The combined generator system by integrating several renewable energy sources can share the electrical infrastructure and therefore have the advantage of constructing not only the transmission system but also the power conversion system. Among the various combined renewable system, the wind power and wave power has a high possibility of future growth due to the economic feasibility in offshore environment. This kind of large-scale combined systems might be follow the determination by the transmission system operator's directions and control the output profile by focusing at PCC. However, both renewable energies are depend on the unpredictable environmental variation; it is needed to do the compensation devices. In this paper, the ESS compensation plan is proposed to do output determination of the combined generator system by paying attention to active power of utility grid with the analysis of the controllable elements of the wind and wave power generator. The improvement of the new application technique of the combined system is confirmed through using the PSCAD/EMTDC. The entire simulation process was designed by adopting the active power control according to the reference signal of TSO.

Ongoing advances in wireless broadband technologies can affect all of industrial society. As new wireless broadband technologies emerge, they will improve competition between established industries and their current services and produce new industries and new converged services. This paper analyzes the trend of next-generation wireless broadband and suggests ways of activating the industry further. To this end, we analyze the trend for previous wireless broadband industries and find out three influential factors (content, wireless network technology, and service) that will produce the continued growth of wireless broadband. Using these three factors, we propose a network technology-driven growth model. Based on that model, we offer activation plans for next-generation wireless broadband industries. This study thus provides an insightful perspective for next-generation wireless broadband industries by establishing additional useful guidelines for developing wireless broadband industries in the future.

The bio-technology industry is a technology-intensive high value added area where R&D and securing core technology are important. Many countries across the world are nationally supporting and nurturing this industry as a next generation growth engine. This study aims to introduce development plan for the bio-tech industry in Korea through analyzing factors for the development of bio-tech industry by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and to set the priorities among such factors. The analysis shows that key element for the development of bio-tech industry is technological capacity in the present and in the year of 2015. It also shows that it is essential to have government support and investment in strengthening R&D and cooperative system of industry, academia and research institute for the development of basic original technology. In addition, it suggested 5 plans for the development of bio-tech industry in Korea including securing new technologies in bio-tech industry, improving efficiency of R&D management system, protecting and culturing traditional bio-tech industry, creating emerging markets and efficiently providing support to nurture bio-venture companies.

The study was conducted on accounting information system education and utilization in korea's fishing industry. The Korean fishery industry is having difficulty in management due to inefficient management of companies, a decrease in the number of employees, the aging of workers, and cheap imported seafood. In such an environment, the paper looks for a plan to streamline management using fisheries accounting. To this end, an accounting-related survey was conducted on fisheries companies. The suggestions for the analysis results are as follows. First, the management of the fisheries industry in today's information age needs to use efficient management techniques through accounting. Second, fisheries companies need to increase efficiency by actively introducing accounting into management and utilizing the operation and procurement of funds, cost management and management analysis. Third, it is time for fisheries companies to calculate costs by using accounting management and utilize them for rational decisionmaking. Finally, seafood is the most important type of food. Therefore, the growth of fisheries companies needs to be recognized as an essential task. From this point of view, fisheries accounting is a way to generate profits through management efficiency.

Management flexibility to adapt its future actions in response to altered future market conditions can expand the value of an investment opportunity by improving its upside potential without the change in the downside losses. Module manufacturers in solar industry continuously have to decide how much and when its production capacity should be expanded with regards to the demand in the global markets. Either over- or under-investment can cause sunk and/or opportunity costs to the module manufacturers. Option of exercising the additional investments only on favorable opportunities can increase total value of the investment. This paper analyzes the case which shows that the expansion of production capacity with more expandibility can have more value than the rigid plan of capacity expansion. The expansion option value is equivalent to KRW 38.286 billion, thus switching the negative NPV of the initial investment opportunity into the positive value. High volatility and the high growth in the cashflows as the major business features of the renewable energy provide condition where real options can play the crucial role in increasing the investment value as well as in determining the size and timing of capacity expansion in the course of capital budgeting process.

Since the legislation of the act for public records, there has been a remarkable growth in records management in Korea. Recently, how to efficiently handle digital records has become an urgent issue in Korea. However, the appraisal process for (selection) archives seems inappropriate. This study reviewed the problems of each archiving process for records created by police departments and prosecutors' offices. Based on the results of the review, I proposed an improvement plan for the selective and appraisal acquisition of records.

This study aims to investigate the factors that contribute to the sustainable development of 334 Vietnamese construction and real estate companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Vietnam over a 5-year period from 2016 to 2020. By using regression analysis with the support of STATA software through examining the financial statements, which involves looking into crucial ratios including capital structure, profitability, firm size, accounts receivable management, and tangible assets investment, this study sheds light on whether these accounting indicators could help predict the construction and real estate companies growing potential in the future. Nevertheless, these ratios slightly contribute to the explanation of the change in revenue growth ratio, with a result of 1.6%, indicating that the value relevance of accounting information provides a modest and insignificant effect on investment decisions. This is understandable because the Vietnamese construction and real estate market still has many shortcomings in handling unexpected events, as well as the industry's peculiarities related to major capital sources from bank loans. Based on this study, governmental authorities and business executives should plan appropriate risk management policies and measures to contribute to the sustainable development of construction and real estate companies.

As cable TV, which has been leading the paid broadcasting market, has given the lead to IPTV, which has huge communication capital, its competitiveness is gradually weakening. This study examines the operation status of local cable TV and seeks ways to strengthen competitiveness for survival. To this end, we conducted data analysis such as related statistics, broadcasting industry survey reports, IPTV growth reports, CMB management indicators, paid broadcasting literature data, marketing reports, industry success stories, and marketing mix and SWOT analysis. As a result, four strategies for strengthening the survival competitiveness of local cable TV, namely joint purchase apartment marketing strategy, influencer marketing strategy, relationship marketing strategy, and digital marketing strategy were derived. Therefore, the results of this study can contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of local cable TV, which has been with local residents through close content, and can be used as basic data for establishing marketing strategies for local cable TV in the future.

This paper aims to establish an efficient national R&D Application Programming Interface (API) management system for national R&D data-driven management and explore the possibility of using operational data according to the recent global data openness and sharing policy. In accordance with the trend of opening and sharing of national R&D data, we plan to improve management efficiency by analyzing operational data of the national R&D API service. For this purpose, we standardized the parameters for the national R&D APIs that were distributed separately by integrating the individual APIs to build a national R&D API management system. The results of this study revealed that the service call traffic of the national R&D API has shown 554.5% growth in the year as compared to the year 2015 when the measurement started. In addition, this paper also evaluations the possibility of using operational data through data preparation, analysis, and prediction based on service operations management data in the actual operation of national R&D integrated API management system.

The purpose of this study is to give a guiding implications to strengthen the competitiveness of port policy in Philippines, considering the inefficiencies in the port infrastructures and management systems in the country, despite its average economic growth of 5-6% and subsequent increment in passenger and trading volumes. These growth figures imply a compelling need for a systemic development plan and impellent actions. This study used the analytic hierarchy process for conducting a port competitiveness analysis and the data on deterrent factors were collected through literature and internal government documents including on-site interviews of the parties involved. The implications of the analysis led the study to conclude the need for adopting an enhanced centralized management, a separate investment and management for ports, a grade classification of nationwide small-, medium, and large-sized ports, efficient incoming systems for port dues, and an advanced mode of financing and investment inducement, among others.
