친환경건축물인증학교의 생태환경요소에 대한 실태조사 (Survey of actual status of ecological environment elements of certification schools of environment friendly architecture)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement of certification standards of environment friendly architecture in ecological environment field by surveying and analyzing actual status of actual certification schools of environment friendly architecture per ecological environment elements through extracting ecological environment elements which is possible to analyze in quantity certification standards of environment friendly architecture. As contents of the study, first, certification as an examination on certification system of environment friendly architecture, summary of certification system of environment friendly architecture, ecological environment elements which is possible for quantitative analysis of ecological environment certification standards were extracted. Second, actual status of ecological environment elements per school grade, region, and population increase by collecting actual data of certification schools of environment friendly architecture. Third, using analysis data of ecological environment elements, ecological area ratio of certification schools of environment friendly architecture per weighted values of space types was calculated and the results were analyzed as the follows. (1) In case of preliminary certification out of total objects of investigation schools was average 34.06% but in this case of certification, it was reduced to 33.07%. However, it is difficult to make judgment as actual evidence data since ecological area ratio of actual preliminary certification is data based on drawing planes. Therefore, in case of this certification, elementary schools was investigated at average 33.11%, middle schools 34.81%, and high schools 31.28% and middle school showed the highest relatively. (2) Besides, average composition ratio of ecological area ratio was 63.04% in case of this certification regardless of school grade and region and it was analyzed that about 70% of ecological area ratio is composed of the natural based green area including pure natural based green land and 6.89% of ecological learning institute.

서울시 아파트단지내 조경수목 배식특성 및 개선 연구 (Improvement Planting Method and Characteristics of Planting Design with Ornamental Trees in Apartment Complex, Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 서울시에 조성된 아파트단지내 녹지를 대상으로 식재개념, 식재밀도, 식재유형 및 패턴 등 배식특성을 조사.분석하여 개선방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 대상지는 아파트단지 녹지면적이 크게 달라지는 시기의 대표대상지인 1978년에 준공된 강서구 화곡주공아파트(2단지)(용적률:99%), 1983년에 준공되 강남구 삼익그린아파트(2차)(용적률:175%), 1992년에 준공된 강서구 동신대아아파트(용적률:225%)를 선정하였으며 녹지를 전면녹지, 측면녹지, 후면녹지로 구분하였다. 대상지의 녹지유형별 식재개념은 경관식재로만 이루어져 시기에 따른 차이는 없었으며 식재종에 있어서도 외래종 조경수목이 주를 이루어 녹지공간별 차이는 없었다. 아파트단지의 식재밀도은 교목 및 아교목층 0.0~0.2주/$m^{2}$로 관목층의 식재밀도가 부족하였으나 조성시기에 따른 식재밀도의 차이는 없었다. 층위구조는 교목.아교목층과 관목층 수목이 각각 다른 위치에 평면적으로 식재된 단층구조이었으며 녹지공간과 관계없이 독립식재, 열식재, 부등변삼각식재가 주로 활용되었다. 아파트 단지내 녹지는 공가별 식재개념에 따라 식재종, 식재밀도, 층위구조, 식재패턴이 다양하게 이루어져야 하므로 식재개념에 차별화시키기 위하여 전면녹지는 시각적 차폐와 미적인 기능, 후면녹지는 녹지량 증지 및 생태적 개념, 측면녹지는 녹지량을 증진을 주된 목적으로 조성할 것을 제안하였다.

택지개발사업의 계획특성이 사업지구 지가변동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Plan Characteristics of Residential Land Development Project on Inner Land Price Change)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 택지개발사업의 계획특성이 사업지구의 지가변동에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 택지개발사업의 효율적인 추진을 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 청주시 택지개발사업 추진단계별 지가변동 규모와 양상을 분석하였다. 그리고 이론적 고찰 및 선행연구 검토를 통해 지가변동에 영향을 주는 택지개발사업의 계획특성 요소 16개((1)지가변동률, (2)사업구역 면적, (3)주거용지 비율, (4)상업용지 비율, (5)준주거용지 비율, (6)근린생활시설용지 비율, (7)공동주택 비율, (8)도로율, (9)공원 녹지율, (10)학교 비율, (11)$1m^2$당 조성비, (12)일반주거지역 비율, (13)준주거지역 비율, (14)상업지역 비율, (15)준공업지역 비율, (16)자연녹지지역 비율)를 선정하였다. 선정된 계획특성 요소 16개 중 지가변동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위하여 SPSS 20.0 Version을 이용하여 상관관계를 분석하였다. 지가변동의 양상을 분석한 결과, 지구가 지정되기 2년 전부터 지가가 상승되기 시작하였고 준공이후 지가상승이 안정화되는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 지가변동에 영향을 주는 계획특성 요소를 분석한 결과 (2)사업구역 면적, (4)상업용지 비율, (6)근린생활시설용지 비율, (8)도로율, (11)$1m^2$당 조성비, (12)일반주거지역 비율이 지가변동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

