미용관련학과 학생들의 교육과정 주요요인과 교육만족도 (A Study of Student Satisfaction from Beauty Art-Related Departments on Educational Assessments)

  • This study is aimed to improve future-oriented curriculum by investigating the satisfaction of students from beauty art-related departments on their curriculum and major courses and proposing their basic direction and improvement plan. For this, a survey was conducted against students from beauty art-related departments in Busan (5 junior colleges and 1 four-year university). The following results were obtained: First, according to a correlation analysis on major questionnaire items on the curriculum in beauty art-related departments, statistical significance was observed in 'curriculum development', 'facility and administrative & financial supports', 'instructor/teacher activities', 'educational evaluation activities', 'academia-industry cooperation activities' and 'output evaluation'. In terms of educational satisfaction, statistical significance was observed in all positive relations. Second, according to regression analysis on the evaluation of curriculum output factors in beauty art-related departments, output factor levels were high as 'academia-industry cooperation activities', 'age', 'teacher/instructor activities', curriculum requirement analysis' and 'curriculum development' were high. In overall, relatively good results (69.0%) were observed. A further study needs to be performed for improvement of satisfaction of students majoring in beauty art on their curriculum in educating students from beauty art-related departments by applying their educational evaluation to optimum standards.

수산고등학교(水産高等學校) 교육(敎育)의 활성화(活性化) 방안(方案) 모색(摸索)을 위한 조사연구(調査硏究) (A Research For Groping of Activating Education in Fisheries High Schools)

  • This study is to observe and activate a groping of education based on the perceptual responses from the teachers and the students in fisheries schools. The conclusions of this study are as follows : First, lower level of the perceptual response was estimated in the curriculum and experimental courses, the financial and administrative supports from the Government, the contribution of a fisheries high school to the local society the wages of seamen and the co-works between the industries and the academies. Second, a careful consideration is needed for the fisheries school to have a different shape. As one way for co-works of the industries and the academies, two year program in school and one year internship in a related company should be formed for the curriculum in a fisheries high school. A localized support for sea area, a fisheries high school's role as a re-eaducation for the seamaen and opening a educational graduate school for teachers in the fisheries university are pursued. Third, the perceptual response from the teachers and the students are globally weighted in the acquisition of the license with a graduation of the school and then the credit for the military services, the entering into the same area of the higher education, the expansion of the experimental materials in the courses, developing the curriculum, the Governmental supports and the awareness for the local society, in order. The issues indicated here should be researched continuously for activating the education in the fisheries high schools.

간호교육 과정에 관한 분석 연구 (An Analytic Study on Curriculum in Nursing Education)

  • The trend in modern nursing is toward the performance of comprehensive nursing carp. Airer liberation of 1945, nursing education in Korea has made rapid progress. The System of nursing education in Korea has come to the professional school of nursing and collegiate program from high School level. Under these situations, the improvement on curriculum of nursing education is necessary. This paper is a basic study for improvement of curriculum in nursing education. 1. The aims of this study are; 1) to analyze and compare the objectives of nursing education in Korea and U.S.A 2) to analyze and compare the differences in curriculum of nursing education between Korea and U. S. A. 3) to find problems in nursing education of Korea 2. The curricula and bulletins from 2 colleges.9 departments, 12 professional schools and 18 attached schools of nursing in Korea and 9 attached schools of nursing and 17 colleges in U. S. A. were collected for this study. 3. The results of this study: 1) Most of Korean programs lack for the student to make understand respect the human in the statement of their objectives. 2) Most of Korean programs prepare their graduate to function as a contributing member of the-health team in the hospital and the community, while the graduate of the American attached schools is prepared to function in general staff nursing and team leadership positions in hospitals. 3) Most of Korean programs of nursing education hays low distribution of credits in supporting sciences. (especially sociology and psychology) 4) Too much proportion of time in attached schools and less and less proportion of time in professional schools is distributed in clinical practice area. 5) In our collegiate programs. too much proportion of time is distributed in adult nursing and less proportion of time in Psychiatric nursing. 6) Professional area on curriculum of attached schools is divided into many detailed subjects. 7) A large number of credits in total are distributed at the first year in attached schools.

