The purpose of this study is to explore manpower education plan of green growth industry of SME in Gwangju area. Nowadays, according to the change of green growth paradigm, We need to be the green switching strategy for solving the structural problem and overcoming a crisis in SME. Based on the findings, the study showed that SME in Gwangju area need to build up network of size and industrial classification. Also, green fusion technology grafting on the existing industry and the policy of educating manpower in long term and custom-made plan of educating manpower need to be followed.

The continuing trend of built environment set forth by the rise of modernization and industrialization has led every country in achieving their respective economic development. Along side this trend is an issue that needs to be addressed - the environmental impacts of the built industry. Construction and maintenance of buildings are said to consume 40% of the world's energy, 65% of electricity, and 40% of raw materials, creating drastic pollutants harmful not only to the environment but also to human. Figures have been released and analyzed proving the contributions of built environment with environmental depreciation. Said figures earned concerns not just from different private and non-profit organizations but also the governments of every country, thus, steps towards sustainable development are being implemented. As a response, the "green" was added in the built environment. Later on, the now emerging concept of "National Green Building Code" found its role in the policy of various states in protecting the people in accord with the nature. This paper appreciates the initiatives of various countries and non-profit organizations in their drive to pursue sustainable green built environment in general, and specifically proposes an establishment of an "incentives grant framework" as an additional legislative policy to be included in the draft of the National Green Building Code of the Philippines.
Countries are promoting Green New Deal policy to cope with global warming and climate change as a result of economic growth and overcome the economic crisis caused by the coronavirus 19. The role of ICT technology is crucial in realizing the Green New Deal policy, and standardization of ICT technology should be preceded. This paper examines domestic and foreign Green New Deal policies and analyzes trends in ICT standardization activities. Based on the analysis, we propose standards that should be developed for the eight major projects in order to successfully realize the Korean Green New Deal. A strategy to promote ICT standardization for the zero energy project in public facilities as an example was proposed. In addition, we present ways to resolve difficulties in realizing ICT standardization policies related to Korean Green New Deal. Through this study, it is expected that the Korean Green New Deal policies, which is being promoted at the pan-government level, will be effective based on ICT standard technology.
Purposes of this paper are focused on researching that employees in small and medium-sized construction company embraced green growth policy by Korean government's strong will and they have try to improve it to take advantage of strengths. Specifically, the purpose of this study includes: Firstly, to examine the effects of employee's cognition of green growth policy and their organizational commitment. Secondly, to examine the mediating and moderating effect of the policy trust and company trust between employee's cognition of green growth policy and organizational commitment. In addition, th examine the facilitating effect of employee's self-efficacy between company trust and organizational commitment. In order to verify the relationship, moderating and mediating effects, data were collected from 168 individuals in 19 small and medium sized company to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. Findings are as followed: first, the relationship between the cognition of green growth policy and organizational commitment is positively related. Second, the employee's company trust played as a partial mediator and moderator on the relationship between cognition of green growth policy and organizational commitment. Finally, employee's self-efficacy also played as a partial mediator on the relationship between company trust and organizational commitment. This study contributes to deepen our understanding of employee's organizational commitment by suggesting an alternative theoretical model regarding how the cognition of green growth policy and organizational commitment work to relate employee's company trust, and how the company trust and organizational commitment work to facilitate employee's self-efficacy. These results reveal that the study contributed to combining variables of employee's cognition of green growth policy, company trust, self-efficacy and organizational commitment, and expanded it.
The problem of global warming faced a big turning point due to the adoption of "Kyoto protocol"in 1997. Therefore, by enacting "Act on Advancement of Integration and Streamlining of Distribution Business"and "green logistics partnership council"to reduce $CO_2$ emission, fulfillment of distribution work is comprehensively and effectively supported by Japan. In particular, the green management certification system, which promotes green management based on the independent and planned environmental measures of transportation service of harbor employers, warehouse operators, and trucking employers of logistics sector, is promoted. As such, the Japanese government is actively promoting the eco-friendly green logistics policy to reduce $CO_2$ emission in terms of the prevention of global warming by building the comprehensive and efficient logistics system. Therefore, this thesis studied the status of the green logistics policy of Japan where the eco-friendly logistics system is being built ahead of Korea and as a result, it presented the implications on the green logistics strategy which is eco-friendly and can be developed continuously, the development of eco-friendly green logistics industry, the introduction of green logistics certification system, Departmental roles and responsibility of administrative agencies.
Recently, the world faces a global environmental crisis by the increase of energy consumption and global warming. Since the crisis directly affects political, economic, social, and environmental areas, many countries prepare Green ICT policy to overcome it. However, although Green IT policy provides many benefits by solving environmental pollution and increasing energy efficiency, Korean government did not prepare measures by the policy. The purpose of this study is to suggest priorities of political goals for maximizing the efficiency after introducing Green ICT policy in Korea. Major variables are drawn for the analysis, and they are eco-friendliness, technology evolution, economic efficiency, energy efficiency, and stable supply of energy. The variables are suggested based on 'Low Carbon, Green Growth Act', then the survey was conducted to policy expert using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and ANP(Analytic Network Process) for prioritizing variables. As a result of the AHP, it is derived in the order of eco-friendliness, technology evolution, economic efficiency, energy efficiency, and stable supply of energy. The ANP result shows in the order of technology evolution, energy efficiency, economic efficiency, eco-friendliness, and stable supply of energy. The research is conducted to analyze the priorities of goals for Green IT policy, and the analysis results are possible to use as a practical guideline for establishing associated policies in the future.
