간외 담도암에서 수술 후 방사선치료의 역할 (The Role of Postoperative Radiation Therapy in Extrahepatic Bile Duct Cancers)

  • 목적: 간외 담도암에서 수술 단독군과 수술 후 방사선치료가 시행된 군의 비교를 통하여 방사선치료의 역할을 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 1997년 1월부터 2000년 12월까지 인하대병원에서 근치적 절제술을 받은 41명의 간외 담도암 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 이 중 22명의 환자는 수술 단독으로 치료되었고(1군) 19명의 환자는 수술 후 방사선치료가 시행되었다(2군). 수술은 완전절제가 시행된 경우가 1군에서는 11명(50$\%$)이었고 2군에서는 7명(36.8$\%$)이었다. 나머지 환자는 절제연 양성으로 현미경적 미세 종양이 남아 있었다. 두 군 간에 병기, 수술 방법, 병리 소견 등의 분포의 차이는 없었다. 방사선치료는 10MV X-ray를 이용하여 45$\~$54 Gy (중앙값: 50.4 Gy)를 원발 종양과 주변 림프절에 조사하였다. 결과: 1군에서는 국소실패한 환자가 12명(54.5$\%$)인 반면 2군에서는 3명(15.8$\%$)으로 수술 단독군에서 국소실패율이 의미있게 높게 나타났으며(p=0.010), 1군에서 국소실패한 12명 중 7명이 절제연 양성군에서 발생하였고 2군에서는 국소실패한 3명 모두가 절제연 양성에서 발생하여 완전절제군보다 절제연 양성군에서 국소실패가 월등히 높았다. 1군과 2군의 3년 전체 생존율은 각각 38.3$\%$, 38.9$\%$이었고 3년 무병 생존율은 각각 18.8$\%$와 26.3$\%$로 통계학적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 절제연 양성인 환자에서는 3년 생존율이 24.2$\%$와 36.4$\%$로 방사선치료군에서 좋았고 (p=0.06) 절제연 양성인 환자의 3년 무병생존율은 18.2$\%$와 25.0$\%$로 통계학적으로도 의미 있게 방사선치료군이 좋았다(0=0.04). 결론: 간외 담도암 환자에서 수술 후 방사선치료는 국소 제어율을 높이며, 특히 절제연이 양성인 환자에서는 생존율을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

천막상부 원시신경외배엽 종양의 방사선요법 (Radiotherapy of Supratentorial Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor)

