도시생태계 현황파악 및 자연성 증진 방안 -서울시 강서구를 사례로- (Ecosystem Structure and Improvement of Naturalness in Urban Area -In the Case of Kangseo-gu in Seoul-)

  • The focus of this study is the promotion of green area volumes and their naturalness, water circulation system, decline of entropy, creation of biological habitats and linkage of separated urban green space. Re-presentative urban biotope survey sites were categorized as urban biotope, semi-natural biotope, and natural forest. In the urban biotope, a residential biotope was constructed near the Han river and in mountain areas. The green-area ratio at the housing complex was about 25%. GVZ(Grunvolumenzahl) was 0.35m$^3$/m$^2$ at the 5∼10-story housing complex, and 1.53m$^3$/m$^2$ over the 11-story. As for the green-area structure of the housing complex, canopy layer, understory layer, and shrub layer were not differentiated and the green-area volume was not high enough. The green-area ratio of school areas as a public area biotope was 5∼20%. GVZ was 1.12m$^3$/m$^2$ at Myungduk High School, and 1.78m$^3$/m$^2$ at Jeonggok Elementary School. In order to convert the urban biotope into an ecological area, green areas around the buildings should be connected to urban buffer green areas, and multi-layer structures should be established with natural plant species. In the semi-natural biotope, neighbor parks were created park in the vicinity of the natural forests. GVZ was 0.28m$^3$/m$^2$, and plantation was established with single layer structure and was definitely insufficient for the area. The urban buffer green areas have been established in strip corridors with the width of 20∼123m. In those areas, GVZ was 0.16∼0.27m$^3$/m$^2$ and had a deficient canopy layer, understory layer, and shrub layer. Soil conditions were not favorable for tree growth. In the natural biotope, GVZ of the plantation was 1.03∼1.5m$^3$/m$^2$ but the high crown closure of this area reduces the chance of species change and succession. GVZ of natural forest was 2.53∼2.57m$^3$/m$^2$. It is desirable to plant diverse plants and the natural forest should be succeeded by broad-leaf deciduous tree species. To improve the value of biotope at Kangseo-Gu, building height needs to be limited to reduce the environmental deterioration in the city. In order to maintain the water circulation system, water-permeable material is recommened when the urban surface areas are paved. The establishment of a water circulation system will improve ground water levels, soil moisture, water quality, and habitats. In order to improve biological diversity, it is desirable to have multi-layer structures in urban green areas with native species.

건물일체형 패널형 벽면녹화 식재기반 유형별 건물에너지 성능 분석 (Analysis of Building Energy Reduction Effect based on the Green Wall Planting Foundation Type Using a Simulation Program)

  • 본 연구는 도심의 열환경 개선 및 건물에너지저감 효과가 입증된 벽면녹화 중 기존 건물에 적용 가능한 패널형 벽면녹화 식재기반 유형에 따른 건물에너지 저감 성능을 분석하고자 하였다. 식재기반 유형은 총 4가지 유형으로 하였으며, Case A는 벽면녹화가 미적용된 유형으로 콘크리트 + 단열재로 구성하였다. Case B는 식재층 + 무기다공성블록 + 콘크리트 + 단열재로 구성하였으며, Case C는 식재층 + 코코피트블록 + 콘크리트 + 단열재로 구성하였다. Case D는 식재층 + 마사토블록 + 콘크리트 + 단열재로 구성하였다. 분석항목으로는 열전도율, 열관류율, 건물에너지시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 식재기반 유형별 열전도율은 Case C(0.053W/mK) > Case B(0.1W/mK) > Case D(0.17W/mK)의 순이었다. 에너지시뮬레이션 결과 중 단위면적당 냉방피크부하저감은 미적용인 Case A 대비 Case C(1.19%) > Case B(1.14%) > Case D(1.01%)이며, 난방피크부하저감은 Case A 대비 Case C(2.38%) > Case B(1.82%) > case D(1.50%)로 산정되었다. 연간 냉 난방부하저감은 미적용 Case A대비 벽면녹화 유형에서 0.92~1.28% 저감률을 나타내었다. 연간 냉난방에너지사용량은 3.04~3.22%의 저감률을 보였으며, 1차에너지사용량은 Case A대비 나머지 유형에서 평균 5,844 kWh/yr의 저감량을 보였다. 연간 이산화탄소발생량은 벽면녹화 미적용 Case A대비 평균 996kg 저감량을 보였다. 식재위치별 에너지성능평가 결과 동향 > 서향 > 남향 > 북향 순이었다. 벽면녹화비율에 따른 에너지성능평가 결과 녹화 비율이 높아짐에 따라 양호한 결과를 나타내었으며, 20~80%의 비율보다 100% 녹화시 약 2배의 저감률을 보였다.

