Rust disease was occurred on blackberry lily (Belamcanda chinensis) in several farmer's fields located in Heohwa-myon, Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam province in Korea. The typical symptoms of the disease appeared as small, yellowish spot on leaves at first. The spots then turned brown, their edges rised slightly, and powdery mass of yellow or yellowish green spores appeared on the lesions. Severely infected leaves were blighted and eventually died. Urediniospores were yellow or yellowish brown in color, globoid to ovoid in shape and $21{\sim}46{\times}18{\sim}38\;{\mu}m$ in size. Teliospores were brown in color, oblong or clavate in shape and $32{\sim}64{\times}12{\sim}26\;{\mu}m$ in size. The causal fungus was identified as Puccinia belamcandae based on morphological characteristics and host specificity. This is the first report on the rust of B. chinensis caused by P. belamcandae in Korea.

The occurrence of gray mold on Rubus crataegifolius has recently been reported in Pohang, Gyeongbuk province, Korea. The initial symptom was the appearance of small brown spots on the leaves, and these lesions became later covered with a gray fungus as the disease progressed. A fungus was isolated from symptomatic leaves and incubated. Through morphological and phylogenetic analyses, the causal agent of the disease was identified to be Botrytis cinerea. The fungal isolate was then used to inoculate on the leaves of healthy plants to determine its pathogenicity as the causal agent of gray mold as per Koch's postulates. The inoculated leaves showed the same symptoms as the originally infected plant, and the fungal pathogen re-isolated from the lesions showed the same morphological characteristics as the original pathogen. This is the first report on the occurrence of gray mold on R. crataegifolius caused by B. cinerea in Korea.

The occurrence of the crown and root rot on strawberry (Fragaria×ananassa Duch.) has been reported in greenhouses in Sancheong and Hamyang, Gyeongnam province, Korea in June, 2019. The infected plants showed browning rot of the inner crown and root, causing delayed development, lack of growth, and poor rooting. The browning rot of the inner crown and root can sometimes lead to wilting and collapsing of plants. Fungi were isolated from the symptomatic root and crown. Based on the results of morphological and phylogenetic analyses, the causal agent of the disease was identified to be Neopestalotiopsis clavispora. The fungal isolates were then used for inoculation into strawberry plants to determine the causal agent of the crown and root rot as per Koch's postulates. The inoculated strawberry plants showed the same symptoms as the originally infected plants, and the fungal pathogen re-isolated from the lesions showed the same morphological characteristics as the original pathogen. This is the first report on the occurrence of crown and root rot on strawberry (Fragaria×ananassa Duch.) caused by N. clavispora in Korea.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the association of family support, self-efficacy, health literacy and perceived health status with health-promoting behavior (HPB) in married immigrant women. Methods: A cross-sectional based survey was conducted to collect data from married immigrant women living in Gyeongsang province. Questionnaires included Health promoting lifestyle profile II, General self - efficacy scale, Korean Health literacy assessment and perceived health status. Results: 157 subjects participated in the study (mean age, $30.47{\pm}6.83$). Their duration of living in Korea was $63.05{\pm}50.11$ months. Of the participants, 59.2% were Vietnamese. The level of HPB, perceived health status, health literacy, support of family and self-efficacy were $2.58{\pm}0.42$, $3.39{\pm}0.86$, $25.12{\pm}20.99$, $3.83{\pm}0.70$ and $3.61{\pm}0.53$ respectively. Factors affecting the HPB of the participants were support from family (${\beta}=.45$, p<.001) and self-efficacy (${\beta}=.16$, p<.05). The explanatory power of these two variables was 34.2%. Conclusion: This study suggests that the factors influencing the HPB of married immigrant women include support from family and self-efficacy. A variety of programs should be provided for families so that they can support those women to help them increase their HPB. It is recommended that more various programs be provided to increase their self- efficacy.

The purpose of this study was to find out the various impressions that tone-on-tone coloration of shirts and ties gives. This experiment was based on the $2{\times}4{\times}4{\times}2$ factorial design: colors(red and blue), shirt tones(vivid, light, dull, and dark); tie tones(vivid, light, dull, and dark) and perceivers' gender(male and female). The materials in the experiment developed for this study were composed of 32 upper body photographs which were color printed and 27 bi-polar adjectives, each of which was graded into seven in its degree, were used to evaluate the impression. We unified those colors of shirts and neckties, and then made shirt and necktie tone different. The subjects of this research were 192 male and 192 female college students in Gyeongnam province including Jinju City The data was analyzed by using SPSS program. Analyzing methods were one-way ANOVA and LSD test. The items of the adjectives were classified into 5 impression dimensions - potency, activity, attractiveness, visibility and tenderness. All the image by the match of shirt and tie could be possible to make various images by the color, the shirt tone and the tie tone. Blue was given more effective potent image, vivid or light tone shirt in blue was the active image. As shirt and tie had different tone, regarded as the attractive image. Vivid tone tie was evaluated the visible image, light tone shirt is the tend image.

Now that 15 years have passed since its introduction to 4 year college in Korea and we have 51 majors in the field of Intoner design established at 47 universities as of 2003, we are in the position to seek the improvement of its educational qualify. With a view to provide data for the setup of proper educational purpose, it has classified their divisions(departments) according to their major names and belonged colleges of the universities and considered their geographical distributions, groupings of curriculum, their framing and features of a standard curriculum. 1)Divisions of the universities where the major of interior design belongs are divided into three categories of design division (design 8t arts, arts), home economics division (home economics, natural science) and architectural division. For the development of the major, universities to which circumstances permit are recommended to establish an independent college of interior design following the . cases in the US. 2) Geographical preponderance of interior design major on Seoul and Gyeongsang Province is desired to be improved. 3) Curriculum of interior design, which is classified into introduction, history of interior design, theory of interior design, design of interior space, digital technology, design elements of inner space, technology of interior design, behavior of environmental psychology, design management and other subjects, was made into a table by divisions. To sum up, curriculum of interior design concentrates on basic design theory throughout all divisions. In connection with the selection of division by high school-graduates or their parents, design division is recommended for those who desire to major in design elements and design management, home economics division for those who desire to major in space design and behavior of environmental psychology and architectural division for those who desire to major in Interior space design, interior design technology and regulations. 4) This research can contribute to the settlement of desirable curriculum for the interior design education, thus upgrading the education level of the major in Korea.

A series of scientific analyses, including ICP-AES, microstructure, and TIMS, were carried out on 5 bronze spoons among 14 bronze artifacts excavated from the Ok-dong site in Andong, North Gyeongsang Province. The results of analysis showed that the bronze spoons were formed from an alloy of no more than 75% Cu and 21~23% Sn, placing it in the category of brassware, with trace elements such as Pb, Fe, and Zn. In particular, plumbum Pb contents of which traces of 0.04% were found, appears to have been added as an impurity during smelting. The microstructure of the bronze spoons suggests that the casting process involved using a spoon-shaped hollow mold, followed by an ropid-cooling process after the shape was perfected at approximately $586^{\circ}C$. After comparison of data measured from thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) of galena from Korea, China, and Japan, it appears that the raw materials for the bronze spoons included galena (lead sulfide) produced from the southern part of China.
