신구법천문도 채색 안료 비교 및 제작시기 추정 (Comparison of Pigments and Estimation of Production Period in Old and New Celestial Charts Folding Screens)

  • 신구법천문도 3점(국립민속박물관 소장 『천문도(병)』, 『신구법천문도 8폭 병풍』, 일본 국회도서관 소장 『황도남북양총성도』)에 대한 채색 안료 분석 및 이를 통한 제작시기를 추정하였다. 『천문도(병)』에서는 조선에서 널리 사용되어오던 석청(남동광), 청화(쪽), 석록(공작석), 하엽(아타카마이트), 주, 석간주(산화철), 연지(코치닐), 등황, 석자황, 연분, 활석 등과 같은 전통적인 유·무기질 안료들이 사용되었다. 『신구법천문도 8폭 병풍』와 『황도남북양총성도』에서는 19세기 중엽 이후 유럽에서 유입된 합성 무기안료인 양록(에메랄드 그린)과 양청(울트라마린 블루)가 사용되었다. 『신구법천문도 8폭 병풍』에서는 녹색과 청색에 합성 무기안료만 사용되었지만, 『황도남북양총성도』에서는 전통적으로 사용되어온 하엽과 청화도 함께 사용되었다. 신구법천문도의 성도와 도설 연구와 연계하여 안료 분석결과로부터 추정한 제작시기는, 조선시대 전통안료만으로 채색된 『천문도(병)』 18세기 중엽 이후로 추정되며, 『황도남북양총성도』와 『신구법천문도 8폭 병풍』은 19세기 중엽 서양의 녹색과 청색 안료가 도입된 후 제작되었다. 그리고 전통안료와 서양의 합성안료가 함께 사용된 『황도남북양총성도』가 『신구법천문도 8폭 병풍』 보다 제작시기가 빠른 것으로 추정된다.

$CaWO_4$$Gd_2O_2S$ : Tb 증감지의 형광체 형태와 사진감도 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Photographic Characteristics Related to the Morphology of Phosphor Layers in the $CaWO_4$ and $Gd_2O_2S$ : Tb Screen)

  • Recently, various screen film system have been introduced in diagnostic radiology. There are two kinds of screen film system : blue emitting $CaWO_4$ screen has been largely used in these days. However, it tends to be changed to use green emitting $Gd_2O_2S$ : Tb screen. In this study, photographic characteristics of $CaWO_4$ and $Gd_2O_2S$ : Tb screen were investigated with luminescence, spectroscopy. The morphology of $CaWO_4$ and $Gd_2O_2S$ : Tb were also observed by using scanning electron microscope. The result obtained were as follows : 1. There was small difference in the thickness of phosphor layers for the front and back screen of blue emitting system, but little difference in those of green emitting system. 2. There was no difference in the size of phosphor particles between the front and back screen for each screen. However, the particle size was different for the various kinds of screens. 3. The shape of phosphor particle was round with many faces for all the screens. 4. In the exposure of X-ray with the same intensity, luminescent intensity of a green emitting system was $6{\sim}7$ times larger than that of a blue emitting system. 5. The thickness of phosphor layers does not affect on the sensitivity of the screens exposed by X-ray.

Comparison of the Characteristics of Green Screen and LED Wall in Virtual Production System

  • In recent years, with the continuous innovation and upgrading of engine software, the real-time rendering technology in film and television has been continuously improved, and the virtual production technology has also developed rapidly. This paper introduces the green screen often used in traditional film production and a virtual production technology based on light-emitting-diode background wall that was proposed and implemented last year. We analyzed the two production methods of virtual production and compared their characteristics. Based on these results, we can better understand the differences and respective advantages of the two production methods. And we also can according to the production budget, production cycle and the creative and technical capabilities of the team make better choices during the production process. We believe virtual production technology will be production in the future to provide a more solid technical guarantee for the development of the film industry, and this work will pave the way for further research on virtual production technology.