  • 목적 : 원시신경외배엽 종양은 빈번한 국소 재발 및 광범위한 지주막하 전이를 나타내는 종양이기때문에 수술 및 항암 약물요법과 함께 전뇌척수조사를 시행하는 방사선요법으로 치료 성적을 높이고자 꾸준한 노력을 시도하여 왔으며, 이에 저자들은 복합요법을 시행한 환자들의 실패 경향, 장기 생존율과 치료 후유증 등을 분석하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 총 18명의 환자들을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 1세-27세 (중앙값=5세)의 연령분포 로 12명 대 6명의 남녀비를 나타내었다. 수술적 절제범위에 따라 완전절제술이 9명, 부분절제술 이 8명, 단순 조직생검술이 1명이었다. 모든 환자에서 수술후 방사선요법을 시행하였으며 방사선 조사야는 16명에서 전뇌척수조사를, 2명에서는 각각 전뇌조사 및 원발병소조사만을 시행하였고, 조사선량은 원발병소에 3120-5800cGy(중앙값=5460cGy), 전뇌부위에 1500-4200cGy(중앙값=3600cGy), 그리고 전척수부위에 1320-3600cGy(중앙값=2400cy)이었다. 항암약물요법은 13명 의 환자들에 대해서만 실시하였다. 추적관찰기간은 1개월부터 89개월로 중앙값은 45개월이다. 결과 : 치료도중 사망한 1명을 포함 총 9명의 환자에서 0-40개월뒤 재발을 확인하였으며 재발경향은 원발병소 단독 재발이 1명, 두개내의 전이성 재발은 2명, 척수부위 재발은 4명, 광범위한 뇌척수 재발이 1명, 그리고 전신적 다발성 골전이를 나타낸 환자가 1명이었다. 전뇌척수부위 방사선요법을 시행하지않은 2명의 환자중 2명 모두 척수부위 재발을 나타내었으며, 전뇌척수부위 방사선요법을 시행한 IS명의 환자중에서는 3명이 척추부위를 포함한 재발 경향을 보였고, 재발한 9명의 환자는 모두 재발 후 1-13개월내 사망하였다. 전체 환자의 2년 및 5년 생존율은 각각 $61\%,\;49\%$이며, 예후인자 분석에서는 성별, 나이, 종양위치와는 무관하였으나 완전절제술 및 항암 약물요법을 시행한 환자군에서 높은 생존율을 나타내었다. 치료 후 후유증으로는 원발병소에 5580cGy를 조사한 환자 1명에서 40개월 뒤 자기공명영상 및 자기공명분광법으로 방사선괴사로 추정되고 있으며, 생존하는 9명의 환자에서 뇌하수체기능저하증이 2명, 그리고 인지능력저하 1명, 기억장애 2명, 성장저하$(\leq5\%)$는 1명에서 관찰되었다. 결 론 : 천막상부 원시신경외배엽 종양 환자의 치료성적을 높이기 위해서는 가능한한 종양의 완전절제가 필수적이며 수술후 항암 약물요법과 방사선요법의 보조요법이 결과를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 방사선치료시 조사부위는 전뇌척수부위를 모두 포함하여 조사하여야 한다.

한국의 농산물 가상수 산정 (Estimation of Crop Virtual Water in Korea)

  • 가상수는 농산물, 가공식품 또는 제품을 만들기 위해서 필요한 물의 총량을 의미한다. 우리나라의 곡물자급율은 27 %에 불과하며, 농산물 수입에 의한 가상수 수입이 다른 나라들에 비해 매우 큰 편에 속하며, 우리나라에 적합한가상수를 산정할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 Chapagain과 Hoekstra가 제안한 방법을 이용하여, 1991년부터 2007년까지의 연간 농업 가상수 사용량(agricultural virtual water use, AWU)과 작물 1 톤을 생산하기 위하여 필요한 가상수량(virtual water content, VWC)을 산정하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 가상수 사용량을 산정하기 위하여 44가지 작물에 대해 17년간의 작물 생산량과 재배면적 데이터를 수집하고, FAO Penman-Monteith식을 이용하여 작물소비수량을 산정하였다. 산정 결과를 살펴보면, 농업 가상수 사용량은 151억 $m^3$으로 산정되었고, 점차 그 양이 줄어드는 경향을 보였다. 작물 중 논벼가 가장 많은 양의 농업 가상수를 사용하였고, 전체 농업 가상수 사용량 중 75 %에 해당하는 연간 101억 $m^3$을 사용하였으며, 논벼를 1톤을 생산하기 위해 필요한 가상수량은 1600.1 $m^3$/ton으로 산정되었다. 작물을 생산하는 데 있어 필요한 가상수량이 큰 작물 종류는 채유종실이 가장 큰 값을 나타내었고, 엽채류 및 근채류가 가장 작은 것으로 나타났다. 산정된 원료 작물의 가상수량은 원료 작물과 가공 생산물의 중량비를 이용하여 농산물 가공품이나 축산물 등 2차 생산물의 가상수를 산정할 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서 산정된 결과는 우리나라의 농업 분야의 물발자국을 산정하는 데 있어서 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

FPS 게임 트레일러 속 대체 역사적 서사구성과 시각적 재현 - <울펜슈타인: 더 뉴 오더>를 중심으로 (Narrative Composition and Visual Representation of Alternative History in FPS Game Trailer -By focusing on )

