  • AHP is a well-known multiattribute decision technique that has been applied to private and public areas. It is well suited to group decision making and offers many benefits as a synthesizing mechanism in group decisions. This paper explains why the AHP is well-suited to group decision making by means of the case study. Through this case study, this paper tried setting priorities for the strategic industry with the focus on the small and medium industry in Pusan.

온라인 교육기관을 통한 보육교사 자격취득 동기와 진로의사결정수준 (Motivation for Seeking Child Care Teacher Credentials through On-line Education and Factors Influencing Their Career Decision-making)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 교육기관에서 보육교사 자격취득 과정을 수강하고 있는 교육생을 대상으로 보육교사 자격취득 동기와 진로의사결정수준에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 t검증, F검증, scheffe 사후검증, 위계적 회귀분석 등을 통하여 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육생의 배경변인에 따라 자격취득 동기가 달랐는데 즉, 소득이 낮은 집단은 낮은 집단보다 생계를 위한 자격취득 동기가 높았고, 학력이 낮은 집단은 높은 집단보다 보육교사 자격취득을 통한 자아실현 욕구가 강한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육생의 진로의사결정은 연령에 따라 차이가 있었는데, 연령이 낮을수록 타인의 의견에 따라 의사결정을 하는 의존적 진로의사결정수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육생의 합리적, 직관적, 의존적 진로의사결정수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인은 각기 다른 것으로 나타났는데, 합리적 진로의사결정수준의 결정요인은 연령, 생계를 위한 자격취득 동기, 미래를 위한 자격취득 동기였으며, 직관적 진로의사결정수준의 결정요인은 연령이었고, 의존적 진로의사결정수준의 결정요인은 생계를 위한 자격취득 동기인 것으로 나타났다.

GDSS for the Mobile Internet

  • The development of mobile applications is fast in recent years. However, nearly all applications are for messaging, financial, locating services based on simple interactions with mobile users because of the limited screen size, narrow network bandwidth, and low computing power. Processing an algorithm for supporting a group decision process on mobile devices becomes impossible. In this paper, we introduce the mobile-oriented simple interactive procedure for support a group decision making process. The interactive procedure is developed for multiple objective linear programming problems to help the group select a compromising solution in the mobile Internet environment. Our procedure lessens the burden of group decision makers, which is one of necessary conditions of the mobile environment. Only the partial weak order preferences of variables and objectives from group decision makers are enough for searching the best compromising solution. The methodology is designed to avoid any assumption about the shape or existence of the decision makers's utility function. For the purpose of the experimental study of the procedure, we developed a group decision support system in the mobile Internet environment, MOBIGSS and applied to an allocation problem of investor assets.

  • 21세기 선진 정예 강군을 위해 군이 지향해야 할 국방개혁 2020의 과제들은 2020년 전후 국방환경과 국방개혁 4대 중점사항을 토대로 총 21개 대과제와 80개 소과제를 선정하여 국방개혁을 추진해 나간다는 내용을 주요 골자로 하고 있다. 국방기본정책서를 기초로 추진하게 될 '국방개혁 2020' 은 기획단계인 초기단계로서 과제들에 대한 의사결정이 필요로 하나, 군은 현재 2단계인 계획단계에 이르러서야 비로소 기획과 예산을 연결시켜 의사결정을 구체화하고 있다. 과제들의 우선순위에 대한 의사결정이 계획단계에 이르러서야 비로소 결정되기 때문에 최초 기획단계부터 의사결정이 이루어진다면 현재보다 효율적인 과제수행이 이루어질 것이다. 본 연구는 국방부에서 발표한 '국방개혁 2020' 추진과제들을 가지고 기획단계에서부터 계층분석적 의사결정방법을 적용하여 과제들의 대한 그룹의사결정을 실시하였다. 또한, 추진과제 들의 가중치가 동일할 경우 15개 과제들의 가중치가 어떻게 변화하는가에 대한 민감도 분석을 실시하였고, 내 외부 평가자들의 과제들에 대한 가중치를 그룹의사결정을 통해 분석함으로서 과제들의 우선순위를 제시하였다.

  • As one of recent issues in the information and communication industry, internet of things has attracted attention to provide intelligent infrastructure services which connect and share data and information between real and virtual world. According to the development of these internet of things technologies, types of machines, telecommunication devices, and terminals are increasing tremendously. In this situation, connectivity and interoperability between internet of things components are important issues to build a hyper connected society. To visualize this society, it is important to set up and develop information and communication technology (ICT) standards among stakeholders. However, under limited budget and human resources, it is essential to rank standardization work items for setting standards with respect to efficiency. The purpose of this study is to provide a method for setting standardization strategies within group decision making. As a multi-criteria group decision making tool, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted and applied to determine the priorities of setting work items. The proposed method first defines decision making problem with objective, criteria, and alternatives which produces a hierarchy consisting of upper and lower criteria. Then, pairwise comparisons of academy and public sector experts are performed with respect to their relative meaning and importance. Individual surveys of expert groups are collected and summarized to determine relative criteria importance measures. Furthermore, to deliver reliable importance criteria measures, differences between academy and public sector expert groups are compared and tested using Mann-Whitney non-parametric test. The results are illustrated for useful guidelines to practical group decision making in standardization strategy establishments.

