This study is caused by the urgent need to constantly fight against such a shameful phenomenon of society as corruption, the flourishing of which cannot be overlooked. This phenomenon has many negative manifestations and consequences, undermines the national security of the state, slows down the development of democracy, worsens the state of all spheres of life (economic, political, administrative, etc.), worsens relations with foreign partners, forms tolerance for corruption in the public consciousness. Today, the process of fighting corruption is extremely important for our country, because it depends on the independence, democracy, sustainability of Ukraine. However, there is a complex and ambiguous situation regarding this process, as there is a clear coordination of state policy in the fight against corruption, insufficient and narrow understanding of ways to combat it. There is a lack of efforts by the authorities to overcome corruption challenges and use ineffective means of combating them. Instead, corruption causes great material and moral damage to states as a whole and many of its citizens.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate how to decide pronunciation of loanwords in Korean language. There has not been a regulation for pronunciation of loanwords in Korean language. Even the dictionary published by the government does not provide any information about the pronunciation of loanwords. In this paper, some actual solutions are suggested for the pronunciation of loanwords. Korean language has Regulations of Standard Korean, Korean Orthography, Regulations on Hangeul Transcriptions on Loanwords and Pronunciation Methods of Standard Korean. These language standards could help to decide pronunciation of loanwords. Some pronunciations which could not be regulated by them must be presented in the standard pronunciation dictionary. For example, glottalization rule of 's' in many loanwords could be presented in the description of each loanword in the dictionary. However the pronunciation of loanwords must be similar to the spelling. If various pronunciations are allowed to one spelling, then people will be so confused by the discrepancy between pronunciation and spelling of loanwords.

A new dummy has improved biofidelity from Fair to Good compare with EuroSID2re which is currently used for regulation tests and NCAP tests. Some instrumentation of each body region has been changed to measure the assessment of injury risk. The objective of this study is to find out the injury characteristic of each dummy and to calculate the relation between external force and injury for each dummy with pendulum tests. Finally, this study suggests the optimized external force to meet consumer tests. A new dummy named WorldSID for side impact will be introduced into EuroNCAP tests after 2015. Korea government is also planning to adopt WorldSID at KNCAP tests from 2017 and Global Technical Regulation (GTR) will also adopt WorldSID to oblique side pole crash.

This study examined the regulation status on wastewater treatment in agro-food processing and a case study on effluent treatment m ethods was carried out to evaluate any change after the mitigation of regulation. First, in order to clarify the area of investigation, the definition of small-scale agro-processing facilities was reviewed through literature survey and local government ordinance. The current law were separately analyzed into four areas; effluent treatment facilities, development of agro-processing industries, land use and food processes equipment. The exclusion clauses on wastewater discharging facility in the enforcement regulation were defined in detail, which can be served in practice. Site survey, after the questionnaire survey of the person in charge of the local unit, was carried out. As the result, this survey confirmed the positive effects of the deregulation on promoting sewer system service in rural areas, introducing the new processing construction and so on. In addition, it was found that some matters to be considered to determine whether to introduce wastewater treatment plan for public food processing facilities.

Background (Purpose): The objective of this study was to investigate regulations on pharmacist and other healthcare professional license examination in Korea. Specific aim was focused on the implementation of new regulatory system governing pharmacist license examination particularly on naming of the subjects, method of the examination, and discrimination of pass or fail. Method: Laws and regulations of Korea on the examination system were retrieved from sources posted in Ministry of Government Legislation. Results: Two major regulatory differences were found between pharmacist and other healthcare professionals license examination systems. Firstly, the regulation on pharmacist license examination was ruled by the enforcement ordinance of parent law (Pharmacy Law) while it was ruled by enforcement regulation of parent law (Medical Law). Secondly, minimum grade requirement for pharmacist and other healthcare professionals was differently set up: 40% for each single subject in pharmacist and average of 40% for each group of several subjects in other healthcare professionals. Conclusion: Since pharmacist profession has drastically changed from drug-makers to drug-users during the recent decades, it is desirable to have the regulations on pharmacist license examination system amended in harmony with other laws and regulations of Korea and other major developed countries. Two-step examination for pharmacist license appears worthwhile to implement for balancing the two key functions of the pharmacist being drug-makers and drug-users.

