국제민간항공기구(ICAO)는 항공기 등록국가별 정비조직인증 및 감독활동에 대한 산업계 및 항공당국의 중복 업무 및 규제부담을 경감할 목적으로 정비조직인증 국제인정(AMO Global Recognition)체계에 대한 로드맵을 2015년에 제시하였다. 이후 ICAO는 2024년 이 체계 시행을 목표로 ICAO 표준 및 지침서등을 순차적으로 개정하고 있다. 우리나라는 ICAO의 로드맵 대응 목적뿐만 아니라 국내 항공정비산업(MRO)의 발전을 위해서도 정비조직인증 국제인정체계를 적극적으로 준비하여야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정비조직인증의 핵심 분야인 업무한정체계에 대한 ICAO 표준 검토 및 항공선진국 제도와 국내 제도를 비교분석하여 차이점 및 보완사항을 식별하고 관련 법규의 개선 방향을 제시하였다.

The aim of this study is to discuss the significance of standards in general as well as that of records management in particular. It also analyzes the current state of standardization efforts that will directly and indirectly affect records management practices. It begins with introducing definitions of standards and the rationale behind the expensive and cumbersome process of standardization. Also covered are major standard-setting organizations at different levels such as international and national level and various types of standards created or endorsed by these organizations. Throughout the study, main focus is given to standards and standardization endeavors in records management. Until recently, standardization activities have been mainly concentrated on manufacturing industry. Consequently, standards regarding records management are not sufficient enough to satisfy organizational and professional needs. Even ISO/TC 46/ SC 11, which is in charge of standardization in records management at the international level, has just published one standard, ISO 15489 : 2001 and newly proposed five standards in 2002. Awareness of the current state calls for active participation of records managers to the standard-related activities as discussed in this study. It is also asked to keep up with the global movement by establishing standards tailored to Korean situations as well as by actively participating In international standardization activities In order to take an initiative at the international level.

In this paper, designing of an earthing system in accordance with international standards with regard to 22.9kV-y multi-grounded neutral system is discussed and confirmed that the consumer's earthing system can be a part of a global earthing system by interconnecting its earthing system with the neutral conductor of 22.9kV-y multi-grounded system. Further, it is proposed that some modification of the earthing system design flowchart given in the international standards are necessary when considering the equipotential bonding, lightning protection, and telecommunications facilities as well as the basic safety requirements.

Minimum Efficiency Performance Standard (MEPS) has already been operated in many countries. In particular, the European Union (EU) has entered the IE3 stage since 2017. Korea will also enter the IE3 phase from October 2018. As for Korea, there is still a restriction on induction motors only. But, in the EU and the United States, efficiency regulation of variable speed drives is being deeply examined. Standards related to this are gradually being fixed. In this paper, the current status and the direction of global standards related to the efficiency of motors, inverters and systems are reviewed. And the case of improving the efficiency of the system including the motor will be examined.

The study aims to investigate corporate social responsibility (CSR) best practices of the world automotive industry - Peugeot, BMW, Ford, Hyundai and Toyota among others - and recommend that they plan their business strategies and managerial responses accordingly. Based on the comparative research and case studies, this research finds that all five automobile manufacturers have taken very similar measures and actions in order to establish and maintain a high level of CSR practices. Sustainability was a core value in all five companies and served as a guiding principle in every aspect and approach of their business. This study finds that all five companies have CSR strategies in place to increase energy efficiency as well as reduce the usage and wastage of water in their production and plants. This research also finds that all companies monitor their suppliers and their own production process to ensure that they maintain their CSR standards. More impressively, this sustainable management practice is transferred along the companies' supply chain through education and training. Their suppliers and business partners are closely monitored to make sure that their high CSR standards are respected and followed. However, we find that there also are some differences in terms of their CSR deliveries and activities.

In 2002 Product Liability Act newly got into effect in Korea so that efforts for Product Safety got a new chance to promote safety standardization. Under the supervision of the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (ATS) and the Korea Standards Association (KSA), the enterprise titled "Standardization of Product Safety" took the first step in 2000. Thenceforth a lot of standards and guidelines for product safety have been developed. The results of the enterprise were in the type of technical manual as well as report, technical guidelines, and specific technical safety standards. In this paper, the authors narrated those sequential efforts for Product Safety, and introduced the basic concept on which standardization of Product Safety Management System was conducted and individual safety standard has been developed. Based on this systematic concept, a global road-map as well as specific road-maps for developing safety standards in individual industry were supplied. Finally, suggestions for proceeding to the whole risk management system including other risky factors were appended.

As the standards organization under ISO responsible for the development of all international financial services standards, ISO/TC 68 plays a key role in the development and adoption of new technologies in the banking, brokerage and insurance industries. In this paper many of its current work projects are introduced for developing ecommerce standards. We need to discuss the recommendations on XML conversion with ISO and other international standard organizations. Each country try to adopt the international standards even though domestic technical standards and barriers. To solve this problem of interworking between these standards, harmonization activities are nedded. For development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard.Our principal focus is on facilitating national and international trade, through the simplification and harmonization of processes, procedures and information flows, and so contributing to the growth of global commerce.

Objectives: To provide guidance for agency planning by identifying barriers faced by Korean pharmaceutical companies in global regulatory affairs. Methods: A questionnaire survey on global regulatory affairs was administered by email to personnel at Korean pharmaceutical companies. From a total of 60, 28 responses were collected. Respondents' companies were classified as small-sized or large-sized, based on whether their annual sales amounted to KRW 100 billion. Results: Small-sized companies were experiencing greater difficulties in receiving drug approvals from advanced countries, particularly during the Investigational New Drug (IND) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) processes. Conclusions: Support measures to specifically help small-sized companies enter more advanced markets and further improved global regulatory guidelines that can meet large-sized companies' expectations are needed. Moreover, domestic and global regulatory standards should be harmonized to benefit both groups.

Since 1903, the International Dairy Federation (IDF) has been providing information on policies, standards, and regulations of the dairy industries to reach a global consensus on how to help feed the world with safe and sustainable dairy products. The 2021 IDF Global Dairy Conference was held in Copenhagen, Denmark with the theme of 'A Changing Climate for Dairy' for three days from the 13^th to the 15^th of October. Over 350 worldwide participants came together were expected to come together with several hundred additional online participants. An interesting topic among those presented at the conference was artificial milk at the Processing & Technology session on October 14^th. Dr. Eisner presented "Milk by Fermentation", in which he presented the technique of culturing and manufacturing artificial milk, based on artificially producing the caseins and enzymes through precision fermentation, which is suitable for making artificial cheeses. During the conference, the IDF launched the latest edition of the publication on global dairy markets, titled the World Dairy Situation Report 2021. According to report, South Korea is ranked 3^rd in the world for cheese imports.