  • 2014년 5월 FPS 게임 <울펜슈타인 더 뉴 오더(Wolfenstein The New order), 2014>는 출시된 직후 영국 주간차트 플랫폼 부분에서 상위에 오르는 등 게임유저들의 흥미를 유도하였다. 이러한 세계적 흥행에 대해 Colin Moriarty(2014)는 "나치가 2차 세계대전에서 승리했다면 어떻게 되었을까?" 라는 대체 역사적 서사구성을 구현하였기 때문이라고 하였다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 기존의 전통적인 FPS 게임과는 다른 울펜슈타인의 최신작 <울펜슈타인 더 뉴 오더(Wolfenstein The New order), 2014>를 사례대상으로 하여 대체 역사적 특성이 어떻게 게임 트레일러와 그래픽 디자인 속에서 내재되는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 첫째, 대체역사의 정의와 등장 배경, 그리고, 소설, 영화, 게임에서 구현된 대체 역사적 특성에 대해 문헌과 사례를 중심으로 고찰한다. 이를 바탕으로 둘째, '대체 역사'의 서사구성에 대해 (1)실제 역사 소재의 차용, (2)실제와 허구 역사와의 연계, (3)재해석을 통한 대체 역사적 변용 등 순차적으로 분류하였다. 셋째, <울펜슈타인 더 뉴 오더, 2014>의 실사영상 게임 트레일러에 대해 3단계 순차적 서사구성을 중심으로 내러티브에 대해 분석하고, 그래픽으로 구현된 게임캐릭터와 배경에 대해 (1)공간적 배경, (2)등장캐릭터, (3)소품을 기준으로 사례 분석을 진행한다. <울펜슈타인 더 뉴 오더, 2014>의 서사적 구성은 첫째, '차용'의 단계에서 2차 대전 관련 역사적 영상자료를 재구성하여 연출하였으며, 둘째, '연계' 에서는 역사 속 실제 사건이 아닌 당시에 있을 법한 '정황적 허구사건을 통한 연계'로 대체역사적 기점을 구성하였다. 셋째, '변용'의 단계에서는 과거역사의 맥락을 유지하는 '한정적 허구역사'를 SF적 디자인의 그래픽을 통해 게임 속 캐릭터와 공간배경을 디스토피아적 세계로 완성도 있게 구축하였음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해, <울펜슈타인 더 뉴 오더 (2014)>의 트레일러 영상은 역사기록 영상의 차용을 통한 서사적 구성과 실제를 바탕한 게임 디자인을 효과적으로 재현 및 연출함으로써, 대체역사적 구성이 범세계적 게임 영역에까지 확장되며, 대중오락문화의 수요에 부합함을 알 수 있다.

지하공동 충전효과 평가를 위한 시차 공대공 탄성파 토모그래피 연구 (Time-Lapse Crosswell Seismic Study to Evaluate the Underground Cavity Filling)

