캄보디아 건축 사업 진출을 위한 우선적 확보역량분석 (Analysis of Concentrate Competency for Cambodian Building Construction Projects)

  • 우리나라 해외건설 누적 수주 금액은 2012년 6월을 기준으로 5,000억 달러를 달성하였으며 더 나아가 2020년 1조 달러를 목표로 하고 있다. 또한 국내 건설기업들도 해외건설시장 진출을 목적으로 여러 전략을 구상하고 있다. 특히, 해외건설시장 진출을 위해서는 시장에 따른 경쟁력을 가져야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경제 성장과 더불어 정부의 인프라 시설 확충 및 개발 부문의 투자가 증가하고 있는 캄보디아 건축시장의 진출 경쟁력 분석을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 캄보디아 건축시장 진출을 위해 사업유형별 필요 경쟁역량을 IPA기법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 도급사업에서는 발주정보 및 글로벌 공급역량이 필요한 경쟁역량으로 나타났으며, 투자사업에서는 시장정보, 사업타당성 조사를 포함한 설계이전 단계의 역량 및 글로벌 네트워크가 필요한 경쟁역량으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리 건설기업들이 향후 캄보디아 건축시장 진출 시 필요한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

The Impact of Corporate Capabilities on Management Performance : Focusing on the Korean Distribution Industry during the COVID-19 Pandemic

  • Purpose: This study analyzed the relationship between corporate capacity and management performance in the Korean distribution industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research design, data and methodology: The data for this study used the 2021 KOTRA GCL Test Data, and multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSS 26. As corporate competency, human capital and related capital of intellectual capital theory were utilized, and the global network level of social network theory was also utilized. As an additional analysis, corporate characteristics factors were used. Results: First, the level of global mindset of human capital acted as a positive factor in management performance, and the level of professional manpower did not achieve significant results. Second, related capital acted as a positive factor in corporate performance. Third, from the perspective of social network theory, the global network level of companies acted as a positive factor in management performance. Finally, the relationship between corporate characteristics and management performance was marginally significant. Conclusions: In order to improve the business performance of a company in a market shock such as the COVID-19 pandemic, it is required to strengthen the level of network construction with customers and increase the level of intellectual capital that a company has.

SPA 브랜드의 마케팅 성공요인 탐색 -근거이론을 중심으로- (Exploratory Study on the Success Factors of SPA Brands from Marketing Perspectives -Based on Grounded Theory-)

  • The fashion industry has been rearranged by Global SPA brands (like ZARA and H&M), which are powerful retailers that integrate the value chain ranging from manufacturing to sales. SPA brands can offer good quality of clothing at a reasonable price by cutting the margin between the supply chain. They are also called fast fashions since they make expedited efforts to respond to market trends and consumers. Despite the slow growth of the fashion industry in Korea, as global SPA brands rapidly expand market share, traditional fashion companies have launched several SPA brands such as MIXXO and SPAO (E-LAND), 8SECONDS (CHEIL INDUSTRIES). The few academic studies on this subject are focused on the analysis of secondary data such as news and books. The current research is qualitative and empirical attempts to explore the success factor of SPA brands with analysis of 1:1 in-depth interviews with experts who have worked for global SPAs such as Uniqlo, H&M, and ZARA, based on the grounded theory. The main phenomenon was shown to be that global SPA brands were popular since they offer a variety of products with a large assortment at reasonable and cheap prices in a large scale and multifunctional retail store. Most of them displayed main phenomena that can be realized due to the purchasing cycle of clothing that is shorter with consumers' regarding clothing as consumables. Global SPA brands had three types of marketing strategy: sellable product, sales strategy according to consumer response, and multifunctional stores. Each global SPA brand developed marketing strategies based on core competency and national conditions. The three success factors shorten the consumer decision making process of clothing. This study concludes with implications for practitioners of SPA brands born in Korea.