스마트공장 정보보호 인식교육을 위한 커리큘럼 개발 (Curriculum Development for Smart Factory Information Security Awareness Training)

  • 세계적으로 제조업분야의 스마트공장은 매우 빠르게 확산이 되고 있다. 국내에서는 KOSF(Korea Smart Factory Foundation)을 중심으로 스마트공장을 추진하고 있다. 제조업을 중심으로 발전한 스마트공장은 정보보호에 대한 인식이나 투자가 매우 부족한 상황이고, 그 여력이 충분하지 않다. 그로 인해 스마트공장이 직면하게 되는 새로운 유형의 위협에 효과적으로 대응할 수 없고, 보안사고가 발생할 수 있다. 새로운 위협을 식별하고 정보보호현황을 조사해본 결과, 스마트공장이 안전하게 확산되기 위해 가장 효과적이고 효율적인 방법은 추가적인 예산투입 없이 정보보호 인식을 교육하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 NCS(National Competency Standards)를 기반으로 국제표준, 산업의 요구사항, 교육기관의 커리큘럼을 참조하여 스마트공장 정보보호 인식교육 커리큘럼을 개발하였다. 이를 전문가 집단을 통한 타당성 검증을 진행하였으며, 이를 통하여 보다 안전하게 스마트공장이 확산될 수 있도록 하였다.

바리스타 교육기관의 교과과정에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 델파이 기법의 적용 - (An Exploratory Study on the Curriculums of Barista Training Institutions -Application of Delphi Method-)

  • 본 연구에서는 바리스타 교육에 대한 국내의 바리스타 전문가의 의견을 수렴하고 바리스타 교육기관에서 이루어지고 있는 교육프로그램과 비교분석함으로써 현 바리스타 교과과정의 문제점 및 개선방향을 모색하였다. 교과과정의 문제점과 개선점을 파악하기 위해서 현재 바리스타 교육을 하고 있는 15명의 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 기법을 이용하여 이들의 의견을 도출하였다. 전문가의견을 종합하면 바리스타의 교육기관의 교과과목을 구성하는데 있어 실무 중심의 커피교육이 중점적으로 이루어져야 하며, 실질적으로 취업에 필요한 카페운영기법 및 마케팅 등의 교육을 필요로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전문가들은 고객과의 접점에서 근무를 하는 특성상 서비스 과목을 강화하고, 매출의 많은 비중을 차지하는 제과제빵에 대한 교육도 필요한 것으로 제안하였다. 그러나 현재의 바리스타를 교육하고 있는 교육기관의 교과목을 살펴보면 이러한 교육은 매우 취약한 것으로 나타나 전문가들이 제안한 교과목들에 대한 보완이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

전공의 교육의 현황과 공통역량교육에 대한 요구 (Current Status of the Resident Education Program and the Necessity of a General Competency Curriculum)

  • In order to adapt to the rapidly changing medical environment, it is important to advance not only the basic medical education in medical schools but also that of residents. The quality of the training environment and educational goals for residency must also be improved for specialists. Although each institute including internal medicine, general surgery, family medicine, etc., strives to standardize, sets educational goals, and develops content to train capable specialists, the education programs focus on special techniques and competency of medical care for patients. The training environment of each residency program is different in each trainee hospital, and hospitals are making an effort to set education goals for the residents and improve their education programs. In Korea, there is no common core education program for residents, while in the United States, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education is responsible for the development and evaluation of a standardized curriculum for residents, and in Canada, CanMEDs presents a basic curriculum to help residents develop competency. Fully capable specialists have more than just clinical competency; they also need a wide range of abilities including professionalism, leadership, communication, cooperation, in addition to taking part in continuous professional development/continuing medical education activities. We need to provide a core curriculum for residency to demonstrate attention to and knowledge about health problems of the community.