감잎, 녹차, 솔잎의 건분 및 에탄올추출물이 흰쥐의 지방대사와 항산화능에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Dried Leaf Powders and Ethanol Extracts of Persimmon, Green Tea and Pine Needle on Lipid Metabolism and Antioxidative Capacity in Rats)

  • The effects of dried leaf powders and ethanol extract of persimmon, green tea and pine needle on lipid metabolism, lipid peroxidation and antioxidative activity were investigated in rats. Forty-nine male Spargue-Dawley rats weighing 107.8$\pm$1.8g were blocked into seven groups according to body weight. Rats were raised for four weeks with diets containing either 5%(w/w) dried leaf powders of one of three different Korea traditional teas, persimmon(Diospyros kaki Thunb), green tea(Camellia Sinensis O.Ktzc)or pine needle(pinus Koreansis Sieb. Et Zucc), or ethanol from equal amounts of each dried tea powder. Food intake, weight gain, food efficiency ratio, and weights of liver, kidney and epididymal fat were significantly higher in the green-tea-powder group, and significantly lower in the pine-needle-powder and pine-needle-extract groups. Persimmon-leaf powder was found to decrease plasma total lipid, triglyceride and cholesterol concentration by increasing fecal total lipid triglyceride and cholesterol excretions. Liver cholesterol concentration was significantly lower in the green-tea and pine-needle-extract groups. Red-blood-cell superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px) activities were significantly increased in rats fed green-tea extract. Liver SOD activity was increased in rats fed pine-needle powder or extract, and liver GSH-px activity was increased in rats fed greentea powder. Plasma and liver thiobarbituric acid reactive substance(TBARS) concentration were both decreased in rats fed dried leaf posers or extracts of persimmon or green tea. It is believed that high vitamin E levels in persimmon leaf, and high flavonoid, beta-carotene and vitamin C levels in green tea effectively inhibited lipid peroxidation. In conclusion, persimmon and green tea leaves were effective in lowering lipid levels and inhibiting lipid peroxidation in animal tissue, while pine needles were effective and lowering body weight gain. From these results, persimmon and green tea leaves can be recommended in the treatment and prevention of chronic discorders such as cardiovascular disease, cancer and aging. As ethanol extracts from these teas were also effecitive in lowering tissue lipid levels and inhibiting lipid peroxidation, we recommend the use of discarded tea grounds for this.

가루녹차 첨가가 제면 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Green Tea Powder on Noodle Properties)

  • 녹차를 이용한 기능성 면류를 제조하기 위해서 가루녹차를 밀가루에 1, 2, 3, 5, 7.5 및 10%첨가하여 제조한 생면의 품질 특성 변화를 조사하였다. 가루녹차의 첨가 농도가 증가함에 따라 아밀로그래프상의 호화개시 온도는 증가하였고, 최고 점도와 최종 점도는 감소하였다. 조리면의 성질도 가루녹차 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 무게와 부피는 상대적으로 감소함을 보였고, 탁도는 증가하였다. 표면색의 측정 결과 L값과 a값은 감소하였고, b값은 증가하였다. 조리면에 대한 TPA(texture profile analysis) 결과 가루녹차 2% 첨가까지는 견고성, 부착성, 탄력성, 씹힘성이 증가하였으나 3% 첨가부터 감소하였으며, 응집성은 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. 조리면의 관능검사 결과 가루녹차 1% 첨가시에 가장 좋은 품질로 평가되었다.