증감지의 발광스펙트럼에 따른 특성곡선의 변화 (Change of Characteristic Curves using Light Emission Spectrum of the Intensifying Screens)

  • This report is study about difference of H-D curve in regular film and ortho type film, and obtained results as follows : 1. In the blue-color emission intensifying screen, ortho type films and in the green-color emission intensifying screens, regular type are decreased in their gradient. 2. When joint use of regular type film and ortho type film, the gradient difference not seen in blue color screen. 3. The gradient difference seen clearly in G4, KM screens(green color emission intensifying). Especially, in part of high film density, the gradient difference are great. So we have to right use of screen and film because not matched used of theare the sensitivity and gradient are decrease.

광유도도금을 이용한 스크린 프린팅 결정질 실리콘 태양전지의 효율 향상 (Efficiency Improvement in Screen-printed Crystalline Silicon Solar Cell with Light Induced Plating)

  • Screen printing is commonly used to form the front/back electrodes in silicon solar cell. But it has caused high resistance and low aspect ratio, resulting in decreased conversion efficiency in solar cell. Recently the plating method has been combined with screen-printed c-Si solar cell to reduce the resistance and improve the aspect ratio. In this paper, we investigated the effect of light induced silver plating with screen-printed c-Si solar cells and compared their electrical properties. All wafers were textured, doped, and coated with anti-reflection layer. The metallization process was carried out with screen-printing, followed by co-fired. Then we performed light induced Ag plating by changing the plating time in the range of 20 sec~5min with/without external light. For comparison, we measured the light I-V characteristics and electrode width by optical microscope. During plating, silver ions fill the porous structure established in rapid silver particle sintering during co-firing step, which results in resistance decrease and efficiency improvement. The plating rate was increased in presence of light lamp, resulting in widening the electrode with and reducing the short-circuit current by shadowing loss. With the optimized plating condition, the conversion efficiency of solar cells was increased by 0.4% due to decreased series resistance. Finally we obtained the short-circuit current of 8.66 A, open-circuit voltage of 0.632 V, fill factor of 78.2%, and efficiency of 17.8% on a silicon solar cell.

한국잔디 및 한지형 잔디의 초봄 그린업 촉진 (Improvement of Green-up of Zoysiagrass and Cool-season Grass during Early Spring in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 한국잔디 및 한지형 잔디로 조성되어 있는 경기장의 이용 효율을 높이기 위해 잔디의 초봄 그린업(green up) 촉진 기술을 개발하고자 하였다. 실험기간은 2000년과 2001년 2월부터 4월까지 광엽형 한국잔디 및 한지형 잔디로 조성된 건국대 포장에서 실험하였다. 한국잔디의 초봄 그린업 촉진을 위해 대조구, 비닐, 검정 차광망, 녹색 차광망, 검정 차광망+비닐, 녹색 차광망+비닐, 비닐+검정 차광망, 비닐+녹색 차광망 등과 낮은 잔디깎기 높이 및 잔디 태우기를 처리하였다. 피복 시기에 관한 실험은 한국잔디 및 한지형 잔디에 장수 비닐(두께 0.06mm)을 2월 22일, 2월 28일, 3월 7일, 3월 14일 등 시기를 달리하여 피복하였다. 또한 한지형 잔디의 경우 무공비닐과 유공비닐이 초봄 그린업에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 하였다. 실험구의 크기는 $2\times$2m이며 3반복 완전임의 배치로 배치하였다. 실험 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 한국잔디의 초봄 그린업은 비닐, 녹색 차광망+비닐 및 비닐+녹색 차광망 처리구가 다른 처리구에 비해 그린업이 촉진되었다. 비닐피복 시기에 따른 한국잔디의 그린업은 2월 22일 처리구가 다른 처리구에 비하여 빨랐다. 그러나 비닐피복 약 50일 후에는 피복시기에 상관없이 양호한 진녹색을 나타내었다. 또한 그린업 시기는 피복시기가 빠를수록 그린업이 촉진되는 경향이었다. 2. 낮은 잔디깎기(1.5$\sim$2cm)와 잔디 태우기 방법도 한국잔디의 그린업을 대조구보다 5 $\sim$ 7일정도 촉진하였다. 3. 한지형 잔디의 초봄 그린업은 무공비닐 피복 처리구가 대조구보다 2$\sim$3주 빨랐다. 비닐 종류에 따른 그린업은 무공비닐 처리구가 대조구 및 유공비닐 처리구보다 5$\sim$7일정도 촉진하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 피복시기에 따른 한지형 잔디의 그린업은 피복시기가 빠를수록 그린업은 촉진되었으나 3월 8일과 3월 15일 피복처리구의 그린업이 가장 효과적이었다. 한국잔디 및 한지형 잔디의 비닐 피복으로 인한 초봄 그린업 촉진시 유의할 점은 충분한 수분 유지를 위해 비닐 피복전에 관수를 하거나 비온 후에 비닐 피복하는 것이 좋으며, 비닐 제거시 잔디의 일소현상의 피해를 줄이기 위해 흐린날 비닐을 제거하는 것이 좋을 것으로 판단되었다.

