Four new species of the genus Hyattella (Dictyoceratida: Spongiidae); H. sinchangensis n. sp., H. mara n. sp., H. chuja n. sp. and H. lendenfeldi n. sp., were collected from Jeollanam-do and Jeju-do, Korea. Hyattella sinchangensis n. sp., H. mara n. sp., H. chuja n. sp. and H. grobosa Lendenfeld, 1889 are very similar to each other in some characters. However, Hyattella sinchangensis n. sp. characterized by no special dermal lamella and no tertiary fibres, and more thin secondary fibres than H. globosa. Hyattella mara n. sp. is differs in having well developed dermal lamella, slightly fasciculated primary fibres, and thick tertiary fibres. Hyattella chuja n. sp. differs in surface characters with a slightly elevated part, skeleton with abundant spongine, and very complex meshes. Hyattella lendenfeldi n. sp. is similar to H. tenella (Lendenfeld, 1889) in skeletal structure, thickness of primary and secondary fibres, but differs in growth form.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the symbolic meanings of the beautiful girls' character fashion in modern Japanese animations. This study investigated the currency and characteristics of the beautiful girls' characters from the 80's to the present. The fashion style of a beautiful girl's character was categorized into four styles: trendy style, adult style, Lolita style and fantasy style. These fashion styles were analyzed, and as a result, three symbolic meanings of the fashion style of a beautiful girl's character are discussed. Firstly, these occidentalized body styles represented idealized body images that are not traditionally Japanese. Secondly, the adult style (growth) represented coming out, i.e. the desires to develop from a child into an adult. Thirdly, the adult (transformation), Lolita and fantastic styles appealed to maniac consumers, having a "Moe" feeling.

The impact of antibiotic (Norfloxacin) administration ,at different concentration (50 ppm and 100 ppm) on commercial characters of bivoltine $({CSR_2}{\times}{CR_4})$ and the cross breed race $({BL_67}{\times}{CSR_101})$ was studied. The result indicated that antibiotic administration with different concentrations significantly improved the rearing and cocoon parameters like larval duration, larval weight, growth index, single cocoon weight, single shell weight and shell ratio. The post cocoon parameters like average filament length, non-breakable filament length, raw silk percentage, raw silk recovery percentage, denier, reelability and neatness were recorded significantly higher in antibiotic treated batches. The better performances of these parameters were recorded with the increase of antibiotic concentration.

Morphological differences were studied using the analysis of covariance between various partial length and mantle length of the common Todarodes pacificus by cohorts in the Korean waters. Analysis of seven morphological characters proved that each cohort has no sexual differences, except significant sexual differences only in the Summer cohort in term of relative growth between mantle length and body weight. The three cohorts represent significant differences in morphological characters.

Wood material is positive with the concept of eco-friendly materials. Wood toy preference of foreign brands is also a real problem. Therefore, in this domestic situation on Toys Brand Development, there are many problems yet to be solved. At First, a wood material for toys requires the development of more sophisticated and precision materials. Second, new content, product development and training program development of the toys are needed. Characters and content development time and effort should be invested. In present, Korean brand development of wood toy with educational effects is very important issues as the use of wood to match the low carbon & green growth.

A new species, Pythium subutonaiense, isolated from aquatic environments (lake) in China is being described based on morphological characters and molecular evidence. The isolates grew at temperatures between $5^{\circ}C$ and $38^{\circ}C$, and the optimum temperature was $30^{\circ}C$, with a radial growth rate of 17.6 mm at $25^{\circ}C$ per day. It is homothallic and characterized by globose to sub-globose shaped and mostly terminal or sometimes catenulate hyphal swellings, filamentous non-inflated sporangia, and smooth oogonia with hypogynous and monoclinous antheridia that contained one plerotic oospore. In phylogenetic analysis, inferred based on the internal transcribed spacer region of the ribosomal RNA gene and mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 gene, the new species formed a distinct lineage in Pythium clade B. Differences between the new species and phylogenetically related and morphologically similar species are discussed.

