Globalization of Hanbok most occur through a combination of related academic fields, division of roles in fields of expertise, and a scientific understanding of Hanbok. Thus various Hanbok-related programs such as contests, fashion shows, experience centers and exhibitions should be provided in one unified setting. Government sponsored Hanbok cultural events have generally been aimed at foreigners or foreign human residency, while events in Korea hae generally been carried out by a more diverse rage of groups, making it difficult for the general population to obtain information or participate actively. In order for hanbok to maintain its tradition as the national costume of Korea, Long-term develop plans must be set. Along with popularization in order to bring hanbok into everyday life, methods for the globalization of hanbok must be explored, providing opportunities to spotlight the diversity and characteristics of Korean costumes, in various events which promote participation, festival-forming and globalization of hanbok culture considering elements such as time (yearly, monthly etc.) and audience (age group, social level etc.).

In fact, Samsung has been pretty much being on a right track from the global marketing management perspective, however still stand at the beginning stage in terms of leading the global corporate culture. In comparison to Nestle with over 130 years of worldwide business experience, Samsung Electronics having only a decade global experience as a Korean multinational corporation has been found to have an obvious gap in terms of globalization which is mainly caused by global corporate culture. Even though it doesn’t seem realistic for Korean multinational corporations to immediately catch up the gap of global corporate culture against global multinational corporations with long years of global experiences and history, Korean multinational corporations need to track the foot print of every steps of globalization particularly focused on the local management culture of global multinational corporations, so that they will be able to shorten the timing to develop the true meaning of global corporate culture being evolved from the Korean management style.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose application methods for the globalization of Korean Uniforms. This study examined the Korean uniforms currently at home and abroad, and focused on the development and usage of uniforms that promoted the Korean image. Study results have shown that a variety of Korean uniform design have been developed through contests, design research. Even though these designs are being sold, its use has been limited. The most popular uniforms worn in Korean restaurants do not reflect the latest fashion trend. In order to utilize and globalize Korean uniform design, following steps need to be taken: first, the communication between uniform designers, researchers developing the Korean uniform design and uniform users needs to exist. Second, Korean uniforms should be utilized in more diverse and effective areas to better promote the Korean image. Third, a platform that has access to a design database needs to be produced to utilize the already developed designs and pay royalties.

  • Chinese literature once had its splendid era in the Tang and Song Dynasties culminating in Tang poetry and influencing the literatures of its neighboring countries. However, during the past centuries, it has largely been "marginalized" on the map of world literature. On the one hand, large numbers of foreign literary works, especially those from Western countries, have been translated into Chinese, exerting a huge influence on the formation of a sort of modern Chinese literary tradition. On the other hand, few contemporary Chinese literary works have been translated into the major foreign languages. With the help of the rise and flourishing of comparative literature, contemporary Chinese literature has been moving toward the world and had its own Nobel laureate. The author, after analyzing the reasons why Chinese literature has been "marginalized," argues that Chinese literature will develop steadily in the age of globalization. Globalization in China has undergone three steps: first, it has made China passively involved in this irresistible trend; second, the country has then quickly adapted itself to this trend; and third, China has started to play an increasingly leading role in the first decade of the present century. In this way, contemporary Chinese literature and comparative literature studies will steadily develop with the help of the "Belt and Road" initiative.

KSSB was established in the 22th of Oct.,1988. It is one of the great National Society recognized by the Korean Research Foundation, and consists of almost 350 members over national Sport Biomechanists. Two roles-functions of KSSB are as follows; one is an Independent Society by KSSB, the other is a sub-Society under Korean Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance(KAHPERD) run by 15 sub-Societies. The 2 great strategies toward all over the world of KSSB were Localization and Globalization. The grand four projects of KSSB in $2005{\sim}2006yrs$ are as followers: 1) The rationalization of organization-operating and decentralization, 2) The international levels of society, 3) The internationalizaton of quality of Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, and 4) The presentation award by quarterly and double-movements of members of KSSB. The tasks of future direction for development of KSSB are as followers : The localization and globalization of KSSB( see above as figure 4, table 12, 13, 14).

  • This paper analyzes the effects of globalization on growth gaps between regions. Using openness and FDI as measures of globalzation in Korean 16 broad autonomous territories the study estimates the effects of the variables on growth gaps between regions. Estimation results show that FDI is significant in explaining the regional gaps while openness is not. The results of the study reveal that attracting FDI to weaker regions, especially the investment in New Industries, is inevitable to resolve growth gaps and for balanced growth among regions. Also, policy makers should use FDI as an important tool for correcting regional gaps as well as the vehicles for regional development.

  • "The world is flat" as the popular author Thomas L. Friedman declares in his best belling book about the progress of business globalization in the $21^{st}$ century [3]. Construction projects and related businesses have been global since the 1800's, but it has never seen such rapid transformation in both scope and depth as in the past decade. Construction projects today often bring together international design talents, construction management firms, local and international labor forces, and global suppliers. On a visit to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates on the Persian Gulf, a person will experience the complexity of globalization of modern construction projects- with Arab owners, European engineering and design companies, American construction management teams, Korean general contractors, Jordanian subcontractors, and labor forces from Thailand, Indonesia, Turkey, and Sri Lanka. A count of material suppliers reveals over 60 countries involved, covering all continents. Indeed construction projects are getting more and more complex and competitive, as is the project execution. The trend toward globalization poses both challenges and opportunities to construction and engineering companies competing on a global scale. While global competition may be a threat to many companies, there are, however, many opportunities for synergistic collaborations that can create win-win scenarios for construction business, research, and education. This paper presents some of the opportunities between the U.S. and Asia in business integration, research collaboration on technologies, and educational development, which may mutually benefit countries on either side of the Pacific.
