This study aimed to analyze the prioritized area for the functional change of agricultural reservoir according to the rapid urbanization and social changes through the mapping method. Changwon-si, Gimhae-si, and Jinju-si in Gyeongnam province were selected as the study area, considering the results of land-use and cluster analysis. As the planning unit of management area, watershed was used and land coverage map from 1975 to 2015 were analyzed for changes of land use. The reduction ratio (%) of farmland was calculated for identifying the changes in 2013 compared to 1975. As a result, the reduction ratio was 11.9% for Changwon-si, 12.2% for Gimhae-si and 9.3% for Jinju-si, and the number of watershed having functionally reduced potential-area was relatively high in the proportion to the city size.

Bullying prevention and intervention programs often include empathy training. This study investigated how the cognitive empathy and affective empathy are related to bullying involvement. For this purpose, a questionnaire composed of Korean version of Participant Role Questionnaire scale (bullying, defending, and outsider behavior), and Korean version of Basic Empathy Scale (cognitive empathy, and affective empathy) were administered to 598 middle school students from 7 different middle schools in Gyeongnam province of Korea. The results, based on Structural equation modeling, showed that adolescents' cognitive empathy were indirectly linked to bullying behavior of adolescents' through defending behavior and outsider behavior. Adolescents' affective empathy were directly linked to bullying behavior. These findings could guide the development and implementation of prevention programs for adolescents' bulling. Implications and future research are discussed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the balance of work-life and parenting experience of nurses. Methods: This qualitative study used the phenomenological methodology proposed by Giorgi. In-depth interviews were conducted on a total of 10 participants working at hospitals in Seoul and Gyeongnam province in 2017 to collect data. Results: Four main issues were deduced: "complex situation between work and parenting," "conflict situation of being in a double bind between work and parenting," "the power to endure both work and parenting," and "finding hope between work and parenting. Conclusion: The findings in this study provide an in-depth understanding on the work-life balance and parenting experience of nurses. These findings should help in the development of solutions to the conflict between work and family for nurses and enable them to develop effective strategies.

Many researches on online shopping malls have been studied actively in domestic and foreign countries. As the life style of domestic consumers have changed, the role of traditional markets have been replaced by that of discount retail stores. However, there have been a little research on domestic discount retail stores. This paper provides empirical evidence on the relationship between perceived value, trust, satisfaction, and repurchase intention based on a discount retail store in Gyeongnam province. The result show that trust and satisfaction act as a mediating variable on the relationship between perceived value and repurchase intention.

Recreation specialization and consumptive orientation are two important constructs to understand anglers' attitudes and behaviors. Although theoretical explanations and previous studies in different countries addressed the relationships between the two constructs, limited support has been provided in a context of anglers in Korea. This study developed a conceptual model explaining the causal relationships between recreation specialization, anglers' preferences (activity-specific and activity-general) and consumptive orientation. An on-site survey was conducted to anglers in the city of Busan and Gyeongnam province in 2018. A total of 614 data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling The study results showed that recreation specialization positively and indirectly influenced consumptive orientation via anglers' activity-specific and activity-general preferences. Theoretical and practical implications are further discussed.

Research Purpose - The purpose of this study was to investigate marketing stimulation and impulsive buying of Internet shopping mall. Research Question - Despite these unstable factors, the Internet shopping mall market has become more popular than traditional distribution channels such as department stores and discount stores due to the increase in the number of Internet users, a gradual increase in the consumption of high-priced items. Research Method - The data were collected from 301 women living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gwangju, Daegu, and Gyeongnam province in Korea on May 2018. Statistical methods used in the study were frequency, F-test, Duncan test, factor analysis, Cronbach's α, correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Result - All The reliability of these questions is Cronbach's α =. 775. Factor 5, which is 12.367 % explanatory power, is said to consist of three questions: price, discount bag, and no-carrying; thus, the reliability of the question is Cronbachs' α. The ratio of the five factors in body random cases was 66.096 %, and the reliability of the questions was higher than. 770 as a result of the reliability analysis.

Toxoplasmosis is a major public health concern, with raw or undercooked meat being the primary source of human infection. Knowledge regarding the molecular epidemiology of Toxoplasma gondii in cattle destined for human consumption in Korea is lacking. The present study aimed to genetically characterize the infectious strains of T. gondii. Overall, 455 cattle blood samples from 84 farms in the Gyeongnam-do (Province) were randomly collected in 2017. Nested PCR analysis revealed that only 3 (0.7%) samples were infected with T. gondii. The B1 gene sequence of T. gondii was observed to be similar (97.3-99.6%) to that of other T. gondii isolates. This is the first study to perform the molecular detection of T. gondii in cattle in Korea. Although the prevalence of infection was low, our findings suggest that cattle present a potential public health issue. It may be crucial to recognize the importance of T. gondii infection in cattle meat.