Fabrication of Mixed and Patterned Type of Remote Phosphors by Screen Printing Process and their Optical Properties

  • Recently, white LEDs, especially, warm white LEDs have been intensively investigated due to outstanding optical properties, long term stability and low power consumption. In this study, mixed type and patterned type of remote phosphors were prepared by screen printing process employing green and red phosphor. Each type of remote phosphor exhibited distinctive photoluminescence spectrum. For example, the mixed type of remote phosphor exhibited unique spectrum, while the patterned type showed expectable spectrum depending on the concentration of phosphors. This indicates that a small amount of red phosphor dramatically reduced the green photoluminescence in the case of mixed-type remote phosphor, whereas the effect was negligible in the patterned-type remote phosphor. The possibility of undesirable chemical reaction was further investigated by using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.

Local Back Contact Formed by Screen Printing and Atomic Layer Deposited Al2O3 for Silicon Solar Cell

  • In rearpoint contact solar cell and the PERC (passivated emitter rear contact) type cell, surfaces were passivated by SiO2 or Al2O3 to increase solar cell efficiency. Therefore, we have investigated the effect of surface passivation for crystalline silicon solarcell using mass-production atomic layer deposited (ALD) Al2O3. The patttern which consists of cylinders with 100um diameter and 5um height was formed by PR patterning on Si (100) substrate and then Al2O3 of about 10nm and 20nm thickness was deposited by ALD. The pattern in 10 nm Al2O3 film was removed by dipping in aceton solution for about 10 min but the pattern in 20 nm Al2O3 film was not. The influences of process temperature and heat treatment were investigated using microwave photoconductance decay (PCD) and Quasi-Steady-State photoconductance (QSSPC). The solar cell process used in this work combines the advantage of using the applicability of a selective deposition associated with a ALD passivation and the use of low-cost screen print for the contacts formation.

Luminescence Characteristics of ZnGa2O4:Mn2+,Cr3+ Phosphor and Thick Film

  • In this study, $ZnGa_2O_4$ phosphors in its application to field emission displays and electroluminescence were synthesized through the precipitation method and $Mn^{2+}$ ions. A green luminescence activator, $Cr^{3+}$ ions, and a red luminescence activator were separately doped into $ZnGa_2O_4$, which was then screen printed to an indium tin oxide substrate. The thick films of the $ZnGa_2O_4$ were deposited with the various thicknesses using nano-sized powder. The best luminescence characteristics were shown at a thickness of 60 ${\mu}m$. Additionally, green-emission $ZnGa_2O_4:Mn^{2+}$ and red-emission $ZnGa_2O_4:Cr^{3+}$ phosphor thick films, which have superior characteristics, were manufactured through the screen-printing method. These results indicate that $ZnGa_2O_4$ phosphors prepared through the precipitation method have wide application as phosphor of the full color emission.
