Since 2015, the government has been making efforts to distribute Korean smart farms. However, the supply is limited to large-scale facility vegetable farms due to the limitations of technology and current cultivation research data. In addition, the efficiency and reliability compared to the introduction cost are low due to the simple application of IT technology that does not consider the crop growth and cultivation environment. Therefore, in this paper, data analysis services was performed based on public and external data. To this end, a data-based target smart farm system was designed that is suitable for the situation of farms growing in facilities. To this end, a farm risk information notification service was developed. In addition, light environment maps were provided for proper fertilization. Finally, a disease prediction model for each cultivation crop was designed using temperature and humidity information of facility farms. Through this, it was possible to implement a smart farm data service by linking and utilizing existing smart farm sensor data. In addition, economic efficiency and data reliability can be secured for data utilization.

Despite the government's various safety measures, the number of safety accidents continues to rise and the interior is more likely to occur indoors than outdoors. Safety accidents involving young children account for more than 70 % of the safety accidents in the safety accidents, and the ratio of safety accidents in the classroom or classroom is more than 50 %. In this thesis the author proposes the system managing the accidents notification service using LED lighting and access entry control. Utilizing IoT technology, remote control or access can be controlled remotely by controlling multiple lights and entrances from each room and by means of a number of lighting and entrances. By monitoring and analyzing real-time status via server PC and mobile interface, it can control the maximum control and incident prevention, automatic control, and automatic control.

According to the statistics, Korea is expected to reach a super-aged society in 2025. In preparation for an aging society, The government is making efforts to improve in social activity and welfare for the elderly people. But in case of people who live in urban-rural mixed cities, They can not benefit from traffic convenience that is essential in social activities. For example, surveys and interviews show that, The dwellers(65+ of some urban-rural mixed cities) have many restrictions on social activities because of mobility disadvantage. Therefore, We propose that expansion for the people who need to use the voucher taxi, Increase of the public bus service and rebuilding of the bus stop terminal. We are looking forward to this study will be used as basic data for transportation policy of urban-rural mixed cities across the country.

It is required to polish the components of administrative services constructively and technologically in order to achieve adminstration the u-Gov pursues. This study was conducted on 878 retired women in their 50s and 60s across the country using the 7th data from the National Pension Service's KReiS. We used SPSS WIN 18.0, and the analysis results are as follows. First, there were many highly educated people in their 50s or older and those in their 60s and undereducated. Second, families in their 50s had the largest number of members with more than three, while households in their 60s had the largest number of two. Third, both age groups chose themselves and their spouses as responsibilities for preparing for retirement. In addition, more people in their 60s chose the government as their responsibility for preparing for retirement than in their 50s. Both people in their 50s and 60s say they are "not prepared" to prepare for retirement expenses, raising concerns about elderly poverty. Fourth, economic strength, health, and medical care were important for retirement in both age groups as part of their preparations for retirement, and they chose economic strength, health, medical care and job as the things to do in society. Fifth, both people in their 50s and 60s have very low public and private pension subscription rates, requiring special attention from the government and society to their old age. Judging from the above results, both women in their 50s and 60s have retired, but preparations for retirement are very insufficient. Therefore, the government and society need to strengthen the public pension system and create jobs for the elderly.

This paper presents the user needs analysis and information visualization for the development of a semantic-based national R&D information navigation service in information service planning phase, which converges and fuses NDSL databases and NTIS databases. To investigate and analyze the user needs for improving usability, we make an improvement plan for R&D information services via a survey targeted at 30 persons, and on-site interviews targeted at 12 persons, almost of who are researchers in industries, universities and government-funded institutes. To design new information visualization service, we propose an interactive national R&D information visualization service, which is provided in navigation type, and prescribe persona and screen prototyping according to the user needs analysis. We design the national R&D information convergence/fusion architecture based on the NDSL databases, including 345,411 academic articles, 620,555 co-authors and 49,958 reports and NTIS databases including 187,466 national R&D projects. We expect that the national R&D information convergence/fusion architecture contributes to R&D information convergence/fusion as a leading model/standard and the interactive navigation-typed information visualization service strengthens usability continuously.

With ubiquitous computing and network, the concern of government, business and academy for IT or ICT convergence has been increased. In this paper, through the analysis of keyword trend for ICT convergence services from 2000's mid, the efficient policy is proposed by estimating the understanding and concern of common people. In addition to, the concept and development step of convergence are analyzed, and the keyword analysis for the ICT convergence services defined in TTA is performed. The services are classified into smart home work transportation, Health ICT, RFID USN, M2M IoT, e-Navigation, intelligent robot, and the keywords for each service are analyzed. The analytic results indicate that the keyword trend varies in the time, and highly indexing keywords and new trend are defined. To provide the efficient ICT services, the new ICT convergence services needed for customer will be proposed with new IT technology development, IT standard, law management, and policy provisioining.

The utilization and value of drones are increasing throughout society. However, there was a lack of government support and investment such as lack of technology of domestic drone companies, regulation of loans and lack of technology evaluation items. Therefore, this paper conducts statistical analysis to derive what drone capacity should be strengthened for the drone industry activation in Daegu. As a result, the demand satisfaction(price, quality, service) of drones leads to revitalization of drone industry when the physical, social, and policy factors among drones are strengthened. In conclusion, drone capacity to be strengthened in order to revitalize the drone industry in Korea is based on physical factors(drone demand, development, number of registrations, number of businesses and workers), social factors(national level public relations, establishment of public education institutes, correct understanding of drone occupation, preception), policy factors(privacy measures, government funding, legislation and system easing). As for the three factors, the government, industry, and drone operators are expected to have a bright future when the trinity is improved and complemented.

The concept of "ubiquitous" has become the top issue of the 21st century communications field within the past years. u-City has become the new city paradigm with the convergence of city planning and ubiquitous communication technologies and services. Starting from 2004, KT has collaborated with the Korean government to develop comfortable, convenient, pleasant, safe, and healthy IT technology based u-City focusing on; balanced development, value creation, and improved standard of living within the region. Presently the term, "hazard mitigation services" lacks a clear definition due to its varying applications by different local agencies and has caused confusion. Therefore, this report will clarify and define u-City hazard mitigation services currently proposed to the local agencies as well as services currently in effect. Additionally, the report will introduce hazard mitigation service models feasible by KT.

Given social problems of social network service (SNS) addiction, it is critical to understand user's formation mechanism of SNS addiction. Since a number of studies have demonstrated the negative outcomes of excessive SNS use, the researchers examined important antecedents of SNS addiction as SNS habit that is considered as a key driver of SNS addiction. Moreover, the effects of self-expression, network management, and information search on SNS addition formation were investigated. The proposed theoretical model was empirically tested by using longitudinal survey data collected from 206 Facebook users. The analysis results indicate that SNS habit plays an important role in forming SNS addiction. Further, self-expression, network management, and information search influence SNS addiction through SNS habit. The analysis results offer some in-depth perspectives to SNS providers and government that establish policies or digital convergence strategies to induce healthy SNS use.
