20세기 중엽 충청지역의 혼례복과 혼례풍속에 관한 민속학적 연구 (A Study of Falklore on Wedding Costumes and Wedding Practices in Chunchung District in the Middle of 20th Century)

  • In the middle of the 20th century the traditional wedding costumes in Chungchung district were very similar to those of high officials. A bridegroom out on blue DanRyoung, Samo, official belt, buckskin and two cranes figured Hyoongbae which high-ranking officials wore, A bride put green Wonsam and Chonkduri on her hair, The color and cloth of Chogori, Chima and underwear showed wedding practice in those days on which a daughter-in-law should endure a hard married life. It reflects the Confucian ideas and a patriarch society. This paper studies on the substantive reason they wore the traditional wedding costumes in Chungchung district is not thoroughly considered in a folkloristic respect. The traditional wedding culture that a bridegroom and a bride wore a formal suit can be a good instance which showed us their desire for social status of the upper class. The wedding practices were performed in order to get rid of an omen and keep a good their fortune.

주민참여를 통한 쉐필드 그린벨트의 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획을 위한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study for Landscape Ecological Design and Planning by Public Participation in the Sheffield Green Belt)

  • 경관특성평가(Landscape character assessment)는 지속가능한 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획을 찾는데 있어 점점 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이 연구는 농촌경관(Rural landscape)평가방법의 잠재성에 초점을 두고 전문가에 의한 쉐필드 그린벨트의 경관가치 평가가 그린벨트 안이나 주변에 사는 거주자들의 의견을 반영했는지를 연구하였다. 쉐필드 그린벨트지역을 대상으로 경관특성평가를 하였고 설문지 조사 결과는 경관에 전문지식을 갖고 있는 전문가에 의한 평가와 일반인에 의한 평가결과를 서로 비교하는데 이용하였다. 결과를 통해 두 그룹사이의 유사점들과 차이점들을 판단할 수 있었고 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획을 위한 경관특성평가 과정에서 일반인의 참여의 가능성을 제시할 수 있었다. 앞으로 지속가능한 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획의 중요한 수단으로서 진보된 경관특성평가의 접근방법이 개발되어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

  • With the global adoption of the reduction policy on greenhouse gas and environmental pollution, that is 'low carbon green growth', the central and local governments strive to increase their investments in railways in an effort to replace fossil fuels, and seek the ways to diversify and vitalize the tourism resources taking full advantage of the railway systems. Seoul metro has therefore launched 'A research on the development of the Bukhan mountain railway' for the establishment of the environmentally friendly tourism belt making good use of Mt. Bukhan., the only national park in the Seoul metropolitan area, with its picturesque scenery. This paper pursues the basic directions for the application scope of the relevant laws and regulations for the development of the mountain railways as part of our continuing effort to further 'A study on the development of the Bukhan mountain railway' along with the review on the project implementation policy pursuant to the applicable laws on private investment for social infrastructures.

淸代 乾隆朝 『穿戴 案』 服飾硏究 (A Study on Emperor s Costumes during the Reign of Chien-lung in Ching Dynasty)

  • The founding of ching costume system starts from the rule issued in second year of Te-chong reign that the clothing of Manchu people is prohibited to be chinesized. It has undergone many revisions and is officially established in the 37th year of Chien-lung reign. This study is Emperor's costumes during the year in Chien-lung reign. The results are as follows: Emperor's costumes go to the travel are Chi-fu hat and Hsing-fu. Sea-dragon hat changes on otter skin or beaver hat and Ching-rong and ching-ni hat changes velvet hat. Light green informal wear is to be worn once a year. Name of sacrificial robes does not exist in Ching-hui-dien-tu but it take the place of Chao-fu I and Chao-dai II in Chuan-dai-dang-an. Sacrificial robes wear with indigo boots and the other cases wear blue boots and shoes and socks. The shape on ornaments in belt of sacrificial robes is tetragon style.

  • This study aims at clarifying the planning methods and historical significance of Park Byung-Joo's New Seoul Blank Plan(1966) in the context of South Korea's Urban Design during the 1960-1970s. In addition, it also tries to reveal how the planner's ideas were transformed into realized urban projects in Korea. By the comparison of the New Seoul Blank Plan and these projects, we can come to understand how the new concepts of urban planning such as CIAM's planning principles, Neighborhood Unit Theory, New Town plan and green belt concept were adapted to Korean society in the 1960s and 1970s.

