농촌 어메니티 인식의 구조와 의미 (An Investigation of Structure and Meaning of Rural Amenity)

  • 본 연구는 일반인들이 농촌 어메니티 인식의 구조와 의미를 고찰하였다. 어메니티 관련 요소들에 대한 중요도 평가를 측정한 설문결과를 바탕으로 요인분석에 의해 중요한 인식의 차원을 도출하고 상이한 조사집단간 비교를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 일반인들의 농촌어메니티 인식에 있어서 생활여건의 편리성, 자연친화성, 역사문화성 등의 세 가지 핵심적 차원들이 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 기대와 달리 도시민이나 농촌주민들 모두 이 세 가지 핵심차원들간의 상대적 중요성을 동일한 양상으로 평가하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 상대적으로 편리한 생활여건을 갖춘 도시민들조차 생활여건의 편리함을 희생하면서까지 농촌어메니티를 추구하지는 않는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 역사문화성, 자연친화성에 더 강조하는 학계나 계획가들의 태도와는 일정한 괴리가 존재하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

THE WATERSHED MANAGEMENT AND ASSESSMENT USING GIS BASED ON HYDROLOGICAL AND LANDSCAPE ECOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

  • The watersheds are functional geographical areas that integrate a variety of environmental and ecological processes and human impacts on landscapes. Geographical assessments using GIS recognize the relationship between interdependence of resources and ecological/environmental components in watersheds. They are useful methodology for viable long term natural resource management. This paper performs through the using hydrological analyses, landscape ecological analyses, remote sensing, and GIS. Indicators are items or measures that represent key components of the small watersheds, and they are developed to be evaluated. Some indicators are described that they represent watershed condition and trend as well as focus on physical, biological and chemical properties of small watershed. Also, ecological functions such as stability, resilience, and sensitivity are inferred from them. The model implemented in GIS allows to reflect the ecological and hydrological functioning of watershed. Methodology from image analysis, landscape ecological analysis, spatial interpolation, and numerical process modeling are integrated within GIS to provide assessment for eco-logical/environmental condition. Results are described from the small watershed of Gwynns Falls in Baltimore County and Baltimore City, Maryland, an area of about 66.5 square miles. The small watershed within Gwynns Falls watershed are subject to a number of land-use. But it is predominantly urban, with significantly lesser amounts of forest and agriculture. The increasing urbanization is ass-coiated with ecological/environmental impacts and citizen conflicts.

공동주택 가격요인의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Characteristics of The Price Factors in Apartment Houses)

  • Under the premise that the housing market is not fixed, but changes organically according to social and systematic environment, it has important meaning as the object of this study to identify the recent housing market's movement by deducing the changed characteristics of the factors to compose the recent new houses. By using the following methodology, this study analyzed the characteristics and mutual relations of the economical and house-composing factors, categorized the investigation object into sub-markets, and executed comparative analysis. First, based on the leading studies analyzing the factors of house price determination and the assessment indicators of 'Green Building Certification Program', the composing factors are deduced. Second, the factors are categorized as economic, housing complex planning and geographical condition. Third, to identify the influence of housing environmental factors on economic factors, the correlation between the former and the latter, and the difference between economic factors are analyzed. Fourth, by segmenting and categorizing the housing market into time and location subgroups, the chronicle trend and the geographical characteristics are analyzed.

  • 본 연구는 수도권 농촌지역인 여주 지역의 토지이용 변화, 생활실태의 변화, 생활공간의 입지변화를 살펴 급격하게 변화하고 있는 생활공간의 지역성을 규명하였다. 여주 지역의 토지이용은 농촌 토지이용의 감소와 도시적 토지이용의 완만한 증가를 보인다. 완만한 속도의 도시화를 나타내는 기능으로서 관광농업이 나타나고 농외 겸업 활동이 비교적 활성화되고 있다. 여주지역 육로교통(고속도로통과)의 발달은 생활공간상의 입지이동에 큰 영향을 주었다. 수도권 외곽의 농촌이던 이곳은 도시화가 더딘 곳이었지만, 곧 전철 등의 개통 등 교통의 발달과 함께 도시화가 가속화될 지역이라 할 수 있다. 치밀한 도시계획이 수행될 때, 쾌적한 도시 주거환경 지역으로 변모할 것이 예상된다.

Geographic Variation of Flowering Response to Daylength in Perilla frutescens var. frutescens in East Asia

  • We investigated the variations of the flowering response to daylength in Perilla crop (var. frutescens). Seventeen accessions of Perilla crop and one accession of weedy type of var. crispa from China, Korea and Japan were cultivated under three daylength conditions, i.e., short-days, natural daylength and long-days. Most accessions of Perilla crop from China, Korea and Japan were divided into three types, early maturing type, intermediate maturing type and late maturing type by their natural flowering habit. In most of the accessions used, the flowering habit was significantly accelerated by short-day conditions and was delayed by long-day conditions. All the accessions of Perilla crops flowered within 57 days under the 10 hrs light treatment, whereas they did not flower at all even at 170 days after sowing under the 16 hrs light treatment. Thus, this finding suggested that there is a relationship between the types of flowering response to daylength and the geographical distribution which determines the planting season in traditional cultivation practices of Perilla crops. Positive correlation was observed between days to flowering and plant height or internode number in both the short-day and natural daylength conditions. Whereas, correlation was negative between days to flowering and inflorescence length or floret number in natural daylength condition, but it was positive in the short-day condition. Therefore, the daylength condition is considered as the most important environmental factor for flowering habit and morphological characters of Perilla crops. Flowering habit is considered as an important key character for the study of geographical differentiation of Perilla crop in East Asia.

