The robot is the creation of new markets and various cooperation according to the manufacturing paradigm shift. Cooperative management easy for existing industrial robots, robots work on productivity, manpower to replace the robot in every industry cooperation for the purpose of and demand increases.to exist But the industrial robot at the scene of the cooperation working due to accidents are frequent, threatening the safety of the operator. Of industrial site is configured with a robot in an environment ensuring the safety of the operator to and confidence to communicate that can do the possibility of action.Robot guard system of the need for development cooperation. The robot's cooperation through the sensors and computer vision task within a radius of the double to prevent accidents and accidents should reduce the risk. International protocol for a variety of industrial production equipment and communications opc ua system based on ultrasonic sensors and cnn to (Convolution Neural Network) for video analytics. We suggest the cooperation with the robot guard system. Robots in a proposed system is unsafe situation of workers evaluating the possibility of control.

P2P 및 Mobile Network, Reputations System 등의 분산 시스템은 sybil attack 에 노출되어 있다. sybil attack 은 한 명의 사용자가 다수의 식별자를 가진 것으로 위장하여 시스템 내에서 마치 실제 다수의 사용자인 양 시스템을 악용하는 공격방법이다. sybil attack 을 막기 위한 다양한 노력이 진행되었고, 최근에 SybilGuard 라는 social network 를 이용한 방어 방법이 제시되었다. SybilGuard 는 악의적인 사용자를 막기 위하여, Random Walk 의 변형이면서 결정적인 경로의 특징을 가지는 임의경로(Random Route)를 사용하여 악의적인 사용자의 sybil attack 을 방어한다. SybilGuard 는 sybil node 의 개수를 제한하고, 이들을 하나의 동일한 그룹으로 분류할 수 있도록 하여 시스템 내에서 가짜 식별자의 개수를 제한한다. 이를 위해 각 노드가 시스템에 돌어올 때 Verifier(V)노드가 이들 노드를 확인하게 되는데, 이를 위해 시스템 내의 선한 노드(Honest Node)를 사용하여 이들을 확인한다. 이 때, honest node 들은 verifier 의 요청에 따라 확인요청을 수행하게 되는데, social network 의 특성상 몇몇 노드들은 사회적인 명망으로 매우 큰 링크수를 가지게 될 것이며, 따라서 이들 노드들이 처리해야할 요청의 양이 매우 많아지게 될 것이다. 따라서 이들 honest node 들 간에 로드분포를 균등하게 하는 것이 요구되며, 이 논문에서는 부하 조절을 하기 위한 기법을 제시하고, 이들을 평가한다.

In 19th May 2014, the government announced that KCG(Korea Coast Guard) is dissolved regarding responsibility for recently accident which is Sewol ferry disaster. But KCG, a central administrative agency is responsible for protecting maritime sovereignty of South Korea; the most basic and indispensable organization. Furthermore, The purpose of KCG is to provide the safety of the public and keeping of public order by prescribing matters necessary for the securement of maritime security, maintenance of public order and protection of marine resources & facilities. Therefore, In this article, I would like to suggest tentatively named FRAMEWORK ACT ON KOREA COAST GUARD's management plan which could reflect the scope of functions. It means we examine the current state of KCG, and would like to signpost for the most ideal way of legal system in Korea Coast Guard. Finally, this treatise is expected that this research can be a guideline contribute to improving Korea Coast Guard relevant laws even a little.

The Korean military is preparing for successful manpower reduction using advanced science and technology, in addition to carrying out the initiative of the Defense Innovation 4.0. Accordingly, studies on core technologies related to defense reform have been conducted both internally and externally in the military, and the corresponding results have also been applied. Nevertheless, compared to the development of such technologies, it is considered necessary to have more preparation for the policies related to the operation of the newly introduced equipment. As for the placement of personnel and the organization of time in service (TIS) with respect to the operation of surveillance equipment, there has been a tendency to sustain the conventional practice. Therefore, this study intends to suggest the schemes for facilitating policy improvements in the operation of manpower and security regulations in the field of information for the purpose of introducing a successful next-generation coastal guard system. To do this, the approach of this study was focused on the policies for the operation of the guard system. This is in contrast to previous studies that centered on its equipment and technologies. In addition, how to efficiently operate the guard system was also studied in view of cognitive science by deriving the most efficient time for a person to execute surveillance through the monitor based on the previous studies.

The performance of the waterjet system of 180 ton class fishing guard ship has been experimentally studied. A waterjet propulsion system has many advantages in comparison with a conventional screw propeller especially for high speed craft because of its good cavitation performance. Recently waterjet system has been applied to fishing boats and fishing guard ship because of avoiding a net problem although their speeds are not so high. This paper describes experimental procedure and analysis method of resistance and self-propulsion tests with a 1/14.46-scale model. Experimental results were analyzed according to ITTC 96 standard method. The full-scale effective power and delivered power of the ship were also analyzed and the full-scale speed predicted from the model test results shows a good agreement with the full-scale result from the sea trial tests.