Light Rail Transit (LRT) is optimized vehicle system for complex urban circumstance. LRT systems have many merits such as improved accuracy and safety. There are many LRT systems such as monorail, tram, automated guideway transit, linear induction motor propulsion and so on. These systems have been operated in Japan and other advanced countries. In Korea, local government has many projects to apply the advanced LRT system. But there are no standards regulation, performance test regulation and construction regulation for monorail system, linear induction motor system and tram in Korea. We expect that standardization brings economical construction and safety. The linear induction motor system has been usually applied to subway in Japan and ART(Advanced Rapid Transit) in Canada. In Korea, the linear induction motor system has been adopted for Yong-In LRT and currently under construction. This paper presents signalling system and TCMS(train control and monitoring system) of linear induction motor system.

It is expected that Korea will be entering with super aged society with its rapid changing to aging society compare to other developed countries. Such phenomenon is recognized from a long time ago and government has enacted Elderly Long Term Convalescence Insurance Regulation back in 1999. However, different from its actual purpose, there are many problems and improvements to be made, leading to legislative revision for several times. Still, it is left with many issues. This is one example showing there has been a continuous problem with elderly long term convalescence insurance system. Even this system in Germany which have started 4 years before us is to continuously revising regulation by raising issues to make strong structure for elderly welfare and long term convalescence, aiming to enhance life of elderly people by providing detailed standard for convalescence. Elderly related legal systematization may not enhance their welfare service or daily life right away. However, if details in regulation and its theory is systematically arranged, this will greatly reduce administrative confusion as well as increasing understanding and use of this system for the nation.

As PPL has become available since the proposal of the revised enforcement ordinances of the Broadcast Law in January 2010, not only PPL has become increased in its quantity but its method has also become diversified gradually. However, there are problems in institutional and policy aspects in order to realize its potentials, and it needs to be reviewed more concretely. Consequently, the study aims to provide domestic PPL activation plans by the research of domestic and international PPL regulations PPL market situation was examined preferentially, and then Korean PPL market situation was compared to foreign countries' counterpart. In order that, PPL regulation plan of US, Japan, China, and other major Europe countries were compared to Korean's one. The problems and issues related to PPL regulation was also looked into, and practical PPL regulation plan was researched. According to that, improvement plan of PPL regulation and methodology to revitalize PPL in respect of business and government were suggested

The impact of regulations on industrial activities is significant. Because the food industry has to observe given obligations and bear costs and expenses resulted from complying with applicable food safety regulations. Meanwhile, A government drafts the regulatory impact analysis report prior to enactment, amendment or reinforcement of any regulations. The analysis powered by objective and scientific methodologies enable a government to judge whether a particular regulation will be good or bad for the society. An effective policy implementation in practice and cost-bearing is entirely up to industries. Moreover, opportunity cost and actual cost relating to or arising from regulatory compliance will be estimated only by the respective industries. Therefore, the food Industry needs to collect and accumulate the said information and also to disseminate their hardships and financial burdens. Objective and practical information will encourage a government to set out regulatory frameworks that rational policy making.

For the many years the children's running noise has caused perpetual frictions between neighbors in apartment houses. For this reason the government established a regulation to reduce the floor impact noise, as a result almost all apartment houses have been enforced to use the floor structure with 210mm thickness concrete slab and 120mm thickness of floor heating system since July 2005. If do not want to apply this kind of system, a system which obtain the certification from the institution appointed by government must be applied. In this reason a lot of construction material companies and construction companies have been trying to develop the system with 180mm thickness concrete slab for the purpose of reducing the cost. To develop the optimized floor system, actual size test building were constructed and the materials related with reducing floor impact noise were composited and tested in the test building. Through this procedure the most effective system was found.