화유옹주묘 출토 녹유리장경각병-보존과 분석 (Scientific Conservation and Analysis of Octagonal Green Glass Bottle Excavated from Tomb Hwayu princess)

  • 경기도 부천시 중구 일대 묘 이장 작업을 하던 중 화유옹주묘에서 녹유리장경각병을 발견하였다. 이 유리병은 진한 녹색을 띠는 팔각의 유리병으로서 굽바닥에 "건륭년제" 라고 음각되어 있어 제작 연대는 AD1736년-1795년 범위이다. 이 유리병의 보존처리를 위하여 X-선촬영, 접착제 및 복원제 테스트를 거쳐 접합 및 복원을 실시하였다. 유리병의 보존처리를 위해 반투명성, 충분한 접착 강도 및 가역성을 갖춘 접착제(Loctite 401)를 선정하였으며 복원제는 기존에 남아있는 것을 그대로 사용하여 복원하였다. 또한 유리 미세 단편을 사용하여 성분조성 및 납동위원소비를 분석하였다. 유리병의 주요 산화물을 살펴보면 $SiO_2$ 68.0 %, $K_2O$ 18.5 %, PbO,5.65%로서 녹유리장경각병은 $K_2O$-PbO-$SiO_2$ 계통의 유리이며 녹색은 $Fe_2O_3$ 3% 및 CUO 2%에 의한것이었다. 유리병을 제작할 때 규사의 원료는 석영(Quartz)을, 칼리($K_2O$)는 천연 초석(Natural saltpeter; $KNO_3$)을 사용한 것으로 판단된다. 납 원료는 중국 남부 지역에서 산출되는 납광석을 입수하여 유리제작시에 첨가한 것으로 추정된다. 이와 같은 과학 분석 결과는 향후 고대 유리 문화의 배경과 유통 연구를 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다

막투과법에 의한 녹차음료의 카드뮴 및 납 제거효과 (Effect of Green Tea Beverage on the Removal of Cadmium and Lead by Membrane Filtration)

  • 본 연구는 녹차음료가 음용수나 식품에 오염된 중금속 (Pb, Cd)의 장내 흡수 억제효과가 있는지를 조사하기위해 장내 흡수 조건을 고려한 한외여과막을 이용한 in vitro 실험을 실시하였다. 납과 카드뮴이 수질기준의 10배 또는 100배로 오염된 음료수애서 단독오염의 경우 납은 녹차, 홍차에서 $50{\sim}70%$, 보리차에서 $30{\sim}40%$의 제거율을 보였으며 카드뮴은 녹차, 홍차에서 $30{\sim}40%$, 보리차에서 $10{\sim}20%$의 제거율을 나타냈다. 납과 카드뮴이 혼합오염된 경우는 단독오염보다 제거효과가 낮았는데 이는 다엽성분 및 여과막에 대한 두 금속원소의 흡착경합에 기인하는 것으로 생각된다. 다류 원료에서 음료틀 침출하는$70^{\circ}C$, 2분과 $95^{\circ}C$, 10분외 두 조건은 비슷한 중금속 제거율을 보였다. 녹차의 페놀성 물질인 tannic acid 와 gallicd acid도 비슷한 중금속 제거효과를 보였다.

녹즙분말이 흰쥐의 지질패턴 및 항산화 체계에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Freeze-dried Green Vegetable Extract on Lipid Profiles and Antioxidant Status in the Rat)

  • There has been increasing research interests that green vegetables play beneficial roles in human health. This study was performed to investigate the effects of freeze-dried green vegetable extract of Angelica keiskei Koidz (A) and Brassica oleracea acephala (B) on lipid profiles and antioxidant status in rats. Seven-weeks old male Sprague Dawley rats were divided into 6 groups and fed diets containing 5% A & B and 0.5% cholesterol (cho) for 8 weeks [Control Diet (C) & C + chol (CC), A & A + chol (AC), B & B + chol (BC)]. Lipid profiles and antioxidant status were determined by enzyme assay methods. The serum levels of [LDL + VLDLJ-cholesterol of the rats fed vegetable extract diets A and B were significantly lower than that of group C and the ratios of HDL/[LDL + VLDL] were significantly higher in groups A and B. Addition of cholesterol in the diet, however, abolished this effect. The Brassica oleracea acephala juice lowered serum TG level even when cholesterol was added to the diet. Serum total antioxidant status(TAS) were significantly higher in groups A and B as compared to the control group and the ratios of [GSH-Px +Catalase]/total-SOD in the liver were also significantly higher in groups A and B indicating that H202 produced be efficiently removed. In conclusion, freeze-dried green vegetable extract diets (A and B) improved serum lipid profiles by increasing the HDL/[LDL + VLDL〕 ratio and exerted favorable influences on antioxidant systems by improving total antioxidant status (TAS) in serum and by significantly increasing the ratio of [GSH-Px + Catalase]/total-SOD in the liver.