The purpose of this study is to identify problems of private security guard playing an important role at the front of private security industry effectively by examining correlation between job stress and job satisfaction of private security guard and present proposals of effective operation of private security industry. Through data analysis according to study methods and procedures mentioned above, below conclusions were obtained. First, as results of analyzing correlation between job stress and work satisfaction of private security guard, one of subsidiary job satisfaction factors, it was found that lower stress to role complications and wage system relates to higher work satisfaction. Second, as results of analyzing correlation between job stress and superior satisfaction of private security guard, one of subsidiary job satisfaction factors, it was found that lower stress to wage system, responsibility, and role complications relates to higher superior satisfaction. Third, as results of analyzing correlation between job stress and equal opportunity satisfaction of private security guard, one of subsidiary job satisfaction factors, it was found that lower stress to wage system, responsibility, and role complications relates to higher equal opportunity satisfaction. Forth, as results of analyzing correlation between job stress and welfare satisfaction of private security guard, one of subsidiary job satisfaction factors, it was found that lower stress to wage system and role complications relates to higher welfare satisfaction. Fifth, as results of analyzing correlation between job stress and wage satisfaction of private security guard, one of subsidiary job satisfaction factors, it was found that lower stress to wage system and role complications relates to higher wage satisfaction. Sixth, as results of analyzing correlation between job stress and job pride, one of subsidiary job satisfaction factors, it was found that lower stress to wage system and role complications relates to higher job pride. Seventh, as results of analyzing correlation between job stress and co-worker satisfaction, one of subsidiary job satisfaction factors, it was found that lower stress to wage system and role complications relates to higher co-worker satisfaction.

The Guard might focus on a king's personal safety in the wake of the system of the Silla and Taebong dynasties until the establishment of the Goryeo Dynasty's unique political system. The purpose of this research is to examine gob characteristics and organizational effectiveness of security guard on martial arts of security service guard. The subjects of this study are private guard as working security companies of Seoul and Kyongi area and 250 persons. It was a method of questionnaire for this study and used a questionnaire developed by Hackman and Oldham(1976) for gob characteristics and used a questionnaire developed by Tymon(1988) for organizational effectiveness that translated and modified from Kim, Ilsoon and measured by 5 point likert. It used to analyze the data for one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. There are conclusions of this study. First, there was a partially difference on god characteristics and organizational effectiveness of population statistical character. Depending on sex, 'female' group was high, depending on the age, '46 year-old+ group' was high, depending on the educational level, 'bachelor group' was high, depending on the income, '400manwon+ group' was high. Second, it becomes positive result to the period, the frequency and the intensity of security martial arts practice. Third, it happened that gob characteristics is increase and organizational effectiveness is also positive way.

It is believed that the Koryo dynasty era is the period which has very special meaning with regard to the history of the VIP guard system. The guard system in the early Koryo dynasty time focused on the official protection for kings and their families with absolute royal authority. On the contrary, the guard system in the late Koryo dynasty time, especially military regime period, conducted providing private protection for military rulers and increasing their power. The official guard troops named 2Gun6Wii became just perfunctory organizations at that time. That is the reason why this study develops the discussion only about the guard system of the early Koryo time. The official VIP guard organizations under the government structure of the early Koryo period were Naegoonbu, Byeongbu and Joongchoowon. This study particularly reviewed the Joongchoowon with thorough research. In the meantime, the guard organizations under the military chart of the early Koryo period were 2Gun6Wii, Gonghakgoon, Geonryonggun and so on. 2Gun consisted of ungyanggun and yonghogun. They were the royal bodyguards. This study especially tried to review the substance of the Gonghakgoon, Geonryonggun with different point of view from other theories. The Gumowwii, one of 6 Wii, conducted many official duties such as royal palace protection, capital city Gaesung defence, area patrols, criminal apprehension and disturbance prevention. It also accomplished crowd control and convoy mission at the streets to respond emergency cases while carrying out VIP protection roles for kings and Chinese diplomats. Many bibliographies verified that the Chunwoowii was the royal bodyguards which helped kings during state ceremonies and grand meetings held by kings. Consequentially, it is true that this study discovered, analyzed and evaluated various references and research materials related with the guard system. It is meaningful that this study newly reviewed the organizations and functions of the guard system as one structure.

A regular aperture occurs between persons controlled and a person governing the society according to national formation and development. A ruler is subdivided into a king, the President, or the highest controller who can feel the uncertainty of ruler's position. To protect those people, it is called guard that used all possible means and ways to protect those people or remove the danger. An opening of guard was related to enhancement of royal authority or centralism. Firstly a military organization had acted for this, but the organization gradually became independent according to it's subdivision and systematization. During the period of the Three States and Unified Silla, the guard was needed new management system by enhancement of royal authority, expansion of the territory, and establishment of centralism. The new management system that organized the group of vassal and Siweebu take charge of guarding the king or serving as private soldiers. In the end of Silla, as a wide range of reformation of government organization, the organization of vassal like Jungsasung and Sunkyosung that developed as not only guard the king and prince but also hold the business writing.

Private Security Guard Certification Exam that initiated as the eligibility of private in 2006, has been requested more fulfilling management because that becomes to be recognized at the national certified qualification system in 2013. The findings of this study were as follows: First, it is necessary to expand more exemptions, currently some are mainly police officers. Secondly, it is needed to make to announce the final successful candidates through the opposition proceedings by publishing assumptions answer of the problem and by improving the procedure for determining the successful candidates, and so forth.
