임베디드 기기에서 로그데이터란 사용자의 기기 사용 이력에 대한 하드웨어적인 기록이라 할 수 있고, 로그분석이란 이 로그데이터를 기반으로 다양한 정보를 추출해 내는 것이다. 하지만 기존 로그데이터는 사용자의 행위에 대한 모든 기록에 대한 나열에 그쳤기 때문에 실제 사용자 행동 패턴이나 사용성에 대한 분석을 하기 위해서는 방대한 로그데이터를 활용하는데 많은 어려움이 있었다. 이에 본 논문은 이러한 사용자의 행동에 대한 체계적인 분석과 임베디드 기기 S/W와 H/W 연동성을 높이기 위하여 새로운 로그데이터 포맷에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 이는 다양한 임베디드 기기의 분석을 위한 효율성과 효과성을 증대하는데 기여할 것이다.

One hundred forty two digital spectra of 110 standard stars with 1 A resolution in ${\lambda}{\lambda}\;3000\;A\;{\sim}4150\;A$ region were analyzed to determine the spectral indices sensitive to the atmospheric parameters. The standard stars cover the temperature in the range of $T_eff$ from ${\sim}4000^{\circ}$ to ${\sim}7000^{\circ}\;K$ and the surface gravity in the range of log g from 0 to 5 and the metal abundance [Fe/H] from -2.7 to 0.4. We have derived physical parameters, theta(=T/5040), log g, and [Fe/H] for the standard stars using indices, P(38/93), Fe I(A), Fe I(B), SrII, and $H{\delta}$, with overall accuracies of 0.067, 0.617, and 0.466, respectively. However for some region of spectral type and metallicity, those can be obtained with better accuracies. Those indices are found to be useful especially for stellar gravity determination.

In this paper, we present the result of feature points recognition and classification of radial pulse by the shape of pulse wave. And we analyze radial pulse in frequency domain. The recognition algorithm use the method which runs in parallel with both the data of ECG and differential pulse simultaneously to recognize the feature points. Also fie specified 3-time elements of pulse wave as main parameters for diagnosis and measured them by execution of algorithm, then we classify the shape of radial pulse by existence and position of feature points. lastly we execute frequency analysis on the feature points and get the power spectrum of radial pulse.

Optimal conditions of electroless nickel plating in acid baths has been studied for industrial applications of a developed EN solution. The phosphorus content in the deposition ranges from 8 to $12\;wt.\%$. The investigated EN plating parameters are ion concentrations of nickel and hypophosphite, concentration of reducing and complexing agent, temperature, and pH. The average plating rate of Ni-P deposition was ca. $14{\mu}m/h$. The EN solution used shows a deposition rate of $10{\mu}m/h$ up to seven metal turnovers.

고도의 정보 사회로의 빠른 변화는 통신 기술의 발달과 통신 정보들의 다양함에 있다. 현대 사회에서 이용자들은 기존의 통신 서비스보다 좀 더 복잡한 기능과 편리한 기능 다양한 서비스를 필요로 하고 있다. 최근 전 세계적으로 '언제나 어디서나'라는 뜻을 가진 유비쿼터스 사회를 이루기 위한 근거리 무선 통신에 대해 관심을 많이 가지고 있으며 그에 따라 연구와 개발이 활발히 진행이 되고 있다. 무선통신 환경이 증가하고 무선 네트워크화의 필요와 수요에 따른 차세대 근거리 무선 통신 기술 중 대표적인 ZigBee 통신과 기능검증에 대한 H/W 플랫폼을 설계하고 구현하였으며 실험을 통하여 ZigBee의 전송도달거리와 송수신 속도를 확인하였다. 근거리 무선 통신 중 ZigBee의 특성을 고찰하였고 근거리 무선 통신의 연구 방향에 대해 제시하였다.

The effects of surfactants on electorless copper plating bath for PCB was studied. Basic bath composition was cuplic sulfate 10g/l, EDTA.2Na 40 g/l, formalin$ 3m\ell$/l and sodium hydroxide solution for pH adjust. After addition of accelerators, stabilizers and surfactants, the polarization curves in plating bath were carried out for presumption of the plating rate. From the plating rate in bath with the various concentration of additives, the optimum condition for manufacturing the electroless copper plating bath was confirmed. It was found that the addition of $\alpha$.$\alpha$'-dipyridyl, pyridine and polyxyethylene octylphenylether was good as stabilizer, accelerator and surfactants, respectively. With this additives, the maximum plating rate of $12\mu\textrm{m}$/h at $65^{\circ}C$ and $2\mu\textrm{m}$/h at $25^{\circ}C$ was obtained.

Metallothionein (MT) is induced in the regenerating rat liver. We have investigated expression of MT gene by RT PCR as well as specific localization of MT by immunocytochemistry in regenerating rat liver after partial hepatectomy (PH). MT mRNA level started to increase from 1 h and reached the peak at 8 h after PH. The level decreased gradually by 24 h, and became similar to that of control group. In the immunocytochemical study, in all groups treated with primary antibody, immunogold particles indicating the presence of MT were evenly distributed throughout both cytoplasm and nucleus of the rat hepatocytes. Within the nucleus, the gold particles appeared to be intensely localized in the areas of euchromatin and nucleolus. Within the cytoplasm, gold particles did not seem to adhere to mitochondria or Iysosomes, but were freely distributed. However, rough endoplasmic reticulum was the obvious compartment on which the gold particles were localized. Time course of MT immunoreactivity revealed that distribution of gold particles in hepatocytes increased gradually by 24 h, and decreased at 48 h after PH. Briefly, PH resulted in the sharpest increase in the expression of MT mRNA at 8 h and in the immunoreactivity of MT at 24 h, respectively. It is suggested that the increase of MT mRNA expression, the intensity of immunoreactivity and the specific localization of MT may be associated with the compensatory cell proliferation followed by PH.

본 논문에서는 정확한 비트 제어가 가능한 I-frame의 효율적인 부호화 방법을 제안한다. 기존 H.263＋의 DCT 계수들을 트리 구조로 재구성하여 각 계수에 대해 임베이드 제로트리 부호화 알고리즘을 적용시켜 부호화함으로써 코딩 효율을 향상시킴과 동시에 비트 율의 제어가 용이하도록 한다. 제안 방법의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 표준 동영상에 대한 컴퓨터 모의 실험 결과 제안 방법은 기존의 부호화 방법에 비해 비트 제어가 용이하고 부호화 성능이 개선됨을 확인했다.

Motion estimation technique has been used to increase video compression rates in motion video applications. One of the important algorithms to implement the motion estimation technique is search algorithm. Among many search algorithms, the H.263 adopted the Nearest Neighbors algorithm for fast search. In this paper, motion estimation block for the Nearest Neighbors algorithm is designed on FPGA and coded using VHDL and simulated under the Xilinx foundation environments. In the experiment results, we verified that the algorithm was properly designed and performed on the Xilinx FPGA(XCV300Q240)

본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 기반의 두가지 다른 코덱 시스템을 연구한다. 하나는 ITU H.263에 기반한 고정된 구조를 갖는 프레임 단위의 비디오 코덱이고, 다른 하나는 현재 진행중이고 1998년에 완성될 ISO MPEG-4 표준안에 기초하여 재배열이 가능한 유연한 구조를 갖는 오브젝트 단위의 비디오 코덱이다. 이러한 비디오 코덱들의 인트라, 인터넷 환경에서 소프트웨어에 기반한 실시간 및 유연한 구조의 구현 가능성을 알아보기 위하여 이들의 실험적인 구현을 시도한다.
