In this study, the concept of autonomous mobility is applied to a medical service robot. The aim of the development of the service robot is for the elderly assisting walking rehabilitation. This study aims that the service robot design parameter is proposed in ergonomic view. The walking assistant path pattern is derived from analyzing the elderly gait analysis. A lever is installed in the AMR in order to measure the pulling force and the leading force of the elderly. A lever mechanism is applied for walking assistant service of the AMR. This lever is designed for measuring the leading force of the elderly. The elderly adjusts the velocity of the robot by applying force to the lever. The action scope and the service mechanism of the robot are developed for considering and analyzing the elderly action patterns. The ergonomic design parameters, that is, dimensions, action scope and working space are determined based on the elderly moving scope. The gait information is acquired by measuring the guide lever force by load cells and working pattern by the electromyography signal.

The WTO(World Trade Organization) meetings for service negotiations started in February in 2000. Since then, the member countries have discussed the tourism sector and their expectations and methods of liberalization, based on the proposals they have submitted. The Republic of Korea had already opened hotels and restaurants, travel agencies and tour operator services, and tourist guide services, preceding of WTO service negotiations. However, to comply with the terms of the negotiations, the domestic laws and systems related to tourism should be analyzed according to their adherence to the principles of GATS(General Agreement on Trade in Services), which include market access and national treatment. Thus, the purposes of this study were two-fold: first, regarding the two basic principles of GATS(market access and national treatment), the articles of the administrative laws relating to tourism were examined. Second, proposals from the tourism sectors in the US, Canada, Dominique, EC, Switzerland, and Japan were also summarized and reviewed. Proper responses to service negotiations were proposed based on the results of this analysis. As a result, I can support the GATS classification(w/120) of tourism and the liberalization of tourism in other WTO member countries. I can also support the elimination of obstacles such as economic need tests and nationality requirement. 'Others' category should be considered more carefully according to the competitiveness of the given industry.

Recently, the Fintech industry is growing rapidly, and mobile payment service plays a key role in this growth. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting initial acceptance of mobile payment service using Technology Acceptance Model. In the research model, service-related factors such as economic efficiency and security, user-related factors such as user innovativeness and social factors such as social influence were adopted as external variables, and acceptance intention was introduced as dependent variable. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were selected as mediating variables. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics v22 and Smart PLS 2.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, service-related factors such as economic efficiency and security did not affect the user acceptance intention. Second, individual innovativeness and social influence have significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use respectively. And the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which are mediators, have a significant influence on the acceptance intention of mobile payment service. The results of this study will serve as a useful guide for Fintech industries.

The purposes of this study are to identify service quality elements using Kano's theory, and to examine differences in service quality characteristics among apparel store types. Women over 20 years-old from metropolitan areas in South Korea participated in the study and a quota sampling method was used. The questionnaire was composed of three sections; importance of quality, degree of satisfaction, and demographic factors. Data from 525 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The results were as follows: First, four factors of service quality(sales person, variety of goods, policy, and facilities) were identified. According to Kano's quality elements, sales person was categorized into both one-dimensional quality and must-be quality, and variety of goods, policy, and facilities categorized into attractive quality. Second, sales person, in all store types, was included in one-dimension quality elements and sales person and variety of goods, in local store, were included in attractive quality element. Service policy, in chain store and local store, was included in attractive quality element. Findings of this study provide both industry and academic researchers with a guide to increase customer satisfaction in the store service strategies.

This research is related to GPS(global positioning system) enabled device navigation service and consists of two parts. The first is the logic that records the route guidance video and records GPS information in time, and the second is the logic that outputs the created video data based on real time GPS. The recording logic first determines the origin and destination, records the video from the origin to the destination and it adjusts the speed of the image in a specific area so that the user can see it easily. And insert ancillary information and advertisements that can help guide the route. In the output logic, we provide navigation services using the video and GPS data tables we created, and it receives user's GPS information in real time and corrects it based on the recent user location to reduce errors. This provides local guidance services to people who lack language skills like foreigners.

