한국형 틸팅열차 한빛200의 진동 특성에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Vibrational Characteristics of Korean Tilting Train Hanvit200)

  • The tilting trains can run on curve track about 30% faster than conventional train without affecting passenger comfort. As the tilting trains offer the optimum means of providing faster and more comfortable rail service with minimum of environmental disturbance and capital investment, it is widely adopted for commercial operation all over the world. Over several years, the Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI) and Ministry of Construction and Transportation(MOCT) have been developing 200 km/h Korean tilting train, Hanvit200. Hanvit200 adopts the pendulum type tilting mechanism and hybrid car body structure, mainly CFRP combined with steel. In this paper the vibrational characteristics of Hanvit200 was investigated through Eigen vector analysis, modal test and main line running test.

곡선부에서의 한빛 200 열차 차륜방사 소음 특성 (Experimental Analysis of Wheel Radiation Noise of HANVIT 200 Train in Curve Lines)

  • The wheel radiation noise characteristic of Korean tilting train(Hanvit 200) on curved rail under the field test conditions is analyzed in this paper. The test railroad track was selected from Seodaejon to Songjeongri in Honam line. $5^{th}$ and $6^{th}$ car are decided to measure radiation noise level among a train of six cars. The test subject curve radius executed from R400, R500, R600, R700 and R800 segments. The speed of test trains when from R600 and R800 curves existing operation speed and speed up 20% of existing speed. On curved rail at the time of operation speed of Hanvit 200 trains from below 95km/h wheel radiation noise level at $94dBA{\sim}99dBA$, the operation speed from between $100km/h{\sim}144km/h$ wheel radiation noise level at $100dBA{\sim}106dBA$.

  • It's essential to measure electrical signals of Korea tilting train "Hanvit 200" during operation, Because we need to study operation characteristics of new electric "Hanvit 200" and we want to develop diagnosis system of main circuit of Korea tilting train "Hanvit 200". So, we measure electrical signals for developing diagnosis system of "Hanvit 200" during operation. We measure voltage and current of the primary winding of main transformer and analyze then. In result, we know that each operation mode has specific waveform and frequency. In addition, we also measure arc currents and arc voltage and we know that are of each situations has specific waveform of pattern.

The test subject open field executed from test sections. The speed of test trains when from existing operation speed and speed up 20% of existing speed. On open field at the time of operation speed of Hanvit 200 trains from below 160km/h interior noise level at $68dBA{\sim}70dBA$.

한국형 틸팅열차의 기계적 제동 동특성에 대한 실시간 시뮬레이션 (Real-time Simulation for Dynamic Characteristics of Mechanical Braking of the Korean Tilting Train)

  • The Korean tilting train called Hanvit 200 was launched recently in Korea to improve train speed up to 200 km/h at conventional lines. In this paper, we propose a HILS system for simulations of mechanical braking of the Hanvit 200 train using actual ASCU, actual dump valves, Simulink, dSPACE board, and ControlDesk software. In the proposed HILS system, dynamics of wheelsets, bogies and car body, brake force generation, creep force generations are realized via mathematical models, and anti-skid logic is realized using actual components. The validity of the proposed HILS system is demonstrated via comparing results of real-time and off-line simulations.

  • 국내에서 개발된 한국형 틸팅열차는 현재 시제차량 제작을 마치고, 충북선을 시작으로 시운전 시험이 단계적으로 진행되고 있다. 시운전 시험에서는 한국형 틸팅열차의 시스템 안정화를 위해 차량 외에 궤도, 구조물, 전차선, 신호 등 각 시스템 상호간의 인터페이스 검증이 필요하며, 선로구축물 분야에서는 개발차량의 증속이 궤도구조에 미치는 영향을 비롯한 궤도부담력 검토를 통해 궤도구조의 안정성과 주행안정성 평가가 수행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에 서는 완화곡선구간을 주행하는 틸팅차량(한빛200호), 고속차량(KTX) 및 일반차량(무궁화)에 의해 궤도에서 발생하는 동적 윤중 및 횡압을 측정하였다. 측정데이터를 통해 차종별 주행패턴을 비교하고 윤중과 횡압의 증감율을 확률적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 고정식 대치구조를 갖는 기존 차량의 캔트변화에 따른 발생 윤중 및 횡압의 분포범위는 일정 범위 내에서 작은 편차로 분포하였다. 반면 진자식 대차구조인 틸팅차량의 경우 캔트변화에 따른 차체의 틸팅작용에 의해 비교적 넓은 범위에 큰 편차로 궤도작용력이 분포하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Train dynamics affects significantly safe and efficient operation of a train, especially during traction or braking period. Train dynamics is intrinsically complex due to many DOF motions in a three-dimensional space, and its behavior during the braking stage is too complex to understand and design an effective braking logic of the train. In this paper, we present a two-dimensional model with three DOF motion in a longitudinal, vertical, and pitch direction for the Hanvit 200 tilting train, which is efficient to analyze a braking performance. Furthermore, we analyze the braking logic and simulate the braking process of the Hanvit 200 tilting train using Simulink.

철도차량의 곡선부 스킬 소음에 대한 속도의 영향 (Influence of the Speeds on the Curve Squeal Noise of Railway Vehicles)

  • Curve squealing of inter-city railway vehicle is a noise with high acoustic pressure and rather narrow frequency spectra. This noise turns out to be very annoying for the people living in the neighborhood of locations and the passenger in railway vehicle where this phenomenon occurs. Squealing is caused by a self-exited stick-slip oscillation in the wheel-rail contact. Curve squeal noise of railway vehicles that passed by a factor of the speed limit, so to overcome in order to improve running performance is one of the largest technology. In the present paper, characteristic of squeal noise behavior at the Hanvit-200 tilting train test-site. Curve squealing of railway wheels/rail contact occurs in R400~ R800 curves with a frequency range of about 4~11 kHz. If the curve is less than the radius of wheel frail contact due to |left-right| noise level difference (dBA) shows a significant effect of squeal noise were more likely.