지방자치단체 캐릭터는 정부와 공공기관의 지원에 힘입어 많은 양적 성장을 이루었다. 하지만 그에 비해 캐릭터를 활용한 지역 정체성 강화 및 지역경제 활성화 같은 성공사례는 매우 부족하다. 본 논문은 이러한 지방자치단체 캐릭터의 문제를 해결하려는 방안으로 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링 전략을 제시한다. 이를 위해 현재 지방자치단체 캐릭터의 문제점을 파악하고, 트랜스미디어 콘텐츠의 특성과 구성요소, 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링 원칙에 대한 선행 연구를 종합적으로 분석하여 현재 한국 지방자치단체 캐릭터의 활성화를 위한 전략과 기대효과를 도출했다. 지방자치단체 캐릭터의 트랜스미디어 전략은 지역 고유의 스토리 개발을 통해 지역의 정체성을 확립하는 1단계, 다양한 개별 미디어 플랫폼에 맞는 캐릭터 디자인 리뉴얼로 조형성을 개선하는 2단계, 그리고 마지막으로 개발 주체와 대중의 소통 및 참여를 바탕으로 하는 상호작용성 확장을 통한 활용성 제고의 3단계로 구성된다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 브랜드 마케팅 관점에서 지방자치단체 캐릭터의 활성화를 위한 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링 전략을 도출했다는 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결론을 바탕으로 지방자치단체 캐릭터의 구체적인 사례에 적용하는 후속 연구의 필요성이 대두된다.

세계 각지에서 수집된 마늘 유전자원의 주요 생리적 특성과 RAPD 페턴과의 관련성을 검토하기 위하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 84개의 수집마늘의 생리적 특성들에 의한 다변량 해석의 결과 10개의 품종군으로 구분되어졌고 어느 품종군에도 속하지 않은 계통이 9개였다. 조만성은 주로 중국, 일본, 한국에서 수집된 마늘들에서 조생종마늘이 많았고 유럽원산의 마늘들에서는 만생형 품종이 많았으며 RAPD 마커 WE6 $l_{1,630}$과 상당한 관련을 보였다. 이차생장은 거의 대부분의 마늘들에서 나타나는 경향을 보였으나 동유럽지역 수집종에서 발생율이 높은 경향을 보였고 네팔을 중심으로 한 지역종들은 이차생장이 발생하지 않았다. 인편미분화는 유럽원산의 마늘들에서 많은 발생율을 보였지만 표지인자를 찾기는 어려웠다. 추대성은 RAPD마커 WF70$_{1,400}$에서 벤드가 나타난 마늘은 추대종 마늘이었다. 마늘 임성과 관련 된 RAPD 마커 는 WF64$_{1,400}$이 었으며 임성마늘에서 벤드가 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to apply fashion design to developing dress design of mobile-phone game characters. As for the research methodology, first, market research has been carried out to extract main images from dress designs of game characters and to understand their socio-cultural meanings. Second, the fashion design, which ran be compared to the extracted images of game characters were selected. Third, analyses were done to find out the gap between the game character's dress designs and the fashion designs. The main images of game characters are revealed as erotic, romantic, heroic, grotesque. These images have been formed by psychological and socio-cultural effects such as stimulation, empathy, compensation, increase of female game player. The differences between the game character's dresses and the fashion designs are as follows; With regard to style, game dresses have silhouette distinguished from background, but fashion collection have blurred silhouette. In the aspect of color, while strong colors are mainly used in game dress, neutral rotors are preferred in fashion collection. As for texture, the expression of 'textures in game character's dress is so far limited due to the insufficient level of the concerned technology. However, the fashion design applying drape of fabrics are well-developed. Mobile-phone game players want reality in game design. Therefore, the effort to overcome the gaps between game dress and fashion design can contribute to the growth of game character design.

노가리는 명태, Theragrachalcogramma(PALLAS)의 미성어라고 오래전부터 알려져 왔으며 우리나라 수산자원보호령의 미성어 보호대책 규정에 의해 종래에는 그 어획이 금지되어 있었다. 그러나 수산당국은 자원학적 견지에서 노가리를 어획하여도 무방하다는 해석을 내려 1974년부터 노가리에 대한 어획금지규정을 폐기하였으며 현재까지 어획을 허용하고 있다. 명태는 우리나라 국민의 중요한 식량원이며 동해안에서 비교적 산업적 가치가 높은 데도 불구하고 이 집단에 대한 자원생물학적 지견과 자원의 변동법칙은 아직 잘 알려져 있지 않으며 일부 어민들은 심지어 노가리는 명태의 미성어가 아니라고 주장하고 있는 것이 현상이다. 명태는 개체 또는 집단으로서 넓은 변이성을 가진 어종이라고 알려져 있지만, 현금과 같은 격렬한 어업 압력에 과연 얼마나 견딜 수 있는가를 규명하는 일이 요청되고 있다. 본고에서는 노가리와 명태에 대해 몇가지의 형태학적 집단표징을 관찰하여 검토한 결과를 보고한다.