  • 공동충전 효과를 검증하기 위하여 실시한 시차 공대공 탄성파 탐사자료로부터 지하공동 부존 지역에서 충전 전과 후에 매질의 탄성파 전파속도의 변화를 확인하였다. 시차 공대공 탄성파 탐사자료에 나타난 반응과 시추조사 결과에 의하면 본 지역의 공동은 규모가 극히 소규모이거나 또는 폐석 등으로 충전된 것으로 보인다. 공동충진 효과는 토모그래피로부터 도출된 속도단면상의 탄성파 속도의 증가량을 분석함으로써 평가하였다. 시추공용 에어건을 진원으로 24-채널 하이드로폰을 수진기로 하여 자료를 취득하였다. 취득한 자료에는 무시할 수 없을 정도의 source statics를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 제시한 보정방법은 2단계로; 1) 불규칙한 발파시점에 의한 영향 보정과 2) 잔여 정보정으로 이는 진원의 부정확한 위치에 대한 정보정이다. 본 논문에서는 고주파수 성분의 수치잡음이 억제되고 관심대상 부분에서 비교적 고분해능 영상을 도출할 수 있는 다단계 역산 방안을 제시하였다. 일반적으로 최소자승 주시토모그래피로는 평활화된 속도 영상을 얻을 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 역산으로는 비교적 소규모의 구간에서 발생한 적은 속도변화를 영상화하기에는 어려운 면이 있다. 본 논문에서는 속도모델의 파라메터를 변화시킨 2단계 제어 역산법으로 도출한 시차 토모그램으로부터 채굴 영향대에서 발생한 매질의 속도변화를 시각화 할 수 있었다. 2단계 역산법은 1-단계에서는 적정한 크기의 균일 격자로 구성된 모델을 사용하여 토모그램을 작성하고 이 토모그램에 2차원 중위수 필터를 적용하여 대략적인 속도구조 모델을 작성한다. 2-단계 역산시는 1-단계에서 작성한 속도모델을 수정하여 초기 모델로 한다. 모델 수정은 관심대상 부분만을 작은 크기의 균일격자로 재구성하는 것이다. 기준조사 토모그램을 2차 조사자료 역산의 초기 속도모델로 사용하였다. 속도변화는 공동대 부근에서만 예상되므로 그 이외 부분의 속도는 기준 토모그램과 동일하게 고정시키고 역산을 수행하였다.

좌측 유방암 방사선 치료 시 치료 기법에 따른 선량적 고찰 (The dosimetric guide of treatment modalities for Left side breast irradiation after conservative surgery)

  • 목 적 : 부분절제술 시행 후 좌측 유방암 환자의 방사선 치료 시 적용된 각 방사선 치료 기법 별 선량을 후향적으로 분석하여 정상장기와 종양용적의 선량적 결과를 전형적인 분할치료 선량(EQD2)을 고려한 선량 결과를 도출함으로써 임상적 참고 지표로 활용하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 본원에서 시행한 좌측 유방암 환자 중 부분절제술을 시행한 40명을 대상으로 3가지의 치료기법으로 구분하여 적용하였다. 각 치료법의 총 종양용적과 임상적 표적용적에서 HI(homogeneity index), $D_{95%}$, 그리고 CI(conformity index)값, 그리고 $V_{hot}$ 수치를 도출한 후 치료계획을 평가하였다. 사이버나이프를 이용한 경우 종양용적은 타 기법에서의 고선량 용적과 동일하여 임상적 표적용적는 고려하지 않았다. 정상장기에 대한 평가는 평균선량을 비교하였다. 결 과 : 세가지 치료법의 HI는 3D-CRT, VMAT, RIMRT 모두 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 체적조절 호형 방사선치료(VMAT)을 이용한 치료의 경우 임상적 표적용적의 $D_{95%}$의 경우 $95.84{\pm}0.75%$로 3차원 입체조형 방사선 치료(3D-CRT) 치료법에 비해 높은 값을 나타냈다. 총 종양용적의 $D_{95%}$값은 다른 치료법들에 비해 미세하게 높은 결과를 보여줬다. 사이버나이프를 이용한 치료법은 정상장기들에 조사되는 선량이 타 치료법에 비해 현저하게 낮았다. 결 론 : 3D-CRT의 경우 DIBH를 동반하여 치료할 경우 전반적으로 심장을 보호하는데 유용한 치료 기법이며 VMAT의 경우 탁월한 TARGET COVERAGE를 나타내지만 저 선량 영역이 타 기법에 비해 넓은 것을 알 수 있다. 그러나 앞선 두 가지 치료법에서 치료계획 평가를 위한 대부분의 선량적 지표에서 비슷한 값을 보여 치료 계획 결과 및 평가에서는 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 환자의 해부학적 구조나 호흡 조절 가능 유무에 따라 치료기법 선택이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 사이버나이프를 이용한 치료의 경우 종양용적에 정확한 고 선량을 주며 정상장기 보호에 매우 유용한 치료법이지만 국소부위 치료만 가능한 점, 치료시간이 상대적으로 긴 점, 치료 전 침습적 시술인 금침 삽입술을 해야 하는 제약이 있다.

