pm}$1.00 in 2$^{nd}$ flushing time and as 2.2${\pm}$0.76 in 3$^{rd}$ flushing time for recovered embryos (p<0.05). In transferable embryos, Com. M stage embryos were significantly higher (p<0.05) as 3.7${\pm}$1.00 in 2$^{nd}$ flushing time and as 2.2${\pm}$0.76 in 34$^{dr}$ flushing time, also. No. of degradation embryos was significantly higher as 2.2${\pm}$0.72 in 5${rd}$ flushing time, On the other hand, degradation embryos was not observed in transferable embryos (p<0.05). In conclusion, these results suggest that DEC method should effective methods for production of in vivo embryos using less flushing solution following perform until 4$^{rd}$ flushing time than conventional embryo collecting method. Also, it might be effectively collection of transferable embryos following more less procedure times compared to conventional embryo recovery methods.

  • The Purpose of this paper is how KM is implemented and executed to reform the organization in the change management aspect and how its current KM can be developed in the future, mainly based on the organizational system, business process, and information system related to KM. This Paper is longitudinal case study of Knowledge Management at LG-EDS Systems. The effective approach to undertake KM is phase. First, it is structured to share explicit knowledge for better performance and then implicit knowledge for best performance. But, This method had some limitations. So, LG-EDS systems integrated KMS-Knowledge Portal-to facilitate cooperation and improve contents quality.
