An Experimental Study on Structural Performance of HRC Composite Beam according to types of Connection Plate with Stud Bolts (HRC 복합보의 연결플레이트 보강법에 따른 구조성능실험)

  • Recently, for the purpose of reducing work terms and improving performance for construction work, various methods in structure field were developed. This included the HRC system which is applicable to a typical structure (e.g., parking and office building). The HRC system introduced the Gerber Joint to raise structural efficiency and used connection plate to bolt HRC composite beam to H beam in the construction field. In this research, the experimental tests for six specimens, which were in the same field conditions, were conducted with several parameters such as the length and height of the connection plate and the number of stub bolts. The test result was compared with those made by current design codes for the deflection and strains of the main bar. Within the given load, the integration of concrete in beam and connection plate, welded with stud bolts, was verified.

  • This study was designed for automated pattern drawing and grading a man's Durumagi, Korean traditional coat in order to reestablished and grade the pattern by Apparel CAD SYSTEM. For the study, AM-250 systems of Gerber as the computer and Macro program as the automated drawing were used. Also, PDS(Pattern Design System) was used for the grading of the original Durumagi pattern. Results were followings; First, the size data that could be standardized by reestablishing the pattern of a man's Durumagi by each size was presented. Second, The pattern was developed by each size. Third, new design was propose for mass production with the traditional design of the DURUMAGI Fourth, The time for making DURUMAGI pattern and the cost through the automated drawings by using the Macro program were reduced. Moreover, was presented the basic data for a ready to made garment like the Western garment. Five, A man's DURUMAGI by CAD System was graded that could be applied to ready to made Hanbok

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate automatic manipulating functions of dart of CAD system, and to classify the dart of women's front bodice. The results from this study: 1.3 CAD systems, were compared in automatic manipulating functions of dart. Gerber system & Investronica system were based on the pivot-method of dart manipulating, Yuka system was based on the slash-method. 2. It is classified and made a dart-design chart with using darts, which were as examples related to dart manipulating in text & reference of the pattern design. 3. In case of education of dart manipulation, the classified dart-design chart provides variations of a basic pattern through dart manipulation.

  • Stencil is used normally as a mask for solder pasting on pad of a printed circuit board (PCB). The objective of this study is to develop a stencil cutting system and determine the optimal conditions to make good-quality stencil by using a Nd:YAG laser. The effects of process parameters such as laser power, type of mask, gas pressure, cutting speed and pulse duration on the cut edge quality were investigated. In order to analyze the cut surface characteristics (roughness, kerfwidth, dross) optical microscopy, SEM microscopy and roughness measurements were used. As a result, the optimal conditions of cutting process parameters were determined, and the practical feasibility of the proposed system was also examined by using a commercial Gerber file for PCB stencil manufacturing.

  • In this paper, we develop the system which inspects the metal mask using area scan camera and belu type xy-table and introduce its inspection algorithm. Thes whole area of the metal mask is divides into several inspection block and the sixe of a inspection block is decided by FOV(Field of View). To compare with the camera image of each block, the reference image is made by gerber file. The ratation angle of the metal mask is calculated through the linear equation that is substituted two end points of horizontal boundary of a specific hole in a camera image for.   • This study was performed to suggest the proper maintenance method for the deteriorated gerber type PC box girder bridge by using the long term displacement monitoring data. For this study, the monitoring system which can measure the long term displacement and the concrete surface temperature was designed and operated. From the measurement and structural analysis results, the cause of the permanent deformation which the bridge has already was estimated, and based on this result, the allowable permanent displacement value at the hinge was suggested. From this study, it was known that the long term monitoring system can be applied to the active maintenance of the deteriorated bridge and the suggested allowable permanent displacement could be used for the maintenance of the bridge.

Inspection System for The Metal Mask (Metal Mask 검사시스템)

  • We develop an experimental system to inspect a metal mask and, in this paper, introduce its inspection algorithm. This system is composed of an ASC(Area Scan Camera) and a belt type xy-table. The whole area of the metal mask is divided into several inspection blocks. The area of each block is equal to FOV(Field of View). For each block, the camera image is compared to the reference image. The reference image is made by gerber file. The rotation angle of the metal mask is calculated through the linear equation that is substituted two end points of horizontal boundary of a specific hole in a camera image. To calculate the position error caused by the belt type xy-table, HT(Hough-Transform) using distances among the holes in two images is used. The center of the reference image is moved as much as the calculated Position error to be coincided with the camera image. The information of holes in each image, such as centroid, size, width and height, are calculated through labeling. Whether a holes is mado correctly by laser machine or not, is judged by comparing the centroid and the size of hole in each image. Finally, we build the experimental system and apply this algorithm.

  • The Purpose of this study Gerber company AM-300 system of the automatic system of Producing the original form the automatic system of Producing the original form of "Jogori(a Korean Jacket)' and Grading by the usage of computers and find out its efficiency. In the result, the auther has found out the following facts and became confident on the facts; The AM-300 program of the automatic system enabled to produce the original form of 'Jogori' and Grading fitting in a short time and definately, and which indicated that the automatically producing system of the original form of 'Jorgori' and Granding is efficient. Even in the aspect of education, it has been acknowledged that there is necessity of using computers, the accumulation of techincs and technology based on traditions by cultivating professional designers, and computerization so that the composition of 'Hanbok' (Korean clothes) should be rational and scientific. In addition, advertisement and education on the traditionalism and superiority of 'Hanblk' are indispensable and absolutely necessary. Also, to succeed folk costumes rightly, the usage of computers is thought to be a way to effectiveness. So far in the study, only the automatic system of producing the original form of 'Jogori' and Grading through computers is emphasized on, however in the future, such an automatic system should be continuously supplemented, studied on and developed even in other various fields such as in pattern making, design, products planning, etc..

  • 이 연구는 게르버 보 형식의 포스트텐션 PC 골조 구조 시스템의 실용화를 위해 골조 전체의 구조 성능 시험을 수행하며, 여기서 보-기둥 접합부 및 내민 보-단순 보 접합부의 구조 성능과 골조의 안전성을 확인한다. 시험은 400 mm$\times$800 mm 단면의 경간 3 m 보와 500 mm$\times$600 mm 단면을 갖는 높이 3 m 기둥의 실물 크기 시험체를 제작하여, 기둥에 80 톤의 축 하중을 준 상태에서 단순 보 중앙에 하중을 가력하여 기둥-보 접합부와 단순 보-내민 보 단면 축소 연결부의 구조성능을 파악한다. 시험 결과, 보 - 기둥 접합부는 예상 설계 하중 40톤 이상에서도 강 접합에 가깝게 거동하였고, 단순 보- 내민 보의 단면 축소 연결부는 경사철근의 사용으로 초기 균열 및 균열 확산에 대한 억제 효과가 있었으며, 예상 설계 전단력 40톤에서 안전하다는 것이 확인되었다.

Development of laser process for stencil manufacturing (스텐실 제작용 레이저 공정기술 개발)

  • The objective of this study is to develop stencil cutting process and determine optimal conditions which make good-quality stencil by using a Nd:YAG laser. The effects of process parameters such as laser power, type of mask, gas pressure, cutting speed and pulse width on the cut edge quality were investigated. In order to analyze the cut surface characteristics(roughness, kerf width, dross) optical microscopy, SEM photography and roughness test were used. A a results, the optimal conditions of process parameters were determined, and the practical feasibility of the proposed system is also examined by using a commercial gerber file for PCB stencil manufacturing.
