  • 컴퓨터 통신에서 실시간 멀티미디어 응용은 보장된 통신 서비스 성능을 요구하므로 이를 위해서는 트래픽이 버스트할 때 망 내에서 자원을 예약하여 접속시 피크율을 기반으로 망의 이용율을 높인다. 본 논문에서 결정론적 지연 범위을 이용하여 모든 접속에서 피크 율의 합이 링크 속도 보다 더 커질 때 버스트 상태의 트래픽에 대한 링크를 넘어 보장될 수 있음을 보인다. 또한 트래픽이 버스트할 때 새로운 결과는 연결수락된 접 속의 수를 증가시키므로 이러한 결과는 스위치에서 속도가 제어된 서비스 규율을 사용함으로써 단일 스위치로부터 망의 이용율을 개선할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 모듈 기반 퍼스널 로봇 네트워크에서 실시간 서비스를 보장하기 위한 구조에 대하여 기술하였다. 모듈 기반 퍼스널 로봇 네트워크에서는 각기 다른 특징을 가지고 있는 이종의 네트워크 인터페이스를 사용한다. 이런한 환경에서 퍼스널 로봇 제어 메시지의 실시간 전송을 보장하기 위해 각 네트워크 인터페이스의 특징을 고려해 리소스 등을 관리하여 동적으로 할당하는 기능을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 구조에 대하여 제안하였다.

  • We consider a multiechelon repairable-item inventory system where several bases are supported by a central depot and the external repair facilities. Unlike METRIC- based models, there are only a finite number of repair channels at each base, central depot and the external repair facilities. It is desired to find repair capacities and spares level which together guarantee a specified service level at minimum cost. Closed queueing network theory is used to model the stochastic process. The purpose of this paper is to derive the steady-state distributions of this system.

  • Due on failures of communication nodes for the wireless and wired networks, mobile agents may be blocked even if there is available service in the networks. To solve it, we propose migration policy with reordering of the paths to guarantee the migration of mobile agents and the paper will provide the extension with the autonomous migration of mobile agents.

  • This study aims to configure what dimensions make up for smart phone after service quality, and how this service quality affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Smart phone market is a market of the device leading the digital convergence as well as positioning itself as one of the national growth driving industry. To survive in this matured market, companies should have to respond actively to radical changes and customers needs in the so-called Smart Revolution environment. Lately, however, the smart phone market is prospected to move from growth phase to mature phase by the scholars. In order to proactively respond to the change in such market condition, companies need to provide absolute advantage in customer loyalty over their competitors by revolutionizing the after-sales service quality. Qualified A/S will lead to service satisfaction and achieve customer loyalty. The empirical analysis results obtained through A/S quality are as follows : First, human quality (attitude, expertise, problem-solvability), environment quality (handling agility, convenience, comfort), service policy quality (quality guarantee, additional service operation) are dimensions that make up for A/S quality. Second, A/S quality dimension showed a significant positive influence on service satisfaction and A/S satisfaction showed a positive influence on customer loyalty as well. Based on this empirical study, we propose some implications for A/S quality improvement. First, human quality dimension has relatively higher influence on A/S satisfaction in case of free A/S, so companies need to solve the product problem completely when consumer's first visit by continual employee education. Second, in case of paid A/S, the service policy quality-especially A/S Warranty period- has higher influence on A/S satisfaction.

  • Currently the telephone service using Internet grows and the recent introduction of a smart phone is expected to accelerate the trend. In particular, considering the domestic situation that the wireless broadband (WiBro) system deployed over the nation, the telephone service over WiBro can be a solution toward its fast expansion. Unlike telephone service over a conventional telephone network or mobile network, however, internet telephone cannot guarantee it service quality, which can be severer in a wireless environment such as a WiBro network. Therefore, a more strict and systematic management for controlling the quality of internet telephone service over WiBro in a more efficient way. As the first step to establish the management system, this paper proposes a scheme to manage the quality of internet telephone service over WiBro and introduces a software developed for the purpose. The developed software is installed on a user terminal and facilitates efficient service quality management by measuring the quality of internet telephone service over WiBro in terms of VoIP metric, network metric, and wireless metric.

  • As ubiquitous environment rapidly emerges due to the development of network and information communication technology, ubiquitous computing is being noticed as a technology that will take the lead in information technology industry of the future. To the end, the data recognized from each sensors, collected and processed need be transferred to applied service so that they may be used as data for providing sum to users. However, in reality as the definitions of metadata and platform for each sensor are not clear, approach from applied service for data use is difficult and there are limitations in transferring sensor measurement data of the applied service because of the difference of platform and protocol. In this paper, we designed sensor service technology language that expresses sensor and measurement data and describes the service though sensor data service. Also the researcher implemented a sensor data processing system that transfers sensor data to the applied service by using web service. The thesis will apply a reference model for standardization to guarantee mutual compatibility in exchanging sensor data through the system.

  • In this paper we suggest multimedia synchronization model that is based on the Petri-net and services desirable quality of service requirement. Proposed model applies variable buffer which can be allowed, and then it presents high quality of service and real time characteristics. This paper decreases the data loss resulted from variation of delay time and from loss time of media-data by means of applying delay jitter in order to deal with synchronization interval adjustment. Plus, the mechanism adaptively manages the waiting time of smoothing buffer, which leads to minimize the gap from the variation of delay time. The proposed paper is suitable to the system which requires the guarantee of high quality of service and mechanism improves quality of services such as decrease of loss rate, increase of playout rate.

  • The autopilot system targets decreasing labor, working environment improvement, service safety security and elevation of service efficiency. Ultimate purpose is minimizing number of crew for guarantee economical efficiency of shipping service. Recently, being achieving research about Course Keeping Control, Track Keeping Control, Roll-Rudder Stabilization. Dynamic Ship Positioning and Automatic Mooring Control etc. which compensate nonlinear characteristic using optimizing control technique. And application research is progressing using real ship on actual field. Relation of Rudder angle which adjusted by Steering Machine and ship-heading angle are non-linear. And Load Condition of ship as non-linear element that influence to Parameter of ship. Also, because the speed of a current and direction of waves, velocity and quantity of wind etc. that is disturbance act in non-linear from, become factor who make serv ice of shipping painfully. Therefore, service system of shipping requires robust control algorithm that can overcome nonlinearity. In this paper, Using fuzzy algorithm ,Design autopilot system of ship that could overcome the non-linear factor of ship and disturbance and examined result through simulation.