충남지방(忠南地方)의 전작물(田作物) 작부체계확립(作付體系確立)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Studies on the Cropping system of the Field Crop in Chungnam Area)

  • 본(本) 시험(試驗)은 1975년도(年度) 충남대학교(忠南大學校) 농과대학(農科大學)의 시험전(試驗田)에서 경지이용율(耕地利用率)을 높이기 위한 작부체계(作付體系)를 구명(究明)하기 위하여 우선 콩 단작(單作), 옥수수 단작(單作)과 몇가지 수준(水準)의 콩+감자 및 콩+옥수수 상호작시험(交互作試驗)을 실시(實施)하였는데 당년(當年) 8월이후(月以後) 10월(月)까지 계속(繼續)된 많은 강우(降雨)로 인(因)하여 콩+감자 혼작구(混作區)의 감자와 열무 시험(試驗)은 실패(失敗)하였다. 따라서 기타(其他) 처리구(處理區)에 대(對)한 시험결과(試驗結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 콩 단작구(單作區)에 비(比)하여 옥수수 상호작구(交互作區)의 콩은 개화기(開花期)가 2~3일간(日間) 지연(遲延)되었으며 성숙기(成熟期)도 2일간(日間) 지연(遲延)되었으나 옥수수는 개화기(開花期), 성숙기(成熟期) 등의 처리간(處理間) 차이(差異)를 인정(認定)할 수 없었다. 2. 콩의 간장(稈長)은 콩 단작구(單作區)가 콩+옥수수 혼작구(混作區)에 비(比)하여 더 길었으며 이들 Group간(間)에는 고도(高度)의 유의차(有意差)가 있었다. 3. 주당협수(株當莢數)는 Group간(間)에 유의차(有意差)가 인정(認定)되지 않았다. 4. 절간장(節間長) 및 절수(節數)는 Group간(間)에 유의차(有惠差)가 인정(認定)되었는데 이들 모두 옥수수+콩의 혼작구(混作區)가 콩의 혼작구(混作區)가 콩 단작구(單作區)에 비(比)하여 더 큰 결과(結果)를 보였다. 지아수에서는 이와는 반대(反對)의 현상(現象)이 나타났다. 5. 간중(稈重)은 이들 Group간(間)에 유의차(有意差)가 인정(認定)되지 않았다. 6. 10a당(當) 수량(收量)은 Group간(間)에 유의차(有意差)가 있었으며 콩 단작구(單作區)가 콩+옥수수 혼작구(混作區)에 비(比)하여 무거웠다. 7. 주당입중(株當粒重)에서는 Group들 간에 유의차(有意差)가 인정(認定)되었는데 콩 단작구(單作區)가 콩+옥수수 혼작구(混作區)에 비(比)하여 더 가벼웠고 혼작구(混作區)에서는 혼작방식(混作方式)에 따라서 유의차(有意差)가 인정(認定)되었다. 8. 옥수수에 있어서 단작구(單作區)와 옥수수+콩의 혼작구(混作區)의 비교(比較)는 초장(草長), 10a당(當) 자수본수(雌穗本數), 자수일본당평균중(雌穗一本當平均重), 자수일본당입중(雌穗一本當粒重), 자수장(雌穗長), 자수(雌穗)둘레, 주당자수수(株當雌穗數)에 있어서는 Group간 또는 Group내(內)에서 유의차(有意差)가 인정(認定)되지 않았고 단지 10a당(當) 옥수수 수량(收量)에 있어서는 1%수준(水準)에서 Group간에 유의차(有意差)가 있었는데 옥수수 단작구(單作區)가 제일 많았고 콩+옥수수 혼작구(混作區)에 있어서는 혼작방식(混作方式)에 따라서 수량(收量)에 유의차(有意差)가 있었다. 9. 경제성분석(經濟性分析)에 있어서는 콩+옥수수의 혼작구(混作區)가 조수익(粗收益)이 많았으며 특히 7처리구(處理區)는 콩 단작구(單作區)에 비(比)하여 476%의 수익(收益)을 증가(增加)시켰다. 10. 예측(豫測)했던 바와 같이 콩의 각종형질(各種形質)은 작부체계(作付體系)에 따라서 옥수수에 비(比)하여 현저하게 영향(影響)을 받았다. 앞으로 농가소득증대(農家所得增大)를 위한 더욱 합리적(合理的)인 작부체계(作付體系)의 구명(究明)이 필요(必要)하다고 생각된다.