  • The Green Wall is highest eco-system among a segmental retaining wall systems. Recently, the demand of high segmental retaining wall (SRW) is increased in domestic. The soil nailing system is applied in order to maintain the high SRW stability for steeper slope. However, the proper design approach that can consider the earth pressure reduction effects in soil nailing system has not been proposed. This study was performed to introduce the design case by 'Two-Body Translation mechanism' to be able to consider distribution of earth pressure in the soil nailing when designing the green wall using soil nailing system. Also, this study attempts to evaluate the earth pressure change when advanced soil nailing system is constructed using $FLAC^{2D}$ ver. 3.30 program and 'Two-Body Translation mechanism'. Also in this study, various parametric studies using numerical methods as shear strength reduction (SSR) technique and limit equilibrium technique were carried out. In the parametric study, the length ratio and the bond ratio of the soil nailing were changed to identify the earth pressure reduction effect of the retaining wall reinforced by soil nailing.

감잎, 엉겅퀴, 뉴그린으로부터 플라보노이드성분의 추출 (Extraction of Flavonoid Components from Persimmon Leaf, Thistle and New Green)

  • 본 연구에서는 항산화성분 함량이 높다고 알려진 천연물인 감잎, 엉겅퀴, 뉴그린을 이용하여 유효성분을 추출하고 DPPH radical scavening activity와 플라보노이드성분 함량분석을 수행하였다. 추출에 사용된 추출용매로는 초순수와 주정을 이용하였고, 초순수-주정의 비율, 시료의 양, 추출시간, 추출온도 등을 변수로 설정하였다. 각 천연물의 최적추출조건은 추출시간(2.5~3.5 h), 시료의 양은 50 g/L이었고, 주정/초순수의 부피비와 추출온도의 경우 각각 감잎(55~65 vol%, $50{\sim}60^{\circ}C$), 엉겅퀴(40~50 vol%, $55{\sim}65^{\circ}C$), 뉴그린(55~65 vol%, $50{\sim}60^{\circ}C$)으로 나타났다. 또한 추출된 유효성분의 항산화능과 플라보노이드성분 함량분석 결과 감잎 > 엉겅퀴 > 뉴그린 순으로 크게 나타났다.

에어-플로우 염색기의 염색성능과 역학특성 (Dyeability and mechanical characteristics of Air-Flow Dyeing Machines)

  • The air-flow dyeing machine is a new type of dyeing machine. Which is an energy saving type to be able to dye the fabrics with the lowest liquor ratio and in shorter time. This machine is operated with an aerodynamic system rather than a hyd raulic system for traditional jet or overflow dyeing. An air-flow dyeing machine(Green-flow) by the use of aerodynamic technology was developed and compared with the Luft-roto machine made by Thies Company, Germany, in this study. Three samples were dyed with both machines under the same dyeing conditions and color fastness, dyeing levelness, drapability, and mechanical properties of these samples were compared. The results were as follows; Both machines have almost the same dyeability. The dyeability was good at liquor ratio of 1: 3.5 and the speed of 450yds/min. The order for drapability was Crepe de Chine > Cool Peach > Charmeuse. Except for the color fastness of sublimation being below class 4, most color fastness of samples dyed with Green-flow m/c were above class 4. The maximum speed was 510yds/min. for Crepe de Chine and the standard deviation of K/S value was lower for Charmeuse and Cool Peach when employed on the "Green-flow" machine and lower for Crepe de Chine when employed on the Luft-roto machine. Comparing with dyeing of the Green-flow machine and that of the Luft-roto machine, the RT of the Charmeuse was found to be higher with the Green-flow machine and thus the sample had an improved wrinkle recovery. LT and WT of Cool Peach were higher, and shear properties(G, 2HG, 2HGS) of Crepe de Chine were higher, both turning out as suitable for clothing. clothing.
