  • In this paper we have obtained various forms of (p, q)-analogue of Aleph-Function satisfying Truesdell's ascending and descending Fp,q-equation. These structures have been employed to arrive at certain generating functions for (p, q)-analogue of Aleph-Function. Some specific instances of these outcomes as far as (p, q)-analogue of I-function, H-function and G-functions have likewise been obtained.

  • This work is concerned with the algorithm of generating a new circular are interpolation. This research presents a new biarc curve fitting that is a circular interpolation method based on a triarc curve fitting. The triarc method, where a segment span is composed of three circular arcs, using maximum error estimation has the advantage of generating arc splines easily to a given tolerance. The new biarc method is called when the adjacent radii are the same in the same in the triarc method. In generating the machining data for various cam curves in CNC machining with the biarc method and the new biarc method, the latter accomp- lished faster NC-code generation, shorter NC-code block formation and machined the same cam profile more efficiently.

  • A celebrated result in the study of integer partitions is the identity due to Lehmer whereby the number of partitions of n with an even number of even parts minus the number of partitions of n with an odd number of even parts equals the number of partitions of n into distinct odd parts. Inspired by Lehmer's identity, we prove explicit formulas for evaluating generating functions for sequences that enumerate integer partitions of fixed width with an even/odd number of even parts. We introduce a technique for decomposing the even entries of a partition in such a way so as to evaluate, using a finite sum over q-binomial coefficients, the generating function for the sequence of partitions with an even number of even parts of fixed, odd width, and similarly for the other families of fixed-width partitions that we introduce.

  • The purpose of this article is to bring together the Horadam numbers and 3-parameter generalized quaternions, which are a general form of the quaternion algebra according to 3-parameters. With this purpose, we introduce and examine a new type of quite big special numbers system, which is called Horadam 3-parameter generalized quaternions (shortly, Horadam 3PGQs), and special cases of them. Besides, we compute both some new equations and classical well-known equations such as; Binet formulas, generating function, exponential generating function, Poisson generating function, sum formulas, Cassini identity, polar representation, and matrix equation. Furthermore, this article concludes by presenting the determinant, characteristic polynomial, characteristic equation, eigenvalues, and eigenvectors in relation to the matrix representation of Horadam 3PGQ.

  • The purpose of this study was to test the hypotheses that student's abductive reasoning ability plays an important role in hypothesis-generating about vapor condensation, and student's hypothesis-generating requires their causal explicans as well as experience. To test the hypotheses, the instruments of hypothesis-generation, prior knowledge, and experience with vapor condensation were developed and administered to 6th grade students. This study found that 72 subjects among 89 students who had prior knowledge about vapor condensation failed to apply their prior knowledge to hypothesis-generating about the vapor condensation. This result showed that the students' failure in hypothesis-generating was related to their deficiency in abductive reasoning ability. In addition, this study showed that 54 subjects among 56 students who had experience with vapor condensation also failed to generate hypotheses. This result supported that student's causal explanations were separated from their experience. Therefore, this study suggests that science education should include the teaching of abductive reasoning skills for developing student's hypothesis-generating skills.

  • In the context-aware system, rule-based AI technology has been used in the abstraction process for getting context information. However, the rules are complicated by the diversification of user requirements for the service and also data usage is increased. Therefore, there are some technical limitations to maintain rule-based models and to process unstructured data. To overcome these limitations, many studies have applied machine learning techniques to Context-aware systems. In order to utilize this machine learning-based model in the context-aware system, a management process of periodically injecting training data is required. In the previous study on the machine learning based context awareness system, a series of management processes such as the generation and provision of learning data for operating several machine learning models were considered, but the method was limited to the applied system. In this paper, we propose a training data generating method of a machine learning model to extend the machine learning based context-aware system. The proposed method define the training data generating model that can reflect the requirements of the machine learning models and generate the training data for each machine learning model. In the experiment, the training data generating model is defined based on the training data generating schema of the cardiac status analysis model for older in health status notification service, and the training data is generated by applying the model defined in the real environment of the software. In addition, it shows the process of comparing the accuracy by learning the training data generated in the machine learning model, and applied to verify the validity of the generated learning data.

  • This study were conduced experimentally to analyze the heat-generating performance, flexural strength, and microstructure of conductive mortar mixed with micro steel fiber and multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWCNT). In the conductive mortar heat-generating performance and flexural strength tests, the mixing concentration of MWCNT was selected as 0.0wt%, 0.5wt%, and 1.0wt% relative to the weight of cement, and micro steel fibers were mixed at 2.0vol% relative to the volume. The performance experiments were conducted with various applied voltages (DC 10V, 30V, 60V) and different electrode spacings (40 mm, 120 mm) as parameters, and the flexural strength was measured at the curing age of 28 days and compared and analyzed with the normal mortar. Furthermore, the surface shape and microstructure of conductive mortar were analyzed using a field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). The results showed that the heat-generating performance improved as the mixing concentration of MWCNT and the applied voltage increased, and it further improved as the electrode spacing became narrower. However, even if the mixing concentration of MWCNT was added up to 1.0 wt%, the heat-generating performance was not significantly improved. As a result of the flexural strength test, the average flexural strength of all specimens except the PM specimen and the MWCNT mixed specimens was 4.5 MPa or more, showing high flexural strength due to the incorporation of micro steel fibers. Through FE-SEM image analysis, Through FE-SEM image analysis, it was confirmed that a conductive network was formed between micro steel fibers and MWCNT particles in the cement matrix.
