This paper focuses to find out and analyse the influence of evaluation and image of government technology development programs on the outcome. A comprehensive survey of domestic technology-intensive industry was carried out. Through the results of this survey, we can understand and find out the impotance of the image and evaluation of the programs taken by the firms. We could find out, however, that the output of the technology development of the enerprises is one thing and outcome in the level of society is another, especially as for the influences of evaluation on the performances. In this regard, we could draw several policy implications as well as discussions.

전 세계적으로 실업과 고용창출이 중요한 이슈로 부각됨에 따라, 고용률을 높이고 경제를 활성화하기 위하여 우리나라를 비롯한 많은 선진국에서는 다양한 창업활성화 정책을 수립 시행하고 있다. 창업활성화에 있어 중요한 요인은 기업가정신이므로, 예비창업자와 기창업자를 대상으로 창업동기, 기업가정신, 창업의지 및 기업성과에 관계를 규명한다면, 기업가정신을 증진시킬 수 있는 대상별 맞춤형 창업정책프로그램을 마련하는데 중요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창업정책수혜를 받고 있는 예비창업자와 기창업자를 대상으로 창업동기요인을 규명하고, 창업동기요인이 기업가정신과 창업의지(예비창업자) 및 기업성과(기창업자)에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 기술통계와 신뢰도분석을 실시하였으며, 타당도 검증을 위해 요인분석을 실시하였고, 상호상관성을 보기위해 상호관계를 분석하였으며, 최종 회귀분석을 통한 검증으로 요인들 간의 영향력을 분석하였다. 예비창업자의 경우, 총 202명을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 그 결과 자기효능감, 인적네트워크, 경제적요인, 정부정책은 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자기효능감, 창업교육, 경제적요인, 정부정책은 창업의지에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기창업자는 총 212명을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 자기효능감, 인적네트워크, 경제적요인이 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 자기효능감은 재무적성과와 비재무적성과에, 창업교육은 재무적성과와 기술적성과에 인적네트워크는 비재무적성과에, 경제적요인은 재무적성과와 비재무적성과에, 정부정책은 재무적성과와 기술적성과에 각각 정의영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study analysed the influencing factors involved in deciding the policy through the analysis of procedure in the policy on the natural resources in local governments. To evaluate the political consensus of decision making in policy determination as political rationality in natural resources policy, we analyzed the degree of the satisfaction from the residents. Among the analysis factors of the satisfaction of natural resources policy, the most significant independent factors were the goal and the method of the policy, the institutional conditions and interested groups, the appropriateness of the content of decision making, supervising and controlling, cooperating relations, the effect of policy, and the consistency. From the analysis of the effect and the goal of policy, we found $70.5\%$ of residents was against the policy and only $27.8\%$ consented. Considering the appropriateness of supervising and controlling in accordance with the process of the policy decision and its execution, the influence of local governments and institutions concerned enjoying comparatively more economic benefits was strong, however, the involvement of the residents and supervising and monitoring institutions were found negligible.

PL law seeks consumers'just compensation and effective deterrence through shirting liability principle from negligence to strict liability. Impact analysis of Product Liability(PL) Low requires consumers' perspectives. This paper performed a policy delphi to predict the impact of PL law on consumers. The study surveyed the opinions of 30 specialists in PL area, ranging from government, officials, professors, researchers, consumer activists, to business executives, for three times. The consumer are as follows: first of all, PL law can contribute to damage compensation significantly in that it stimulates consumer complaints through non- court procedures. It is very unlikely that suits will be increased rapidly due to PL because of the current law environment. The degree of influence of PL law on damage compensation will very according to the content of PL law. Secondly, PL law can contribute to deterrence in that it encourages companies' efforts for product safety while it doesn't undermine consumers' attentions to safety. The influence on companies' efforts will vary according to the content of PL law.