GIS를 활용한 국립공원 아고산대 침엽수림의 입지환경 분석 - 구상나무를 대상으로 - (Analysis of the Location Environment of the Sub-alpine Coniferous Forest in National Parks Using GIS - Focusing on Abies koreana -)

  • 본 논문은 국립공원 아고산대 침엽수림을 효과적으로 보전하고 관리하는 데 기초자료로 활용하고자 진행된 사례연구로서 지리산국립공원과 속리산국립공원의 아고산대에서 현지 조사된 구상나무 (Abies koreana Wilson) 210개체의 서식실태 자료를 바탕으로, 입지환경의 기본이 되는 지리적 위치와 지형적 특성이 구상나무의 생장에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 구상나무의 생장과 관련된 변수는 수고 및 흉고직경으로 하고, 지형적 특성은 GIS 공간분석을 이용하여 추출된 지리적 위도, 해발고도, 산지경사, 사면향 그리고 지형습윤지수로 하였다. 두 변수군의 연관성의 유무와 정도를 평가하기 위해서 정준상관분석을 이용하고, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 지리 지형적 특성이 구상나무의 생장구조에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 구상나무 생장구조를 나타내는 흉고직경 및 수고는 지형의 수직적인 분포보다 지리 위도적인 분포와 연관성이 더 크고, 지리 지형요소는 수고보다 흉고직경과 연관성이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 구상나무의 생장구조변수와 지리 지형변수는 유의한 상관관계가 있고, 지리 지형변수가 생장구조변수를 18.1% 정도 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 구상나무의 흉고직경에 영향을 주는 변수는 지리적 위도, 지형습윤지수, 사면향 그리고 해발고도의 순으로 통계적 유의성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위도가 높아질수록 흉고직경은 작아지고 지형적 요소에 따라서는 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 수고에 영향을 주는 변수는 지형습윤지수만이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 전반적으로, 구상나무의 생장구조와 관련된 수고와 흉고직경은 지리적인 특성의 영향이 가장 클 것으로 나타났다. 특히 지형적 특성 중에서 수분상태의 영향이 다른 지형요소에 비해서 더 클 것으로 예측되었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 지리 지형적인 특성은 구상나무의 생장에 중요한 요인이 될 것으로 추측된다. 비록 지리 지형적 특성만을 고려하고 GIS를 이용하여 제작된 공간분석 자료를 사용한 한계가 있다고 해도, 본 연구결과는 향후 국립공원 아고산대에서 서식하고 있는 침엽수림의 생장환경을 조사하고 연구하는 데 유용하고, 구상나무 등 상록침엽교목을 효과적으로 관리하고 보전하기 위해서 대책을 수립하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • Geographical position and associated climatic influences can be a negative environmental condition that affects sustainable use of land resources, especially pastoral livestock production. Vegetation condition of the country is sensitively changes upon climate changes and human impacts. Within last 60 years data the annual air temperature has increased in 1.66 degrees in average and the total precipitation amount had almost no change. The main goal of this work is to relate climate change within last 20 years with pasture condition, estimated by NOAA/NDVI data set.

  • This study was focused on analyzing mathematical model for optimal allocation of surveillance equipment which is operated on the natural geographical condition, such as DMZ fence area. Optimal allocation algorithm was studied for the equipment to develop the whole surveillance and watch model for the two area as testing. Also 3D visualization program was developed to display and analyze the detecting effect. The results show that our suggested model will be available for enhancing security condition on the watching area.

국내 신.재생에너지 도입현황과 개선방안 (Improvement of the Using Condition for Domestic New and Renewable Energy)

  • The fossil fuel has been used as the main resource of national development. Through this process, many environmental problems have happened. For example, we depend 97% energy on import for national spending and the exhaustion of the fossil fuel is at an important issue nowadays. So more people are interested in renewable energy which is more environmental and never be gone. However, the supply doesn't go on smoothly because of some problems such as capital condition, the limitation of geographical features and low technology, etc. In conclusion I'd like to check some policies and support systems about renewable energy first, and then to find problems for adapting other area through the comparison in this thesis.

  • In university of Korea, the computerization of facility management is lower level than other management areas such as educational matters, administration, library, computing center, teaching assistance, and teaching methodology. So we need urgently the blueprint for an information-oriented and integrated facility management system. In this research, It is presented and implemented an FMS(Facility Management System) for efficient management of the ground and underground facilities on a campus. This studies is computerized the drawings, protocols, and ledgers. It is used a GIS(Geographic Information System) to get the geographical information of facilities. The data more efficiently could be search and update on this system. The decision making process understanding the present facility condition, and analyzing the condition of location could be performed easily by the GUI(Graphic User Interface) of the system.
