  • Smart factory is a future factory that collects, analyzes, and monitors various data in real time by attaching sensors to equipment in the factory. In a smart factory, it is very important to inquire and generate the status and history of equipment in real time, and the emergence of various smart devices enables this to be performed more efficiently. This paper proposes a multi device-based system that can create, search, and delete equipment status and history in real time. The proposed system uses the Android system and the smart glass system at the same time in consideration of the special environment of the factory. The smart glass system uses a QR code for equipment recognition and provides a more efficient work environment by using a voice recognition function. We designed a system structure for real time equipment monitoring based on multi devices, and we show practicality by implementing and Android system, a smart glass system, and a web application server.

  • In accordance with the revision of the Data 3 Act, such as the Personal Information Protection Act, it is possible to process pseudonym information without the consent of the information subject for statistical creation, scientific research, and preservation of public records, and unlike personal information, it is legal for personal information leakage notification and personal information destruction There are exceptions. It is necessary to revise the pseudonym information in that the standard for the pseudonym processing differs by country and the identification guidelines and anonymization are identified in the guidelines for non-identification of personal information in Korea. In this paper, we focus on the use of personal information in accordance with the 4th Industrial Revolution, examine the concept of pseudonym information for safe use of newly introduced pseudonym information, and generate / use / provide / destroy domestic and foreign non-identification measures standards and pseudonym information. At this stage, through the review of the main contents of the law or the enforcement ordinance (draft), I would like to make suggestions on future management / technical protection measures.

  • Contaminated marine sediment is a secondary pollution source in the coastal areas, which can result in increased nutrients concentrations in the overlying water. We analyzed the nutrients release characteristics into overlying water from sediments and the interaction among benthic circulation of nitrogen, phosphorus, iron, and sulfur were investigated in a preset sediment/water column. Profiles of pH, ORP, sulfur, iron, nitrogen, phosphorus pools were determined in the sediment and three different layers of overlying water. Variety types of sulfur in the sediments plays a significant role on nutrients transfer into overlying water. Dissimilatory nitrate reduction and various sulfur species interaction are predominantly embodied by the enhancing effects of sulfide on nitrogen reduction. Contaminant sediment take on high organic matter, which is decomposed by bacteria, as a result promote bacterial sulfate reduction and generate sulfide in the sediment. The sulfur and iron interactions had also influence on phosphorus cycling and released from sediment into overlying water may ensue over the dissolution of ferric iron intercede by iron-reducing bacteria. The nutrients release rate was calculated followed by release rate equation. The results showed that the sediments released large-scale quantity of ammonium nitrogen and phosphate, which are main inner source of overlying water pollution. A mechanical migration of key nutrients such as ammonia and inorganic phosphate was depicted numerically with Fick's diffusion law, which showed a fair agreement to most of the experimental data.

  • Since function block diagram (FBD) programs are widely used to implement safety-critical systems, effective testing for FBD programs has become important. Mutation testing, a fault-based testing, is highly effective in fault detection but computationally expensive. To support testers for FBD programs, we propose an automated mutant generator for FBD programs. We designed the MuGenFBD tool with the cost and equivalent mutant issues in consideration. We conducted experiments on real industrial examples to present the performance of MuGenFBD. The results show that MuGenFBD can generate mutants for FBD programs automatically with low probability of equivalent mutants and low cost. This tool can effectively support mutation analysis and mutation-adequate test generation for FBD programs.

  • This study uses Diglycidyl ether of terephthalylidene-bis-(4-amino-3-methylphenol) (DGETAM), an amine hardener 4,4'-diaminodiphenylethane (DDE) and cationic catalyst N-benzylpyrazinium hexafluoroantimonate (BPH) to make epoxy film. For analysis, 1H_NMR and FT-IR were used to verify proper synthesis, and the liquid crystallinity of DGETAM was checked using Differntial Scanning Calorimetry and Polarized Optical Microscopy. Thermal conductivity of the sample was measured using Laser Flash Apparatus. Thermal stability as well as thermal conductivity is important when used as a packaging material. Activated energy is the energy needed to generate a response, which can be used to estimate the energy required to maintain physical properties. It was obtained using the Arrhenius equation based on the data measured by isothermal decomposition using Thermogravimetric Analysis. Measurement of the thermal conductivity of epoxy films showed higher thermal conductivity when DDE was used, and it was found that thermal conductivity had an effect on thermal stability, given that it represented an activation energy similar to a film with BPH upon 5% decomposition.

  • Multi-document refers to a document consisting of various topics, not a single topic, and a typical example is online reviews. There have been several attempts to summarize online reviews because of their vast amounts of information. However, collective summarization of reviews through existing summary models creates a problem of losing the various topics that make up the reviews. Therefore, in this paper, we present method to summarize the review with minimal loss of the topic. The proposed method classify reviews through processes such as preprocessing, importance evaluation, embedding substitution using BERT, and embedding clustering. Furthermore, the classified sentences generate the final summary using the trained Transformer summary model. The performance evaluation of the proposed model was compared by evaluating the existing summary model, seq2seq model, and the cosine similarity with the ROUGE score, and performed a high performance summary compared to the existing summary model.

  • Overcrowding of high-rise buildings in urban zones change the airflow pattern in the surrounding areas. This causes building wind, which adversely affects the wind environment. Building wind can generate more serious social damage under extreme weather conditions such as typhoons. In this study, to analyze the wind speed and wind speed ratio quantitatively, we installed five anemometers in Haeundae, where high-rise buildings are dense, and conducted on-site monitoring in the event of typhoon OMAIS to determine the characteristics of wind over skyscraper towers surround the other buildings. At point M-2, where the strongest wind speed was measured, the maximum average wind speed in 1 min was observed to be 28.99 m/s, which was 1.7 times stronger than that at the ocean observatory, of 17.0 m/s, at the same time. Furthermore, when the wind speed at the ocean observatory was 8.2 m/s, a strong wind speed of 24 m/s was blowing at point M-2, and the wind speed ratio compared to that at the ocean observatory was 2.92. It is judged that winds 2-3 times stronger than those at the surrounding areas can be induced under certain conditions due to the building wind effect. To verify the degree of wind speed, we introduced the Beaufort wind scale. The Beaufort numbers of wind speed data for the ocean observatory were mostly distributed from 2 to 6, and the maximum value was 8; however, for the observation point, values from 9 to 11 were observed. Through this study, it was possible to determine the characteristics of the wind environment in the area around high-rise buildings due to the building wind effect.

  • In this study, we developed a robot operating system (ROS)-based autonomous driving robot that estimates the robot's position in underground mines and drives and returns through multiple waypoints. Autonomous driving robots utilize SLAM (Simultaneous Localization And Mapping) technology to generate global maps of driving routes in advance. Thereafter, the shape of the wall measured through the LiDAR sensor and the global map are matched, and the data are fused through the AMCL (Adaptive Monte Carlo Localization) technique to correct the robot's position. In addition, it recognizes and avoids obstacles ahead through the LiDAR sensor. Using the developed autonomous driving robot, experiments were conducted on indoor experimental sites that simulated the underground mine site. As a result, it was confirmed that the autonomous driving robot sequentially drives through the multiple waypoints, avoids obstacles, and returns stably.