This study attempted to investigate the changes in the perception of local government officials about agricultural infrastructure improvement projects due to the financial policy changes. A total of 141 local government officials were surveyed on the priority, the current status of the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects. Irrigation facilities renovation project and Small drainage improvement project had generally high priority, while Support project of cultivation basis for upland crops in paddy, Large scale land readjustment project, and Upland infrastructure improvement project had low priorities. After the introduction of the block grant system, agricultural infrastructure improvement projects had often been conducted by collecting opinions from local residents. The officials in charge of local governments recognized that the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects were reduced due to lack of financial resources and project potential sites. In response to the changes in the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects, most of the surveys showed that the influence of cities and provinces was strengthened. In addition, respondents most needed to improve the subsidy rate and there were a large number of cases requiring differential support to meet the characteristics of the local government. Therefore, it will be necessary to present a new perspective on the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects and to suggest differentiated projects for each regions.

This study was intended to probe the scheme for correctly making Korean fashion design known to the world. It is because its suggestion could find out in the current influence of Japanese designer works led to fashion in Europe and the U.S. It can be said that this success was attributed to Japanese high economic growth, increased interests in fashion, increased awareness of the fashion industry, production of designers activity in the world area, systematic and active support of the fashion circles and government for the fashion industry and so on. Korean government has recently begun to attempt to nurture Koreanism or Korean look as world-class fashion. But there are a considerable number of obstacles in making Koreanism or Korean look known to the world due to such several factors as the lack of interests in fashion, the lack of globally active designers, and the like. It is necessary to nurture the fashion industry and educate and train designers for the long-term perspective. In addition, both the government and the fashion circles need to provide for more active and reasonable policy for holding the Korean Fashion Fair, expanding the Seoul Collection to the more global level, opening the way for new designers, and so forth. Furthermore, our academic circles need to make much research on the scheme for the glottalization of Koreanism or Korean look.

Purpose - This research paper aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and government support programs (GSP) on new product performance in Korean Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME). We specifically focus on the interaction between these two factors and their influence on the new product performance of Korean SMEs. Research design, data, and methodology - We collected survey questionnaires from SMEs that are certified with Inno-biz by the Korean Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 26 and AMOS to create an integrated model. Result - Based on the analysis, our findings indicate that the proactiveness and innovativeness dimensions of EO have a positive effect on new product performance. However, the risk-taking dimension of EO has a negative effect. Additionally, GSP exhibit both positive and negative moderating effects on different dimensions of EO. Conclusion - It is important to recognize that GSP are not a universal solution for all challenges faced by SMEs. Hence, it is crucial for policy-makers to have a clear understanding of SMEs' capabilities and the level of EO dimensions in order to identify types of GSP that could lead to positive outcomes, while minimizing the negative effects of GSP.

The purpose of this study was to investigate new directions and paradigms for child policy in Korea. The paper also discusses the theoretical background of the influence of such policies upon the lives of children. Any new paradigm thus established should be based on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Children (CRC), and in addition, appropriate government support should be provided for all families and children regardless of their socio-economic status. The goal of such a child policy is to promote and protect the well-being of children in Korea and inspire excellence among those adults responsible for protecting and nurturing these children. Clearly, more effort and attention needs to be expended in order to achieve these aims.

Nowadays, the policy of open data disclosure has become one of the globally used tools for public innovation. For this reason, this study investigates whether the policy has eventually created the achievement of public innovation in Korea. To this end, this study evaluates qualities of the fourteen thousand open data in Korea that is disclosed to the public and compares it with indexes such as the usage of data, transparency index, and Government 3.0 Excellency Index, which are regarded as the outcome of the disclosure. Based on the result, this study aims to suggest future orientation for the policy.

This paper deals with studying strategy about impact of deep learning (DL) on the factor of Korean economic growth. To study classification of impact factors of Korean economic growth, we suggest dynamic equation of microeconomy and study methods on economic growth impact of deep learning. Next step is to suggest DL model to dynamic equation with Korean economy data with growth related factors to classify what factor is import and dominant factors to build policy and education. DL gives an influence in many areas because it can be implemented with ease as just normal editing works and speak including code development by using huge data. Currently, young generations will take a big impact on their job selection because generative AI can do well as much as humans can do it everywhere. Therefore, policy and education methods should be rearranged as new paradigm. However, government and officers do not understand well how it is serious in policy and education. This paper provides method of policy and education for AI education including generative AI through analysing many papers and reports, and experience.