통계자료를 기반으로 한 제주도 주택건축의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Changing of Housing Construction in Jeju-do by Statistical Data)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the changing housing construction in Jeju-do which is composed of two cities(Jeju-si, Seogwipo-si). The number of indigenous population and migrating population of Jeju-do has been increasing every year because it has more beautiful scenery, interesting culture and a higher ratio of natural green area to urban area than other provinces(inland). More than 70% of population in Jeju-si is concentrated in dong-area. As a result, urban area and commercial area are expanding in entire Jeju-do. On the other hand, green area and non-urban area of Jeju-do are decreasing steadily. And there was a lot of changing during a short of time after 2010 because of internationalization and urban development etc.. This study is an analysis about the changing of housing in Jeju-do by statistical data. As a results of the analysis. I discovered that 1) The supply ratio of available housing in Jeju-do is higher than other inland cities in other parts of the country. 2) Housing constructing is influenced by moving-in and moving-out population. 3) There are more detached houses in Jeju-do than apartments. The opposite phenomenon occurs in other provinces (inland cities). However, the number of detached houses is gradually declining in Jeju-do since 2000. 4) Most detached homes in Jeju-do have an area of $60m^2{\sim}90m^2$. Most apartments have smaller areas than $60m^2{\sim}90m^2$. Seogwipo has homes with a larger area than Jeju-si. 5) The ratio of concrete structure houses is increasing at high speed because of constructing of apartment buildings, on the other hand, the ratio of brick structure house is decreasing gradually. Finally, Even though Jeju-do has different from housing culture of inland, it is changing slowly like inland housing types.

도시근교 택지개발지역의 경관계획지표 적용방안 (Applying of Indicators for Landscape Planning in Building Lots Development District around Urban Fringe)

  • In terms of the indicators by the type for the landscape plan per the district nit, geographic ecology indicators were the items such as water, water system, topography and climate, while biological ecology indicators were the items such as green zone size, green zone ratio, biotope size and distribution. The sensory and visual indicators were the items such as view point, view axis and skyline, and the accessibility indicator items for the green zone were applied as the socially used indicators. As for the application method according to each indicator, the water or water system was expressed and applied through the slopes and elevation topographic analysis drawings, the climate was expressed and applied through the main direction of the wind and the cold wind pass alley drawings. As for the green zone size and green zone ratio, the land use according to the status and housing area development was compared to present the measured figures. In case of the biotop size and the distribution item, the range was limited to the preparation of the biotope drawings for the focused preservation. As for the view point and view axis, the view point was selected according to the view point to prepare and apply the view analysis drawing in which the view area to be preserved is analyzed. As for the skyline, its landscape photo was composed with the housing area shape, and then skyline photography was applied as the plan in order to propose and consider the various shapes of the skyline. As for the accessibility to the peen zone, the network drawing was drawn to reflect the users' accessibility and continuity of the green zone formed and preserved according to the land use plan and then the drawing was prepared and proposed as the applicable plan.

용적률 변화에 따른 공동주택 단지내 녹지구조 변화특성 (The Change of the Structure of Green Space by the Change of the Floor Area Ratio in Apartment Complex)

  • 본 연구는 공동주택단지 용적률변화에 따른 녹지면적 및 녹지구조의 변화파악을 목적으로 수행하였다. 대상지는 용적률 100%이하, 용적률 250%이하, 용적률 250%이상의 세 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별로 2개소씩 선정하였다. 1970~1980년에 조성한 용적률 99%인 화곡제2주공아파트와 용적률 73%인 개포주공아파트는 녹지면적 비율 40.23~44.23%, 녹지 폭 3~ 15m 녹지 량 1.06~1.71㎥/$m^2$, 교목층 식재밀도 0.04~0.06주/$m^2$ 관목층 식재밀도 0.06 ~0.20주/$m^2$이었다. 1990년대에 조성한 용적률 226%인 등촌주공아파트와 용적률 240%인 개화 아파트는 녹지면적비율 24 16~26.16%, 녹지폭3~7m, 녹지량 0.84~l.54㎥/$m^2$, 교목층 식재밀도 0.18~0.31주/$m^2$, 관목층 식재밀도0.15~0.35주/$m^2$이었다. 1990년대말에 조성한 용적률 269%인 한보구암아파트와 용적률 376%인 동아3차아파트는 녹지면적비율 23.47~25.53%, 녹지폭 2~6m, 녹지량1.06~2.12㎥/$m^2$, 교목층 식재밀도 0.25주/$m^2$, 관목층 식재밀도 0.22~0.37주/$m^2$이었다. 용적률변화에 따른 녹지구조 분석결과 녹지면적은 용적률이 높을수록 넓었으나, 녹지량과 식재밀도는 용적률의 변화와 상관없이 전체적으로 낮은 상태이었고 식재구조는 외래종위주의 단층구조이었다.

