입원환자 시장세분화에 관한 연구 (Study on the Market Segmentation of inpatients)

  • Purpose : This study aims to suggest application of patients DB to hospital marketing by performing market segmentation and selecting target market. Consequently help to establish suited strategy of marketing. Method : 14,072 patients hospitalized in a University Medical Center were recruited into this study. In order to classify the customer groups, cluster analysis was used with RFM(Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model, and 1-way ANOVA verified the differences among groups. And then, sociodemographical status, healthcare utilization and diagnosis(ICD-10) of each group were compared to draw a marketing strategy. Results : Four groups were classified through clustering analysis, and'high use and high profit' and'low use and high profit' groups were selected as a target market. The features of target market were as follows, the female proportion was high; used a private room; hospitalized through the emergency room; had operation; length of stay was long; had many comorbidity and cooperative treatment. There was difference in each feature of target market: as for the'high use and high profit' group, many patients were diagnosed with 'certain infectious and parasitic diseases'; and as for the'low use and high profit'group, the proportion of patients who purchased'industrial accident compensation insurance'and'auto insurance'was relatively high; many patients were diagnosed with'Injury, poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes'. Conclusion : It is needed to establish'positioning' strategy by monitoring and communicating with'high use and high profit' group. And for the case of'low use and high profit' group, it is necessary to make a follow-up management and lead them to have a medical check-up.

족관절 외측 불안정성 재건 시 시행하는 탐험적 관절경의 유용성 (Chronic Lateral Ankle Instability: Efficacy of Combination of Ankle Arthroscopic Exploration and Modified Brostrom Operation)

  • Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of the arthroscopic exploration combined with modified Brostrom operation (MBO) for the treatment of chronic lateral ankle instability (CAI). Materials and Methods: Sixty patients who diagnosed a CAI were performed MBO. We divided to 2 groups, whether simultaneously inspected by arthroscopy (group B) or not (group A). The both group's results were compared according to American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society Ankle-hindfoot score (AOFAS), functional ankle score and visual analog scale (VAS) at preoperative and final follow-up period. Results: There were no significant differences of AOFAS, functional ankle score and VAS between both groups at final follow-up. However, in group A, 2 cases associated with medial ankle instability and syndesmotic injuries were did not diagnosed preoperatively, showed poor prognosis. In group B, one case had a permanent peroneal nerve symptom. The match rate of intra-articular lesions between preoperative diagnosis and postoperative arthroscopic diagnosis was 30% in group B. Conclusion: Combination of arthroscopic exploration and MBO is effective strategy for intra-operatively discrimination of intra-articular associated lesions for CAI.

전산세무회계교육의 효율적 운영방안 (The efficient operation of computerized tax accounting education plan)

  • 본 연구는 전산세무회계와 관련한 수요자집단별 차별화 교육이 전산세무회계 교육의 효율적 운영에 미치는 영향의 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 전산세무회계교육의 독립변수와 종속변수를 측정하고, 회귀분석을 통하여 측정된 전산시스템의 운영만족도, 학습만족도 및 효율적 활용성을 수요자집단별로 분석하고 이를 통하여 각 수요자집단별 전산세무회계 교육에 대한 인식의 차이를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 전산세무회계에 관한 수요자집단별 차별화 교육의 필요성은 향후 전산세무회계 교육의 보다 효율적인 운영전략 모색에 있어 중요한 지침이 될 수 있을 것이며, 동시에 유사한 여러 연구에 많은 응용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • SMBA (Small and Medium Business Administration) and TIPA (Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs) have operated the Business Innovation Platform for SME Informatization based on cloud computing technology with the cooperation of seven industry cooperatives since 2013. This project will evolve into the open market platform where service providers and users voluntarily participate and transact. This research conducts the literature review about the concept of open market and the empirical analysis through survey for the software providers and the future users regarding the future operation methods. The policy about how the open market strategy for the business innovation platform needs to be designed and implemented are organized as the three differentiated government support strategies. The first is to provide free IT services including specialized core operation support S/W which is developed only for the small or home office group of firms which lack minimal informatization capability and budget. The second is to augment IT platform service through incorporating ERP supplier initiated commercial S/W sales window for those firms having medium level informatization capability. This includes to provide IT support for customization and system integration with existing government subsidized S/W. The third is to provide upgrading services of existing S/W functions to facilitate better system utilization. The results provide useful insight for government role to enhance SME competitiveness using IT.

