Application of AI in Marketing Strategy: Insights from Millennials and Generation Z

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the perceptions of millennials and Generation Z regarding AI applications in marketing, an area that has been rarely explored in previous researches. This study formulated research questions how millennials and Generation Z perceive the impact of brand image, AI-assistant customer service, affective factor, immersive experience, cognitive factor social factor and competitiveness of products and brands on overall attitude through the lens of AI applications in marketing. Additionally, this study also explored the influence of overall attitudes on satisfaction, intention to use, and loyalty towards AI applications. Research design, data and methodology: To gather data, this study employed an online survey conducted in collaboration with a reputable research organization. This study utilized factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis for data analysis. Results: The findings revealed that the impact of brand image, AI-assistant customer service, and competitiveness on attitude demonstrated significance in both millennials and generation Z cohorts. The study identified that cognitive and social factors significantly influenced attitudes among millennials, whereas affective and immersive experiences showed significance in influencing attitudes among Generation Z. Conclusions: The findings offer valuable managerial implications, shedding light on the application of AI in marketing with distinct perspectives between millennials and Generation Z.

구역전기사업의 환경분석을 평가를 통한 분산형전원개발 촉진방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Measures to Boost the Development of Distributed Generation through Analysis and assessment of the District Electricity Power Business Environment)

  • The purpose of this study is to build promotive measures and to develop alternative policies of DG(Distributed Generation) by finding and analysing effects of four business environment factors related to DEPB(District Electricity Power Business) on boosting DG. In this study, four business environment factors, which are the electric power industry restructuring, electricity tariff and pricing structure, regulations for DEPB, and conflicts of stake-holding groups, are considered as independent variables. And promotion factors of DG including small CHP(Combined Heat and Power) generation, which is outcome of DEPB, are considered as dependent variables. But dependent variables including booming of new renewable energy generation due to green energy pricing incentives, the electric power industry restructuring, and electricity tariff and pricing policies were separatively considered. In this study, some policies were proposed reflecting research results of empirical demonstrative analysis, previous studies, overseas cases, etc.

MZ세대에 대한 대중감성 연구: 소셜미디어(SNS) 감성 분석을 통해 (A Study on Popular Sentiment for Generation MZ: Through social media (SNS) sentiment analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 소셜 미디어 빅데이터 감성분석 방법을 통해 'MZ세대'에 대한 대중 감성을 살펴보았다. 분석을 위해 소비자 계정 SNS 텍스트를 살펴보고 내용상 외부 감성과 MZ세대 본인들의 감성을 분류하여 긍정 및 부정 감성 요인들을 제시하였다. 이에 따른 결론은 'MZ세대' 관련하여 호감과 흥미의 긍정정서가 72.1%로, 부정적인 감성비율 27.9 % 보다 높았다. 긍정감성에서 기성세대들은 'MZ세대의 개성과 당당함에 대한 호감', '새로운 가치관을 가진 MZ세대에 대한 흥미'를 보였다. 이에 비해 MZ세대들은 '자신들의 당당함, 발랄함 및 개성 세대라는 점'과 '소소한 성장주의'에 대한 호감을 갖고 있다. MZ세대 외부의 부정감성은 'MZ세대의 결혼기피, 취업난, 빚투자 및 퇴사 트랜드에 대해 걱정', '꼰대 취급하는 MZ 세대 미움', 'MZ세대와 대화하기 힘듦'으로 나타났다. 한편, MZ세대 본인들이 느끼는 부정감성은 '일반화에 대한 거부감', '세대 및 젠더 갈등과 기성세대보다 심한 경쟁에 대한 거부감', '풍요로운 시대의 상대적 실패감', '예고된 기후재앙 속에서 살아야하는 슬픔'으로 나타났다. 따라서 기성세대는 MZ세대를 일반화하여 바라볼 것이 아니라 개인으로 보아야 하며, 세대간 이해와 공감으로 갈등을 완화해야한다. 세대 갈등, 젠더 갈등 및 환경문제 해결을 위한 공동체적인 고민의 필요성도 있다.

A Development of GPS SIS Anomalies Generation Software

  • In this paper, GPS signal anomaly generation software is proposed which can be used for the analysis of GPS signal anomaly effect and the design, verification, and operation test of anomalous signal monitoring technique. For the implementation of anomalous signal generation technique, anomalous signals are generated using a commercial signal generation simulator, and their effects and characteristics are analyzed. An error model equation is proposed from the result of analysis, and the anomalous signal generation software is constructed based on this equation. The proposed anomalous signal generation software has high scalability so that users can easily utilize and apply, and is economical as the additional cost for purchasing equipment is not necessary. Also, it is capable of anomalous signal generation based on real-time signal by comparing with the commercial signal generation simulator.

  • 열병합 발전 시스템이 급속히 보급되고 있으며, 대부분 계통 연계형으로 운전될 것으로 예상되며 안정된 계통의 운용을 위해서 연계 계통과의 보호, 제어 해석을 위한 모델이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 열병합 발전 시스템의 제어, 보호 해석용 EMTDC 모델을 현장 계측에 근거하여 수립하였다. 그리고 특성 시험을 통하여 모델의 파라미터 정정을 하였으며 수립한 EMTDC 모델을 실 현장 시스템에 적용하여 계통 고장에 대해서 제어, 보호 등의 동특성 해석을 수행하였다. 그리고 시뮬레이션 결과를 검토하여 제시한 모델의 타당성을 보였다.