주년 조사료 생산을 위한 작부체계에서 하계작물에서는 수수${\times}$수단그리스 교잡종이 청예수량이 가장 많았고, 다음이 옥수수이었으며, 건물수량은 옥수수>수수${\times}$수단그라스 교잡종>수수>귀리의 순이었다. 작부체계에서 동계작물의 종류가 하계작물의 청에 및 건물생산에 미치는 영향을 검토한 결과 통계적 유의성을 볼 수 있었다. 동계작물들의 청에 및 건물 생산량은 5월 중순 예취시 귀리가 가장 많았으며, 트리티케일>이탈리안 라이그라스>호밀>청보리의 순이었다. 앞작물로 재배된 하계작물의 종류가 동계작물의 청예 및 건물수량에 미치는 영향은 적은 것으로 보였다. 하계작물의 사료가치는 귀리가 조단백질 함량이 가장 높았으며, ADF는 수수, 그리고 NDF는 수수${\times}$수단그라스 교잡종이 다소 높았다. 또한 옥수수가 RFV와 TDN이 가장 많았다. 동계작물의 사료가치는 조단백질 함량은 귀리가 가장 높았으나, ADF와 NDF 등의 섬유소 함량은 작물간 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. RFV는 호밀과 트리티케일에서 높았으며, 귀리가 다소 낮은 경향을 보였다. 한편 TDN 함량은 트리티케일에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 주년 조사료 생산을 위한 작부조합별 건물 생산량은 옥수수와 호밀, 옥수수와 트리티케일에서 가장 높아 유망한 작부체계로 보였다. 한편 옥수수와 트리티케일, 옥수수와 호밀, 그리고 수수${\times}$수단그라스 교잡종과 트리티케일/호밀의 작부체계가 TDN 생산량을 고려할 때 유망한 작부조합으로 나타났다. 토양 pH, EC 및 유기물 함량은 시험전에 비해 시험후에 높아지는 경향이었다. 예취시기별 동계작물의 사료가치를 검토한 결과 조단백질 함량은 4월 중순보다 5월 중순 예취시 많았으며, ADF와 NDF 함량은 수확시기가 늦어질수록 증가 하였다. 또한 RFV와 TDN 함량은 생육후기로 갈수록 낮아졌다.

우리나라 서$.$남해안에 분포한 갯벌은 국토 면적의 약 2.4%에 해당된다. 전체 갯벌 면적의 약 83%인 1,980 $\textrm{km}^2$가 서해안에 분포하고 있으며. 나머지는 남해안에 산재되어 분포하고 있다. 지역별로는 경기도가 35.1%, 충남 12.7%. 전북 4.7%, 전남 44.0% 경남 3.5%로 갯벌이 분포하고 있으며, 우리나라의 서해안 갯벌은 세계 5대 갯벌로 잘 알려져 있다. 서해안 갯벌은 동아시아주∼호주 간의 이동경로를 갖고 있는 도요$.$물떼새류인 철새들에게 먹이와 휴식공간을 제공하는 중간기착지 역할을 하고 있으며, 이러한 철새는 습지의 가치를 나타내는 뛰어난 지표생물로 국제적으로 지정되어 보호되어 왔다. 이러한 철새를 기준으로 볼 때 한국 연안습지는 적어도 14곳 이상이 람사보호지역 습지의 대상이 되고 있다. 철새가 연안습지인 갯벌에 도래하거나 분포하는 요인은 1) 잠재적 먹이인 저서무척추동물의 분포. 2) 휴식공간의 확보. 3) 일일취식량을 충족시켜줄 수 있는 갯벌 및 4) 인위적인 간섭 등과 밀접한 관련을 갖는다. 이에따라 우리나라 서해안 갯벌에 대한지역별 현황에 대한 개요와 이 갯벌에 도래하는 철새들에 대한 도래 원인 파악 및 이들을 보전. 관리하여 나아갈 방안을 제시하였으며. 이 자료는 서해안 갯벌과 이곳을 이용하는 철새들을 보전하고 관리하는데 있어 토대가 될 것으로 본다.

기업이 사업 전략을 수립하고 이를 지원할 조직 인프라를 구축하는 전략적 연계는 기업의 경영 활동에 중요한 과제이며 경영학계의 주요 연구 대상이다. 조직을 운영하는데 있어 효율적인 전략과 정보시스템은 조직의 성공여부를 좌우하기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 조직과 정보기술간의 전략적 연계에 관한 연구의 연장선상에 있는 전략적 연동모형을 분석틀로 도입하였다. 전략적 연동 모형은 사업전략, 조직 인프라, 정보기술전략, 정보기술 인프라라는 네 개의 요소를 갖는다. 이러한 전략적 연동 모형이 실제 기업 현장에서는 어떠한 형태로 나타나고 있는지 고찰해 보기로 한다. 사례기업은 IT로 경영 혁신을 추진하는 충남 공주에 위치한 농업벤처기업이다. 주력 제품은 한살림과 초록마을 등에 납품하는 두유와 채소액이다. 이 회사의 제반 경영활동을 전략적 연동모형을 통해 분석하여 기업전략과 정보기술 전략간에 존재하고 있는 적합도(fit)를 탐구해 본다.