'생각하는 과학' 활동을 경험한 중학생들의 변인 통제 전략과 변인의 효과를 추론하는 능력에 대한 분석 (Analysis of the Ability to Infer the Effects of Variables and Variable-Controlling Strategy in Middle School Students who experienced 'Thinking Science' Activities)

  • 이 연구에서는 '생각하는 과학' 활동을 경험한 중학생들이 이를 경험하지 못한 통제집단과 비교하여 변인 통제 전략의 적용과 변인의 효과를 추론하는 능력에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 변인 통제 전략 유형은 조작변인의 인식과 변인 통제의 여부에 따라 변인 통제전략 성공형, 변인 통제전략 미완성형, 부분통제형, 통제 불가능형, 변인 통제전략 실패형으로 구분하였다. 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 변인 통제 전략을 보다 정화하고 효과적으로 사용하였다. 직관적으로 알 수 있는 변인의 효과 추론 능력을 분석한 결과 가역적 사고가 가능한지의 여부와 변인의 효과를 추론할 수 있는지에 따라 변인효과 추론 가능형, 변인효과 추론 불가능형, 가역적 사고 불가능형으로 구분하여 유형화하였다. 실험집단 학생들이 변인효과 추론 가능형에서 통제집단보다 두 배 이상 많았다. 보상논리 조작을 포함하는 가역적 사고가 가능한 학생들은 형식적 조작기 이상의 학생들에게서 가능하였다. 직관적으로 얻기 힘든 변인의 효과를 추론하는 능력은 두 집단 모두 형식적 조작기 후기에 도달한 인지 수준의 비율과 비슷하였으며, 추론에 성공한 학생들의 비율은 실험집단이 통제집단 학생들 보다 1.5배 정도 더 많았다. 따라서 변인 통제능력과 변인을 추론하는 능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 '생각하는 과학' 활동 프로그램이 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

대구 근현대 출판문화기록 도큐멘테이션 전략 수립을 위한 예비 분석 (A Preliminary Analysis for the Establishment of a Documentation Strategy of Modern and Contemporary Publishing Cultural Records in Daegu)

  • 본 연구에서는 대구 근현대 출판문화를 기록화하여 보존, 이용할 수 있는 기반을 마련하기 위한 도큐멘테이션 전략의 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Hackman의 실행모델 중 도큐멘테이션 '영역의 정의와 예비분석 단계'를 적용하였다. 예비분석 단계에서는 특정 주제를 기록화한 사례를 조사하고 대구 출판문화 기록화 관계자(연구자, 현장관계자, 기록관리요원)를 대상으로 면담을 실시하였다. 조사 내용은 국내 사례와 해외 사례를 '수집영역', '참여집단', '수집방법'으로 나누어 분석하였고, 면담 내용은 '대구 근현대 출판문화의 가치', '수집 대상과 방법', '도큐멘테이션 집단','어려움과 한계점'으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 이를 기반으로 도큐멘테이션 전략 요소를 제안한 뒤, 기록관리 전문요원의 의견을 수렴하여 이를 수정, 보완하였다. 전략 요소는 도큐멘테이션 목적, 시기적·지리적·형태적 영역, 집단별 역할, 참고정보원, 선행작업과 수집 및 운영의 주요 고려사항으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 예비분석이 대구의 출판문화를 보존하고 전승하는 기초자료가 되길 기대한다.