아산화동증식 발열에 의한 화재 사례의 분석 (Analysis of a Fire Case Caused by Heat Generation due to Cu2O Breeding)

  • 전선 접속부 등에서 아산화동(Cu2O)증식 발열에 의해 화재가 발생하는 것은 화재조사 전문가들에게 널리 알려져 있지만 아산화동증식 발열에 의한 화재사례를 구체적으로 분석하여 소개하는 논문은 거의 없다. 이 논문에서는 전기적인 접속부분의 발열에 의한 화재 통계와 아산화동증식 발열 현상과 특징을 분석한 후 아산화동증식 발열에 의해 대학실험실의 전선 접속부분에서 화재가 발생한 사례에 대해 구체적으로 분석하고 있다. 이 화재사례는 발화개소의 화재패턴 조사, 전선 접속부분에 대한 육안 조사, 3차원 CT 촬영 조사, 전원인가 시험, 실체현미경 조사, SEM과 EDS 분석을 통해서 전선 접속부분에서 아산화동 증식 발열로 인해 화재가 발생한 것으로 결론을 내릴 수 있었다.

프리틴세대의 라이프스타일과 역할모델에 따른 패션상품 구매행동 (The Purchasing Behavior of Fashion Goods According to Life Style and Role Model of Preteen Generation)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate, analyze the purchasing behavior of fashion goods according to life style and role model of preteen generation, and provide manager or marketing planner for the reference data so that they can understand preteen generation and make proper strategy efficiently. So called, preteen market focusing on 1014 generation (from ten to fourteen years old) is highlighted. This generation created between the year 1989 to 1993 after Seoul Olympic monopolize parent's love in abundant economic environment and rise to the core of consumption subject. Products aiming at this preteen generation continuously though consumption mind was shrunk greatly due to recession. Only 2~3 years before preteen market was regarded as grey zone which doesn't belong to not only children (between six and nine years old) but also teenagers (between fifteen to eighteen years old). But in recent day their purchasing powers have increased rapidly and age group is divided on details, so that preteen market has become a niche market. Subjects were 333 persons consisting of students in the 4th~6th grade of primary school and the 1st~2nd grade of middle school in Daegu city. Measuring instruments are as follows: 5questions to differentiate preteen generation, 22 questions to measure life style, 17questions (which have six sub-factors such as purchase motive, factor of product selection, utilization of informant, purchase time, purchase place, and purchase method) to measure the purchase behavior of fashion goods measurement, and 16 questions (which have four sub-factors such as parent, entertainer & sports stars, brothers and sisters, friends) to measure model of role. Statistical data were processed by SPSS 10.0 programs. Frequencies, Factor analysis, Cluster analysis, ANOVA, Cross analysis, Multiplex regression analysis, and Duncan's multiple range test were carried out.

피지이론과 버블기법을 이용한 3차원 구조물의 유한요소해석을 위한 요소생성기법 (Mesh Generation Methodology for FE Analysis of 3D Structures Using Fuzzy Knowledge and Bubble Method)

  • 본 논문은 3차원구조물의 유한요소해석을 위한 자동 유한요소 생성에 관한 것으로 퍼지이론과 버블요소 생성기법, 상용 솔리드모델러로 구성되어진다. 새로운 요소생성과정은 (a) 해석모델인 형상모델링 정의, (b) 버블생성, 그리고 (c) 요소생성으로 이루어진다. 형상모델링에는 상용 솔리드모델러를 이용하였으며 버블은 각 지점에서의 버블간격함수에 의해 생성되어진다. 버블간격 함수는 지식처리수법에 의해 조절되어 진다. 요소생성을 위해서는 기본적으로 데로우니방법을 도입하였다. 이러한 3차원 구조물에 대한 유한요소의 자동생성은 해석을 위해 큰 잇점이 있다. 실제적인 현 시스템의 효용성을 검증하기위해 3차원 형상에 대한 예를 제시하였다.

임의의 구멍을 포함하는 B-Spline 곡면상에서의 자동 삼각 요소망 생성 (Automatic Triangular Mesh Generation Over B-Spline Surfaces Including Arbitrary Holes)

  • In the process of finite element analysis, mesh generation is tedious job which consumes tremendous time. Therefore, the automation of well shaped mesh generation from the minimal boundary input data is desirable to improve reliability and accuracy of the analysis and also to reduce the process time of the entire design process. The automation of triangular mesh generation has been relatively well treated due to its robustness and ease of handling when compared to rectangular element mesh generation. In this study, the offset method developed previously for generating plane rectangular element mesh has been corrected and modified to generate triangular element mesh on the B-spline surface having arbitrary holes. The result shows that the generated triangular mesh has the average aspect ratio over 0.9. The designed arbitrary surface shape has been interactively constructed by non-uniform B-spline theory for triangular mesh generation.

RDF발전효과와 사업비 분담방안 (The Effect of the MSW-RDF Power Generation and Tipping Fee Sharing in RDF Project)

  • This paper deals with the result of an analysis on the effect of the power generation by municipal solid waste(MSW)-refuse derived fuel(RDF) and the introduction of tipping fee sharing between RDF manufacturing and power generation project. As a model case for the MSW generated at small and medium cities in our country, an analysis of the RDF power generation and Tipping fee sharing shows that 1) MSW amount of 7,800* $10^3 $t/y could produce 1,950*$10^3$t/y of RDF 2) Electric power generated by MSW-RDF could supply 290,000 households/year and 98,548 C-t/y of $CO_2$ could be reduced. 3) Tipping Fee should be shared by the considering of the contents of project of both side between RDF Production and power generation.