기술이전사업화 및 창업 성과에 미치는 대학의 역량요인 비교연구 (A Comparative Study of the Effect of University Competence on Technology Transfer and Commercialization and Start-ups)

  • The Korean government has been implementing diverse policies with programs to generate better outcomes and results of university-industry collaboration since 1990s. In this paper, we analyze the effect of universities' competency factors on the performance of technology commercialization and start-ups respectively. We employ multiple regression models using 154 data sets from university information posting system of the Korean Council for University Education. Through conducting statistical analyses with diverse data manipulations, we obtained a high degree of significance on hypotheses, and also could compare mutual differences between the effects of university competence on technology commercialization and start-ups. The technology transfer and commercialization specifically depends on professors' patent applications and technology holding company, while start-ups does professionals in industry-university cooperation. We suggest government to spur on the ongoing customization of university-industry collaboration policy, and university to properly cope with global atmosphere changing from ivory tower to academic capitalism and start-ups promotion.

A study on the development of ballast water management-related familiarization training pursuant to the STCW convention

  • The International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments (hereafter "BWM Convention") will be enforced beginning on September 8, 2017. Even though the STCW Convention (International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) and other international instruments require all ship personnel be qualified under certain competencies and standards, the International Maritime Organization (hereafter "IMO") has no unified requirements for training ship personnel on ballast water management. When the BWM Convention enters into force, all officers and crew on board ships should be intimately familiar with the guidelines and procedures outlined by the BWM Convention, regarding, among other topics, proper record keeping techniques and measures, the layout of the ballast control system, methods of ballast water exchange, and inspections by the port state control. To ensure that officers and crew members are adequately familiar, this paper proposes new competency requirements for ballast water management training and education to be added to the STCW Code. To support the introduction of these new competency requirements, this paper explores the evolution of the BWM Convention and examines how international regulations will be used to implement it.

외부요인으로 인한 업무 공백이 조종사의 스트레스 수준에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Furlough Caused by External Factors on the Pilot's Stress Index)

  • Recently, the issue of maintaining pilot competency has emerged as one of the major challenges in the aviation industry due to irregular schedules and flight intervals caused by the global COVID-19. Therefore, a survey was conducted on airline pilots to determine how stressed they would be when returning to their flights after experiencing irregular schedules or long-term furloughs. The level of stress that pilots receive due to flight intervals was divided into periods, and correlation with general characteristics was identified to see what emotional burdens exist as the lengths of flight interval increased. As a result, burdened flight intervals and the Pilot Flying(PF) intervals were identified as a statistically significant variables. In the case of the Pilot Flying interval, the level of stress was confirmed to be worse as the flying interval was elongated, and in the case of the burdened flying interval, the tendency of the stress index were lower as the period increased. Through this study, pilots who experienced reduced flight times were found to be accompanied by considerable amount of emotional burden proportionate to the length of the interval period.

글로벌 건설 엔지니어링 고급인력 양성사업의 성과평가 (Performance Evaluation of Premier Global Construction Engineer Training Program)

  • 본 논문은 S대학교 '글로벌 건설엔지니어링 고급인력 양성사업'의 성과를 평가하고, 성과제고에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 본 인력양성 사업의 순수한 효과를 파악하기 위하여 준실험설계법을 적용하였다. 즉, 프로그램에 참여한 각 졸업생의 업무능력을 해외건설업무 및 분야가 가장 유사한 경력을 가진 짝(pair)으로 선택한 대조군 전문가의 업무능력과 비교하였다. 분석결과, 졸업생의 업무역량이 대부분의 글로벌 건설 엔지니어링 핵심역량이 대조군에 비하여 통계적으로 유의미하게 높아, 인력양성 프로그램이 업무역량 향상에 기여하고 있는 것으로 평가된다. 또한, 회귀분석을 통하여 재학생들의 인력양성 향상에 영향을 미친 교과목을 분석하였다. 업무역량 향상에는 사업초기 단계의 사업 기획에 필요한 업무역량인 민관협력(PPP), 사업타당성조사 및 위험분석, 프로젝트 금융 등의 과목이 인력양성 향상에 기여하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 해외 인턴십, 글로벌 인턴십 세미나와 같이 학생들의 해외 네트워킹 강화 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 제고를 위한 과목들도 인력양성 프로그램 제고에 기여도가 높은 과목으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과가 향후 유사한 프로그램의 계획 및 운영에 유용한 참고가 될 것으로 기대한다.