Since the Korean retail industry was made accessible to the big conglomerates and foreign retail companies, local traditional markets have faced serious problems. To sustain the local traditional markets' survival, the Korean government established various remedial policies for addressing, and many scholars published articles to suggest how to find solutions to, the problem. Unfortunately, the results have not been satisfactory. The purpose of this study is to find another way to help the Korean traditional retail market, from the view point of the Green Growth Policy, an initiative designed to address environmentally balanced economic growth in Korea. In order to survive and to maintain sustainable growth, it is incumbent upon retailers in the traditional market to understand the concept of the Green Growth Policy. A survey was conducted as a means of testing the degree of awareness of the Green Growth Policy, as well as determining the relationship between the degree of awareness and the degree of organizational commitment by the retailers in the local traditional markets. Interestingly, we were able to detect some of the features (e.g., they were distinguished by the elderly and the young, as well as low level of education and high level of education) in the traditional market retailers' demographic characteristics. We utilized the analysis of variance (ANOVA) statistical method to simultaneously compare the differences in retailers' demographic characteristics; the results were as follows: Overall, the results showed that the awareness of the Green Growth Policy, the degree of trust in the government's policy, levels of self-efficacy, and levels of organizational commitment were higher with the older traditional market retailers than the younger traditional market retailers. Specifically, the degree of trust in government policies (F=9.964,p < .05), levels of self-efficacy (F=5.532,p < .05), and levels of organizational commitment (F=5.697,p < .05) were statistically significant. Moreover, in the portion of the study that addressed the difference between education levels, all the variables were averaged in the higher education category of the traditional market retailers. Specifically, awareness levels of the Green Growth Policy (F=8.564,p < .005) and levels of self-efficacy (F=6.754,p < .005) were statistically significant. These results revealed that the traditional market retailers' demographic characteristics should be considered important factors in order to realize their policy. The results of the study showed the following: 1) The degree of awareness of the government's Green Growth Policy was statistically significant as it related to traditional market retailers' organizational commitment. 2) The degree of trust of the government's policy was significantly moderated between the awareness of the government's Green Growth Policy and the traditional market retailers' organizational commitment. This result demonstrates that the traditional market retailers' awareness of the government's Green Growth Policy will show more organizational commitment with higher levels of trust of the government's policy. 3) It also revealed that traditional market retailers' self-efficacy was fully mediated between the awareness of the Green Growth Policy of the government and traditional market retailers' organizational commitment. The results suggest that the government should show an interest in showing traditional market retailers how to enhance their traditional markets. Implications and future research directions are also discussed.

The government of the UK since the 1990, especially under the new Labour Party, has pursued sustainable development or carbon control as a core strategy for its national development. The seemingly prominent environmental policy for 'greening the government' of the UK as well as considerable achievements in energy and environment indices have attracted much attentions of policy makers and researchers for the 'low carbon green growth' in Korea. This paper tries to see the character of carbon control and environmental policy in the UK not merely as the integrating or mainstreaming policy but a new strategy for national development, that is, for the 'ecologically modernized' state, eco-state, or green state. It defines the environmental policy for carbon control in the UK as the strategy for the green state which has provided it as a principal guide for integrating national policies as a whole, and which has pursued it through market-dependent neoliberal measures. From this point of view, this paper introduces the development process of carbon control and environmental policy mainly under the new Labour Party government in the UK, and gives a reappraisal of both its policy and of energy-environment indices.
Each country has set low-carbon green growth to a new growth drive for the future while making various efforts. Accordingly, our country also set green growth to our policy task in top priority throughout our country while initiating various policies. Our country has focused on initiating a few policies in green growth. Our country has focused on the development of green industries to secure our national competitiveness while generating added values in green growth. It is necessary to have studies in initiating policies in balance when we consider that green growth should be initiated through the shift over the whole lifestyle. On the other hand, policies led and driven by the central government have been emphasized. Although the planning and establishment of policies might be said to fall under the central government's main areas, green growth policies can be realized regionally in the end. Considering these circumstances, the coordination in a proper way between the central government and each municipality can also be seen as major characteristics only in our country, which can be hardly seen in other countries. This study aims at developing the initiative strategies in our country's green logistics while analyzing the characteristics of green growth and situations of green logistics initiative, studying the government's policies to support green logistics, reviewing the government's policies for supports, and suggesting alternatives for them.
Recently, rapid economic growth has brought side effects with it such as environmental pollutions. As a result, 'Green IT' emerges as a solution to these problems. With providing clue for solving environmental problem, Green IT also has been focused as an emerging growth power which could enhance the IT industry activity. In Korea, most part of energy consumption depends on import. Moreover, an economic structure also indicates high degree of dependence upon export. Therefore, based on IT that has competitive advantage, we need to preoccupy with green IT market. In this regard, we research the status of promoting for IT in domestic and major countries. Especially, this paper focuses on government policies and companies strategies.