Sensory Information Processing

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The correlation between glucose concentration and parameters was the best at 610nm. 30535 T00401030535 ^x Radiation-induced fibrosarcoma tumors were grown on the flanks of C3H mice. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. 수도집단재배의 기술체계에 관한 연구 (Study on the Technological System of the Cooperative Cultivation of Paddy Rice in Korea)

  • 수도작에 있어서 수량성의 향상과 경영의 합리화률 기하기 위한 집단재배의 기술체계를 확립하고자 지역과 지대별로 임의선정된 18개소에서 집단재배와 개별재배를 한 수도에 대하여 경종 및 생육ㆍ수량구성요소의 변이를 조사연구하였으며 460개소의 집단재배와 개별재배에 대하여 경종ㆍ경영 및 조직운영등을 비교조사하고 집단재배와 개별재배의 경제성을 분석하여 그 결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. 1. 집단재배와 개별재배의 경종 및 생육ㆍ수량형질에 관하여 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 육묘에 있어서 집단재배가 비료의 3요소 특히 인산과 가리의 사용량이 많았고 약제살포의 횟수도 많았다. (2) 본답에 있어서의 경종기술은 집단재배가 개별재배보다 ${\circled1}$ 이앙기가 빨랐고 ${\circled2}$ 재식밀도에 있어서 1주당 재식묘수는 적으나 단위면적당의 포기수는 많으며 \circled3 시비량은 질소, 인산, 가리 및 퇴비의 시용량이 현저히 많았고 ${\circled4}$ 분시횟수도 많았으며 ${\circled5}$ 살충제 및 살균제의 살포횟수도 역시 집단재배에서 많았다. (3) 도북의 정도는 집단재배가 약간 더 하였고 병해충의 발생정도는 잎도열병, 목도열병 그리구 멸구, 이화명충 1화기 및 2화기의 발생이 집단재배가 적었다. (4) 집단재배를 한 수도의 간장 및 수장은 길고 고중도 무거웠다. 그리고 조고비율은 집단재배에 있어서 80.9%, 개별재배가 69.9%로서 높은 유의차가 있었다. (5) 수량구성요소인 수수와 1수평균영화수가 집단재배에서 현저히 많았고 현미 1000립중도 무거웠으며 등숙율은 개별농가의 벼와 차이가 없었고 그 변이계수는 집단재배가 개별재배에 비하여 모두 작은 값을 보였다. (6) 현미수량은 평균 10a당 집단재배 459.0kg, 개별재배 374.8kg으로서 84.2kg이나 전자가 많았으며 그들간의 변이계수는 집단재배에서 작게 나타났다. (7) 기간재배기술과 수량구성요소의 상관관계에 있어서 고도의 유의상관을 보인 것은 파종기와 1수영화수, 못자리 약제살포횟수와 1수영화수, 이앙기와 1수영화수, 본답의 인산시용량과 수량, 본답의 가리시용량과 등숙율, 분시횟수와 수량등에서 정(+)상관을 보였고 파종기와 등숙율간에는 부(-)상관을 보였다. 2. 