Impact of Economic Value in the O2O Distribution Channel on Brand Attractiveness and Performance

  • Purpose: With the unique feature of O2O, consumers are now able to check the profile of the services and products online and then consume them in offline venues or vice versa. This study provides motivation and practical implications about online-to-offline (O2O) distribution channels and investigates the relationship between economic values, service consistency and brand identity attractiveness in the O2O distribution channel. Then identify the impact of brand identity attractiveness on the performance (reputation and reuse intention). Research design, data, and methodology: Structural equation modeling (SEM) has been used to investigate the relationship between economic value and brand identity attractiveness, which affects the reputation and reuse intention of services in O2O. Results: Empirical results show the positive and significant impact of economic value and service consistency on brand identity attractiveness which results the positive and significant impact on performance (reputation and reuse intention) in O2O. Conclusion: In the O2O distribution channel, economic value is an important aspect for the attractive image and brand identity. On the other side, brand identity attractiveness is important for the bright future of O2O services, continuous growth, achieving the distinct goal, keeping good promises with customers, and a better reputation of O2O services in distribution channels.

설계일관성을 고려한 도로 곡선반경 산정에 관한 연구 (Development of Estimation of Curve Radii of Road Considering Design Consistency)

  • 차량의 주행속도는 설계일관성을 평가하는 주요한 척도로 활용되며 그 중 곡선반경은 여러 연구에서 공통적으로 제시한 주된 요인으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 복합선형에서 설계속도별 적정 평면곡선반경 범위기준을 정립하고 운전자의 인지 행태를 나타낼 수 있는 인지반경을 정립하여 입체선형에서 적합한 평면곡선반경을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 저속차량의 방해요소를 최소화하기 위하여 입체선형을 고려한 도로의 임의지점에서 횡방향 미끄럼 마찰계수와 주행방향 미끄럼 마찰계수를 동시에 고려하여 설계속도와 종단경사별 평면곡선반경을 제시하였다. 둘째, 본 연구에서는 곡선부 인지반경을 통하여 평면 곡선부와 편평한 종단경사가 조합된 경우, 평면 곡선부와 종단곡선부가 조합된 경우를 비교한 후, 곡선부 인지반경을 산정하여 설계속도별 적정 평면곡선반경과 인지반경 비율을 제시하였다.

유스케이스 모델링을 위한 요구사항 중복 및 불일치 분석 (Requirements Redundancy and Inconsistency Analysis for Use Case Modeling)

  • 본 논문에서는 정형방법론의 일관성 검사방법을 유스케이스 모델링에 적용함으로써 논리적으로 일관되고 구조화된 요구사항 모델을 생성할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 제안된 방안을 통해 서로 중복되거나 충돌할 수 있는 다중 사용자관점의 부분적인 요구사항들을 구조화된 요구사항 모델로 통합할 수 있다. 요구사항 모델의 구조는 문맥목표와 관심영역의 중복구조를 통하여 분석되며, 요구사항의 모델의 일관성은 요구사항 통합의 수단으로 요구사항 명세의 중복관계에 기반한 일관성 검사방법을 사용함으로써 획득된다. 제시된 방법을 사례분석에 적용한 결과 제안된 방안이 요구사항의 중복관계 및 불일치를 도출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 다중 사용자관점의 부분적인 요구사항들을 일관성을 갖는 통합된 요구사항 모델로 전환함으로써 소프트웨어의 행위와 기능을 명확하게 규명할 수 있음을 보여 주었다. 제안된 방안을 통하여 개발 초기단계의 유스케이스 모델링에 있어서 요구사항 불일치 도출능력을 강화할 수 있으며, 고객만족을 위해 사용자와 개발자간의 의사소통을 촉진할 수 있다.

자연자원정책의 정치적 합리성에 관한 연구 : 주민 만족도를 적용하여 (Political Rationality of Natural Resources Policy - Analysis of Residents Gratification -)

  • This study analysed the influencing factors involved in deciding the policy through the analysis of procedure in the policy on the natural resources in local governments. To evaluate the political consensus of decision making in policy determination as political rationality in natural resources policy, we analyzed the degree of the satisfaction from the residents. Among the analysis factors of the satisfaction of natural resources policy, the most significant independent factors were the goal and the method of the policy, the institutional conditions and interested groups, the appropriateness of the content of decision making, supervising and controlling, cooperating relations, the effect of policy, and the consistency. From the analysis of the effect and the goal of policy, we found $70.5\%$ of residents was against the policy and only $27.8\%$ consented. Considering the appropriateness of supervising and controlling in accordance with the process of the policy decision and its execution, the influence of local governments and institutions concerned enjoying comparatively more economic benefits was strong, however, the involvement of the residents and supervising and monitoring institutions were found negligible.