An Interactive Methodology for the Web-based GDSS

  • This research suggests an interactive methodology fur multiple objective linear programming problems to help the group select a compromising solution in the World Wide Web environment. Our methodology lessens the burden of group decision makers, which is one of necessary conditions of the web environment. Only the partial weak order of variables and objectives from the group decision makers are enough for searching the best compromising solution. For such a purpose, we expand the Dror and Gass algorithm to the group decision context. And we suggest the system architecture of a web-based GDSS fur the implementation of our methodology.

공공부문 IT 아웃소싱 의사경정 요인 도출 : 델파이 방법 (Decision Making Factors of IT Outsourcing in Public Sector : A Delphi Method)

  • To improve the quality of the services and to concentrate on the core capability, in public sector the IT outsourcing is recently being vitalized by the institutional support of the government for the entrusting non-government. Because the lots of general studies so far have simply focused on indicating fragmentary factors i.e. economical factors, risk factors, system factors, or induction objects, etc., they are insufficient in making the practical decisions, therefore we indicated systemized model extending over the whole range of the IT outsourcing to support substantial decision makings, and assorted 4 categories and drew considerable 55 factors from the literature study to materialize the previously considerable factors at each decision making stage. And the principal factors were drawn from each decision making category by a group of 11 experts. Besides, a henceforth plan for the application was also presented through an actual example of the IT outsourcing decision making process of 'M', a public enterprise.

동시적 텍스트 기반 매체를 이용한 집단의사결정에 관한 질적 연구 (Qualitative Study on Group Decision Making with Synchronous Text Communication Medium)

  • This study identifies communication patterns of groups using synchronous text communication medium for their group decision-making, and examines how these patterns are associated with creative solutions to problems. Our research suggests that certain communication behavior of groups, when appropriately organized, can be of help in enhancing creative production of outcomes. A qualitative study was conducted on communication patterns based on an analysis of text-based electronic conversation protocols. Specifically this research tried to overcome existing studies on electronic groups by focusing on interactive process of communication among participants. The major study conclusion; are: (1) The production of creative outcome may depend on the process or sequence of discussion among group members with synchronous text communication medium. That is, proper interactive responses and appropriate control of the discussion process are essential to obtain a high level of performance. (2) It is importantto make discuss rules based on meta-cognitive and interactive protocols in the early stage. Explicit rules relating to internal group processes as well as communication medium use are even more important to groups with electronic communication medium than face-to-face groups.

Group Decision Making Using Intuitionistic Hesitant Fuzzy Sets

  • Dealing with uncertainty is always a challenging problem. Intuitionistic fuzzy sets was presented to manage situations in which experts have some membership and non-membership value to assess an alternative. Hesitant fuzzy sets was used to handle such situations in which experts hesitate between several possible membership values to assess an alternative. In this paper, the concept of intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy set is introduced to provide computational basis to manage the situations in which experts assess an alternative in possible membership values and non-membership values. Distance measure is defined between any two intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy elements. Fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is developed for intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy set to solve multi-criteria decision making problem in group decision environment. An example is given to illustrate this technique.

대학 신입생을 위한 심리적 진로장벽 해소 집단프로그램이 심리적 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감과 자기결정성에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of a Group Program Designed to Resolve the Psychological Career Barriers of University Freshmen on Their Psychological Career Barriers, Self-Efficacy in Career Decision-Making, and Self-Determination)

  • 본 연구는 대학 신입생이 느끼는 심리적 진로장벽 해소를 위한 집단프로그램을 구성하여 적용하고, 심리적 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감과 자기결정성에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 처치집단에 8명, 비교집단에 9명을 할당하여 처치집단에는 7회기에 해당하는 심리적 진로장벽 해소 집단프로그램을 실시하고 비교집단에는 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 처치집단과 비교집단 각각 사전검사와 사후검사로 심리적 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감, 자기결정성검사를 실시한 후 사전 사후 차이 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 심리적 진로장벽점수는 비교집단에 비해 처치집단의 점수가 유의하게 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로결정 자기효능감점수는 비교집단에 비해 처치집단의 점수가 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기결정성점수는 비교집단에 비해 처치집단의 점수가 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 본 집단프로그램은 대학 신입생의 심리적 진로장벽 인식을 낮추고 진로결정 자기효능감과 자기결정성을 향상시키는 데 효과가 있었다. 본 연구결과의 활용과 향후 연구에 대해 논의하였다.