An innovative in-core neutron flux mapping system has been developed and applied successfully for service in a commercial pressurized water reactor. With the benefit of double indexing path selector (Dip $s^{ⓡ}$) mechanism, the reliability of the detector drive system has been improved five times higher than that of conventional systems, and the problems caused by the serious friction generated between the detector cable and guide tubing has been solved completely because the Dip $s^{ⓡ}$ architecture allows the detector guide tubings to have larger curvature and shorter length in nature. The simple and fast maintenance is particularly emphasized in the detector drive system to secure minimum radiation exposure to the maintenance personnel by optimizing the number of components and providing easy access to the components. The programmable logic controller based digital controller with Window $s^{ⓡ}$ based operator s console provides fully automated and user friendly operation and maintenance support means.

In relation to a certification system recently, it is coming out complains about make a rule of thumb certification, problems of after-service and duplication with government certifications. Also there is confusion in operating certification system to lack of properly rule to international standard. These impose a heavy burden on company in terms of times and costs and enhance competitiveness. Nevertheless, the survey was not built yet for the status and problems of the cooperation group standards certification System. So, this study purposes that research on the actual condition and development of operational guide for cooperation group standards certification system. In addition it ultimately improve the certification system for reliability and international competitive power. For more detail on this study, it would be considered conformity assessment, domestic/international conformity assessment and certification criteria. Also comparing survey result on the actual condition with international standards, develop operational guidelines to meet international standards.

The recent broadcasting environment has shifted to embrace multimedia and multi-channel features through terrestrial, satellite and cable media. This has multiplied the number of broadcasting programs. With the information on a myriad of programs provided to TV viewers, information overload occurs, and thus, the TV viewing environment is shifting to one where viewers cannot select programs passively. Thus, a growing need is emerging to ensure a personalized electronic program guide (EPG) to help individuals select TV programs according to their taste. This paper presents a personalized EPG that enables a purpose-oriented broadcasting service to provide personalized broadcasting programs in tune with the user's requirements and preferences.

본 논문은 인간에 의해 주관적으로 측정되던 이동 멀티미디어 영상 품질에 대한 방법을 개선하기 위한 논문이다. 다양한 열화요인을 가지는 동영상의 정량적이며 객관적인 화질평가를 위해서는 기존의 PSNR의 한계를 보완하고 전송망에서 발생하는 오류를 고려하여야 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 인간의 인지특성을 반영할 수 있는 새로운 객관적 화질측정방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 멀티미디어 서비스 영상의 품질을 다양하고 정확하게 측정할 수 있으며 서비스 가이드라인을 설정하여 고품질 영상서비스를 제공하는 표준안 설정을 위한 측정 방법과 시스템으로 활용될 수 있다.

The advent of the Internet and the enormous increase in volume of electronically stored information (SGML, Image, Sound, etc.) has led to substantial work on IR(Information Retrieval). To service on the WWW, construction and retrieval technology of SGML, which is the fundamental standard data format for CALS/EC, is needed specially. Due to such a change, it becomes essential to change the existing paradigm of conventional information retrieval systems and to adopt new Internet service system with search engine, SGML browser and advanced Internet technology on WWW. KIPRIS(Korea Industrial Property Rights Information Service), which is the specialized and integrated Internet service systems in the field of industrial property rights information service, is trying to be a guide for our country to establish its technological competitiveness with providing the online service of high quality. The objective of the paper identifies features and technologies of KIPRIS IR(Information Retrieval) system based on WWW as follows. First, it describes the development background and process of KIPRIS. Second, it presents a fundamental technology that consists of IR(Information Retrieval) concept, BRS(Bibliographical Retrieval System) search engine, SGML implementation technologies and the Internet/WWW technologies. Third, it provides information about system configuration, architecture, and the features and characteristics of KIPRIS. Finally, the implemented KIPRIS system is introduced.
