행동기반 안전관리(Behavior Based Safety: BBS) 프로그램이 버스 기사 및 승객의 안전행동에 미치는 효과 검증: 현장 사례 연구 (The Effect of Behavior Based Safety Program on Safe Behaviors of Bus Drivers and Passengers: A Field Case Study)

  • This study examined the effect of Behavior Based Safety(BBS) program on safe behaviors of bus drivers and passengers. Four male bus drivers working at a H transportation company situated in Seoul participated in this study. BBS program consisted of education, prompts, and self-monitoring with goal setting. Dependent variables were the percentage of two safe driving behaviors of bus drivers (departure after stopping for 3 seconds, announcement for holding bus handles) and the percentage of one safe behavior of passengers getting on the busses those drivers drove (holding bus handles). A primary observer and two trained assistant observers measured two safe behaviors of the bus drivers with behavior checklists by riding on the busses and the passengers' safe behavior was observed by CCTV installed on each bus. An ABC multiple baseline design across participants was adopted. After baseline(A), education and prompts(B) and self-monitoring with goal setting(C) were introduced sequentially to each participant. The results showed that BBS program was effective to increase both bus drivers' and passengers' safe behaviors. Especially self-monitoring with goal setting was more effective in improving safe behaviors of bus drivers than education/prompts. These results suggest that education/prompts and self-monitoring with goal setting would be an alternative treatment technique to improve safety for lone workers such as bus drivers.

조직 내부자의 정보보안 준수 향상에 대한 연구 (A Study on Improving Information Security Compliance of Organization Insider)

  • The expansion of information sharing activities using online can increase the threat of information exposure by increasing the diversity of approaches to information within an organization. The purpose of this study is to present conditions for improving the information security compliance intention of insiders to improve the level of information security within the organization. In detail, the study applies the theory of planned behavior that clearly explains the cause of an individual's behavior and proposes a way to increase the compliance intention by integrating the social control theory and goal-setting theory. The study presented research models and hypotheses based on previous studies, collected samples by applying a questionnaire technique, and tested hypotheses through structural equation modeling. As a result, information security attitude, subjective norms, and self-efficacy had a positive influence on the intention to comply. Also, attachment, commitment, and involvement, which are the factors of social control theory, formed a positive attitude toward information security. Goal difficulty and goal specificity, which are the factors of goal setting theory, formed a positive self-efficacy. The study presents academic and practical implications in terms of suggesting a method of improving the information security compliance intention of employees.

가상 커뮤니티에서의 지식소싱행동에 대한 이해 (Understanding Knowledge Sourcing Behavior in Virtual Communities)

  • By providing a number of unprecedented knowledge sources, virtual communities have stimulated interests in knowledge sourcing Specifically, virtual communities have triggered fundamental changes in the ways that people interact with one another. Thus, there is a critical need to examine how people try to behave for sourcing knowledge in virtual communities, particularly in terms of the demand-side perspective of knowledge. To address the knowledge gap regarding knowledge sourcing behavior from the knowledge recipients' side, this study draws upon GPA(goal-plan-action) theory with both the social cognitive theory and the goal-setting theory as overarching theories. Furthermore, we apply past experience in virtual communities and trust in knowledge providers as moderating variables to deeply understand the knowledge recipients' behavior. We expect to present theoretical and practical implications through our findings, which are relevant to cognitive goal-setting and knowledge sourcing behavior. In the theoretical perspective, this study illustrates how knowledge recipients determine knowledge sourcing behavior. Based on our findings, this study has practical implications for virtual communities to effectively balance knowledge repositories and knowledge management systems with knowledge providers and recipients.

  • The relationship between the performance measures and the acceptance of evaluation has been of importance not only in the academic field but in the business area. However, there had not been many studies on the factors which affect the goal core, that is, specificity and difficulty. The previous literature on the evaluation of measures has limitations in that the common and unique measures without suggesting the concept of shared measures are used. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the environmental characteristics of the goal setting on the result and acceptance of the evaluation, which is mediated by the characteristics of the goal core. This study further tests if there are any moderating effects from using the shared measures of performance.