응급구조(학)과 학생들의 구급현장실습 대체 간접실습 학습 항목 제안 (Proposal of indirect experience practice learning items to alternative ambulance ride practice in paramedic students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to present the learning items of indirect practice as an alternative means of ambulance riding practice. Methods: Twelve on-site professionals participated in testing the effectiveness of learning items of utility value in indirect experience practice among the recommended learning objectives of ambulance ride practice using the modified Delphi technique. To validate the learning objectives, the Delphi technique was used to check content validity, and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) analysis was used to analyze the weighting value. Results: As the learning goal of indirect experience practice replaced the ambulance riding practice, four items were derived in consideration of practicality. These items were consistent with the Delphi panel's consistency index, convergence, and agreement. The first learning item to consider was 'Prevention of infection and risk of infection.' Conclusion: The results of this study are meaningful in that they propose the learning items that can achieve the minimum educational goal through indirect experience practice as an alternative means of ambulance training.

The Effect of Bias in Data Set for Conceptual Clustering Algorithms

  • When a partitioned structure is derived from a data set using a clustering algorithm, it is not unusual to have a different set of outcomes when it runs with a different order of data. This problem is known as the order bias problem. Many algorithms in machine learning fields try to achieve optimized result from available training and test data. Optimization is determined by an evaluation function which has also a tendency toward a certain goal. It is inevitable to have a tendency in the evaluation function both for efficiency and for consistency in the result. But its preference for a specific goal in the evaluation function may sometimes lead to unfavorable consequences in the final result of the clustering. To overcome this bias problems, the first clustering process proceeds to construct an initial partition. The initial partition is expected to imply the possible range in the number of final clusters. We apply the data centric sorting to the data objects in the clusters of the partition to rearrange them in a new order. The same clustering procedure is reapplied to the newly arranged data set to build a new partition. We have developed an algorithm that reduces bias effect resulting from how data is fed into the algorithm. Experiment results have been presented to show that the algorithm helps minimize the order bias effects. We have also shown that the current evaluation measure used for the clustering algorithm is biased toward favoring a smaller number of clusters and a larger size of clusters as a result.

합병관련 과세제도의 개선방안 (A Way of Improving Merger-related Taxation Systems)

  • Concerning this nation's M&A system, it is expected that standards of limitation on ownership is considerably modified and alleviated. This would allow companies to freely merge with each other, raising the efficiency of the whole national economy and ultimately benefiting all economic subjects. Another goal of business merger lies in adjusting net income or reducing tax amount. The income and the amount are to be financially reported. If merger between companies does not create any synergy effect, but just contributes to net income increase or tax reduction for the purpose of the parties' financial reporting, it might distort a rational distribution of wealth over all facets of economy. Merger whose goal is to create the most desirable synergy effect should be positively encouraged, but that whose goal lies in tax avoidance needs to be strongly restricted. Thus the purpose of this study was to find how to improve this nation's merger-related taxation system. For the purpose, this researcher investigated problems of existing tax supports to merger, which meets related taxation requirements, especially in terms of liquidation income, appraisal profit from merger, fictitious dividend and requirements for taxation. Among the problems, the study found, the biggest thing was that liquidation income or deficit carried forward, if any, is subject to be prior deducted from surplus, so the income is likely to generate. To raise the consistency of this nation's taxation on business restructuring, existing local systems in regard to merger, division, investment in kind and dividend-exclusion method need to be reconsidered following the introduction of consolidated taxation system.

  • The increasing requirement for consistency and quality in the automotive industry started the development of a Machine Vision Inspection System (MVIS) for a car seat bottom cushion frame with the goal of providing a higher precision Inspection System with minimal components and less human intervention. The modifications made to an existing PC-based MVIS were shown to improve the accuracy and precision of the system. By using four monochrome cameras, the working distance was lowered and the image distortions were lessened without resorting to extensive image processing. The inspection scripts were evaluated if it could recognize good and bad products and were shown to be robust and able to reach an acceptable level of precision. It was also shown that the amount of human interaction was lessened.

A review of tree-based Bayesian methods

  • Tree-based regression and classification ensembles form a standard part of the data-science toolkit. Many commonly used methods take an algorithmic view, proposing greedy methods for constructing decision trees; examples include the classification and regression trees algorithm, boosted decision trees, and random forests. Recent history has seen a surge of interest in Bayesian techniques for constructing decision tree ensembles, with these methods frequently outperforming their algorithmic counterparts. The goal of this article is to survey the landscape surrounding Bayesian decision tree methods, and to discuss recent modeling and computational developments. We provide connections between Bayesian tree-based methods and existing machine learning techniques, and outline several recent theoretical developments establishing frequentist consistency and rates of convergence for the posterior distribution. The methodology we present is applicable for a wide variety of statistical tasks including regression, classification, modeling of count data, and many others. We illustrate the methodology on both simulated and real datasets.

Autonomous Maze Solving Robot

  • Autonomous robots are intelligent machines that are capable of performing task in the world themselves with little or no human intervention. One of the main reason autonomous robots gained popularity in human's world is their ability to perform task with high degree of precision, accuracy and also consistency. One of the most studied fields in autonomous robot is the ability of decision making in robots. To tackle the ability of robots to make decision, this paper proposed an Autonomous Maze Solving Robot that is able to solve a maze using the optimum solution. The maze and the design of the robot are in compliance with IEEE Micromouse competition rules and regulation. Micromouse is an autonomous maze solving robot that shall be able to explore a maze on its own from a predefined starting location and find the optimum path to reach the predefined goal in the maze without human's intervention.