경관영향평가 항목선정을 위한 타당성 평가 (Estimation of Validity for Item Selecting of Landscape Impact Assessment)

  • This research is significant in terms of estimating the validity by setting evaluation items in view of integrating not only original beauty and visual areas but also natural ecological areas based on questionnaire. The results are as follows. 1) According to literature study, 17 items such as variety, the character of sites in terms of landscape, the beauty of landscape, visibility, and ratio of green visibility are selected. Also, 21 items such as variety of animals and plants species, size of green area, and ecological naturalness are selected in the area of landscape ecological resources. 2) As a result of questionnaire of the group of landscape experts, animals and plants ecological areas show 5.6341, the highest in importance analysis according to assessment areas. Also, as a result of importance analysis on items in each area, for example, in the area of visual resources, the item of skyline analysis is 6.0488, the highest. 3) As a result of corelation of item meaning on landscape effect assesment, for example, meaningness of psychological assessment item and landscape site item indicate 0.710, the highest coefficient correlation. 4) As critical assessment items per unit project, items such as damage minimization of original land features for project in terms of point, ratio of green visibility, variety of animals and plants species marked above 8.0 as high important medium. The project in terms of line, minimization of original land features, preservation of worthy biotope showed high point and the character of sites in terms of landscape, minimization of original land features, the size of green area, and analysis of skyline marked above 8.5 as high importance points. On the contrary, items for climate and soil showed relatively low points.

녹지의 산출방법이 습도변화에 미치는 영향 (Humidity Variation by Green Space Calculation Method)

  • 본 연구는 녹지의 계층구조 등이 다양한 도시녹지를 대상으로 그 산출방법이 습도변화에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 파악하기 위해 녹지내의 습도분포를 관측하였다. 그 데이터를 바탕으로 녹지의 토지피복현황과 습도분포, 식재의 산출방법과 습도, 식재의 계층구조의 산출방법과 습도와의 관련성을 회귀분석 등에 의해 해석하였다. 그 결과, 토지피복현황뿐만 아니라 녹지의 산출방법이 습도변화에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한, 식재율(평면적) 및 식재량(입체적)의 증가는 습도상승에 효과적이다. 더욱이 계층구조가 다양한 식재를 대상으로 그 산출방법과 습도상승과의 관계를 회귀계수와 상관계수를 통해 비교하면, 식재를 산출할 경우에는 평면적인 방법보다 입체적인 방법이 습도상승에 미치는 효과(수치)가 컸다. 앞으로 습도상승효과의 지표로서 식재의 산출은 입체적인 방법의 활용을 제안한다.

도시공원의 토지피복 및 식재구조에 따른 온도 영향요인 규명 연구 - 성남시 분당구 중앙공원을 사례로 - (A Study of Factors Influencing of Temperature according to the Land Cover and Planting Structure in the City Park - A Case Study of Central Park in Bundang-gu, Seongnam -)

  • 본 연구는 도시공원의 토지피복 및 식재구조에 따른 온도 영향요인을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 성남시 분당구 중앙공원을 대상으로 전 지역에 대한 토지피복 및 식재현황을 파악하였으며 30개의 조사구를 설정하여 정밀 토지피복 및 식재구조를 파악하고 온도는 10회 반복 측정하였다. 온도 영향요인은 토지피복유형, 식재유형, 층위구조, 녹지량(녹피율, 녹지용적계수)을 선정하여 실측 온도와의 통계분석을 실시하였다. 토지피복유형, 식재유형, 층위구조와 실측 온도와의 분산분석 결과, 토지피복유형에서 목본 식재지는 저온역으로 초지와 포장지는 고온역으로 구분되었다. 식재유형은 침엽수 및 활엽수 식재지는 저온역으로, 초지와 포장지는 고온역으로 구분되었다. 층위구조는 교목층과 교목층+하부식재 유형은 저온역으로, 초지와 포장지는 고온역으로 구분되었다. 녹지량과 실측 온도와의 상관관계 분석 결과 녹피율과 녹지용적계수는 모두 실측 온도값과 고도의 음(-)의 상관관계가 인정되었다. 녹지량과 실측 온도와의 회귀모형에 의하면 녹피율은 1% 증가할 때마다 $-0.002^{\circ}C$, 녹지용적계수는 $1m^3/m^2$ 증가할 때마다 $-0.122^{\circ}C$의 온도저감 효과가 있을 것으로 예측되었다.

셔츠와 넥타이의 톤 온 톤 배색 면적비 변화에 따른 조화감 비교 (A Comparative of the Harmany of Tone on Tone Coloration according to Transformation of Color Area-Ratio in Shirt and Necktie)

  • The purpose of this research was to compare the harmony of tone on tone coloration according to transformation of color area-ratio in shirt and necktie. The respondents were asked to evaluate 48 stimuli of the shirt and necktie with the coloration of the shirt/necktie, the necktie/shirt was separately compounded to be 4 tones such as vivid, light, dull, dark. The subjects were 288 female undergraduate students. The data was analyzed by using SPSS program. Analysis methods were ANOVA, LSD test and t-test. The results of each can be summerized as follows. As to the red, combination of v-lt made a difference in the harmony of coloration according to the transformation of color area-ratio. As to the blue, combination of v-lt, v-dk, lt-d made a difference in the harmony of coloration according to the transformation of color area-ratio. As to the purple, v-lt, v-d was evaluated as harmonized coloration regardless of area-ratio by both male and female students. As to the green, v-lt, lt-d was evaluated as harmonized coloration regardless of area-ratio by both male and female students.