중부한국의 하록림 밑 관목층 구성종의 미분포와 종간상관 (Pattern and Association within Shrub Layer under Summer Green Forest in Central Korean Peninsula)

  • Nine shrub layer communities under two relatively well conserved natural summer green forests in the central region of Korean Peninsula were studied for the pattern of stem distribution in terms of Greig-Smith's multiple split-plot experiment and for the association between the population of the two main species in terms of Kershaw's covariance analysis respectively. Four contiguous belt transects, $4{\times}64m size with 1{\times}1m$ basic unit, were set in each shrub layer communities. Significant primary clumps with $1{\times}1m or 1{\times}2m$ dimension wer observed consistently throughout the nine study sites. The primary clumps themselves were significantly distributed either regularly or at random. The association between the two principal species of each shrub layer is highly significantly either positive or negative in $1{\times}1m or 1{\times}2m$ dimension. As the plot size increases from $1{\times}1m to 8{\times}8m$ the associational trends were changed from negative to positive direction in one forests. But the change from positive to negative direction and the consistent negative association were also observed from the other forest. All of the association trends were observed only from $1{\times}1m to 4{\times}4m$ dimension. These results are suggestive that the distributional pattern of the shrub layer species under the summer green forest is simple mosaic fashioned with $1{\times}1m or 1{\times}2m$ dimension. The rest of the principal species are located in that matrix. The simple mosaic pattern of two principal species are located in that matrix. The simple mosaic pattern of two principal species seems to be controlled by change in micro-environmental pattern. Differences between the primary random group and clumped group among sites also suggest that competition exists for light or/and soil between primary clumped groups.

개발제한구역관리계획의 환경성 강화방안 연구 - 수도권 개발제한구역관리계획을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Environmental Enhancement of the Development Restricted Zone(DRZ) Management Plan)

  • Under the 「National Land Planning and Utilization Act」, Development Restriction Zones(DRZ) is one of the designated use district where the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport deems it necessary to control urban development in order to prevent urban sprawl and conurbation and ensure a healthy living environment for citizens by conserving the natural environment surrounding metropolitan cities. DRZ was first designated around the Seoul Metropolitan city in 1971, and had been expanded to the 14 metropolitan areas across the country since 1977. The designated areas were accounted for about 5.4% of the total national land and its importance was demonstrated by contributing to control urban sprawl, curbing real estate speculation, and providing green space to citizens. However, DRZ has been repeatedly relaxed its regulations and allowed development under government. As a result, much of the green areas was damaged and several cities were merged and extended(conurbation). In particular, deregulation implemented for the purpose of securing land as part of national projects and local outstanding business(i.g. constructions of national rental housing, industrial complex, and international stadium) have caused continuous environmental damage around the metropolitan cities. In addition, the habitat fragmentation is in serious situation. Thus, the systematic plans for managing DRZ are necessary, since it is concerned that urban environment become deteriorate in the mid- to long-term. This study aims to continuously protect the urban environment from lifting DRZ. Therefore, firstly, we examined the environmental status through analyzing DRZ Management Plan which shall be drawn up by the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, the Metropolitan City Mayor or the Mayer/Do governor having jurisdiction, every five years to collectively manage DRZ. Secondly, we investigated the actual condition in DRZ based on the case study of Management Plan in Metropolitan areas(i.e. Seoul Metropolis, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon Metropolis). Finally, we suggested the seven feasible improved political plan for managing DRZ.

인구잠재력을 이용한 광역도시 개편에 따른 공간구조변화 분석 : 부산광역시를 중심으로 (An Analysis of the Spatial Structure Changes according to the Reorganization of Metropolitan City Using Population Potential : Focused on Busan Metropolitan City)

  • 연구대상지인 부산광역시는 1995년 본격적인 지방 자치 제도의 시행과 함께 광역시로 승격하게 됨에 따라 인구와 공간 부족 문제를 해결하고자 주변지역을 흡수하면서 전체적인 변화를 맞이하였다. 현재는 광역도시로 개편된 지 25년이 지난 시점으로 공간구조차원에서 도시전체의 균형 있는 발전이 이루어지고 있는지 진단해볼 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미래 공간상호작용을 위한 잠재력의 의미인 인구잠재력을 시공간적으로 적용함으로써 공간구조 변화와 권역별 특징을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 도시기본계획에서 도심 및 부도심으로 설정된 지역을 중심으로 발전은 이루어지고 있었으나, 광역도시 개편에 의해 편입된 강서구와 기장군은 정체된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도시전체의 균형발전을 위하여 상대적으로 낙후된 지역에 대한 지역혁신성장 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 추가적으로 도시외곽에 존재하는 개발제한구역에 의해 공간의 발전축이 억제되는 것으로 나타났지만, 연구대상지 내에 개발제한구역이 존재하는 다른 권역은 편입된 지역과 다르게 성장하는 패턴이 나타났다. 따라서 편입지역의 정체 원인을 토지이용규제에 국한할 것이 아니라 지역 특성을 고려한 지속적인 성장 관리방안 수립을 통하여 계획해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

