In this research, the influence that it recognized that the travel time improvement by the high speed rail was the most important element among many method that it can increase the railroad use efficiency in which it connects the interregional major cities and the railway travel time improvement reaches to the rate of railway and road travel time, and the environment like the carbon emission quantity was comprehensively inquired.