SWOT-AHP 분석을 통한 소규모 IT업체의 프로젝트 수행 역량 개선 (Improvement of Project Competency for Small IT Companies through SWOT-AHP Analysis)

  • In the SW industry, the diversification of global markets and technology trends are changing due to the emergence of new services, and IT companies are in need of strategic change different from the previous one. In this study, SWOT analysis was performed by extracting the internal environmental factors and external environmental factors through the previous studies to improve the project performance competence of small IT companies, and the SWOT Matrix was reconstructed through the pairwise comparison. Based on this, the purpose of this research was to propose the project performance competency improvement plans for small IT companies based on importance and priority, and the following four strategies were derived from the result of SWOT-AHP analysis. SO strategy was drawn in direction to invest R & D in new SW industry to enhance technology competitiveness of SMEs in order to develop SMEs, and in order to secure competitiveness of SW industry, WO strategy is drawn the cultivation of professional technical manpower through SW policy. ST Strategy presented technical management through SW system improvement policy to improve SW environment, and WT Strategy presented awareness training on the construction and necessity of project management system construction. Using the strategies presented in this study, it is expected that the managers of small IT firms will be presented as references to measure the performance competence factors of current organizations and company organizations.

역량교육을 통해 바라본 초·중등학교 민주시민교육의 실천적 담론: 인권을 중심으로 (Practical discourse of civil democracy education in the elementary and the secondary school through the lense of competency education: based on human rights)

  • 본 연구는 민주시민교육에 대한 시대적 요구와 함께 학교 교육과정에서 인권교육이 나아가야 할 방향성을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2022 개정 교육과정 총론(시안)에 나타난 민주시민교육 내용과 OECD Education 2030 프로젝트에 제시된 역량교육을 토대로 분석 및 제시하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 2022 개정 교육과정 내용 중 범교과 학습을 통한 인권교육 강조 및 인권 교과 교육과정을 보다 상세화, 체계화할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 학생의 인권 의식 함양과 인권보장을 위한 다양한 범교과 학습, 창의적 체험활동의 지속적인 인권교육의 실시과정이 제공되어야 한다. 셋째, 교사의 인권 기반 관점과 역량 함양을 위한 지속적인 노력과 함께 인권 친화적 학교 문화를 조성할 필요가 있다. 끝으로 2022 개정 교육과정 개정을 앞둔 시점에서 학교 인권교육을 선도할 수 있는 토대의 마련과 가능성을 확인하였다.

OECD Education 2030에서 제안된 핵심역량의 2015 개정 가정과 교육과정 반영 특성 분석 (Analysis on Reflection Characteristics of the Key Competencies Proposed by the OECD Education 2030 in the 2015 Revised Home Economics Curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 OECD Education 2030 프로젝트에서 제시하고 있는 핵심역량의 반영 특성을 2015 개정 가정과 교육과정에서 분석하고자 하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 핵심역량 범주에서 일반적인 특징은 기능, 태도, 가치 영역은 46.5%로, 학습 개념 프레임워크 영역은 17%, 역량 개발 사이클 영역은 24.2%, 복합 역량 영역은 12.5%로 나타났다. 전체적으로 교육과정 항목에서 성취기준(59%), 성격(16.1%), 교수·학습 평가 방향(9.4%), 내용체계(8%), 목표(7.6%) 순으로 반영되었으며 학습 개념 프레임워크의 역량은 성취기준에 가장 많이 반영되었다. 둘째, 핵심역량 항목은 중학교 교육과정에서 행동, 문제해결, 의사소통, 존중, 창의적 사고, 갈등해결, 공감, 비판적 사고, 자기관리, 학생 주체성 순으로 나타났다. 고등학교 교육과정에서 행동, 공감, 문제해결, 예측, 글로벌 역량, 자기관리, 학생 주체성, 지속가능 발전을 위한 리터러시, 반성, 비판적 사고 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 열지도를 통해 3, 4단계에 해당되는 역량의 반영 정도가 높게 나타나 핵심역량의 효과적인 실천을 계획하고 지원할 필요가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 미래를 위한 학습 안내자의 역할로 OECD에서 강조하는 핵심역량과 가정교과 역량 간의 상호관련성을 파악하고 실천 교과로서 개인의 총체적인 역량 함양을 도울 수 있어야 할 것이다.