  • The Operational Mode Summary/Mission Profile(OMS/MP) is a document which describes how a system or training device will be used in wartime and/or peacetime at the time it is field with focus on the future. OMS/MP is also typically used for the RAM goal setting in an early phase of weapon system development. This paper provides OMS/MP and RAM goal of the Next-MILSATCOM which is following military satellite system after ANASIS. We propose operational concepts, user-side OMS/MP model and RAM goal.

간호사의 셀프리더십과 간호업무성과간의 관계 (The Relation between Self-leadership and Outcome of Nursing Practice)

  • Purpose: This study was undertaken in order to suggest self-leadership as a way to promote organization efficiency of nursing organization. So the relation between self-leadership and outcome of nursing practice in organization was studied. Method: The subjects of study were nurses as a population who were working for the 2 of university hospitals which have over 500 beds in Kyong Ki Province as well as who have been working for over 6 months. The data was collected by questionnaires from 215 nurses and analyzed using descriptive statistics, perason correlation coefficient, t-test and ANOVA on SAS Program. Results: Self-leadership of nurse got 3.51 grade out of 5 as a mean point. Each of the segments got 3.74 in self-compensation, 3.57 in self-expectation, 3.53 in goal-setting, 3.45 in rehearsal, 3.37 in self-criticism and 3.30 in constructive thinking in order. Independent performance of nursing practice at each items of outcome of nursing practice showed the highest correlations with the self-expectation among self-leadership segments. Constructive thinking, self-compensation, rehearsal, goal-setting were related like this in order, but self-criticism was related just a little. Dependent nursing practice has the highest correlation with the self-expectation, goal-setting, rehearsal, constructive thinking, self-compensation were similar as aboves in order, but self-criticism didn't show any similar correlations. Relationship practice has the highest correlation with the self-expectation, and goal-setting, constructive thinking, self-compensation, rehearsal were similar, while self-criticism did not show any correlations. Conclusion: In conclusion the result was obtained that self-leadership is much correlated with outcome of nursing practice. Therefore, as a way to promote efficiency of nursing organization, the constant study about self-leadership with the various aspects is needed focusing on self-management and inner motivation as a new leadership paradigm.

학부제 관련 문헌정보학 교육목적 및 교과과정 연구 (A study on objectives and curriculum of library & information science)

  • In this study it is surveyed how the educational objectives of orientation in Library & Information Science under current school system should be formed and presented as follows; First, there are many obstacles in overcoming problems and setting successfully education of Library & Information Science under the school system by Ministry of Education. To get over this clear objectives and goals of education must be presented. According to clarified goal of education curriculums must be formed systematically. As a result it is suggested that setting goal of education emphasizing on paralleling of fortifying of theory and conducting practical business rather than training of Information specialist. Second, in analysis of curriculum of library & Information Science it is divided into five categories; (1) 'information organization', (2) 'reference/bibliographical information', (3) 'management of library/ information center', (4) 'informatics' (5) 'library & Information science in general', then courses of each category are arranged and analyzed. As a result balanced development among categories and education is required. In short educational goal of library & Information Science must show basic philosophy, ideal, and direction of education. In addition it is ideal that educational goal of Library & Information Science be presented concretely and in feasible way. Thus in this context the goal and objectives of library & Information Science must be devised and amended, su n.0, pplement as circumstances change.