초등학생들의 생활과 연계된 실과교과의 실천성 연구 (A Study on the "Praxis" which are Perceived by Elementary Students on Practical Arts Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the practical problems that 6th grade students are facing, how they perceive Practical Arts education and the praxis of Practical Arts education relating to the problems, and whether the content of Practical Arts curriculum is useful for solving practical problems of 6th grade students. The data used in this study are collected from questionnaires and include in-depth interviews in order to make up for the quantitative research. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows. 1. Elementary school students regarded Practical Arts education as the subject matter through which they learn skills of life. They thought it is useful to their present and future life and to nurture environment-friendly attitude. Furthermore, elementary school students perceive that the meaning of practice in Practical Arts education lies not in praxis as practical action, but in just practice as technical action. 2. According to the survey based on their perception and their practical problems, 66.9% of students answered the learning content of Practical Arts education is not useful in solving their problems. And only 33.4% of students answered the learning content of Practical Arts education is useful in solving their problems. Negative view was predominant among elementary school students. And the Practical Arts curriculum does not reflect much of the practical problems that 6th grade students face. Through these results, Practical Arts education turns out to be hardly related with students' life, though it is the subject matter of students' real life.

미용교육과정 인식과 진로교육 만족도, 진로결정 효능감 관계 연구 (Study of Relation Between Beauty Curriculum Awareness, Career Education Satisfaction and Career Decision Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 미용 고등학교 학생 289명을 대상으로 미용교육과정 인식과 진로교육 만족도, 진로결정 효능감의 관계를 설문 및 분석하였다. 미용교육과정이 헤어 전공, 자격증 취득 기능교육으로 편중되어 있었고 진로계획은 취업과 대학진학이 높았으며 미용교육과정 인식과 미용교육과정 만족도에서 네일과 개인창업은 낮게 인식하였고(p<0.05, p<0.001) 진로결정 효능감에서 네일은 낮게, 진로교육 만족도에서 메이크업은 낮게, 개인창업은 낮게 인식하였다(p<0.01, p<0.05). 미용교육과정 인식이 높아질수록 진로교육 만족도가 높았고 교사는 진로교육 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 운영 및 시설영역은 직업정보에, 교과과정 영역은 미래계획과 문제해결에, 교사영역은 자기평가에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다(p<0.05, p<0.001, p<0.001). 따라서 메이크업, 피부, 네일 전공의 교육과정의 개선이 필요하고 효과적인 진로교육 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다.

전문대학 경영학과의 실무교육강화를 위한 교육과정 개선방안 (A Study on the Plan of an Educational Curriculum for Reinforcement of Practical Education of Business Management)

기록관리 교육지침서 개발을 위한 핵심 범주와 구성 요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Key Categories and Elements for Developing Graduate Program Guidelines in Archival Studies)

  • 한국의 기록관리교육은 대학원마다 교육과정의 편차가 커서 기록관리 교과과정의 변화에 관한 필요성은 꾸준히 제기되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 외국의 기록관리 교육지침서와 인증기준을 비교 분석하여 우리나라 기록관리 교육지침서 개발을 위한 핵심범주와 요소를 도출하였다. 지침서는 서문, 사명과 목표, 교육내용, 행정적 요소, 결론으로 구성되며, 기록물관리 전문요원이 배워야 할 교육내용의 핵심 지식범주는 ① 레코드와 아카이브의 본질, ② 선별, 평가, 수집, ③ 정리 및 기술, ④ 보존, ⑤ 정보서비스와 접근, ⑥ 아웃리치, 지도, 옹호, ⑦ 관리와 행정, ⑧ 사회적, 문화적 시스템, ⑨ 법적, 재정적 시스템, ⑩ 정보기술로 도출되었다. 향후 지식범주는 학계와 현장의 기록물관리전문요원의 의견을 적극 반영할 필요가 있으며 이를 통해 대학원 교과과정을 개선해 나가야 할 것이다.
