Recently the role of a railroad is emphasized as the imprortant part for growth for the low carbon green growth and the social consensus about the railroad investment is actively progressed. The various social economic value in which the travel demand change over of the environment-friendly railroad system can bring becomes with public debate as much as a discussion is not any more necessary. In this research, the influence that it recognized that the travel time improvement by the high speed rail was the most important element among many method that it can increase the railroad use efficiency in which it connects the interregional major cities and the railway travel time improvement reaches to the rate of railway and road travel time, and the environment like the carbon emission quantity was comprehensively inquired.

친환경 녹색성장 대표 교통수단인 철도는 자동차와는 달리 연계환승 체계가 꼭 필요한 교통수단이다. 이에 주요 철도거점역을 중심으로 하는 연계체계의 필요성은 국가적인 핵심 사업으로 필요하게 될것이다, 따라서 이용고객의 환승체계의 시스템이 이루어지지 않으면 녹색성장 및 대중교통 활성화 서비스는 멀게만 느껴질것이다. 아울러, 본 연구에서는 경남지역 철도거점역(창원, 북창원, 마산) 과 타 교통수단간 연계 환승 구축 및 활성화 방안을 소개하고자 한다. 이 방안은 지역거점역의 연계환승체계 구축 모델이 될 수 있을것으로 판단되며, 철도 대중교통 이용고객 편의를 위한 방안으로 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

This study intended to identify the problems of the railroad which are raised as one of the 21C next-generation but to define the direction for the absence of the national policy and examine the competitiveness of railway transportation which is a Green Network with low environmental destruction and high energy efficiency as the continuable means of transportation for the 21st century with superiority to energy crisis caused by high oil price, conclusion of the Kyoto Protocol for worsened air pollution, and reduced cost of traffic jam.

본 논문은 도시형 신교통시스템 도입 계획단계에서 적정 신교통시스템을 용이하게 선정하기 위해 대중교통수단의 다양한 특성들에 대한 중요도를 고려하는 평가기법을 제시하고 있다. 이 기법은 대중교통수단의 특성을 이용자 영향요인, 지역사회 영향요인, 정부 및 운영자 영향요인으로 구분하여 총 12개의 평가항목을 설정하고, 이에 대한 중요도를 분석하여 신교통시스템을 평가하는 기법이다. 실증적 분석을 위해 AHP 기법을 이용하여 중소도시의 간선형 신교통시스템에 대한 가중치를 조사하여 평가를 시행한 결과, 중요도는 안전성, 신속 및 정시성, 편리성, 지역활성화 순으로, 우선순위는 철재차륜 AGT, LIM, 고무차륜 AGT 순으로 분석되었다.

본 연구에서는 이동통신 자료를 활용하여 존재인구를 산정하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 존재인구란 특정 시간 및 공간 단위에 거주하거나 활동하는 인구로 정의하였다. 이를 위하여 SKT에서 제공하는 이동통신 자료를 활용하였으며, 통신확률 개념을 적용하여 이동통신 자료의 전수화를 통한 존재인구 산정 방안을 제시하였다. 서울시 개별 구를 대상으로 시간대별 존재인구를 산정한 후, 이를 활용하여 일간 존재인구 및 존재인구지수를 도출하였으며, 통계청에서 제공하고 있는 주간인구 및 주간인구지수와의 비교분석을 통해 두 값 사이에 강한 양의 상관관계가 있음을 제시하였다. 이처럼 시간대별, 일간 존재인구 산정에 이동통신 자료를 활용할 경우 기존의 조사 방법에 비해 비용 효율적이며, 합리적이고 일관성 있는 결과를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 본 연구에서 제시된 시간대별, 요일별 패턴 분석 등을 통해 보다 합리적인 정책 수립과 행정력 배분이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

Many countries are pursuing the policy of activation of the railway that are means of high-efficiency eco-friendly for a sustainable low-carbon green growth through railroads' logistics, the Korea government also aims to increase railroad logistics two or three times more than present railroad logistics. But there are problems to expand the terminal infrastructure that are the limitation of geographical conditions and huge costs. We are developing the simulation to analyze the result by changing the operation method of yard trailers, reach stackers and gates. This paper aim to analyze gate performance adopting RFID.