조직의 정보보안 목표 설정과 공정성이 보안정책 준수의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Organizational Information Security Goal Setting and Justice on Security Policy Compliance Intention)

  • 전 세계적인 정보보안 위협의 증대에 따라 조직들은 보다 전문화된 정보보안 정책 및 시스템을 도입 및 활용에 투자 비중을 높이고 있다. 정보보안은 보안 시스템 및 정책을 이행하는 조직원들의 참여가 무엇보다 필요하며, 조직 내부의 보안 수준을 높이기 위해서는 조직원들의 정보보안 준수의도 향상을 위한 조직의 체계적인 지원이 무엇보다 필요하다. 본 연구는 정보보안 분야에 공정성이론과 목표설정이론을 적용하여 조직원의 정보보안 준수의도를 높이기 위한 매커니즘을 찾는다. 즉, 보안정책 목표설정이 조직원들의 보안관련 공정성 인식수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 공정성은 준수의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 연구모델 기반 가설 검증을 실시한다. 연구대상은 정보보안 정책을 도입한 조직의 조직원들이며, 설문조사를 통하여 유효샘플 383개를 수집하였다. 연구가설 검증은 구조방정식 모델링을 실시하였다. 보안정책 목표 요인(목표 난이도, 목표 구체성)이 조직원의 보안관련 공정성 인식을 높이며, 보안관련 공정성(분배, 절차, 그리고 정보 공정성)이 준수의도에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결과는 조직의 보안 정책에 대한 조직원들의 준수의도 향상을 위한 전략적 접근 방향을 제시한다.

대학생의 직무능력 향상 교육이 첫직장 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Competencies Education in First Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들이 기업에 필요한 직무능력을 향상시키는 것이 성공적인 취업을 위해 매우 중요하다는 관점에서 직무능력향상교육이 진로목표설정, 진로준비행동 및 직장만족도에 미치는 직 간접적인 영향력을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 대졸자직업이동경로조사(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey: GOMS)의 2013GOMS를 바탕으로 5,044명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 직무능력향상교육은 진로목표설정에 긍정적으로 작용할 뿐만 아니라 진로준비행동을 촉진하는 요인임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 진로준비행동은 첫직장 만족도 향상에 기여한다는 것을 다시 한 번 확인하였다. 셋째, 직무능력향상교육과 진로목표설정은 진로준비행동을 통하여 간접적으로 직장만족도를 향상에 기여한다는 것을 규명하였다. 결론적으로 직무능력향상은 자신의 진로에 대하여 명확한 목표를 설정하고 이를 위한 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 줌으로써 자신이 희망하는 일자리 획득의 가능성을 높여준다는 것을 규명하고 있다. 따라서 대학생들은 자신의 적성을 고려하여 직무능력향상에 노력해야하며, 이를 위해 대학교와 정부에서는 대학생들이 자신의 적성을 조기에 파악하여 이에 부합되는 직무능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위한 체계적인 교육프로그램을 개발이 필요하다.

  • 정보보안의 중요성의 증대에 따라, 조직은 정보보안을 위한 정책 개발 및 기술 도입을 위한 지속적인 투자를 하고 있다. 조직 내부의 보안 수준을 높이기 위해서는 조직원들의 보안 준수의도 향상을 위한 조직 차원의 체계적인 지원이 필요하다. 본 연구는 조직의 보안 정책 기획 및 실행에 있어, 조직원의 보안 준수를 개선시킬 수 있는 방법으로서, 보안 정책 목표 설정 및 제재 실행을 제시하고, 조직원의 보안 준수의도를 설명하는 계획된 행동이론(Theory of Planned Behavior)와의 연관 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 연구가설 검증을 위하여 구조방정식 모델링을 사용하며, 정보보안 정책이 도입되어 있는 조직의 조직원들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 346개의 응답을 기반으로 가설을 검증하였다. 결과는 목표 설정 수준과 제재 실행 수준이 조직원들의 준수의도에 영향을 주는 선행 변수들인 자기효능감과 대처효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 결과적으로, 본 연구는 조직원의 보안 준수의도 향상을 위해서 보안정책 목표 설정의 중요성과 제재의 실행의 중요성을 제시함으로써, 조직 내 정보보안부서가 수행해야할 효과적인 조직 보안을 위한 전략적 행동 방향을 제시하였다.