지속가능한 발전을 위한 대도시 외연부 녹지 활용 사례연구 - 베를린, 밀라노, 서울을 대상으로 - (Green Spaces in the Urban Peripheries of Metropole Regions for Sustainable Development - Focused on Berlin, Milano and Seoul -)

  • 본 연구는 지속가능한 도시 발전을 위해 도시 외연부 녹지를 활용한 해외사례에 주목하였다. 그 대상으로 서울의 외연부 녹지와 입지적 형태적 상황이 유사한 독일 베를린-브란덴부르크 광역공원화 사례와 이탈리아 밀라노의 방사형 녹지축 사례를 선정 및 분석하였다. 분석의 틀로 기존 인프라 접근성 및 연계, 재활용, 협력적 관리를 세웠다. 사례분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시 외연부 녹지의 생태적, 문화적 특성을 고려한 차별화 된 공간 전략이 지속가능한 발전 계획의 토대로 이용되었다. 둘째, 도시 중심에서 외곽으로 이어지는 물리적 연계가 생태적, 환경적 가치뿐 아니라, 주변 지역의 경제적 가치 향상과 연결되어 도시의 지속가능한 발전에 이바지하였다. 셋째, 도시 외연부에 걸쳐있는 녹지의 통합적인 협력 관리 시스템을 구축하여, 행정관리 주체의 다원화와 다양한 이해관계자 사이의 갈등을 유기적인 조절을 통해 지속성을 유지하고자 하였다. 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 현재 서울 외연부는 녹지가 분산되어 있고 연속적인 산지가 이루어져 있으나, 전체 경관이 획일적이기 때문에, 도시 외연부 녹지 경관의 정체성을 재정립한 차별화 전략 수립이 필요하다. 또한, 주변부산지와 도심지 녹지를 적극적으로 연계하여 생태적 가치와 경제적 가치 창출을 도모하고, 궁극적으로 도심의 지속가능한 발전이 이루어질 수 있도록 도모해야 한다. 마지막으로, 도시 외연부에 위치한 녹지의 대부분이 여러 행정경계 상에 위치하여 녹지관리주체가 파편화 되어있는 현 실정을 해소하기 위한 통합적 관리 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 도심 중심의 도시 발전 관점에서 벗어나 도시 외연부 녹지의 접근성 및 연계, 활용 및 관리로부터 이루어지는 도심의 지속가능한 발전이 이루어질 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

도시녹지의 대기정화효과에 대한 분석적 연구 - 도시 가로수를 중심으로 - (An Analytical Study on the Air Purification Effect of Urban Openspace - Focusing on Urban Roadside Trees -)

  • The objective of this study is to review and verify whether the functions and effect of roadside trees generally known in theory are actually realized in urban roads and how well they are performed if the function and effect are really realized. The study was conducted with a focus on air purification effect of roadside trees. The m헤r study result is as follows. First, calculation of air purification effect of roadside trees showed that it is minimal. However, 7.4 units of broad-leaved trees is necessary in order to purify $SO_2$ discharged by one passenger car and 1,803.3 trees to purify $NO_2$. Second, regarding pollutant absorption capacity, air pollutant absorption capacity increased as the number of rows planted gets higher (i.e., 2-row plantation absorbs pollutant better than I-row plantation). In particular, "2-row plantation + lower-level shrub + buffer green belt" was as eight times high as "I-row plantation" in absorption capacity. Third, out of 30 roads with over 8 lanes in 15 cities, only 33.3% or a total of ten roads in seven cities had a median strip. Out of these ten roads, nine roads were planted in a double-layer consisting forest trees, shrubs, ground plants (grass). Analysis showed that out of six tree species planted along these roads, about a half of them were weak to air pollution. Also, based on the outcome of this study, charging a "plantation due" when people purchase a new car, improving layout of roadside trees, and reinforcing plantation of air purification tree species when selecting tree species for roadside trees were proposed.