경쟁전략의 관점에서 생태관광지 성공 요인 (The Successful Factors of Ecotourism with Destination Competitiveness)

  • The competitive strategy perspective is one of the important approaches to develop ecotourism sites. It increases the residents' profits and overcomes the instability of the supply in the marketability. The study aims to explore the ecotourism successful factors based on competitiveness strategies. We found seven key success factors of the competitive strategy approach in the ecotourism industry as the guarantee of sustainable ecotourism as follows: infrastructure, operation management, product/technical development, human resources, service system and cultivation of tourists' understanding and behavior, marketing activities, and local resources. Conclusions and practical implications for successful factors of ecotourism are presented according to the result of the in-depth interview and focus group interview with ecotourism experts.

난소절제한 흰쥐에서 식이칼슘량이 골밀도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Dietary Calcium Level on Bone Mineral Density and Bone Mineral Content in Ovariectomized Female Rats)

  • This study was done to evaluate the effect of dietary calcium level (a diet which met 100% or twice the calcium level in AIN-76 diet) on preventing bone loss in ovariectomized rats. Forty Sprauge-Dawley female rats(body weight 200$\pm$5g)were divided into two groups. One group were ovariecotomized (Ovx) while the others received sham operation(Sham). Thereafter, each rat group was further divided into normal calcium diet(0.52%) and high calcium diet(1.04%) subgroups. All rats were fed on experimental diet and deionized water ad libitum for 8 weeks. The total body, spine and femur bone mineral densities and bone mineral contents were measured by Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry, Eight weeks following operation, ovariectomized rats fed a high calcium diet had a significantly higher total bone mineral content, total bone calcium content, spine bone mineral density, spine bone mineral content and femur bone mineral content than ovariectomized rats fed control calcium diet. The correlation between dietary calcium intake level and spine bone mineral density were positive, but there was no correlation between dietary calcium intake and femur bone mineral density. The findings from the present study demonstrated that bone loss due to ovarian hormonal deficiency can be partially prevented by a high calcium diet. Futhermore, these findings support the strategy of the use of a high calcium diet in the prevention of estrogen depleted bone loss(postmenopausal osteoporosis)

농촌관광 사업자의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Business Performance of Rural Tourism Operators)

  • The study aims to identify the factors affecting business performance of rural tourism operators. For this study, 1,004 questionnaires were collected by field survey of rural tourism operators. The linear multiple regression analysis were used to identify factors affecting performance of rural tourism business. The result indicate that the factors influencing the sales of rural tourism business were in order of owning sales facilities, perception of multi-functional value of agriculture and rural, group promotion, number of rooms, and gender. In the case of gender, it was found that females had a high probability of positively affecting sales. The factors influencing the satisfaction of the rural tourism business were in the order of management strategy, number of days of operation, perception of multi-functional value of agriculture and rural, and business career. In the case of management strategy, it was found that the differentiation strategy have a positively affecting the satisfaction of the rural tourism business. As for the business career, the shorter the career, the higher the probability of positively affecting the satisfaction of the rural tourism business. The results of this study would be useful for establishing strategies to improve the management performance of the rural tourism business.

  • [Purpose] It aims to suggest the differential factors to enhance the customer satisfaction and to activate the shopping in the convenience store (CVS). [Methodology] Convenience store service convenience (CVS SERVCON) was developed at the first time and the gap of relative importance level between the owners and the consumers was assessed by AHP analysis method..[Findings] First, the importance of access convenience was assessed as the first priority in both CVS owners' group and the consumers' group, while the detailed elements showed the differences which required the improvements. Based on the consumers' assessment, the importance of location was relatively low. They assessed relatively high on 24 hours operation of CVS and personal services. Second with respect to the transaction convenience, CVS owners' group rated it as the fourth priority while the consumers' group rated as the second, which requires the improvement. Third in terms of benefit utility and value-added service of post-benefit convenience which are the sub-factors of benefit convenience, the rate on the importance from the consumers showed higher than that from the owners, which requires the improvement. [Implications] Based on this study results, CVS operating companies are anticipated to be able to satisfy the customers, moreover, to secure the loyal customers if they concentrate the resources to develop the differentiation strategy on the areas where the consumers' demands are high while performs the maintenance strategy on the areas where their demands are low. In addition, this study contributed the theoretical expansion of SERVCON upon development of CVS SERVCON to comply with its definition.