집단재배와 개별재배의 경종\ulcorner경영 및 조직운영에 대하여 종합적으로 조사비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 집단재배의 품종수는 13개이고 개별재배에서는 47품종으로서 개별재배가 품종의 단순화를 기하지 못하고 있다. (2) 육묘기술에 있어서 비료3요소 특히 인산과 가리의 시용량이 많았고 약제살포횟수가 많다는 것은 1ㆍ의 실험결과와 같으며 이밖에 집단재배의 경우에는 종자소특이 100% 실시되었으며 파종량도 3.3$m^2$당 표준파종량인 3.6~5.4이 파종이 많이 실시되었으나 개별재배에서는 박파와 밀파가 많아 파종량의 변이가 컸었다. (3) 이앙기, 재식밀도, 병충해방제, 약제살포횟수, 시비량 및 분시횟수등은 1.의 결과와 같으며 추경 및 객토와 동력경운기의 사용은 집단재배에서 많았으며 이앙방식은 종전의 정방형식에서 극단적인장방형식으로 많이 바뀌었으며 물관리에 있어서는 중각낙수와 간단관수가 비교적 많이 실시되었다. (4) 현미수량은 평균 10a당 집단재배가 466kg이고 개별재배는 380kg으로서 전자가 86kg 많았다. (5) 병충해방제작업이 집단재배에서 집단방제로 많이 실시되었고 종자소독도 80% 이상의 공동으로 이루어 졌으며 수확, 수확물의 운반, 탈곡, 논갈이 작업등도 개별재배에서 보다 많이 공동으로 이루어졌다. (6) 집단재배에서 객토 및 퇴비의 사용이 현저히 많았으며 그 작업도 공동으로 이루어진 비율이 높고 또한 노동력의 투입도 많았다. (7) 육묘 및 본답의 물관리작업은 집단재배가 개별재배보다 노동력의 투입이 적었다. (8) 비료, 농약 및 노동력등의 비용가액은 집단재배가 개별재배보다 많았으며 약 2배에 가까웠다. (9) 경영규모는 3ha로부터 7ha 이상의 범위에 있으며 5ha내외의 것이 많았고 1개소의 집단재배는 10~20개 정도의 필지로 되어있는 것이 대부분이었다. (10) 경영자 및 경작자의 학력은 집단재배의 회장, 재배반장, 방제반장 및 수리반장 모두 국민학교졸업 이상이 93.7%이며 개별재배는 83%를 보였고 그들의 연령은 40~45세가 가장 많으며 이러한 경향은 양자가 비슷하였다. (11) 집단재배의 운영에 관한 주요설문에 대한 경작자들의 반응은 집단재배를 함으로서 확실히 수량은 증가하였는데 이것은 시비법개선과 병충해방제의 효과가 가장 컸다고 생각하는 사람이 많았고 집단재배를 함으로서 영농자재의 입수와 모든 작업이 적기에 이루어 졌다고 하는 것이 많았다. 또한 경작노력은 적게 들었다는 것이 66.8%이며 이앙노력은 집단재배가 오히려 더 들었다는 것 그리고 관의 간섭이 많았다는 것 등이 특이한 것이며 집단재배의 계속을 원하는 농가가 74.5%이고 원치 않은 농가가 25.5%였었다. 3. 집단재배와 개별재배의 경제성을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 경영비의 비용가액중 퇴비, 금비, 농약대 및 고용노임은 집단재배에 있어서 개별재배보다 각각 335원, 199원, 388원 및 303원이 더 투입되어 큰 차이를 보였으나 기타생산비목들은 집단재배와 개별재배간에 큰 차이가 없었다. (2) 총수익에서 경영비를 뺀 소득은 집단재배에서 24,302원이였고 개별재배에서는 20,168원으로 집단재배에서 10a당 4,134원의 소득증대를 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 수도집단재배는 새로운 기술의 적용도를 높이고 경영의 합리화를 기하여 안전다수확으로 개개 농가의 소득증대에 기여하였을 뿐만아니라 농민에게 새 기술의 적용이 유익했다는 실증을 보여 줌으로서 농민 스스로의 생산과정에 파급적이며 영속적인 변화를 촉진시킬것이라는 또 하나의 결론을 얻었다.
