본 연구에서는 경기도 용인시 기흥구 구갈동(구갈역세권)과 보라구역, 중동구역 일대를 중심으로 개발계획, 개발잠재력, 입지여건과 아울러 녹색 및 재해예방 인프라에 대한 4가지 측면을 고려하여 대상지의 투자가치 평가를 통한 전략적 도시관리 방안을 연구하였다. 방법론 측면에서는 평가항목간의 상관관계를 고려할수 있는 네트워크 분석적 의사결정법을 통하여 판단해보고자 하였다. 분석 결과 개발계획에서는 개발용도, 키테넌트, 자금조달, 마케팅순으로, 개발잠재력에서는 시장성, 정체성, 역사성 순으로, 입지여건에서는 토지이용, 주변환경, 교통환경순으로, 마지막으로 녹색 및 재해예방인프라에서는 자연재해예방, 인적재해예방, 사회적 재해예방순으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 도시개발사업 추진하는데 있어 합리적인 사전 평가방안으로 활용할 수 있을 것이라 본다.

본 논문은 도시형 신교통시스템 도입 계획단계에서 적정 신교통시스템을 용이하게 선정하기 위해 대중교통수단의 다양한 특성들에 대한 중요도를 고려하는 평가기법을 제시하고 있다. 이 기법은 대중교통수단의 특성을 이용자 영향요인, 지역사회 영향요인, 정부 및 운영자 영향요인으로 구분하여 총 12개의 평가항목을 설정하고, 이에 대한 중요도를 분석하여 신교통시스템을 평가하는 기법이다. 실증적 분석을 위해 AHP 기법을 이용하여 중소도시의 간선형 신교통시스템에 대한 가중치를 조사하여 평가를 시행한 결과, 중요도는 안전성, 신속 및 정시성, 편리성, 지역활성화 순으로, 우선순위는 철재차륜 AGT, LIM, 고무차륜 AGT 순으로 분석되었다.

This Study developed 'Environment Management Integrated Leader(EMIL)' program and evaluated the effect of the Program. The procedure of EMIL program development is as follows; 1) Identifying the training needs Through the interview and discussion with corporate environmental staff and research members, training need are collected. 2) Setting the training objectives 30 objectives are developed through specifying and organizing the training needs. 3) Determining the scopes of the program This program consists of the four scopes. First, the scope of Environmentally Acceptable Management is developed based on ISO 14000 and certification of environmentally friendly business. Second, the scope of Environmentally Acceptable Technology includes air pollution, water pollution, solid wasted management, and pollution prevention. Third, the scope of Integrated Environmental Management focuses on master plan, green marketing, green production, and green accounting. Finally, the scope of Integrated Environmental Concepts focuses on food pollution, environmental activities, and bio-diversity. 4) Selecting the training methods Various methods are used such as off-site visits, exercises, case study, workshop, discussion, role-playing as well as lecture. 5) Implementing the program 49 trainees participated the program for 6weeks. All trainees are working for D. Company Group. 6) Measuring training effects To evaluate the effects of the program, pre-post training evaluation method is used. The results are highly significant at all 4 scopes by the p<.01. This study has some implications in order to establish the environmental management climate. First, the development of new environmental education program for management is necessary. Second, Vast investment are required. Third, more systematic approaches are desired in environmental education. Lastly, more customized program development and implementation to fit in industries will accelerate the expansion of environmental concept.

Small Hydro-Power (SHP) is an environmental friendly technology. Usually hydro power generation projects are viewed as constructing large dams and reservoirs but available new research and engineering techniques have helped hydro power generation without large dams and without large reservoirs. In India, there are several water installations, irrigation dams, canals, streams or running rivers not tapped to generate power. In these cases the existing system and facilities can help in generating power with less investment and time. This area is yet unexplored. Harnessing a stream for hydroelectric power is a major undertaking for the energy crises and the global issues to go green. In this technical note a potential site for mini hydro power plant nearby Shoolini University is identified and examined for the economic feasibility.

Recently the role of a railroad is emphasized as the imprortant part for growth for the low carbon green growth and the social consensus about the railroad investment is actively progressed. The various social economic value in which the travel demand change over of the environment-friendly railroad system can bring becomes with public debate as much as a discussion is not any more necessary. In this research, the influence that it recognized that the travel time improvement by the high speed rail was the most important element among many method that it can increase the railroad use efficiency in which it connects the interregional major cities and the railway travel time improvement reaches to the rate of railway and road travel time, and the environment like the carbon emission quantity was comprehensively inquired.

Recently the Korean Government is increasing investment and interest on railway in the transportation field as "low carbon and green growth" policy become main national development strategy. While railway competitiveness is weakening over the road from the inconvenient door-to-door and transfer system of railway, it is meaningful to review excellent railway transfer system of advanced countries and adapt their implications for Korea. Their transfer systems like Japan, Hongkong, France, U.K. and German can be categorized in this research as kinds of transfer & connectivity system and transfer facility & flow planning, and, as a result, their implications can be concluded. Also, analyzing transfer system of Korea's main stations and reviewing the difference between Korea and other countries, this paper suggests main principles and directions of urban planning, alignment of rail line, partnership of project stakeholder in the establishment of transfer system in the railway station in the future.

For the supported high-technology, it is in need of estimation about power quality and reasonable price through machinism. The power system made much of precision digital industrial damage under sag. This study suggested electric machine under effects of power quality in the theory and test. A electric machine was simulated and experimented about sag. The test system made up IPC as voltage sag device. The test machine was magnetic contactor and PLC. The result, electric machines appeared to influence sag with CBEMA curve. It was make possible analysis of power system about a fault. This study was expected to method that investment and development of equipment on power market in the future.

With the global adoption of the reduction policy on greenhouse gas and environmental pollution, that is 'low carbon green growth', the central and local governments strive to increase their investments in railways in an effort to replace fossil fuels, and seek the ways to diversify and vitalize the tourism resources taking full advantage of the railway systems. Seoul metro has therefore launched 'A research on the development of the Bukhan mountain railway' for the establishment of the environmentally friendly tourism belt making good use of Mt. Bukhan., the only national park in the Seoul metropolitan area, with its picturesque scenery. This paper pursues the basic directions for the application scope of the relevant laws and regulations for the development of the mountain railways as part of our continuing effort to further 'A study on the development of the Bukhan mountain railway' along with the review on the project implementation policy pursuant to the applicable laws on private investment for social infrastructures.

Dairy development in India has emerged as one of the modern India's most successful development programmes. India's White Revolution, which has quietly swept the country during the past few decades, deserves attention equal to that given to the better known Green Revolution. India has become the largest milk producer in the world. From being a major importer of dairy products in the 1950s, India has now become an exporter. The strength of lndian dairy sector lies in the fact that despite of limited investment, it has shown consistent and sustainable growth. Presently India ranks first in the World milk production with 88.02 million tones (2002 03) with an annual growth rate of 4.2 per cent. Planning Commission estimates that by the end of Xth Plan, milk production may touch 100 million tones.

On December 2001, Yongin Light Rapid Transit was started with the Notification of Basic Plan for Private Infrastructure Investment Project and promoted as BTO configuration to effectually cope with the rapid increase of traffic demand in Yongin City and establish pleasant and green urban traffic system to connect with New Boondang Line to diversity traffic demand around roads. On May 27th, 2005, it was applied authorization of detailed plan and the .First Light Rapid Transit in Korea shall be started construction on Nov, 2005, and completion on May. 2009. This Thesis will introduce the Detailed Design for Yongin Light Rapid Transit.
